These S'mores Cupcakes with a marshmallow topping are a delightful twist on the classic campfire treat. They are perfect for sharing with friends and family, and the gooey marshmallow topping adds a deliciously sweet touch.

Ingredients: 1 box of chocolate cake mix. 1 cup graham cracker crumbs. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. 3 cups mini marshmallows. 1 cup chocolate chips. 1 1/2 cups heavy cream. 1/4 cup powdered sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 cup chocolate syrup. 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers for garnish. 12 cupcake liners.

Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a muffin tin with 12 cupcake liners. In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix with the graham cracker crumbs. Add the melted butter and mix until well combined. Divide the cake mixture evenly among the cupcake liners, pressing it down to create a crust for each cupcake. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean. Remove from the oven and let them cool completely. Once the cupcakes are cooled, sprinkle a handful of mini marshmallows and chocolate chips on top of each cupcake. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it starts to simmer. Remove from heat and stir in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Pour the cream mixture over the marshmallows and chocolate chips on each cupcake, covering them completely. Place the cupcakes under the broiler for about 2-3 minutes, or until the marshmallows turn golden brown. Keep a close eye to avoid burning. Drizzle each cupcake with chocolate syrup and sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top for garnish. Allow the cupcakes to cool slightly before serving. Guests, including Lacey Chabert and Kaley Cuoco's sister, Briana, were greeted with mimosas, and then seated on the patio for a family-style brunch, ET has learned. And judging by the photos, the group could not have had a better time.
