going to rant for a sec abt visions of v cus im reading it rn. in dmc1 for those who don’t know, nelo angelo actually could’ve deadass killed dante. like the first time you fight him he kicks dante’s ass but stops and doesn’t kill him because he sees his moms amulet, and instead just flees. the irony of nelo angelo actually being the only time vergil truly beat dante but he literally stopped himself from killing him like holy shit guys i love vergil.
