A currency union (also known as monetary union) is an intergovernmental agreement that involves two or more states sharing the same currency. These states may not necessarily have any further integration (such as an economic and monetary union, which would have, in addition, a customs union and a single market). Gross national product (GNP) GNP is related to another important economic measure called gross domestic product (GDP), which takes into account all output produced within a country's borders regardless of who owns the means of production. GNP starts with GDP, adds residents' investment income from overseas investments, and subtracts foreign residents' investment income earned within a country. Whilst GDP measures the total value of goods and services produced within a country's borders, GNP focuses on the income generated by its residents, regardless of their location.
Gross National Income (GNI) is the total amount of money earned by a nation's people and businesses. It is used to measure and track a nation's wealth from year to year. The number includes the nation's gross domestic product (GDP) plus the income it receives from overseas sources.

Supporting Striker (Inverted Winger)
Central Winger (False 10)
Overlapping Run/Defensive Winger (Half-winger)
An inverted winger is a modern tactical development of the traditional winger position. Most wingers are assigned to either side of the field based on their footedness, with right-footed players on the right and left-footed players on the left.[65] This assumes that assigning a player to their natural side ensures a more powerful cross as well as greater ball protection along the touch-lines. However, when the position is inverted and a winger instead plays inside-out on the opposite flank (i.e., a right-footed player as a left inverted winger), they effectively become supporting strikers and primarily assume a role in the attack.[66]
The "false 10" or "central winger"[55] is a type of midfielder, which differs from the trequartista. Much like the "false 9", their specificity lies in the fact that, although they seemingly play as an attacking midfielder on paper, unlike a traditional playmaker who stays behind the striker in the centre of the pitch, the false 10's goal is to move out of position and drift wide when in possession of the ball to help both the wingers and fullbacks to overload the flanks. This means two problems for the opposing midfielders: either they let the false 10 drift wide, and their presence, along with both the winger and the fullback, creates a three-on-two player advantage out wide; or they follow the false 10, but leave space in the centre of the pitch for wingers or onrushing midfielders to exploit. False 10s are usually traditional wingers who are told to play in the centre of the pitch, and their natural way of playing makes them drift wide and look to provide deliveries into the box for teammates.
In Italian football, the term mezzala (literally "half-winger" in Italian) is used to describe the position of the one or two central midfielders who play on either side of a holding midfielder and/or playmaker. The term was initially applied to the role of an inside forward in the WM and Metodo formations in Italian, but later described a specific type of central midfielder. The mezzala is often a quick and hard-working attack-minded midfielder, with good skills and noted offensive capabilities, as well as a tendency to make overlapping attacking runs, but also a player who participates in the defensive aspect of the game, and who can give width to a team by drifting out wide; as such, the term can be applied to several different roles.
On occasion, the false-10 can also function in a different manner alongside a false-9, usually in a 4–6–0 formation. We are not stretching the defensive line itsself, but the space between the defensive line and the goalkeeper.
Thiago Motta’s ‘Super Offensive’ 2-7-2 Formation Explained: Instead of the traditional way of looking at a tactical set-up horizontally, the Brazil-born manager instead split the field into three vertical lanes. This means he effectively has seven players in the central channel with two players out wide on each flank.

The language emerged from contact between French settlers and enslaved Africans during the Atlantic slave trade in the French colony of Saint-Domingue (now Haiti) in the 17th and 18th centuries. Although its vocabulary largely derives from 18th-century French, its grammar is that of a West African Volta-Congo language branch, particularly the Fongbe and Igbo languages.

Go Go Music Influenced, Eurphoric Trance Chord Progression Melody, Progressive House and Drum n' Bass Percussion-808 Call and Response Staccato Polyrhythm or Layered Kick and Punch 808.
In his 1972 study of French lute music, scholar Wallace Rave compiled a list of features he believed to be characteristic of style brisé. Rave's list included the following: the avoidance of textural pattern and regularity in part writing; arpeggiated chord textures with irregular distribution of individual notes of the chord; ambiguous melodic lines; rhythmic displacement of notes within a melodic line; octave changes within melodic line; irregular phrase lengths.
Have the Snare and Kick say, "Hi, How are you?" And the 808 say, "I am good thanks for asking.”
Use progressive House to push the Drums Conversation to either Fast and Punchy for Happy or Slow and Deep for Sad.
In technical terms, "go-go's essential beat is characterized by a five through four syncopated rhythm that is underscored prominently by the bass drum and snare drum, and the hi-hat... [and] is ornamented by the other percussion instruments, especially by the conga drums, rototoms, and hand-held cowbells."[5]
Polyrhythm: In music, a cross-beat or cross-rhythm is a specific form of polyrhythm. The term cross rhythm was introduced in 1934 by the musicologist Arthur Morris Jones (1889–1980). It refers to a situation where the rhythmic conflict found in polyrhythms is the basis of an entire musical piece.[1]
Four-on-the-floor (or four-to-the-floor) is a rhythm used primarily in dance genres such as disco and electronic dance music. It is a steady, uniformly accented beat in 4. 4 time in which the bass drum is hit on every beat (1, 2, 3, 4).[1] This was popularized in the disco music of the 1970s[2] and the term four-on-the-floor was widely used in that era, since the beat was played with the pedal-operated, drum-kit bass drum.[3][4] (Punch 808-Kick)
Polyrhythm 4 on the Floor examples 2:4 or 5:4
Hard trance is often characterized by strong, hard (or even downpitch) kicks, fully resonant basses and an increased amount of reverberation applied to the main beat. Melodies vary from 140 to 180 BPMs and it can feature plain instrumental sound in early compositions, with the latter ones tending to implement side-chaining techniques of progressive on digital synthesizers.

Commercialism is the application of both manufacturing and consumption towards personal usage, or the practices, methods, aims, and distribution of products in a free market geared toward generating a profit.
Commercial art is art created for advertising or marketing purposes. Commercial artists are hired by clients to create images and logos that sell products. Unlike works of fine art that convey an artist's personal expression, commercial art must address the client's goals.
The word 'Commercial' is defined as follows: Concerned with or engaged in commerce. Commerce is the exchange of goods or services among two or more parties.
Craftsmen are committed to the medium, not to self-expression. Artists are committed to their self-expression, not the medium.
A medium of exchange is an intermediary instrument and system used to facilitate the purchase and sale of goods and services between parties.

IMPERIALISM, THE HIGHEST STAGE OF CAPITALISM
Imperialism, the Highest Stage of Capitalism,[1] originally published as Imperialism, the Newest Stage of Capitalism,[2][3] is a book written by Vladimir Lenin in 1916 and published in 1917. It describes the formation of oligopoly, by the interlacing of bank and industrial capital, in order to create a financial oligarchy, and explains the function of financial capital in generating profits from the exploitation colonialism inherent to imperialism, as the final stage of capitalism. The essay synthesises Lenin's developments of Karl Marx's theories of political economy in Das Kapital (1867).[4]

A clay-court specialist is a tennis player who excels on clay courts, more than on any other surface.
Due in part to advances in racquet technology, current clay-court specialists are known for employing long, winding groundstrokes that generate heavy topspin; such strokes are less effective on faster surfaces on which the balls do not bounce as high. Clay-court specialists tend to slide more effectively on clay than other players. Many of them are also very adept at hitting the drop shot, which can be effective because rallies on clay courts often leave players pushed far beyond the baseline. Additionally, the slow, long rallies require a great degree of mental focus and physical stamina.
CASAPIANOS MARTYROLOGY ORDER (CATHOLIC COUNTER-REFORMATION)
The Casa Pia is a Portuguese institution founded by Maria I, known as A Pia ("Mary the Pious"), and organized by Police Intendant Pina Manique in 1780, following the social disarray of the 1755 Lisbon earthquake. For almost three centuries, thousands of young boys and girls were raised by Casa Pia, including many public personalities, called casapianos. Casa Pia is Portugal's largest educational institution dedicated to helping youngsters in risk of social exclusion or without parental support. The organisation is composed of ten schools and enrolls approximately 4700 students. In addition to standard schooling, the organisation also provides boarding for children in need. It strives to enable these youngsters to become healthy and successful members of society, by developing intellectual, manual, and physical traits, in an environment promoting spiritual, moral, and religious values. The institution is proud to have had amongst its students many outstanding Portuguese personalities, including politicians, journalists, and artists. A martyrology is a catalogue or list of martyrs and other saints and beati arranged in the calendar order of their anniversaries or feasts. Local martyrologies record exclusively the custom of a particular Church. Local lists were enriched by names borrowed from neighbouring churches.[1] Consolidation occurred, by the combination of several local martyrologies, with or without borrowings from literary sources.
The Canons Regular of St. Augustine are priests who live in community under a rule (Latin: regula and κανών, kanon, in Greek) and are generally organised into religious orders, differing from both secular canons and other forms of religious life, such as clerics regular, designated by a partly similar terminology. As religious communities, they have laybrothers as part of the community.
Clerics regular are clerics (mostly priests) who are members of a religious order under a rule of life (regular). Clerics regular differ from canons regular in that they devote themselves more to pastoral care, in place of an obligation to the praying of the Liturgy of the Hours in common, and have fewer observances in their rule of life.
Lay brother is a largely extinct term referring to religious brothers, particularly in the Catholic Church, who focused upon manual service and secular matters, and were distinguished from choir monks or friars in that they did not pray in choir, and from clerics, in that they were not in possession of (or preparing for) holy orders.[1][2][3][4][5]
In female religious institutes, the equivalent role is the lay sister. Lay brothers were originally created to allow those who were skilled in particular crafts or did not have the required education to study for holy orders to participate in and contribute to the life of a religious order.
Lay brothers were found in many religious orders. Drawn from the working classes, they were pious and hardworking people, who though unable to achieve the education needed to receive holy orders, were still drawn to religious life and were able to contribute to the order through their skills. Some were skilled in artistic handicrafts, others functioned as administrators of the orders' material assets. In particular, the lay brothers of the Cistercians were skilled in agriculture, and have been credited for the tilling of fertile farmland.[1]
Lay sisters were found in most of the orders of women, and their origin, like that of the lay brothers, is to be found in the necessity of providing the choir nuns with more time for the Office and study, as well as creating the opportunity for the illiterate to join the religious life. They, too, wore a habit different from those of the choir sisters, and their required daily prayers consisted of prayers such as the Little Office or a certain number of Paters.[1]
All canons regular are to be distinguished from secular canons who belong to a resident group of priests but who do not take public vows and are not governed in whatever elements of life they lead in common by a historical rule. One obvious place where such groups of priests are required is at a cathedral, where there were many Masses to celebrate and the Divine Office to be prayed together in community.
In modern astrology, Mars is the primary native ruler of the first house. Traditionally however, Mars ruled both the third and tenth houses, and had its joy in the fifth house. While Venus tends to the overall relationship atmosphere, Mars is the passionate impulse and action, the masculine aspect, discipline, willpower and stamina.
Mars rules over Tuesday and in Romance languages the word for Tuesday often resembles Mars (in Romanian, marți, in Spanish, martes, in French, mardi and in Italian "martedì"). The English "Tuesday" is a modernised form of "Tyr's Day", Tyr being the Germanic analogue to Mars. Dante Alighieri associated Mars with the liberal art of arithmetic. In Chinese astrology, Mars is ruled by the element fire, which is passionate, energetic and adventurous.
According to John Clements, the term martial arts itself is derived from an older Latin term meaning "arts of Mars", the Roman god of war, and was used to refer to the combat systems of Europe (European martial arts) as early as the 1550s
A religious congregation is a type of religious institute in the Catholic Church. They are legally distinguished from religious orders – the other major type of religious institute – in that members take simple vows, whereas members of religious orders take solemn vows.
In the Catholic Church, a religious order is a community of consecrated life with members that profess solemn vows. They are classed as a type of religious institute.[1]

Material religion is a framework used by scholars of religion to examine the interaction between religion and material culture. It focuses on the place of objects, images, spaces, and buildings in religious communities. The framework has been promoted by scholars such as Birgit Meyer, Sally Promey, S. Brent Plate, David Morgan, etc.
Physiocracy (French: physiocratie; from the Greek for "government of nature") is an economic theory developed by a group of 18th-century Age of Enlightenment French economists who believed that the wealth of nations derived solely from the value of "land agriculture" or "land development" and that agricultural products should be highly priced.[1] Their theories originated in France and were most popular during the second half of the 18th century. Physiocracy became one of the first well-developed theories of economics.
The Bible typically describes the Heavenly host as being made up of angels, and gives several descriptions of angels in military terms, such as their encampment (Genesis 32:1–2), command structure (Psalms 91:11–12; Matt.13:41; Rev.7:2), and participation in combat (Job 19:12; Rev.12:7). Other passages indicate other entities make up the divine army, namely stars (Judges 5:20, Isaiah 40:26).[1][full citation needed] In Christian theology, the heavenly host participate in the war in Heaven.
The doctrine or theory of immanence holds that the divine encompasses or is manifested in the material world. It is held by some philosophical and metaphysical theories of divine presence. Immanence is usually applied in monotheistic, pantheistic, pandeistic, or panentheistic faiths to suggest that the spiritual world permeates the mundane.
The Dionysian Mysteries were a ritual of ancient Greece and Rome which sometimes used intoxicants and other trance-inducing techniques (like dance and music) to remove inhibitions and social constraints, liberating the individual to return to a natural state.
Religious nationalism can be understood in a number of ways, such as nationalism as a religion itself, a position articulated by Carlton Hayes in his text Nationalism: A Religion, or as the relationship of nationalism to a particular religious belief, dogma, ideology, or affiliation. This relationship can be broken down into two aspects: the politicisation of religion and the influence of religion on politics.
Dioceses ruled by an archbishop are commonly referred to as archdioceses; most are metropolitan sees, being placed at the head of an ecclesiastical province. In the Catholic Church, some are suffragans of a metropolitan see or are directly subject to the Holy See.
The body of light, sometimes called the 'astral body'[a] or the 'subtle body,'[b] is a "quasi material"[1] aspect of the human body, being neither solely physical nor solely spiritual, posited by a number of philosophers, and elaborated on according to various esoteric, occult, and mystical teachings. Other terms used for this body include body of glory,[2] spirit-body, luciform body, augoeides ('radiant body'), astroeides ('starry or sidereal body'), and celestial body.[3] The concept derives from the philosophy of Plato: the word 'astral' means 'of the stars'; thus the astral plane consists of the Seven Heavens of the classical planets. The idea is rooted in common worldwide religious accounts of the afterlife[4] in which the soul's journey or "ascent" is described in such terms as "an ecstatic, mystical or out-of body experience, wherein the spiritual traveller leaves the physical body and travels in their body of light into 'higher' realms."[5]
The canon law of the Catholic Church (from Latin ius canonicum[1]) is "how the Church organizes and governs herself".[2] It is the system of laws and ecclesiastical legal principles made and enforced by the hierarchical authorities of the Catholic Church to regulate its external organization and government and to order and direct the activities of Catholics toward the mission of the Church.
An institute of consecrated life is an association of faithful in the Catholic Church canonically erected by competent church authorities to enable men or women who publicly profess the evangelical counsels by religious vows or other sacred bonds "through the charity to which these counsels lead to be joined to the Church and its mystery in a special way".[1] They are defined in the 1983 Code of Canon Law under canons 573–730. The Congregation for Institutes of Consecrated Life and Societies of Apostolic Life has ecclesial oversight of institutes of consecrated life.[2]
In Christianity, the three evangelical counsels, or counsels of perfection, are chastity (NEVER), poverty (or perfect charity), and obedience (RECKLESS ABANDONMENT).[1] As stated by Jesus in the canonical gospels,[2] they are counsels for those who desire to become "perfect" (τελειος, teleios).[3][4] The Catholic Church interprets this to mean that they are not binding upon all, and hence not necessary conditions to attain eternal life (heaven), but that they are "acts of supererogation", "over and above" the minimum stipulated in the biblical commandments.[5][6]
Catholics who have made a public profession to order their lives by the evangelical counsels, and confirmed this by public vows before their competent church authority (the act of religious commitment known as a profession), are recognised as members of the consecrated life.
The Council of Trent (Latin: Concilium Tridentinum), held between 1545 and 1563 in Trent (or Trento), now in northern Italy, was the 19th ecumenical council of the Catholic Church. Prompted by the Protestant Reformation at the time, it has been described as the embodiment of the Counter-Reformation. The Council issued key statements and clarifications of the Church's doctrine and teachings, including scripture, the biblical canon, sacred tradition, original sin, justification, salvation, the sacraments, the Mass, and the veneration of saints[4] and also issued condemnations of what it defined to be heresies committed by proponents of Protestantism. The consequences of the Council were also significant with regard to the Church's liturgy and censorship.
Initiated in part to address the challenges of the Protestant Reformations,[3] the Counter-Reformation was a comprehensive effort arising from the decrees of the Council of Trent. The effort produced apologetic and polemical documents, heresy trials, anti-corruption efforts, spiritual movements, the promotion of new religious orders, and the flourishing of new art and musical styles.
Tradwave is a Catholic artistic style using synthwave and vaporwave art to promote traditional catholicism. Tradwave usually uses traditional catholic paintings, sculptures, or photographs of saints, given with vaporwave effects, often with a bible verse or quote about catholicism. The art usually tries to convey a resurrection of catholic spirituality in the modern atheist world. Figures often depicted in Tradwave art include Jesus Christ, the Virgin Mary, Ven. Fulton Sheen, Cardinal Robert Sarah, and Mother Angelica.
Tradwave music often takes the form of two main styles. One of them is catholic hymns with vaporwave effects and traditional Vaporwave/Lo-Fi music. It can also have quotes from modern prolific Catholic figures, such as Ven. The other theme is Fulton Sheen and Cardinal Robert Sarah.
Heavenly Virtues: Another phrase to describe this obedience to the voice is “reckless abandon.” It simply means that we let God do what God wants to do through us. It means if He tells us to do something or say something—we do it.
Intercession or intercessory prayer is the act of praying to a deity on behalf of others, or asking a saint in heaven to pray on behalf of oneself or for others. Intercession of the Saints is a Christian doctrine that maintains that saints can intercede for others. To intercede is to go or come between two parties, to plead before one of them on behalf of the other. In ecclesiastical usage both words are taken in the sense of the intervention primarily of Christ, and secondarily of the Blessed Virgin and the angels and saints, on behalf of men.[2] The doctrine is held by the Catholic, Eastern Orthodox Churches, the Assyrian Church of the East, the Oriental Orthodox churches , and some Lutherans and Anglicans (chiefly those of Evangelical Catholic or Anglo-Catholic churchmanship, respectively).[3] The practice of asking saints for their intercession can be found in Christian writings from the 3rd century onwards.[4][5][6] Catholic doctrine supports intercessory prayer to saints. This practice is an application of the doctrine of the Communion of saints. Some of the early basis for this was the belief that martyrs passed immediately into the presence of God and could obtain graces and blessings for others, which naturally and immediately led to their direct invocation. A further reinforcement was derived from the cult of the angels which, while pre-Christian in its origin, was heartily embraced by the faithful of the sub-Apostolic age. The doctrine of intercession and invocation was set forth by the Council of Trent, which teaches that "... the saints who reign together with Christ offer up their own prayers to God for men. It is good and useful suppliantly to invoke them, and to have recourse to their prayers, aid, and help for obtaining benefits from God, through His Son Jesus Christ our Lord, Who alone is our Redeemer and Saviour".[10] Intercessory prayer to saintly persons who have not yet been beatified can also practiced by individuals, and evidence of miracles produced as a result of such prayer is very commonly produced during the formal process of beatification and canonization.
In short, the gun-toting angel was a multifaceted metaphor. “It undoubtedly also reflected the Catholic Counter-Reformation militaristic rhetoric,” wrote Donahue-Wallace, “which promoted the church as an army and heavenly beings as its soldiers.” These "Harquebusier Angels" or "Arcabuceros" are full-length depictions of winged angels, elaborately dressed, and carrying matchlock guns (harquebuses).
The related term astrolatry usually implies polytheism. In anthropological literature these systems of practice may be referred to as astral cults.
A friar is a member of one of the mendicant orders in the Roman Catholic Church. There are also friars outside of the Roman Catholic Church, such as within the Anglican Communion. The term, first used in the 12th or 13th century, distinguishes the mendicants' itinerant apostolic character, exercised broadly under the jurisdiction of a superior general, from the older monastic orders' allegiance to a single monastery formalized by their vow of stability. A friar may be in holy orders or be a non-ordained brother. The most significant orders of friars are the Dominicans, Franciscans, Augustinians, and Carmelites.[1]
Romans 8:31; Exploring Biblical Imagery is one of the most important keys to interpreting and gaining a deeper understanding of the Bible. The Bible often communicates truth to us through images and patterns.
Throughout history, armed priests or soldier priests have been recorded. Distinguished from military chaplains, who are non-combatants that provided spiritual guidance to service personnel and associated civilians, these priests took up arms and fought in conflicts as combatants. The term warrior priests or war priests is usually used for armed priests in Antiquity and the Middle Ages, and of historical tribes.
Slang: In Romans 8:5-8, Paul presents a compelling contrast between living according to the flesh and living according to the Spirit. The flesh, with its disordered desires and rebellion against God, leads only to spiritual desolation. Martyr, one who voluntarily suffers death rather than deny their religion by words or deeds; such action is afforded special, institutionalized recognition in most major religions of the world. The term may also refer to anyone who sacrifices their life or something of great value for the sake of principle. A religious allusion is a brief reference to a person, event, place, or phrase from religious texts or traditions, without describing them in detail. 5 Those who live according to the flesh have their minds set on what the flesh desires; but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires. 6 The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace. 7 The mind governed by the flesh is hostile to God; it does not submit to God’s law, nor can it do so. 8 Those who are in the realm of the flesh cannot please God. Martyr/Romans 8 Allusion Slang.
Romeu e Julieta (Casapianos Order 1996 Adaptation 18+ Romance Thriller)
While it retains the original Shakespearean dialogue, the film represents the Montagues and the Capulets as warring mafia empires (with legitimate business fronts) and the Capulets were "a Latin family, sort of,"[15] played by Latin-American and Italian actors.[16] It is set in contemporary United States, where swords are replaced by guns[17] (with model names such as "Dagger", "Sword", and "Rapier"), and with a FedEx-style overnight delivery service called "Post Haste".[18] Shakespeare and Impure Aesthetics explores ideas about art implicit in Shakespeare's plays and defines specific Shakespearean aesthetic practices in his use of desire, death and mourning as resources for art. In fiction, a subplot or side story is a secondary strand of the plot that is a supporting side story for any story or for the main plot. Subplots may connect to main plots, in either time and place or thematic significance. Subplots often involve supporting characters, those besides the protagonist or antagonist. Subplots may also intertwine with the main plot at some point in a story.[1]
THE ENCYCLICAL PASSIONARIES ABOUT YHVH CASAPIANOS
Specifically, the royal psalms deal with the spiritual role of kings in the worship of Yahweh. Aside from that single qualification, there is nothing else which specifically links the ten psalms. Each of the psalms make explicit references to their subject, the king. Royal (messianic) psalms deal with the king as God's anointed or chosen one. Many are prayers for the wisdom of the king, his long life or success in battle. Some are prophetic in nature in that they also point to the ideal future king, the Messiah or the King of kings. Simple martyrologies only enumerate names. Historical martyrologies, also sometimes called passionaries, also include stories or biographical details. (Reckless Abandonment; Mars Shamanism and Casa Pia Wing Transfer Invocation)
In the martyrdom narrative of the remembering community, this refusal to comply with the presented demands results in the punishment or execution of an individual by an oppressor. Accordingly, the status of the 'martyr' can be considered a posthumous title as a reward for those who are considered worthy of the concept of martyrdom by the living, regardless of any attempts by the deceased to control how they will be remembered in advance.[1] Insofar, the martyr is a relational figure of a society's boundary work that is produced by collective memory.[2] Originally applied only to those who suffered for their religious beliefs, the term has come to be used in connection with people killed for a political cause. (Armed Friars and The War for Central Africa between Casapianos and The French; The Fall of Yoruba for Bembé; Arcubusier Angels in Africa)
The Metal Ages is a term for the period of human civilization beginning about 6,000 years ago during which metallurgy rapidly advanced, and human populations started using metals such as copper, tin, bronze and finally iron to make tools and weapons. By heating and shaping metals in hot furnaces, humanity also learned to use precious metals such as gold and silver to make intricate ornaments.[1][2] With these technological adaptions, human society became more productive and human settlements became larger and more prosperous, but also more violent.[3] The Metal Ages are divided into three stages: the Copper Age, the Bronze Age, and the Iron Age.[1][2] (Calcium Age of Angola)
5 SENSES FESTIVAL MONTHLY (CASAPIANOS ORDER)
Heortology or eortology is a science that deals with the origin and development of religious festivals,[1] and more specifically the study of the history and criticism of liturgical calendars and martyrologies*. Religious Ecstacy Entheogens are psychedelic drugs—and sometimes certain other psychoactive substances—used for engendering spiritual development or otherwise in sacred contexts.

The Auror&The Devil part 10
(Fluff hints of angst) MCx Aesop Sharp
Mora felt her head fall heavily onto her chest, but the whistle of the train pulled her from the embrace of sleep. She rubbed her tired, dark-circled eyes and looked out of the window, gazing absentmindedly at the fields passing by.
She had been traveling for a good few hours in a cramped compartment filled with luggage and loudly chatting people. At each stop, someone would get up, disembark, create a commotion, jostle her with their luggage, and then a new person, often speaking in a foreign language, would enter the compartment. Despite the window being slightly open, it was very stuffy, and the noise of the clattering wheels was unbearable at times.
Morana sighed deeply, glanced at the other, less agitated passengers, irritated by the smell of their sweaty clothes and the too-small distance that separated her from them on the seat. She disliked the beginning of journeys; they always looked the same, but this time, Mr. Dimm wasn't there to shield her. It was him who watched over their belongings while Morana slept comfortably leaning against his shoulder, only waking when Marcus pulled something to eat from the bag or when their documents were checked at the border. She felt a squeeze in her stomach and a great longing for his presence and Mrs. Dimm. Rarely did she feel this, but being in Hogwarts, she still didn't live with them, far away. Now, a few days of separation, hundreds of kilometers awaited her... Well, she wouldn't be entirely alone.
She smiled faintly and stroked with her thumb the black cover of the tiny book she held in her hand. For the past few days, she had got used to the horrifing photographs depicting wounded wizards and muggles, carefully studied their stories and all the information contained in the volume, promising herself that the train journey would be no different and she'll read few more chapters. Her plans were disrupted by the intrusive glances of fellow passengers, and only now, with no one beside her, did she open the page marked by Aesop Sharp's enigmatic letter. She didn't entirely know what to expect in Vienna, and she opened the envelope again to analyze the content in search of a cipher or a clue that would indicate their meeting place.
Dear Mora, I inquired here and there about the situation in Vienna, and unfortunately, quite a few rather unpleasant personas still remember me. Quite well. They are, in fact, waiting for me. On the other hand, I pondered how the joint journey of a young, unmarried woman with an unrelated man might appear in the eyes of strangers, or what other teachers might think if they accidentally found out that I spend time with you outside of classes... Well, they would likely consider it favoritism, even though you know me perfectly, and my intentions are driven by deep understanding and respect for you, as well as the promise I made to you that you can count on me in many matters... I don't want to cause you trouble, although I eagerly anticipate our venture, and at this very moment, while pretending to take notes at the meeting with Professor Black, where I am writing this letter, I am pushing the hands of the clock, eagerly awaiting... Anyways, I decided that it would be best if I crossed the border of the Austro-Hungarian Empire with false documents, which, so to speak, are still 'valid'. I will move around the city in a different guise. I cannot reveal more. I leave you only with a clue: O du lieber Augustin. Revelio will help.
Aesop
Morana smiled to herself, having no clue about the purpose of this whole conspiracy. It seemed as if she would face an interrogation at the border, and the first thing she would say is that Detective Aesop Sharp arrived in Vienna disguised as, for example, an onion seller, and he could be found in such and such a place...
"Silly Aesop," she whispered silently.
"Hmm... O du liebier Augustin?" she thought. It sounded very familiar. Suddenly, she had an epiphany and began singing in her mind: "Ach du lieber Augustin, Augustin, Augustin, Ach du lieber Augustin, alles ist hin." It was the content of a very popular song she sometimes heard, hummed by some Viennese passerby. She only knew the chorus; she would have to find the rest. It shouldn't be difficult; she would ask someone as soon as she arrived. She smiled cunningly and lightly brushed her fingers over the parchment, affectionately touching Aesop's handwriting. For a moment, she forgot she was on business trip... Well the 'buisness" part wouldn't take long... She only needed a few samples of grain, hops... They'd always been waiting with Mr. Dimm for the order, strolling around the city, eating ice creams, and feeding ducks in the park... Hmmm she could use that time, this time to find out more about that mysterious Augustin. Her gaze returned to a part of the letter; she didn't know how many times she had read it since receiving it: "...I eagerly anticipate our venture..."
She was glad she chose him as her companion. She wasn't sure what to expect in Nitra and what emotions would accompany her... She didn't want to share them even with her friends. Everyone knew she was adopted, but no one, except Sharp, a few officials and Mrs. Weasley, knew the genesis of her story. She had no desire to drag her friends to the orphanage, explain everything from the beginning... She didn't want to walk with them through the bleak corridors she knew too well. She knew that in doing so, she would feel embarrassment; memories would stir very fragile, deeply hidden emotions... Well, she knew Poppy's story, Sebastian's secret, Ominis's childhood, and she knew that they would understand her, but... she wasn't sure if they understood that it wasn't about discovering her past, which would end in success or failure. There was no talk of either one of them, as usual when helping friends. It wasn't about overcoming some ancient evil or sorcerer... She had to face herself, her fears, her past... They couldn't be destroyed or locked away in Azkaban... She was well aware that the very act of "searching" was reopening her barely healed wounds, anew, and she wasn't entirely sure if she was ready for it.
If her parents were alive—what next? Would they recognize her after all these years? Were they looking for her? Maybe they don't want to see her? If her parents were dead—how had it happened? Did someone kill them? Who casted a curse on her?...
"...you know me perfectly, and my intentions are driven by deep understanding and respect for you, as well as the promise I made to you that you can count on me in many matters..." glanced at her from the letter, and her heart was flooded with warmth. Pleasant, even in the heat prevailing in the compartment, resembling a warm hot water bottle to which one clings in winter.
"Aesop," she said silently, smiling blissfully.
The breath of fresh air after leaving the train was a true blessing. She stretched, lightly tensing her numb muscles, then brushed off any dust from her black skirt and snow-white blouse. Adjusting her hat with a dangling golden tassel, she set off, pleased that before the holidays, Aesop had shown her how to improve the size-changing spell. Now, her entire belongings fit in a secret compartment in her coat pocket, eliminating the need to lug around suitcases.
The weather was perfect; the morning sky reflected in the beautifully adorned windows of multi-story buildings, so bright they seemed carved from marble. Pigeons strolled on the clean cobblestone streets among padestrians' feet, occasionally taking flight when startled by the clatter of approaching horse-drawn carriages or the laughter of playing children. Only they added a touch of chaos; otherwise, tranquility prevailed. Conversations echoed in the air as pedestrians glanced at shop windows, chatting at tables adorned with flowers set outside by restaurants. Merlin, how she adored this city.
When she reached the center, the enticing aroma of roasted coffee from Cafe Demel, Mr Dimm's favourite, wafted through the air. She decided to stop for a treat before attending to her urgent business. Comfortably settling into her usual chair, she looked nostalgically at the empty seat across from her, the one usually Marcus occupied. Taking a deep breath, she pulled out a book, losing herself in its pages.
"Grüß Gott, bitte," (hello, help yourself) interrupted a young, smiling waitress, placing a generous slice of Sachertorte and coffee with milk on the table. "Möchten Sie noch etwas bestellen?" (anything else?)
"Nein, danke, das ist alles... Kennen Sie vielleicht das Lied 'O du lieber Augustin'? Ich kenne nur den Refrain und würde gerne den gesamten Text erfahren..." (no, thanks, that's all. Do you know the song 'o du lieber Augustin'? I know only the chorus, and I'd like to learn the whole text.)
"Natürlich, ich kann es Ihnen aufschreiben..." The waitress retrieved a pencil from her apron pocket and quickly scribbled the verses on a napkin. "Bitte, einen schönen Tag!" (no problem, I can write it for you, have a nice day)
"Danke, schönen Tag!" (have a nice day)
Hmmm... Morana delved into the lyrics. The song didn't seem interesting except for the drunken lyrical subject, Augustin, who... wait a moment... in the last verse, he fell into a grave dug for the plague victims. The Black Death... Morana knew there was a beautiful plague column nearby; there must be the next clue!
She burst into laughter, amused by Aesop's little game. It was a bit thrilling, but at the same time, the whole conspiracy disarmed her. "Why couldn't he just tell me that we would meet in some café, and he would sit next to me?" she thought, suppressing a smile and rolling her eyes. "What a silly man." It amazed her that, despite his forty years, he could come up with such an absurd idea like Sebastian's, but on the other hand, she was the first person who loved such puzzles.
She shuddered at the thought that she inherited this from her mother, thinking of Mrs. Dimm and their fondness for solving various riddles together. It felt strangely cold and sad. She wasn't her mother and never would be. Her mother was somewhere else, not living in a brewery in the Highlands, not laughing loudly when her husband read her jokes written at the end of the newspaper. Maybe real mother was or had been a witch, not a Muggle like the Dimms'.
She realized that deep down, she wanted to be like her biological parents, naively believing that all her good qualities came from them. In her mind, her mother was someone almost holy, perfect, just like her real father. She knew it was just a childish fantasy, but her mind clung to those thoughts for years, fearing that letting go would sever her only connection to her real family.
The cake she swallowed suddenly became less sweet.
She glanced at the empty chair and scolded herself for feeling sad and powerless due to Marcus's absence. However, she had bought him a large bag of local coffee before leaving and carefully tucked it into her pocket so that no suitcase would crush it.
Outside, she took a deep breath and focused on her task. She quickly reached familiar traders and, briefly explaining Marcus's illness, efficiently selected grains and hops, relying mainly on her sense of smell. After two hours, she concluded the deal. She would take a few barrels and bags in her magical pocket for a trial run. The rest would be delivered directly to the brewery in a month. The prospect of returning by any means of transport except a carriage, which she despised for long distances, delighted her.
"Now time to find Aesop Sharp, the mysterious, hidden wizard!" Sounded in her head like an announcement before a some minor-street-magician performace, and made her laugh, driving away bad thoughts.
With a light step, she found the Plague Column at Graben Square, waiting for a moment when there were not too many people around. She discreetly cast Revelio, circling the monument. Her eyes fell on a tiny note tucked under the back of a stone female figure (probably a personification of the plague), chased by an angel with fire .
Morana felt a thrill of excitement as she unfolded the parchment, wondering if it was too easy. She smiled seeing Aesop's handwriting.
"Follow my favorite creature."
A silvery dog burst into the air from the paper, darting among unsuspecting Muggles.
"A dog?" Morana thought, sensing trickery. It couldn't be the right place. She pocketed the parchment, noticing that the conjured dog had disappeared.
She questioned passersbys, and only an elderly lady explained that there was a square near Hofburg called Strohplatz, with a fountain. A few decades ago, it used to be a mass grave, supposedly where Augustin fell. Morana's eyes sparkled. She thanked the woman and hurried in that direction.
Catching her breath, she reached the fountain and, sitting on its edge, casted Revelio again. Suddenly, in the midst of coins at the bottom, a sweetly sleeping silvery niffler appeared. It woke up abruptly, puncturing the water surface with a splash, leaping onto the cobblestones.
"Hi!" Morana greeted him, stroking his back. He immediately rolled onto his side, comically waving one paw in the air. Aesop's Patronus finally started leading Morana to its owner. It moved unhurriedly, walking on its small paws in a rythm: - tap-tap-tap-tap-
"Griechenbeisl," Morana reluctantly spelled out the name of the place where the niffler led her before disappearing. "Oh, they have Pilsner here," she muttered to herself, seeing an ad for Czech beer on the entrance. She was about to push the wooden door when she noticed a sign: "Wizards Welcome" written in several languages, including what seemed to be Japanese. Could it be that this was a place similar to the "Three Broomsticks"?
The bell at the entrance jingled, and Morana's senses were immediately assaulted by loud laughter, music, the smell of beer, and fried cutlets. She looked around, not quite sure whom she was looking for. She began observing the patrons, and to her surprise, most wore pointed hats, characteristic of wizarding fashion. The dishes at the bar washed themselves in the sink, candles levitated under the ceiling, and by the fireplace, a bag of floo powder and the bust of Ignatia spoke to anyone passing by. The more she looked, the more magical elements she noticed.
"Where are you, Aesop?" she whispered to herself, walking between the tables, mainly focusing on those sitting alone. Inadvertently, she bumped into a drunk man carrying a pint of beer, which spilled a bit on the floor.
"Entschuldigung, das wollte ich nicht!..." (I'm sorry I didn't mean to...) she exclaimed.
"Sieh, wie du herumläufst!" (Look where you walk) the man growled, shaking off his wet hands. He added menacingly, approaching her uncomfortably closely. "Möchtest du eins auf den Deckel bekommen, Püppchen!?" (Looking for trouble, doll?)
Suddenly, a colorful lace umbrella blocked his way, piercing his massive chest.
"Diese Dame ist mit mir," (This lady is with me.) said a fashionably dressed, plump elderly woman, offering him her surprisingly large pint, unseemly fitting her small stature. She added with a gentle but stern tone, not taking her eyes off him. "Hier, prost." (here you are, cheers)
The man seemed satisfied with the turn of events and disappeared somewhere at the back of the bar with two pints. Morana fixed her gaze on the old lady. She looked like the typical image of a benevolent aunt – the one who slips you money under the table and silently says, "spend it as you wish." Shorter than Morana, dressed in an elegant purple suit slightly hugging her charming belly and ample bosom, pearls cascaded down from her neck, hiding slightly under the folds of her neck. Perfectly styled dark hair with a touch of gray was hidden under an extraordinary hat adorned with a pin ending in a golden niffler ornament.
"Aesop," Morana whispered, brightening.
"SSHHHHHHHHHHHH," he hissed, and a menacing grimace distorted his perfectly lipsticked red mouth. "Follow me." He nodded at her with a gloved hand, perfectly matching the umbrella he leaned on, and strolled slowly towards a table in the corner, far away from the other guests in the pub. Morana fixed her gaze on his short legs, admiring how effortlessly he walked in high heels despite his bad leg. Finally, he took a seat, nonchalantly crossing one leg over the other.
"Damn splinters, don't want to tear my stockings..." He grumbled under his breath, then cast a stern look at Morana, who was staring at him in admiration. He didn't change his voice; he simply tried to speak in a slightly higher tone with a French accent. "Until we reach Nitra's territory, and in places like pubs and inns, you'll be in the company of Madame Niffleur. Enchanté!"
"You're... I mean, she's adorable!" Morana confessed, eliciting a slight smile from Aesop.
"I'm flattered. I'll tell you where she came from later. First, we'll use the fireplace to GET OUT OF HERE, damn it, because I've had enough of Vienna... On each corner I can see my former suspects... Our destination is the flame 'Nitriansky Hrad'; you need to take a handful of floo powder and, while speaking clearly that destination's name, throw it at your feet. We're going, NOW, ladies first, I mean the younger ones."
Morana entered the fireplace first, uttered the name, threw the powder, and a green flame carried her away, her heart pounding as she appeared in her hometown again.
She found herself in the forest, and Madame Niffleur almost immediately appeared beside her, brushing soot off her expensive clothes and handbag.
"I've always said that travel broadens the..." "WE KNOW!" Madame Niffleur stopped Ignatia in full Aesop's annoyed voice, and then took out her wand, transformed back into Aesop with a wave, and touched Morana's arm.
He saw that she recognized the place; fear and tears gathered in her bright eyes.
"How do you feel, Mora?" he asked softly with a velvety tone. She nodded.
"Weird. Very strange, as if I were here yesterday, and so many years have passed..."
A tear streamed down her cheek, immediately wiped away by Sharp's thumb, who leaned over Morana, looking deeply into her glistening eyes and feeling moved himself. She could almost smell his breath, a nice scent with a dash of beer he didn't finish.
"If you need a break or want to go back, no problem..."
"No, no, let's go," she assured, sniffing. "I don't want to back down... But it's a bit surreal to me..."
"Alright. You'll have to be my guide and somewhat translator... Where do we start?" he asked, his eyes gleaming cunningly. He knew she knows that he could easily tell her what to do as a former detective, but he wanted her to occupy her thoughts and dive away her sorrows.
Morana walked at a slow pace, allowing Aesop to lean on her shoulder.
"Orphanage."
End of part 10, thanks for reading

An international charity with extensive experience in providing emergency aid in wars, famines and earthquakes throughout the Middle East and in Afghanistan is being forced to pay $5,000 a truck to a company linked to Egypt’s General Intelligence Service (GIS) to get aid into Gaza.
The charity, which does not want to be named to avoid obstruction to its relief efforts in Gaza, spoke to Middle East Eye in outrage at having to pay what it openly describes as a bribe to a state-linked agent.
A spokesman for the charity said: “We have worked around the world in times of war, earthquakes and other disasters, but we have never been treated like this by a state who is profiteering from the dispatch of humanitarian goods. It’s draining a lot of our resources and the bribe being paid is per truck.”
The charity said the money is being paid in the form of a “management fee” to a company affiliated with the Sons of Sinai, a construction and contracting firm owned by the Sinai businessman, Ibrahim al-Organi, and part of his Organi Group. He heads the Tarabin tribe in the Sinai desert bordering Israel and owns a company that is a joint venture with two companies owned by the GIS.
The Organi Group is alleged in media reports to be the ultimate beneficiary of a lucrative sale of “fast-track” permits for Palestinians wishing to escape from Israel's war on the Gaza Strip.
An investigation carried out by the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP) and independent Egyptian website, Saheeh Masr, found that intermediaries were selling exit permits at prices ranging from $4,500 to $10,000 for Palestinians and $650 to $1,200 for Egyptians.
As desperation in Gaza has increased, the price for a passage out of the enclave has gone up to $10,000 per person, Al-Araby Al-Jadeed reported recently. The price for commercial traffic going into Gaza charged by companies owned by Organi is $9,000 a truck, although the cost of the fare charged by truckers is commonly just $300 a load.
A spokesperson for Unrwa, the UN agency for Palestinian refugees providing vital support in Gaza, told Middle East Eye it is not paying fees to transfer aid into the enclave from Egypt.
Bleak situation
The charity’s statement to MEE is the first concrete evidence of Egypt or Egyptian government-linked parties demanding a cut from the humanitarian aid going into Gaza, which already is subject to weeklong delays incurred by Israel.
Earlier this month, James Heappey, the British minister of state for the armed forces, said that over 150 tonnes of humanitarian aid delivered to Egypt by the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) is waiting to be transferred into Gaza.
The humanitarian situation in Gaza is bleak. More than 26,000 Palestinians have been killed since the war broke out in October, and on Sunday, a UN expert said famine in the enclave was “inevitable”.
Last week, Middle East Eye spoke to five families from Gaza who all confirmed that they had paid fees in the thousands, mostly in US dollars or Euros, to mediators who then facilitated their exit from Gaza.
Besan, a Palestinian who arranged for her mother to leave Gaza, said of her Suez-based mediator: “He told us that he works with Egyptian security and that he would pull strings to put our mother’s name on the list.”
Egypt denied it is profiteering from this trade at the Rafah border. In a statement published on 10 January, the head of Egypt’s State Information Service, Diaa Rashwan, rejected the “unfounded allegations” that additional fees are being imposed on Palestinians at the crossing.
A parallel “fast-track” system for getting through Rafah has been in place for years, with Gaza-based agents demanding several thousand dollars for quick passage. But this market has boomed since Israel’s ground attack started and the desperation of internally displaced Palestinians has grown.
One of the companies allegedly involved in the trade is Hala Consulting and Tourism, an Egyptian travel agency. This is one of eight companies operating under Organi’s chief arm, the Organi Group.
Another company in the same group is Misr Sinai, a joint venture with the Egyptian defence ministry’s industrial conglomerate, the National Services Projects Organisation (NSPO)
Organi said in an interview with Youm7 in 2014 that the NSPO owned 51 percent of Misr Sinai’s shares, in partnership with two companies owned by the GIS. “As you can see, all state entities are in this company. This gives us an advantage,” Organi said in the interview.
Denying responsibility
Organi’s companies first surfaced in 2014 when Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi announced an initiative to rebuild houses destroyed in Gaza by Israel’s Operation Protective Edge. The Organi Group was named as one of the beneficiaries.
Hala Company for Consulting and Tourism Services was relaunched in 2021 to “exclusively undertake the transportation of travellers to and from the Gaza Strip”.
At that time, the cross-border traffic managed by Hala was described by Egyptian sources speaking to Al-Araby Al-Jadeed in 2021 as part of a response by Cairo to “a major demand of the Palestinian factions regarding facilitating travel through the Rafah crossing to alleviate the suffering of the Palestinians”.
'If I am the reason for not letting a loaf of bread into Gaza, how could I face God?' - Abdel Fattah el-Sisi
Egypt has denied profiteering from the crossing at Rafah and from being responsible for the long tailbacks of lorries carrying humanitarian aid at the Egyptian side of the border.
During its defence against charges of committing genocide in Gaza, in a case brought to the International Court of Justice earlier this month, Israel’s defence team accused Cairo of being responsible for preventing the entry of humanitarian aid into the enclave.
Speaking in Somalia, Sisi accused Israel of holding up the trucks on the Gaza side of the Rafah border.
He said: “If I am the reason for not letting a loaf of bread into Gaza, how could I face God?”
MEE asked Egypt’s State Information Service to comment on the charity’s claim that it had to pay $5,000 a truck to agents linked to the General Intelligence Service, but they failed to reply by the time of publication.
Middle East Eye has also asked the Organi Group and Sons of Sinai for comment.

For the last 50 years, the United States military has enjoyed air superiority over essentially every other nation on the planet. In addition to good-ol’ American ingenuity and freedom to create, this superiority was created and is maintained by the government’s support of ongoing research and development to maintain that superiority. The research and development process for new fighter jets can take decades, as with the F-22 Raptor and the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter (JSF). China has always lagged significantly behind the United States in this department, but they’ve recently made major strides.
A significant factor in China’s progress comes as a result of the 2015 acquisition of Henniges Automotive, a Michigan company whose anti-vibration (stealth) technology is used on the F-35 (stealth) fighter, by Aviation Industry Corp of China (AVIC), the state-owned entity that produces fighter jets for the Chinese military.
Guess whose company partnered with AVIC in that acquisition? That’s right -- Hunter Biden, Devon Archer, and Chris Heinz’s BHR.
As a refresher: BHR is a Chinese venture capital firm in which Rosemont Seneca Thornton (the Biden/Heinz/Archer/Bulger partnership) owned a 30 percent stake, and which is majority-owned and controlled by the state-owned Bank of China. (Hunter Biden still owns 10 percent through his Skaneateles, LLC entity.)
For the 2015 transaction a wholly-owned subsidiary of AVIC, AVIC Auto, partnered with BHR to acquire Henniges, with AVIC Auto owning 51 percent and BHR owning 49 percent -- meaning that the Chinese government-owned military manufacturer ended up with a controlling interest in Henniges.
The Chinese government and military have attempted for decades to catch up to the aforementioned US military superiority, by any means necessary. At the time of the sale, U.S. government officials -- and the public, through Edward Snowden – were aware that China had hacked “terabytes” of data, including F-35 technology, and made use of it in their J-20 fighter. By acquiring Henniges and their anti-vibration technology, AVIC could put that technology directly to use in the Chinese military jets.
In a press release announcing the deal Daen Lu, described as chairman of Henniges Automotive, said (emphasis added):
“This acquisition represents a long-term, strategic investment by AVIC Auto to sustain and grow the Henniges business, while keeping the successful leadership, culture, benefits and contracts associated with the company intact. We are excited about this acquisition, and look forward to the addition of their significant expertise and the benefits it will bring to both of our companies.”
Yes, we’re sure AVIC looked forward to the significant expertise Henniges brought to the table. And who is Daen Lu? A Bloomberg profile describes him as both the Chairman of the Board of Henniges Automotive and as Chairman of AVIC Capital Co., LTD. So, was he on the board of Henniges before the acquisition, or was he inserted by AVIC?
BHR’s press release shares similar sentiments. In a March 2016 interview, BHR CEO Jonathan Li characterized the Henniges transaction as BHR’s “typical business model”:
Henniges [an automotive equipment manufacturer acquired last year] is our typical business model. We set up a joint venture with AVIC -- they own 51% and we own 49% – and did the acquisition together. AVIC has industry experience, operations in China, and it knew Henniges well. As a financial investor, we use our international network and our professionalism. While the AVIC is very experienced in international acquisitions, some Chinese companies don’t have the same cross-border experience and so may appreciate what we can offer in this domain.
Xin Wang, a US-educated Canadian attorney who serves as BHR’s Managing Partner, said that by BHR serving as a conduit for the SOE they “can facilitate the transaction.”
Just by virtue of being an SOE there is the perception -- rightly or wrongly – that there will be some cross-cultural issues. Having us and our global resources there as a financial investor, and serving as a conduit, can facilitate the transaction.
A look at the research and development timelines of the F-35 and the J-31 illustrates the advantage that both hacking and the strategic acquisition of Henniges have given the Chinese.

Mergers & Acquisitions in Thailand
Thailand's M&A landscape has evolved significantly in recent years, driven by economic growth, government policies, and the increasing attractiveness of the Thai market to foreign investors. While the country has a robust legal and regulatory framework for M&A, unique challenges and opportunities exist.
The Thai M&A Landscape
Thailand offers a compelling investment climate with a large domestic market, strategic geographic location, and a growing middle class. Key sectors attracting M&A activity include:
Consumer Goods: Strong domestic consumption and a rising middle class have fueled interest in the food and beverage, retail, and consumer electronics sectors.
Energy: Thailand's focus on renewable energy and energy security has driven M&A in the oil and gas, power generation, and alternative energy sectors.
Infrastructure: Government initiatives to improve infrastructure have created opportunities in transportation, logistics, and utilities.
Technology: The growing digital economy has led to increased M&A activity in e-commerce, fintech, and digital media.
Common Deal Structures
While mergers were introduced in Thailand in 2023, acquisitions remain the predominant deal structure. Common acquisition methods include:
Share Acquisitions: Purchasing shares from existing shareholders.
Asset Acquisitions: Acquiring specific assets of a target company.
Joint Ventures: Creating a new entity with shared ownership and control.
Regulatory Framework
Thailand's legal and regulatory environment for M&A is relatively mature, with key laws governing the process, including:
Thai Civil and Commercial Code: Provides the legal framework for corporate transactions.
Securities and Exchange Act: Regulates public companies and takeover bids.
Foreign Business Act: Governs foreign investment and ownership restrictions.
Competition Act: Addresses antitrust concerns.
While the legal framework is generally supportive of M&A, navigating the complexities of Thai law requires careful consideration and expert advice.
Challenges and Opportunities
Despite its attractiveness, the Thai M&A landscape presents unique challenges:
Corporate Governance: While improving, corporate governance standards in Thailand can vary, impacting deal execution and post-merger integration.
Due Diligence: Conducting thorough due diligence is essential due to potential complexities in business structures, ownership, and financial reporting.
Regulatory Approvals: Obtaining necessary approvals from government agencies can be time-consuming and complex.
Talent Acquisition and Retention: Post-merger integration often requires addressing talent management challenges, including cultural differences and skill gaps.
On the other hand, Thailand offers significant opportunities for M&A:
Growth Potential: The expanding middle class and government initiatives create a favorable environment for business growth.
ASEAN Hub: Thailand's strategic location makes it a gateway to the ASEAN market.
Government Support: Government policies encouraging foreign investment can facilitate M&A deals.
Emerging Trends
Several trends are shaping the future of M&A in Thailand:
Digital Transformation: Increasing focus on digital technologies and e-commerce is driving M&A activity.
Sustainability: Environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors are gaining importance in dealmaking.
Cross-Border Deals: Thailand's strategic location is attracting more cross-border investments.
Conclusion
Thailand's M&A landscape is dynamic and offers both challenges and opportunities. Successful dealmaking requires a deep understanding of the local market, regulatory environment, and cultural nuances. By carefully navigating these complexities, businesses can capitalize on the growth potential of the Thai market.

India-Israel Tech Partnership: A Catalyst for India's Economic Growth
The strategic partnership between India and Israel, particularly in the area of technology, has played a transformative role in shaping the Indian economy over the years. The two nations have been growing together in a long-standing relationship that goes beyond diplomatic ties. Major collaborations are visible in defence, agriculture, water management, and lately, in technology. With the increasing globalization and innovation, India has seen that Israel's advanced technologies can take it to a position where it wants to be an economy.
Israel popularly became known as the "Startup Nation" because of the very vibrant nature of the technology ecosystem. It hosts a population of just over 9 million and has the highest number of startups per capita globally. These startups specialize in high-tech innovation, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and defence technologies. India is also a rapidly growing economy with an extensive market of great depth. These make India an ideal partner for Israel's tech ventures. It has led to technological development in both countries, but its benefits have also been felt in both countries' economies.
This partnership has brought about much-needed change in one specific segment of India's economy. That sector is that of agriculture technology, AgriTech. Israel's desalination and drip irrigation techniques have taken the farm sector of India by storm, especially in the arid zones of India. Due to chronic water shortages in states such as Gujarat and Rajasthan, Israeli technologies enable their farmers to maximise water usage, lift yields, and reduce costs. These innovations are augmenting the livelihoods and stability in the economy and medium-term food security of rural communities in India.
Alongside agriculture, the other major areas of cooperation encompass the sector of defence and cybersecurity. Since India was constantly being challenged on borders, the country went out in search of advanced defence technologies with Israel, and, over time, Israeli defence houses like Rafael and Elbit Systems started supplying India with the most sophisticated missile systems, drones, and other surveillance equipment. This not only strengthens India's defence capabilities, but it has direct economic implications in terms of creating jobs and boosting local production under initiatives like Make in India and propelling innovation in India's technology landscape.
The flow of knowledge and technology from India to Israel is not a one-way street. Indian entrepreneurs and startups are increasingly working with Israeli companies to develop products for global markets. The India-Israel Innovation Bridge, a platform for cross-collaboration between the startups of both countries, it has led to several joint ventures in artificial intelligence, fintech, and health tech. This has opened up new opportunities for Indian businesses by spurring innovation and propelling a culture of entrepreneurship in India, which will fuel further growth in the economy.
A perfect example is Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). This is one of India's biggest IT companies, which has collaborated with the Israeli tech sector to come up with AI-driven applications for many sectors. With this collaboration, TCS is in a position to come up with innovative products that are being used not only in the country but also exported to the international market, thereby growing India's share in the global economy of technology.
One of the most gigantic challenges India faces at present is water scarcity. The Israeli understanding in this regard has had an immense economic impact there. This paper discusses one such collaborative endeavour - the India-Israel Bundelkhand Water Project, which aims at addressing the drought-prone area of Bundelkhand, a region in central India, and implements Israeli water conservation technology and practices among local communities to improve their control over the resource, thereby increasing agricultural productivity and establishing more sustainable conditions for the economy of farmers.
India-Israel's tech partnership will surely be a powerful driver of Indian economic growth. Taking the technological prowess of Israel and the vast market and production capabilities of India, it goes very well to offer each other a win-win situation for both their economies. From agriTech to defence, from cybersecurity to water management, the partnership is not only adding to India's technological capabilities but also jobs, thus making it more sustainable and putting India at the centre of the global tech landscape. As the partnership continues to grow, so will its impact on India's economy. It will be a springboard for innovation and economic prosperity.

Midfield collective of False 9, False 10, Box to Box, Holding, Half Winger, Attacking, Defensive.
We are not stretching the defensive line itsself, but the space between the defensive line and the goalkeeper

The Roman Martyrology is an official liturgical book of the Catholic Church, with ancient origins, that lists the martyrs, confessors, virgins, and other saints, each on his or her dies natalis, or birthday into eternal life, as well as major feasts of Our Lord and Our Lady.
The Roman Martyrology is also central to the Divine Office or Liturgy of the Hours—a daily set of prayers marking the hours of each day and sanctifying it with worship. During the Office of Readings, specific entries from the martyrology are recited to inform and inspire those in prayer.
THE ENCYCLICAL PASSIONARIES ABOUT YHVH CASAPIANOS (MARTYROLOGY BIBLE)
Specifically, the royal psalms deal with the spiritual role of kings in the worship of Yahweh. Aside from that single qualification, there is nothing else which specifically links the ten psalms. Each of the psalms make explicit references to their subject, the king. Royal (messianic) psalms deal with the king as God's anointed or chosen one. Many are prayers for the wisdom of the king, his long life or success in battle. Some are prophetic in nature in that they also point to the ideal future king, the Messiah or the King of kings. Simple martyrologies only enumerate names. Historical martyrologies, also sometimes called passionaries, also include stories or biographical details. (Reckless Abandonment; Mars Shamanism and Casa Pia Wing Transfer Invocation)
The term "revolutionary martyr" usually relates to those dying in revolutionary struggle.[50][51] During the 20th century, the concept was developed in particular in the culture and propaganda of communist or socialist revolutions, although it was and is also used in relation to nationalist revolutions.
By heating and shaping metals in hot furnaces, humanity also learned to use precious metals such as gold and silver to make intricate ornaments.[1][2] With these technological adaptions, human society became more productive and human settlements became larger and more prosperous, but also more violent.[3] The Metal Ages are divided into three stages: the Copper Age, the Bronze Age, and the Iron Age.[1][2] (Calcium Age of Mozambique)
Religious practices in ancient Greece encompassed a collection of beliefs, rituals, and mythology, in the form of both popular public religion and cult practices. The application of the modern concept of "religion" to ancient cultures has been questioned as anachronistic.[1] The ancient Greeks did not have a word for 'religion' in the modern sense. Likewise, no Greek writer known to us classifies either the gods or the cult practices into separate 'religions'.[2] Instead, for example, Herodotus speaks of the Hellenes as having "common shrines of the gods and sacrifices, and the same kinds of customs."[3] Various religious festivals were held in ancient Greece. Many were specific only to a particular deity or city-state. Altogether the year in Athens included some 140 days that were religious festivals of some sort, though they varied greatly in importance. (Festival Martyrology)
Gnostic cosmogony generally presents a distinction between a supreme, hidden God and a malevolent lesser divinity (sometimes associated with the biblical deity Yahweh)[1] who is responsible for creating the material universe. Consequently, Gnostics considered material existence flawed or evil, and held the principal element of salvation to be direct knowledge of the hidden divinity, attained via mystical or esoteric insight. Many Gnostic texts deal not in concepts of sin and repentance, but with illusion and enlightenment.[2] Gnostic writings flourished among certain Christian groups in the Mediterranean world around the second century, when the Fathers of the early Church denounced them as heresy.[3]
The original sense of apotheosis relates to religion and is the subject of many works of art. Figuratively "apotheosis" may be used in almost any context for "the deification, glorification, or exaltation of a principle, practice, etc.", so normally attached to an abstraction of some sort.[1] In religion, apotheosis was a feature of many religions in the ancient world, and some that are active today. It requires a belief that there is a possibility of newly-created gods, so a polytheistic belief system. The major modern religions of Christianity, Islam, and Judaism do not allow for this, though many recognise minor sacred categories such as saints (created by a process called canonization). A mural crown (Latin: corona muralis) is a crown or headpiece representing city walls, towers, or fortresses. In classical antiquity, it was an emblem of tutelary deities who watched over a city, and among the Romans a military decoration. Later the mural crown developed into a symbol of European heraldry, mostly for cities and towns, and in the 19th and 20th centuries was used in some republican heraldry. (Mural Crown Wing Transfer)
In religious studies, an ethnic religion is a religion or belief associated with notions of heredity and a particular ethnic group. (CHAMA ROXA)
An illusion is a distortion of the senses, which can reveal how the mind normally organizes and interprets sensory stimulation. Although illusions distort the human perception of reality, they are generally shared by most people.[1] (Sensory Process Sensitivity)
Capricornus is one of the 88 modern constellations, and was also one of the 48 constellations listed by the 2nd century astronomer Claudius Ptolemy. Its old astronomical symbol is (♑︎). Under its modern boundaries it is bordered by Aquila, Sagittarius, Microscopium, Piscis Austrinus, and Aquarius. The constellation is located in an area of sky called the Sea or the Water, consisting of many water-related constellations such as Aquarius, Pisces and Eridanus. It is the smallest constellation in the zodiac. Aries is one of the constellations of the zodiac. It is located in the Northern celestial hemisphere between Pisces to the west and Taurus to the east. The name Aries is Latin for ram. Its old astronomical symbol is (♈︎). It is one of the 48 constellations described by the 2nd century astronomer Ptolemy, and remains one of the 88 modern constellations. It is a mid-sized constellation ranking 39th in overall size, with an area of 441 square degrees (1.1% of the celestial sphere). (Pisces Rising Men)
Leo Minor is a small and faint constellation in the northern celestial hemisphere. Its name is Latin for "the smaller lion", in contrast to Leo, the larger lion. It lies between the larger and more recognizable Ursa Major to the north and Leo to the south. Leo Minor was not regarded as a separate constellation by classical astronomers; it was designated by Johannes Hevelius in 1687.[2] (Women)
Dancehall is a genre of Jamaican popular music that originated in the late 1970s.[4][5] Initially, dancehall was a more sparse version of reggae than the roots style, which had dominated much of the 1970s.[6][7] In the mid-1980s, digital instrumentation became more prevalent, changing the sound considerably, with digital dancehall (or "ragga") becoming increasingly characterized by faster rhythms. Key elements of dancehall music include its extensive use of Jamaican Patois rather than Jamaican standard English and a focus on the track instrumentals (or "riddims"). Dancehall saw initial mainstream success in Jamaica in the 1980s, and by the 1990s, it became increasingly popular in Jamaican diaspora communities. In the 2000s, dancehall experienced worldwide mainstream success, and by the 2010s, it began to heavily influence the work of established Western artists and producers, which has helped to further bring the genre into the Western music mainstream.[8][9][10] (DOS SANTOS was this first generation of Dancehall Consumers)
5 SENSES CITY MARTYROLOGY BIBLE: LIGA CASAPIANOS (GOVERNMENT)
A congress is a formal meeting of the representatives of different countries, constituent states, organizations, trade unions, political parties, or other groups.[1] The term originated in Late Middle English to denote an encounter (meeting of adversaries) during battle, from the Latin congressus.
A federation (also called a federal state) is an entity characterized by a union of partially self-governing provinces, states, or other regions under a federal government (federalism). In a federation, the self-governing status of the component states, as well as the division of power between them and the central government, is constitutionally entrenched and may not be altered by a unilateral decision, neither by the component states nor the federal political body without constitutional amendment.
The League of Corinth, also referred to as the Hellenic League (Greek: κοινὸν τῶν Ἑλλήνων, koinòn tõn Hellḗnōn;[a] or simply οἱ Ἕλληνες, the Héllēnes),[3] was a federation of Greek states created by Philip II[4] in 338–337 BC. The League was created in order to unify Greek military forces under Macedonian leadership (hegemony) in their combined conquest of the Persian Achaemenid Empire.[5][6][7]
The League was governed by the Hegemon (leader)[21][22][23] (strategos autokrator[24][25] in a military context),[26] the council (Synedrion),[27] and the judges (Dikastai). Delegates of the member-states (Synedroi) were responsible for administering the common affairs of the League. They were summoned and presided over by a committee of presiding officers (Proedroi), chosen by lot in time of peace, and by the Hegemon in time of war.[19] Decrees of the league were issued in Corinth, Athens, Delphi, Olympia and Pydna.[28] The League maintained an army levied from member states in approximate proportion to their size, while Philip established Hellenic garrisons (commanded by phrourarchs, or garrison commanders) in Corinth, Thebes, Pydna[29] and Ambracia.

PIEDI FELICI COSCA ENTERPRISE THEORY
Under this theory, organised crime exists because legitimate markets leave many customers and potential customers unsatisfied.[1] High demand for a particular good or service, low levels of risk detection and high profits lead to a conducive environment for entrepreneurial criminal groups to enter the market and profit by supplying those goods and services.[2] For success, there must be:
an identified market; and,
a certain rate of consumption (demand) to maintain profit and outweigh perceived risks.[3][4]
Under these conditions competition is discouraged, ensuring criminal monopolies sustain profits. Legal substitution of goods or services may (by increasing competition) force the dynamic of organised criminal operations to adjust, as will deterrence measures (reducing demand), and the restriction of resources (controlling the ability to supply or produce to supply).[5]

The Influence of Economics on Travel Exhibitions
Travel exhibitions, such as the India International Travel Mart (IITM), are not just showcases of exotic destinations and cultural experiences but also intricate economic ecosystems. These events wield significant influence over various economic facets, from tourism revenue to local development and global market dynamics. Understanding the economic impact of travel exhibitions like IITM is crucial in grasping their broader significance and potential.
Economic Impact on Local and Global Tourism
At the heart of travel exhibitions lies their ability to stimulate tourism. Events like IITM serve as platforms where tourism boards, travel agencies, and hospitality providers converge to promote their offerings. The immediate impact is often seen in increased bookings and tourist arrivals to showcased destinations. This influx of visitors directly translates into economic gains through spending on accommodations, dining, transportation, and local attractions.
Moreover, travel exhibitions amplify destinations that might not traditionally attract large tourist volumes. By highlighting these lesser-known locales, exhibitions like IITM contribute to diversifying tourism revenue streams and alleviating economic dependence on popular tourist hotspots.
Boosting Local Economies and Development
Beyond immediate tourism revenue, travel exhibitions in India play a pivotal role in boosting local economies. Host cities or regions experience a surge in economic activity during these events. Top Trends in Commercial Law Services You Should Know
Commercial law services are evolving rapidly to meet the changing needs of businesses in a dynamic global economy. From advancements in technology to shifts in regulatory landscapes, several key trends are shaping the landscape of commercial law. Understanding these trends is crucial for businesses seeking to navigate legal complexities and capitalize on emerging opportunities. This article explores the top trends in commercial law services that every business should be aware of.
Embrace of Technology and Legal Tech Solutions
Technology is revolutionizing the practice of law, and commercial law services are increasingly leveraging legal tech solutions to enhance efficiency and client service. From automated contract management systems to AI-powered legal research tools, technology is streamlining processes and reducing costs for businesses. Legal advisors are adopting digital platforms for document management, client communications, and case management, enabling faster response times and improved collaboration. Embracing technology allows commercial law firms to deliver more personalized and efficient services while adapting to the digital transformation sweeping the legal industry.
Focus on Data Privacy and Cybersecurity
With the proliferation of data-driven business models, data privacy and cybersecurity have become critical concerns for businesses across industries. Commercial law services are playing a pivotal role in advising businesses on compliance with data protection regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and evolving global standards. Legal advisors help businesses implement robust data privacy policies, conduct privacy impact assessments, and respond to data breaches effectively. As cyber threats continue to evolve, commercial law firms are increasingly offering proactive cybersecurity advice and incident response strategies to protect businesses from legal and reputational risks associated with data breaches.
Expansion of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) Compliance
Environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations are gaining prominence in corporate governance and regulatory frameworks globally. Commercial law services are assisting businesses in navigating ESG compliance requirements, addressing stakeholder expectations, and enhancing corporate sustainability practices. Legal advisors advise on ESG disclosures, sustainability reporting, and corporate social responsibility initiatives to align business practices with ESG goals. As investors and regulators place greater emphasis on ESG factors, commercial law firms are integrating ESG considerations into their legal advice and risk management strategies to support businesses in achieving long-term sustainability and resilience.
Rise of Cross-Border Transactions and International Trade
Globalization has fueled an increase in cross-border transactions and international trade, presenting both opportunities and challenges for businesses. Commercial law services are facilitating cross-border mergers and acquisitions, international joint ventures, and trade agreements by providing expertise in international business law and regulatory compliance. Legal advisors navigate complex legal frameworks, tariffs, and trade policies to facilitate seamless international transactions while mitigating risks associated with geopolitical uncertainties and regulatory changes. As businesses expand into new markets, commercial law firms play a crucial role in ensuring legal certainty and facilitating global business operations.
Integration of Dispute Resolution Mechanisms
Effective dispute resolution is essential for businesses seeking to resolve conflicts efficiently and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders. Commercial law services are integrating alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms such as mediation and arbitration into their legal strategies to provide clients with cost-effective and timely resolution of disputes. Legal advisors promote ADR as a preferred method for resolving commercial disputes, offering flexibility, confidentiality, and the opportunity for parties to preserve business relationships. By promoting ADR alongside traditional litigation, commercial law firms empower businesses to achieve favorable outcomes while minimizing the time and costs associated with prolonged legal battles.
In conclusion, staying informed about the latest trends in commercial law services is essential for businesses looking to navigate legal complexities and capitalize on emerging opportunities in a globalized marketplace. From embracing technology and enhancing cybersecurity measures to addressing ESG compliance and facilitating cross-border transactions, commercial law firms are at the forefront of guiding businesses through evolving legal landscapes. By partnering with experienced and forward-thinking legal advisors, businesses can leverage these trends to achieve strategic growth, enhance regulatory compliance, and maintain competitive advantage in an increasingly interconnected world.
