The Ceylon Cinnamon syrup is very light and not heavy or overly sweet. Perfect to enhance the flavor with detracting from the taste of yogurt and the fruits. We also sprinkled some Ceylon Cinnamon sugar to add some crunch, and that mint leaf really does add a nice aroma too.
