Like maybe her "comforting" him after everything or maybe smacking the shit outta him for everything idk I just need to see a reunion between them like her being shocked to see him after all this time (assuming they haven't seen each other since he was a little child) or maybe even the three remaining sisters in general reuniting with Cronan because like surely they must've been atleast a little bit worried about their nephew losing his mom and going berserk (hope you get what I mean my brain is kinda mushy right now)

“Fear” Cronan Darkroot x Reader Drabble, Secrets of Elvendale

You lean into the embrace of the ellon, who’s arm is draped closely  around your shoulders. You ignore the pounding of your heart, nestling your cheek against his chest. Cronan turns his head to look fondly upon you.

That gaze alone is almost enough to shatter your resolve. It is so tender, loving, the epitomy of elven passion. His eyes are soft, glittering like muted garnets. You reach out to tuck a strand of his forest green hair behind his ear, trailing your fingers down his cheek. For a moment tears threaten to leak from your eyes, but you still your anguish.

Cronan seems to have noticed, though. “What is it, my love?” he inquires.

You force a smile and curl your body to cuddle tighter against him. “Nothing,” you reply sweetly.

Cronan hesitates, unconvinced, but he ultimately relaxes, pulling you closer and pressing a kiss to the top of your head. 

You listen to his sigh of contentment as you watch the green amulet around his neck rise and fall with each breath. In this setting it seems so unimportant, nothing more than a gaudy trinket.

You swallow, trying to rid yourself of the lump in your throat. It had been clear for so long what needed to be done, and yet so far you’d ignored every warning sign, watching whatever foul magic this was consume your love. 

You can not watch any longer. 

That determination ignites fear, because no matter how noble your intentions might be, you know if you succeed Cronan might never forgive you.  And if you fail, those consequences are beyond your imagining, but there is a voice that whispers that your lover can transform into a monster even towards you, regardless of the sacrifices you had made to stay with him thus far.
