Next up we have Curlyrustle, our deputy.

Curlyrustle tries to be calm but is often easily angered. She tries to work on this behavior in private.

Curlyrustle used to be in a different clan before the apocalypse happened, she was one of two survivors. She did not escape from the fire incident without getting a permanent reminder of the day it all went down.

She and Centipedestar go as far back as before the apocalypse started. These two trust each other.

As of now, Curlyrustle and Centipedestar recently became mates.

Next up we have our two youngest members so far, Daisykit and Rowankit.

Daisykit is quiet, Rowankit is loud.

They were found crying near their mother's dead body and was quickly accepted in. Curlyrustle and Centipedestar decided to adopt the two.

We have our leader, Centipedestar.

Centipedestar is seen as wise, and loved by many. In private, or with Curlyrustle, Centipedestar is stressed out, and believes he is not cut out to be leader. He doesn't want his clan to worry about his problems so he keeps them in secret.

Centipedestar was one of two survivors of his old clan. Him and Curlyrustle really didn't know what to do until after encountering Fennelpond. Then it was decided they should find some abandoned area, and start a new clan there.

Centipedestar almost always accept cats into his clan, he just wants everyone to have a safe space to stay at.

He elected Curlyrustle as deputy as she's the only one he can trust, as they known each other before the apocalypse started.

Centipedestar and Curlyrustle at this point recently became mates.

Our first character, Gloompaw herself.

Gloompaw is fierce, energetic, and often proceeds with her choices more than she thinks about them. Her mentor is Curlyrustle.

She was born during the apocalypse, very sickly. Her mother went out to try to hunt for food, but ultimately never came back. She was the only survivor of her little. She was found by Edelweisstuft while he was on a snack run.

Gloompaw was taken in, and adopted by Edelweisstuft.

Yes. A lot specifically requested for these names. Perchbreeze requested breeze as a suffix to let others know he's fast, Fennelpond requested pond for unknown reasons. Crimsoncoat requested his entire clan name to be that, his original name was Briar.

Curlyrustle has no idea for her suffix, but it's one of the few last things left from before the apocalypse, so she keeps it.

Rattlemask wanted to be named Rattlesnake so bad.

Edelweisstuft was named tuft after his slightly tufted tail.

Centipedestar x Curlyrustle are the only canon couple in RustClan.

Perchbreeze might have a crush on Crimsoncoat.

Edelweisstuft wishes he could do anything about his feelings for Centipedestar, feeling bad he has these feelings when Centipedestar already has a mate and kits at this point!

Curlyrustle: She's the one who suggested the name of this clan.

Fennelpond: He had a wife!

Crimsoncoat: All the apprentices love this guy.

Edelweisstuft: He's allergic to cotton.

Rattlemask: He likes watching clouds and purr loudly about it.

Rainpaw: His backstory was originally A LOT more darker but I deemed it as shock horror and scrapped it.

Gloompaw: In the original plans, she was originally going to be a Dark Forest trainee, but I scrapped it because StarClan and the Dark Forest do not technically exist anymore.

Brightpaw: I didn't like her original backstory and design.

Daisykit: He believes dandelions and daisies are the same thing.

Rowankit: He likes smelling fruit.
