Law firm renews anchor lease at Loop office
Barack Ferrazzano Kirschbaum & Nagelberg renewed its 99,756-square-foot lease at an office tower in Chicago’s Loop.
The transaction was brokered by Transwestern in the 928,040-square-foot building located at 200 W. Madison St. The law firm will remain the largest tenant to retain space through 2032.

Five Was Ways to “Spring Clean” Your LinkedIn Profile TODAY.
Here are five quick and easy wins to take advantage of the recent profile changes and do a little cleaning and preening on your profile.  
1.) Optimize LinkedIn’s new profile format.

The most significant change is the first 200 characters of your summary now appear in your headline box and serve as a kind of second headline. This gives you more marketing and branding power up front. Use it. See what’s shows up for you in this new format and edit it so it works for you.
Also notice the premium label has been moved from upper right to a gold “badge” format. Displaying the badge is optional. You can turn it off and make your premium status invisible to your profile viewers.
2.) Clean up your keywords
The right keywords get your found. The most important places for keywords are your
Headline
Job Titles
The Skills and Summary sections
More and more recruiters are reaching out to qualified candidates who are currently employed.  Keep your keywords current and be sure you have them in these three key locations.  
3.) Double check that your visible to the big search engines.
Under Settings Privacy –“Edit Your Public Profile”  make sure “Make My Public Profile Visible to Everyone” is checked.  That way you’ll appear in Google, Bing another search engines.
4.)  Swing for the Fences with an All-Star Profile
Make an effort to get LinkedIn’s All-Star profile rating. This may seem like and annoying push to get you to play by their rules, but the payoff is big.
All-Star profiles are 40 times more likely to be found in a search.
Getting that "All-Star" rating is easy. Just hit these seven marks
Profile photo
Enter your industry and a postal code
Two or more positions with experience
Five or more skills
A summary
Include education – don’t limit yourself to the dropdown options. You can write in your own content here. 
Have more than 50 connections 
5.) If you don’t want  your profile to be DOA, have a CTA.
In your headline or your summary have a crystal clear, kick ass Call to Action. Don’t assume people know what you want them to do.  Invite them to connect on LinkedIn or contact you about job opportunities,  be very specific about what you want, and where.  
Without a clear CTA your profile is just wishing and hoping. Don’t over do it.   Giving five different options or places to connect does more harm than good. Choose one and use it.
These five steps will freshen up the dustiest profile.
