The struggle is real.As I watch this video I see how wobbly I am, how my core isn’t tight and how I’m just not prepared to put myself into this pose. I didn’t warm up enough and you can see in this practice that my thinking was in a different place. Instead of focusing on the practice and work I just wanted to nail the outcome.
