Until then please follow these guidelines for your appointments: • Please complete the COVID-19 screening before arriving. • No guests please. Clients must continue to maintain social distancing. o Arrive to your appointment at least 5-10 minutes early, text or call when you arrive and I will notify you when to come in. • You must wear a mask prior to leaving the vehicle (bring a spare for after your facial if possible) • Sanitizer will be available prior to starting service. • Bring only the minimum with you (keys, phone, wallet) • Payments will operate via touchless system to reduce the handling cards. Corona virus/Covid 19 update. Here at Dash Vegan we take any health issues extremely seriously and we have put extra procedures in place to keep our shop and trading practices as safe as possible. We are always committed to the highest levels of hygiene possible (Sam and staff hold Food Hygiene Safety certificates and we have always received 5 star cleanliness ratings for shop, event trading and forner cafe) but in the current climate we are also thoroughly and frequently cleaning, with anti bacterial cleaner, all commonly touched areas - scales, card reader, taps on dispensers, lids of jars and we also have gloves available for anyone who wishes to use them. We currently have good supplies of staples so there is no need to panic buy from us, but we also appreciate that some customers might not feel able to visit us for the time being due to self isolation. We would like to offer home deliveries within the Nottingham area for the nominal fee of £3. Please get in touch if you require this service. We would also urge customers to not visit our shop if they do not feel well and no staff will attend work if they are feeling unwell (please follow our Stories on Instagram and Facebook for updates on open hours should we feel the need to close on any days). We would encourage people to remain positive and helpful to each other - if you are aware of vulnerable people then consider dropping a note through their door with your contact details on, if you are fit, healthy and able to help.
