Roided excess. Massive chest. Humongous Craig.
Giant pecs and a sexy face flexin’ and cheesin’ for the camera.

As I Lay Dying frontman Tim Lambesis has picked up his side project Austrian Death Machine for their 4th album.
Album opener “No Pain No Gain” features guitar wizard Angel Vivado who has a stunning and technical solo, but also features world renowned body builder Craig Golias making his metal vocal debut, absolute carnage and brutality. Golias also features alongside Alarc on my favourite track from the album “Hey Bro Can You Spot Me?”, I know it’s about working out but it feels like it’s so much more, it’s emotive, the melody amongst the crushing waves, absolutely sold on it. Tim’s wife Danny Lakbesis lends her vocal talents aswell most notably on “Destroy the Machines” where we see a similar vocal style to that of Angela Gossiw or For I Am King’s Alma Alizadeh booming us through a tale of uprising, but also stands out on “Meatgrinder” which has the iconic “Hey Dylan, you son of a bitch” as a lyric which bloody love. Ov Sulfur lend a hand to torturing our beloved Arnie on “Judgement Day”, our mans begging them to stop but the crushing blast of beats gives nobody any peace!
I feel that this is one of the best albums they’ve put out to date, which has genuinely taken me by surprise, really wasn’t expecting it. the unique guests help draw interest but the material itself shines with or without them. Has definitely rekindled a love, reminds me why I loved ADM and As I Lay Dying for all those years.

Garbdas Ji Maharaj indicates that Supreme God Kabir Ji is the Samrath (Omnipotent), Aadi Raam or Satpurush, the Highest Holy Power that the soul should take refuge in. He will never let the pious soul that is in His refuge go astray or be harmed.
