Any time you see my work on Cougar MacDowall's channel he is paying me. He has an entire team of artists, VAs and editors he pays. Yeah the sussy bits might not be to everyone's taste but it's the YouTube grind, kids, it pays the bills.

Nobody tell the unsupervised children on Twitter that Billy Maximoff/William Kaplan/Wiccan is technically, simultaneously, (physically) 16, (mentally) 13, and (literally) 3 years + about a week to three days old. Currently dating a presumably regular old 16 year old Eddie, who may or may not be the MCU's version of Teddy, aka Hulkling.

I already made a post about this, but that was under a reblog so...ya. I really want to talk about my thoughts about cougar macdowall

I see a few people down playing the thumbnails and cherry picking his sfw ones and it feels like they are just ignoring his nsfw thumb nails all together

Also, these blatantly break youtubes rules on different levels

It ESPECIALLY violates these rules

for the cow girl comic ,both the thumbnail and the video itself has a specific emphasis on the women's breast. It would be one thing if the character just so happen to have large breast. HOWEVER, The thumb nail makes it obvious that the emphasis is in a sexual manner (calling her mommy and calling them milkers and not to mention, the text above the characters head. The girl with the bun saying (M-m-milk AAAA Sorry" and the cow girl asking "do you want some?" ie "Milk") Again, you can look at his other vids and the same goes for them. (Also, I cheked the video myself to see what it is about and...ya, its just jokes about how big the characters boobs are.)

I get that rule 34 is a thing (if it exist, there porn of it) but, you tube is not the platform for it and it is so weird seeing people bend over backwards and ack like the world will fucking implode if they take their nsfw specific stuff to a more age appropriate site or properly age restrict them.

Something that people who make content like this don't seem to get, even if you market "not for kids" (Which doesn't do anything and isn't the same as age restricting). How algorithms works, it sees that someone is looking poppy playtime stuff and will recommend content relating to common imagery and or key words. So a kid (and lets face it, Poppy play time dose in fact have fans that are children) will be looking up poppy playtime stuff and the algorithm will then push more related content to them. Because these videos are not age restricted, they show up on their recommended videos.

Cougar mentions, that this would not be an issue on youtube kids, however, not every parent wants to make a whole new account and we cant control if a kid has good parents that will get them a youtube kids account and or monitor what they watch.

But even then, the YouTube kids app also isn't safe!!!!

Also, if you don't have a youtube at all, age restricted videos will be locked from you until you make a youtube. Also, I don't get why he will sometimes have there nsfw thumbnails on comic dubs that are not supper sexual or just slightly suggestive (however, he dose have SUPPER suggestive videos as well) With that, and his fallowing, I don't understand why he doesn't just have a Patrion with his more explicit work, if anything, he would get more money for that and it better assures that kids don't see that

With all that said, there isn't anything wrong with content that is slightly suggestive, however, it is clear he is only doing these particular video thumbnails as click bait. Its one thing to make a sexual joke or imply sex or have a revealing outfit, it is ANOTHER when it is obviously supposed to be sexually gratifying

If he wants to make suggestive stuff, fine, I just don't see why he doesn't just make a patrion or twitter or BlueSky's or literally any ware else to put this content on

Cougar MacDowall is one of the weirdest comic dubber content creator I have ever met.

This guy’s whole deal is voicing something and then paying people to make suggestive thumbnails. Sometimes it's just softcore porn but most just scream bad.

Like, it's not even funny. People are amused by this and don't take it account that this goes against the TOS of YouTube. (but of course, YouTube doesn't like to do its fucking job) This guy used to do normal, appropriate comics based on Godzilla. Nowadays he would rather satisfy his own fetishes. And I can't even blame the people who work for him. They just doing their job.

I can't draw sexy art but I wouldn't post it in a place where children are. In fact, if cougar came to me and said “Hey do you want to draw my thumbnails? I'll pay you.” I would say “hell no!!!”

before he started making those weird shipping videos I actually liked his fnf comic dub but then he started making content farm shipping videos at first I didn’t mind until the thumbnails for the videos started becoming really suggestive

and yes I know fnf is not a kid friendly game but it got really annoying and gross that every tabi video is just him being harassed by that tall girl (I forgot her name) and most of the videos were giving toxic couples vibes like seriously why is tabi always getting paired with a bunch of female characters like what is this a love triangle anime????😭😭😭

it doesn’t help the fact that cougar's voice B3 boyfriend from the B3 remixed mod so with this shit going on it can cause the dev team to kick him off (I hope they does because honestly his voice doesn’t fit B3 boyfriend) and find a new va

the tall girl you're referring to is Nikusa, the kinda-sorta villain(?) of FNF Entity. she's an awesome character who also doesn't deserve the crap Cougar put her through.

speaking of which, EXACTLY???? I never liked cougar's dubs at all tbh; even comics that I personally had read beforehand, which had no hints of romance or shipping whatsoever, became so uncomfortably sexual and harem-y the moment Cougar got permission to dub them. i imagine there were artists who didn't want their work cast in this light at all, and I just feel horrible for them. it's really gross.

and honestly??? FNF being a mature game has NOTHING to do with the overly sexual thumbnails and blatant disrespect of Homskiy's and other creators' wishes for their characters. that doesn't make it okay at all. it doesn't matter how family friendly an IP is, if it's popular, people who only value views WILL come up with the most disgusting clickbait garbage as long as it gets them attention. content farms will oversexualize the most innocent of child-friendly characters in order to get views. FNF being for older audiences doesn't make it better.

cougar's channel has become nothing more than one of these farms. he just happens to be using a former friend's beloved character as a mascot, which only makes it worse.

it reminds me of the downfall of Gametoons and EnchantedMob, ngl. they used to make awesome videos with genuine effort and well-thought out plotlines. now their content is in a similar state. it's disgusting. the fact that cougar has let his standards devolve to this is abhorrent.

every artist has boundaries when it comes to fanart of their work. for such a renowned person in the FNF fandom, with such a large platform, to NOT make sure he isn't crossing those boundaries, and in fact actively disrespect them, sets a terrible precedent for future "big" mod devs to follow.

cougar absolutely cannot get away with this. too many other people in this fandom have, but this is something everyone has borne witness to. it is 2024, and we're sick of seeing this. we want every scrap of what we have left.

i honestly hope the remaining mod devs are doing alright. i haven't talked about them much but their experience working on Vs. Ex is no less valid. it's sickening that cougar took advantage of minors to finish all the work on their own so he could slack off. again, an ADULT could not be bothered to handle anything of the mod development, so he left it all to the rest of the team that he was leading, most of whom were MINORS.

cougar must be held accountable for his blatant disregard for Homskiy's boundaries, breaking his trust and using his beloved character against him. no one should forget how he exploited his underage co-devs to dump all the stress of finishing the mod on them.

Tabi's character is beloved to not only Homskiy and the other devs who actually worked on the mod, not only the Entity creators, but to all of us. everyone in the FNF fandom who has gone out of their way to make art for Tabi, everyone who has cared enough to even praise this art, to seek it out, we know this character's worth. we are the ones who value him.

the same goes for Nikusa, and Ayana, and every other character that he's reduced to shipping fodder and suggestive thumbnail art. I just hope outsiders and people who only know them through cougar's "dubs" will understand the same.

Ayo, someone by the name of Curly-B-Blog is redlining art of yours from 2020 (while pretending that it's actually Sai Scribble's work), and kind of being a dick about it. just thought you should know.

You know, originally I was just gonna brush it off, but then I went back to look at my old SU art from 2020 and did so much self reflection from then till now.

I think this was around the time I was just learning how to do perspective and tried to use the perspective tool on Procreate for the first time? :0 and I remember telling Sai “Sai I have this STUPID idea, I CANT believe it this stupid joke it’s so DUMBBBB, it’s living rent free in my BRAIN I SWEAR THIS IS GONNA BE SO STUPID DCIUWHEFIUWHIRFUIW4F” and being super excited to show her the finished product. People still think Sai created the Cursed Skin Gloves comic and I think it’s hilarious wjhwnuhwijwuiw

The comic was received very well and it made LOTS of people laugh and I’m still proud of this comic to this very day! :D and tbh if it wasn’t for my obsession for Sai’s Switcheroo AU I never would have found my passion in comic work! (love you you stinky hoe @saiscribbles 🩷)

HOWEVER…. I definitely still had lots to learn! I wasn’t very good at perspective at the time I’ll admit, but I was definitely having lots of fun learning :3

And throughout the past 4 years, ALOT has happened.

I graduated from college with TWO fancy pieces of expensive papers in Visual Development in Animation and Illustration learning from Will Kim and Jeff Soto, and as a I was working with the funny voice man Cougar MacDowall as a comic/story artist and reached in total around 7 million views for my fan series FNAF Security Malware Breached (it was even #21 on the trending list around the time of my birthday 🩷 what a lovely gift), had an insane opportunity to work with Mike Geno and with the voice cast from The Amazing Digital Circus for a fan song as a background and character asset artist, Vivienne Medrano liking and sharing my silly Overlord Husk AU comics, currently on my route to getting my certificate from Aaron Blaise’s Character design program and graduating from Marc Brunet Art School, and now I am completing my first year as professional colorist and art assistant for my storyboard and comic mentor Michelle Lam, aka Mewtripled! (Also I’ll be heading out to Lightbox Expo 2024 on October 26 with Michelle and the team so if y’all ever wanna meetup hahahajaj wink wink wink wink wink)

So you can say I learned ALOT and I enjoyed every minute of what I do :D I try to be humble about my accomplishments because blah blah being humble good yes yes but this time I wanna be selfish and say HELL YEAH I DID ALL THIS!!! AND IM SO EXTREMELY PROUD OF MYSELF FIUGEIURGERGGRS

Learn from everyone and everything! Yes, even then mean ones too! If you can learn to work with anyone, I promise you’ll get to where you want to be faster. People can be a little mean on the internet, but that shouldn’t stop you from being where you want to be in the future. I’m so EXTREMELY grateful for all the opportunities and to all the kind professionals who were willing to give me a chance. Seriously, I’m so graciously thankful for everything, and I hope everyone here will support me and my silly little comics I will do now and in the future!

Don’t be a jerk. Be to be nice to everyone :D nothing good comes out when you’re bad to everyone.

It was fun to draw these guys in my style! Some of the colors matched super perfect, and other ones..
