This nasty looking son of a bitch's name is...

"Leviathan" the 2nd Bearer of the Yellow Crown.

Leviathan aka Levi respected Heket, the previous Ruler of Anura, and was her right-hand for many years. After she falls, he inherits the Yellow Crown.

Later, when he finds out that Heket is living as a chef in the Lamb's Cult, he asks her to return, but she says no. After that, he develops an intense grudge against Lamb and Narinder for ripping her from the throne.

He then colludes with the "Umbrella Cult" to create an indiscriminate zombie terrorism that threatens to destroy the island!
