In the light of me finishing writing this, I am once again giving this a boost.

Boy do I have the thing for you. This is Gilbert Commits Deicide, and the actual Good Hunter is 16 years old. Gilbert has protective friend moments. Said Good Hunter is also kind of going beast.

It is a fix it of the "things get worse before they get better". Eventually, things will be better! Not everything will be all doom and gloom however. There is polyamory, and there is good in the world.

But it would only be years later, again under the hellish glow of a Bloodmoon, that he would truly understand.
