The second full day of the Huntington Summer Carnival brought families out to Breezy Park for music, rides, food and a chance to dunk an elected official in a tank of water. Town officials lined up Thursday to serve ice cream to seniors.  More than 250 residents waited their turn to receive the treats at the John J. Flanagan Center.
