Mickey cringed as he looked around. There was not a face he knew, not anyone to cling to, or anyone to talk to. He leaned against the wall, next to someone else who was alone. He took on a tone like it was an old friend, "How are you holding up?

It was probably pretty important that Barrel find his siblings, but he wasn't really all that worried about them. Whatever had happened he was pretty sure neither of them were a part of, because they would have told him, asked him for help. They did all that kind of stuff together and it was a big enough deal that they would have had to do it together. At least, he was hoping they would have told him. Recently he'd been feeling left out, mostly by Lock and his recent new boyfriend. It seemed like everything was Clopin this and Clopin that and he'd never leave the Carnival now because of Clopin, but when it came to Shock and Barrel he'd happily skip away. Not that he was bitter or anything. 

It was still important that he find both of his siblings though because he wanted to just make sure they were ok.  It was usually pretty easy for Barrel to spot his siblings, he himself was on the taller side so it was easy to look over heads, and neither Lock or Shock were exactly "normal" looking. Moving his way through people though, he couldn't seem to find either of them. Barrel usually looked for Lock first because he was the person in the Carnival with the most tattoos, but Lock was no where to be found which was slightly unsettling. He did spot Shock though and quickly pushed his way over towards her. "Hey" He said sliding up next to his sister. "Found you, seen Lock anywhere?"

Everyone seems to be bashing Shock, do you think she knows/ what is your view on the girl?

Eh, I think she takes more crap than she deserves, but she also doesn’t help her cause. Poking people with sticks isn’t exactly the best idea if you don’t want people mad at you. But she has some guts, so y’know I give her props for that. I think it’s sort of a mixed thing. I'd say she knows, but that's hard to predict.

Not Enough Apples || Shock and Barrel

Barrel was terrified, practically jumping up and down terrified. He'd gotten his cast while he was sleeping after Merida kindly drugged him, but he knew that he wasn't going to be to be sleeping or unconscious to get it off. Half of him thought it would just be fine to keep it on just to avoid going to the doctor, but the other half of him really wanted it off and to be able to use his hand again. The most logical solution was going to someone who would make him good so Barrel found his way to his sister's car. "Shock!" He whined knocking on her door. "Shock I need you!!" Part of him instantly regretted going to her, maybe he should have gone to Lock or Merida or maybe even Lilo or Luna. No, Luna was bad idea, he liked her, didn't want to seem stupid for being scared of a doctor. Lilo wouldn't work because she was all about being sweet and doing what you wanted and wouldn't force him. He knew he needed to be forced into this. Couldn't go to Merida because he'd feel bad after getting so mad at her for making him get the cast. Lock would make fun of him too and Barrel just didn't think Lock would be the best choice. So that really did leave Shock. She'd force him to go, wouldn't take his shit and fingers crossed wouldn't make fun of him too bad.

Late Night Talks ll Shock and Lock

Lock didn't even think twice after Clopin had left him alone. He didn't need to. He knew who he wanted to be with right now, and it sure as hell wasn't himself. For once in Lock's chaotic life he wanted his older sister. He made his way to her car in hopes that she'd be home, and that she wouldn't be pissed for him bothering her. He hadn't realized how cold it actually was now but there was no turning back. He reached up and knocked on her door.

Merida hooking up with Shock, though. I NEVER thought that would happen. What do you think was the cause, ever so knowing snitch? And what do you think of this overall?

I think that this happened for all the wrong reasons. I don’t think Shock was being fair or honest to Merida, and was just using her because both Aster and Tramp rejected her. Although the same can be said of Merida because they were both essentially each other’s rebounds, Merida wasn’t chomping at the bit like Shock was till the last moment and till she’d imbibed copious amounts of alcohol. I mean yo, I’m normally for people doing whatever they want to get what they want (it’s an admirable quality to me), but I think whatever this relationship is is muddled and is either going nowhere, or should go nowhere, because it spells misunderstanding and trouble if they’re taking it seriously.

Merry Christmas! || To: Shock

Picking something out for Shock had been a little difficult. He couldn't get her something stupid that she'd make fun of and he wanted to get her something she'd really like, but wasn't really sure what that would include. So he'd done his best, possibly and most likely stolen the gift he held in his hands for her, but no one needed to know that. Knocking on her door, Santa hat on his head, Barrel bit his lip, hoping she'd like it. "I know Christmas sucks and Halloween is better, but I still got you something" Barrel quickly said when she opened the door and held out the present to her. "So Merry Christmas!"
