Did say Shamura was next but honestly something about that Heket drawing just bothered me and my brain was unable to let it go. I feel like I didn’t get her body type right at all >.> it looked to soft and maybe even a bit to slim as well-

So here’s a little paper sketch redraw, I just tried to push my shapes more so she was larger and more muscular looking even if most of that got covered up-

I feel like canon x oc and canon x self-insert really fits in Cult of the Lamb. I mean, obviously ocs and self-inserts are completely valid in all fandoms, but it seems to lend itself particularly well in CotL. You know, the Lamb themselves is basically a self-insert for the player. They’re a blank slate of a character. And the cult followers are also very customizable.

You can always just make your oc a follower and it makes perfect sense. None of the ships are really the “true” canon. It’s like a Choose Your Own Adventure. Traits are all randomized. Even Narinder can be quite sweet as a follower. It’s a real fun and versatile game, especially for fan characters and yumeshipping.

I haven't drawn Shamura in a hot minute.. But gosh, I love them..♡

I always loved the blessed version of Shamura's skull, even before it was released as an official relic icon. Idk, I think it has to do with how bountiful the flowers seem to bloom from their skull. All wild, free, and vibrant.
