What if AU where the Trip to Hawaii that Shinichi constantly references in relation to his odd bits of knowledge and expertise was really the Kudos running away from people trying to kill them following Toichi's murder because of Yusaku's close relationship with his twin brother.
Yukiko and Yusaku were forced to teach Shinichi how to do a lot of complicated and frightening things like flying a plane, shooting a gun, or disarming a bomb on the spot because it meant life or death until one day Yusaku cashed in one of his government agent favours and got their relation to the Kurobas erased so they could safely hide away in Beika. They frequently went on extended trips in order to make sure they weren't being tracked before finally relaxing and living their lives comfortably until canon happened.
Shinichi has no idea why any of that happened and both of his parents are extremely tight-lipped about the truth, always referring to the people who tried to kill them as Yusaku's crazed editors. Shinichi eventually gave up on trying to find out because all evidence was meticulously discarded and just referred to it as the Hawaii Trip™.
He gets a kick out of the increasingly incredulous expressions on people's faces when he tells them he learned what cocaine tasted like in Hawaii or that he learned Russian there too. It gets even funnier when he becomes Conan, although he is careful to avoid making the joke when Ran is around.

It will still be a full translator since it is a lot of text, sorry at first. (´;ω;`)
In my Au Ran, Sonoko and Shiho are childhood friends, although the closest are Shiho and Ran since Sonoko is very sociable but Shiho always has a hard time making friends so Ran is there for her.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Ran is a person who cares a lot about people and more about those closest to him, especially Shiho since she is very reserved and shy her love for science makes her become absorbed in research, from not eating to getting up early without realizing it.
So Ran is the friend who is there to remind Shiho that she needs to take care of herself a little more.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Since Shiho introduced her and Sonoko to Conan she has a bad feeling about him, she denies it in her mind since "he is just a child" but she has that feeling of bad vibes.
And she will not be left with doubt, she is someone who, as long as it is someone important to her, will not sit idly by.

Random kind of funny thought
Kaito and conan cousins au
(In this au conan is a separate person, the b.o did not happen thus he is kudo conan, and the kuroba and kudo family does family reunions from time to time, shinichi is a fujimine (kudo yukikos maiden surname, thus he is from yukikos side of conans cousin) so fujimine shinichi, same story about being left alone by his parents since like a kid so he spends most of his time with the kudos.
Ages
Kaito and Shinichi - 17
Conan - 7
How kaito and shinichi met, when they were 10 and conan has just been born, shinichi was the designated babysitter of conan, he is conans fav cousin bc of that, and bc of conans birth, the kurobas visited the kudo manor with their 10 yr old son to let him see his newly born baby cousin but instead found the love of his life)
Kaito: conan
Conan: no
Kaito: what? I didnt even say anything!
Conan: no! I know u want me to be a wingman for u and shinichi niichan but no! Shinichi niichan is basically your cousin in law!
Kaito: why?! Dont you want the family to be even closer than ever? Also, in law! In laws can marry each other!
Conan: no! *Runs away*
Kaito: conaaaaan!!! *runs after him*
Shinichi: wow they get along so well :)
Yukiko and chikage: oh shin-chan if only you knew *sips tea*
Yuusaku: haha older brother ur son is a wimp, whys he using my son as a wingman when he can use other ways, did he forget shinichi is a detective trained by me?
Toichi: haha I dont know that kid, my son is a suave magician trained by me, i dont know where went wrong. (My son is a hopeless romantic.. well i havent taught him to woo someone yet so.. haa.. magic lessons will be halted for a while)

The 'he's not actually KID AU' is genius and I want to know all the deatils
Thank you
ooooh yay i love to talk!
one of the big dynamics i have been thinking about in this au is between Kaito and Hakuba - i actually had a pretty tough time with all of the detectives for this, because i didn't want it to come off as them being stupid and jumping to conclusions. Hakuba is really smart!!! however, combined with the facts that Kaito does have an actual real connection with Kaitou KID (not that he knows it) and lots of similarities with the thief, he is also RIDICULOUSLY SUSPICIOUS.
so Hakuba looks at his classmate who is maybe the most suspicious person on earth, who had a magician father who died right around the time that Kaitou KID originally dropped off the map, who is in himself an exceptionally talented magician with a penchant for trouble, and comes to pretty much the exact same conclusion he does in the original story. means, motive, and opportunity! it's pretty much a no-brainer!
Kaito.... mostly thinks he's joking. he knows that Hakuba's not dumb, and he obviously knows that he's not KID, so he assumes that it's some kind of joke? he starts getting annoyed about it at some point, especially when everyone and their mom starts accusing him of being a wanted criminal, but he's equally as likely to play into it, which... doesn't help with everyone thinking that he's a wanted criminal. unfortunately Kaito is often fucked over by his willingness to commit to the bit. such is life.

New crossover AU, featuring our favorite cult leader The Lamb (Ran), and her wicked counterpart, The Goat (Aoko).
I love how this one turns out. Especially the redraw of the panel from the Pilgrim comic.

Rye doesn't speak much.
It's nothing personal, apparently: it's just how the guy is. Hiromitsu can even see the appeal of it— get people so used to not getting anything out of you that eventually you're left in peace—, but that doesn't mean that being on the other end of Rye's near-perpetual silence isn't a massive annoyance on a good day, especially seeing as he's currently the organized crime's equivalent of Hiromitsu's commanding officer. Especially seeing as the man's no talking policy clearly extends to Pokémon battles— arguably one of the most speech-reliant situations you can find yourself navigating.
Sure, body language can be exploited just fine to read your opponent's intentions (many trainers, whether they realize it or not, tend to attribute a specific flair to their movements when calling out moves: once you've figured those out, prediction becomes a hell of a lot easier), but Rye lacks those tells as well, and that's without considering the fact that the warehouse they're in casts heavy shadows over the sniper's form.
(Hiromitsu is under no illusion of it being a coincidence.)
And if the lack of useful tells wasn't enough—
A series of whistles pierces the air, followed by two consecutive offensive moves courtesy of Rye's Houndoom: the widespread Flamethrower achieves little in terms of damage, but it does obstruct Mochi's vision long enough for the subsequent Iron Tail to land with impeccable precision.
His Togekiss plummets with a shrill cry, only barely managing to right himself and regain altitude at the last moment. Hiromitsu calls for a Roost— the third in less than two minutes of battling.
He really needs to get his head in the game. This is nothing like standardized battles: the concepts of alternating turns and limited movesets are as alien to these people as Clefairy are to Earth as a whole, which makes sense but is also turning out to be more of a setback than Hiromitsu initially thought.
So far, he's managed to isolate five distinct whistle sequences, three different series of clicks, and at least four combinations of the two resulting in just as many coordinated attacks, each made up by moves that don't even match the individual whistles and clicks' original meaning half of the time.
Keeping up with Rye is getting harder by the second; even with a massive type advantage, Hiromitsu may very well lose the match if he doesn't come up with something, fast.
Type matchups aren't everything!, a squeaky little voice chirps in the back of his mind. In Hiromitsu's humble opinion, that's utter bullshit 90% of the time; unfortunately for him, it appears that Rye belongs to the remaining 10% of case scenarios.
Fuck you, Hiromitsu thinks, and then calls, "Protect and Rain Dance!"
Mochi throws up the shimmering barrier just in time for Rye's Houndoom to slam into it at full tilt, the Flame Wheel she'd been charging dissipating harmlessly as the first droplets of summoned water begin to dampen her fur.
Hiromitsu frowns. That could have easily been an Iron Tail or a Thunder Fang: it'd make sense, even, for Rye to opt for those as opposed to yet another— now ineffective— fire-type move. It'd definitely grant him a quick— huh.
Is... Is he actively trying to drag the fight out? But why? What does Rye have to gain from exhausting both of their Pokémon?
Long, high-pitched whistle. Whistle, whistle. The Houndoom’s surroundings begin to boil and glow a sicklish purple. That's—
"Dodge!" Hiromitsu shouts, thankful that it's Mochi battling by his side when he realizes the Togekiss already had his exact same idea. He's not sure he'd be able to attain the same heights of synergy with a Pokémon that hasn't been with him as long as Mochi has.
The spray of their opponent's Sludge Bomb whizzes past, missing by a wide margin, although the same can't be said for the following Flamethrower. The jet of flames, narrow and long-ranged this time around, engulfs Mochi's left wing for an interminable second before dissipating; the Togekiss cries out, struggling to remain airborne, and Hiromitsu doesn't even need a visual to know that he's now racing against time. He's willing to bet that's quite the nasty burn he's going to find himself treating later.
... Hold that thought.
"Thunder Wave," he orders, internally cheering when the move hits. Mochi's earlier Rain Dance has done a good job weakening their opponent's fire type moves so far, and the Houndoom’s soaked fur proves to be a blessing in disguise by combining with Thunder Wave into a disruptive shock as the paralysis fully settles in. "And now Facade!"
Mochi lets out a belligerent cry before diving straight for Rye's Houndoom, who fails to dodge the attack and consequently gets thrown into a wall. Amazingly enough, she's up and back into the fray within seconds, a guttural snarl stretched around her fangs. She's not moving as fluidly as before, though, all thanks to Mochi's Thunder Wave: Hiromitsu glimpses the Pokémon's muscles spasming more than once as she fights the status condition.
Again, Hiromitsu has to wonder just what it is that Rye thinks he can get out of such a drawn-out match: a general idea of how Hiromitsu fares under pressure? His battle style? Hints as to how strong he is? The exact same could be said about Hiromitsu: he's nothing if not observant, and while his opponent's peculiar commands system has been giving him quite a bit of trouble, he's at least been able to pin a few things down here and there, along with a very interesting bit of information.
It's quick, and most importantly it's subtle, but Rye's Houndoom glances back at her trainer whenever he spells out a combination of moves. Oh, it's done masterfully: she never outright turns to look at Rye, but among all the running around she does she's bound to at least have him within her periphery for a moment or two, and with the excellent night vision so common among dark types there's no doubt she'd be able to catch some kind of additional message from her shadow-clad trainer, be it a minute change in expression or a sign he makes with his hands.
And, if Hiromitsu has it right...
Whistle. Long, high-pitched whistle.
"Dazzling Gleam, then Protect!" He commands, heedless of the Snarl that hits Mochi square in the chest. His Pokémon shakes the attack off and responds in kind with minimal hesitation, the bright shockwave radiating from his own attack momentarily bathing the warehouse in blinding light. It's not as powerful an offensive as it'd be if Mochi was in perfect shape, but Hiromitsu reckons it still dealt a great deal of damage.
He hears more than sees something heavy clash against his Pokémon's Protect along with the distinctive crackle of electricity dispersing in the air, and he can't contain a victorious grin. He's figured it out, he—
—meets Rye's eyes across the improvised field, or at least he thinks he does; the poor lighting does him no favors. Nevertheless, Hiromitsu gets the distinct impression that the older operative is holding back a laugh, and he only figures out why when Mochi lets out one more melodious cry before half-gliding, half-plummeting to the ground in exhaustion.
Hiromitsu resists the urge to run up to his Pokémon and check on him on the spot. Instead, he calmly returns Mochi to his poké ball as Rye's Houndoom limps back to her trainer, head held high despite the near-constant tremors running across her entire body.
Rye doesn't say anything, merely returning her to her poké ball as well before giving Hiromitsu a long (and still annoyingly silent) once over. Then he turns around, beckoning him to follow, and Hiromitsu can do nothing but obey.
Outside, unaffected by the crossfire, Vermouth awaits Rye's assessment of their battle, a cigarette loosely hanging from her lips. Hiromitsu isn't sure why, exactly, she decided to have them face off like this, but he assumes it's something to do with his future standing within the Organization’s ranks. It wouldn't be the first test he's had to undergo for that exact purpose, either.
The woman's Seviper, coiled at her feet, raises its head upon sensing their approach. Hiromitsu catches Rye sneaking more than a few glances at the serpentine Pokémon: a mild fear of it, perhaps, or merely distaste for anything Vermouth-adjacent. From what little he's seen of the woman, Hiromitsu can already sympathize. Still, this is no time to speculate, so he files away the detail for a later, more thorough examination.
"How was he?" Vermouth asks without preamble, hardly even sparing Hiromitsu a glance— much unlike her Pokémon, which he immediately finds himself being circled by.
Rye lights a cigarette he produced from fuck knows where, takes a long drag and angles his head away from their little group to exhale the smoke, ignoring Vermouth with the air of someone who has done it a million times when she pointedly doesn't extend him the same courtesy. "Not bad."
"That's it?" She raises an eyebrow. "You don't get paid for two-words reports."
"I'm not getting paid for this at all.”
You didn't look too put out by that back there, Hiromitsu doesn't say. At long last, the Seviper at his feet seems to lose interest in him: it slithers back to its trainer, successfully preventing what would have undoubtedly been a lovely chat about Rye's salary by curling around Vermouth's legs in a blatant bid for attention.
Vermouth scoffs, but doesn't push any further. Finishing her cigarette and flicking away the butt, she weaves through her Pokémon's coils without so much as a backwards glance. "You'll want to have a better report ready for when Gin comes around," she says in lieu of goodbye. "God knows what kind of mess there'll be to clean up if you don't."
Rye says nothing, taking a drag out of his own cigarette and waving Hiromitsu off once Vermouth and her Seviper are out of sight. He does make a vague phoning gesture with his free hand, though, so at least there's that. Hiromitsu didn't blow his chances, even though he lost the match.
Sure, he still has to face Gin's judgment— according to their intel, the guy is quick on the trigger and paranoid as fuck—, but if his performance had truly been unsatisfactory Rye would have probably called him something much different from not bad in front of Vermouth. He doesn't look like someone who enjoys unnecessarily long cons.
Hiromitsu's hand remains tightly wound around Mochi's poké ball until he's sitting in his car, completely alone; only then does he let go of the tiny sphere in his pocket.
He didn't blow this, he repeats to himself as he makes his way to his apartment. He didn't.

I know the design is definitely too simple to be in Genshin but… HAVE YOU SEEN FONTAINIANS???? They have too many ruffles and too many layers for me and this already took me 5 HOURS to draw like holy—
He’s a Pneuma hydro vision holder from Fontaine! A young detective that has made… quite the reputation for himself :D
Also instead of the BO, the Fatui are definitely after him lmao

Someone just gave me the idea of a love triangle between hakuba, akako and aoko. It starts with Hakuba in love with Akako, but Akako is in love with Aoko, and Aoko is in love with both of them because that's cool. Kaito just watches and laughs, trio of fools. but since he is a good friend he decides to help. and the three of them end up married because polyamory is great.
