What’s insane about the challenges like the treadmill one is that the second you hear it is sounds so intimidating (for most people) and as hard as they’re making it someone is going to win some crazy fit athlete in that room is going to place first that’s insane to me

#I’d like it if they weren’t manual treadmills and I had music 🤣#physical 100 #Netflix physical 100 #physical 100 season 2 #p100s2 #id love to study the mentality of the people in that room #CrossFit people are crazy they literally said oh it’s like breathing #I could not imagine how many people threw up #I wanna study when u get into them mental state of your body is ready to quit but u see the people around you seem like they’re not breakin #a sweat so you don’t stop that’s interesting to me #the way u can push urself and motivate yourself by being around other people #anyways I’m rambling #the human body is amazing #the people who just screamed when they got off the treadmill so real #part of me super worried that they just dead stopped because now I’m worried someone is going to have a heart attack 😭 walk it out!!!#I also love the constant encouragement from everyone it’s v wholesome #good for the winner I know they really worked for it so it must have felt incredibly gratifying to win #personally feel it’s worse to come in second than last place because it really eats at u rip that guy
