Yeaaaaah i was originally gonna be getting chiori to just c2 -> c4 and then get c0 xilonen but i honestly was like. thinking about her kit and teams and whether i actually had any imminent need for a flexible support as is since this account is overall so stacked and with so many options to choose from anyway (whereas xilonen absolutely shows her value in any less invested accounts much stronger) and then the way i was feeling kinda eh with the execution of her animations even if i liked her design and it just wasnt the vibe whereas. Chior. we all know. i love her sm i dont even have words for it shes just everything. and with how wacky and nonsensical the rerun situations been w genshin i didnt feel that confident on just assuming shed get another rerun within a reasonable timeframe without a risk of just going MIA shenhe or wrio style . and im really not that interested in most of the known natlan cast unfortunately so its not missing out on that being an issue rly. ill get mavuika for meta if shes an off fielder but im not that invested in the rest rip

I think Merrill probably does find Anders talking over her and condescending to her, while at the same time being possessively concerned about her as a fellow mage, highly evocative of Marethari and triggering. (And for that matter I feel like Anders probably finds watching her self harm pretty triggering too, as someone who worked as a healer within the Circle tower and as someone who has his own version of self harm overworking himself with his clinic and his cause.) But I have to say what makes this such a joy is, unlike with Marethari, Merrill actually gets to fight back with Anders. Like goddamn if she doesn’t take every bit of shit he saddled her with, wait for the moment he was at his lowest after Dissent, and then unleash all of her condescending pity on him at once ‘Oh uwu sorry you were too stupid to know better and think ahead and realise getting possessed was a bad idea, poor baby’. i dont think i have time to make toph (i havent started) and i did consider Janet (the good place) too, but again, not started.

most of these are more casual costumes, but anne is kind of uncomfortable and theres some bits im not super happy with, and honestly, flora was a bigger hit than anne... so. but i feel weird about going to a Big Con and not bringing a costume thats a showpiece, you know? half of these are just bough/modified costumes & i feel like its not representative of who i am as a cosplayet/crafter... but also theyre more comfy. i havent made most of my planned big builds. idk
