OC: Serapin Kressh

Serapin’s story takes place in the same timeline as Rhyneria Kressh.

NAME: Serapin Kressh

GENDER: Female

SPECIES: Sith Pureblood

CLASS: Imperial Guard Sniper

PRONOUNS: She/Her

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

BIRTHPLACE: Dromund Kaas

CURRENT ROLE: Vice-Commandant of the Reformed Imperial Guard, Commander of Jurgoran Squad

HISTORY: The Force-blind daughter of Lord Sarynn and her Consort, and twin to the famed Jedi Knight Rhyneria Kressh. Serapin was put through many Dark Rituals in her youth in an attempt to forcibly make her Force-Sensitive. Aside from a small increase to her senses, the rituals failed.

When her twin fled to the Republic, Serapin was left behind. Now the ‘disgrace’ of the Kressh Line, her Mother didn’t bother to hide her poor treatment of her one remaining daughter. Torture and Use as a test subject became Serapin’s norm, until she could endure her Mother’s wrath without flinching or making a sound. Thus ‘purged’ of the weakness of Force-Blindness, Lord Sarynn forced her daughter to train until she collapsed everyday, and pushed for her to join the Military upon her eighteenth birthday. Unbeknownst to Serapin, her Father put her through Project Cicerone (otherwise known as Castellan restraints) before she did so.

She was in the process of joining the Imperial Guard during the Revanite Crisis, but was recalled by her Mother when the Sith Lord saw which way to wind was blowing. After Acina took over the Empire, Serapin was amongst the first to join her Reformed Imperial Guard. Her loyalty however, remains to her family.

Today, she serves as a Vice-Commandant in Emperor Vowrawn’s Reformed Imperial Guard, and personally leads the so-called ‘Jurgoran Squad’, a covert elimination team.

THIS OR THAT?

Introverted/Extrovert: Serapin keeps herself to herself in her very limited personal time.

Organized/Disorganized: To the extreme. Her personal quarters barely look used, and she needs to know every detail of her mission before she embarks upon it.

Disagreeable/Agreeable: If it goes against orders, it isn’t happening. 

Cautious/Reckless: Serapin doesn’t really care about her out life. All that matters is the mission

Leader/Follower: She’s the Leader of Jurgoran Squad for a reason. She’ll pay her superiors their due respect, as most Imperials would, but she is the only one that commands herself and her team.

Empathetic/Unempathetic: Ironically, the rituals did succeed in imparting a sense of utter ruthlessness that most Sith Lords would be jealous of. Serapin does not care how many people she has to kill, how many worlds she has to burn, the Empire must survive.

Optimistic/Pessimistic: There are always enemies that need killing, and that is unlikely to change. The future is as bloodsoaked as the past.

Traditional/Modern: The Sith and the Empire evolve by their very nature. To cling to history is to cling to weakness. And weakness must be purged.

From the Battlemaster to the Commander

TO: Rhyneria Kressh FROM: Artoria Organa SUBJECT: Your Victory

Master Kressh,

I hope this message finds you well.

We have heard of your victory over Empress Vaylin and your declaration of your Eternal Alliance. Whilst I must confess my discomfort with a Jedi of your rank and standing effectively ruling a planet, I have long since learned to trust you and your judgement.

Things on Tython are as well as could be expected. The Temple is still mostly in ruins after the Imperial attack seven years ago, although we have now begun rebuilding efforts in earnest. As we still have not heard from Masters Gnost-Dural, Gend or Shan in some time, I have been acting as Grandmaster for the Jedi left on Tython, as well as the Jedi that have drifted here in the last few years. 

I am fully prepared to submit myself for judgement for doing this without the consent of the Council if you and the new Jedi Council, when it is formed, deem it necessary. It is not a role I wished for, nor do I wish to keep it.

We are hopeful for your safe return in the not too distant future.

A MOTHER’S ‘LOVE’

(This story takes place in the same timeline as Rhyneria Kressh.)

The rain had stopped. A rarity on Dromund Kaas. The near constant rainfall and storms was practically white noise to all those that lived there, so the silence of no rain was noticeable. In one of the many Familial Spires, entire estates built skyward in a bid to save space, a lone Sith Lord stared out of the highest window. A holotable was at her side, projecting the image of an admittedly overweight Sith Pureblood in an Imperial Officer’s uniform. The servants and slaves of the family had departed to allow their Mistress privacy.

“I trust that this information is accurate?”

“My agents know better than to lie.” The image of her husband replied. The stout man had been her consort for thirty years, and sired three children with her. Whilst their son Ozuul Kressh was a Sith Lord in his own right now, and their younger daughter Serapin had ties to the New Imperial Guard, it was their middle child that occupied her thoughts now. “We did impale the last one that did, after all.”

Rhyneria.

“Of course.” Sarynn gave a nod. “I didn't mean to imply..dishonesty. So she’s on her way to Dantooine.”

“So it would seem. What would you have us do?” And Sarynn fought back a smile. Her husband’s loyalty had always been to her, not the Empire or its Sovereign. If it weren’t for the fact that her plans required her current position, she was certain that Hesrokk would have done whatever it took to place her upon the Imperial Throne.

“Keep her under surveillance for now.” She replied after a time. “There is little point in angering the wider Galaxy by harming their..big hero.”

“As you command, my Love.” And without another word, Hesrokk’s image vanished from the table.

Lord Sarynn, otherwise known as Millenaria Kressh, allowed a satisfied smile to cross her face. Whilst her daughter was now a filthy, traitorous Jedi, content never to fulfill her true potential, part of her (a miniscule part of her that she would always deny existed) was proud of her. It had been the Kressh line that had done away with the Sith Emperor in the end.

Exal had finally been avenged. Vodal had finally been avenged. All those that bore the name of Kressh that had been killed in the purge had been avenged.

She supposed she could give the brat a reprieve.

For a while at least.

OC: Uraela Kallig

(My very first character makes her debut! She is now open for Asks.)

GENERAL INFORMATION

NAME: Uraela Kallig. Darth Occlus. Matriarch Kallig. Heir to Tulak Hord and Aloysius Kallig. Master of the Dead. 

GENDER: Female

SPECIES: Zabrak

CLASS: Sith Assassin

PRONOUNS: She/Her

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

BIRTHPLACE: Ziost

CURRENT ROLE: Dark Councillor of Sith Influence

HISTORY: Born around 3677 BBY, and once a lowly slave for minor Imperial Nobility, Uraela was sent to the Sith Academy a few weeks shy of her twentieth birthday after been discovered to be Force Sensitive. The incident that caused the discovery is unknown, but it is rumoured to have involved the death of her Master’s eldest son.

From there, the Sith Inquisitor story plays out, albeit set about twenty years earlier than normal. The Kaggath between her and Darth Thanaton didn’t take place on Corellia, as it was still a firmly Republic world. She probably took part in the sacking of Coruscant too.

She took Andronikos Revel as her Consort (i.e: Their children would have the Kallig name, not the Revel one), and had a daughter with him (my ‘canon’ Sith Warrior, and the current Lord Kallig). 

She was the one that dealt with Soa the Infernal One, and the one that put down Darth Ikoral.

In present day, she’s taken Darth Anathel place on the Dark Council (and she didn’t even need to kill him!). She also writes Sith Opera’s, and is fluent in the Old Sith Tongue, often giving lectures and lessons in the subject to preserve it for future generations.

THIS OR THAT?

Introverted/Extrovert: Uraela has no issue celebrating amongst the people during Festivities, but is also fond of more subdued, elegant celebrations behind closed doors. She is publicly know for her love of her family, and has brutally and publicly dealt with those upstarts that have tried to use that against her.

Organized/Disorganized: Like the Empire, everything and everyone has their place and role. The reason the Empire works is because of that fact. Failings in the Empire are due to a breakdown of that fact.

Close-minded/Open-minded: Uraela is of the opinion that, using herself as an example, aliens (and/or slaves) are capable of becoming fine Sith (or Imperial Citizens). She is also of the opinion that “Knowledge is knowledge, regardless of its source”. She’ll learn Jedi Techniques if it will help her and the Empire crush the Republic and Jedi. 

Calm/Anxious: After everything she’s seen, barely anything fazes her now.

Disagreeable/Agreeable: Uraela knows she doesn’t know everything, and will happily listen to those more knowledgeable than her in a given subject. So long as they remember who she is.

Cautious/Reckless: She hasn’t kept her place on the Dark Council for so long by taking risks..

Patient/impatient: She above.

Outspoken/Reserved: If it wasn’t for the fact it meant betraying the Empire, Uraela would probably have sided with Malgus when he rebelled. She finds ignoring alien Force Sensitive’s because they are alien to be so incredibly wasteful as to be outright offensive. And she’s not afraid to make these views known.

Leader/Follower: Uraela knows her place in any given situation. If she needs to lead, she’ll lead. If she needs to follow, she’ll follow.

Empathetic/Unempathetic: Uraela unashamedly cares for her people, and genuinely wants the best for them.

Optimistic/Pessimistic: With Valkorion gone and no longer holding the Empire back, the future is bright in Uraela’s mind.

Traditional/Modern: Thanaton was right in some respects. Uraela is all for modernity, but that doesn’t mean the old ways need to be abandoned entirely.

GENERAL INFORMATION

NAME: Rhyneria ‘Ria’ Kressh

GENDER: Female

SPECIES: Sith Pureblood

CLASS: Jedi Shadow

PRONOUNS: She/Her

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

BIRTHPLACE: Dromund Kaas 

CURRENT ROLE: Commander of the Alliance, Head of State of Odessen

HISTORY: Ria hails from a minor branch of the once lauded Kressh Family, one deemed so insignificant that it was spared the purge of the family after Exal Kressh’s betrayal. As a result of this mercy, the remaining members of the family turned into outright zealots, who all but worshipped Emperor Vitiate. Whilst her mother (Lord Sarynn) is a Lord of the Sith, her father, Hesrokk, is a rare force-blind Pureblood, and the Director of Black Projects for Imperial Intelligence. 

Raised on Dromund Kaas, it was expected that Ria would rise to become a Sith Lord in her own right. But unlike her sister, Serapin, Ria had a soft heart not suited to the blood-soaked world of Sith politics. At the age of twelve, she plucked up the courage to leave. Ria smuggled herself to Nar Shaddaa, and then on to Coruscant where she joined the Jedi Order. 

From there, the canon Jedi Consular story happened. She remained pretty Light Sided, but dipped into the Dark Side on occasion.

OC: Artoria Organa

Unashamedly inspired by Saber from Fate/Stay Night, I present to you one of the two characters I’m blitzing through the story ready of LotS. Tori might try to be the model Jedi, but she has serious self-confidence issues thanks to ‘the things she did’ under the Emperor’s thrall (between Acts Two and Three of the Jedi Knight story).

Her story takes place in the same timeline as Rhyneria Kressh.

GENERAL INFORMATION

NAME: Artoria Organa

GENDER: Female

SPECIES: Human

CLASS: Jedi Guardian

PRONOUNS: She/Her

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

BIRTHPLACE: Alderaan

CURRENT ROLE: Jedi Battlemaster, Acting Grandmaster of the Jedi Order.

HISTORY: A niece of the Duke of Organa. Artoria was found to be Force-Sensitive in early childhood and taken to Tython to be trained as a Jedi, considered to be an honour not just by her but by her family.

 A noted talent with a blade, as well as in command, she would eventually be taken on as Master Orgus Din’s final Padawan. Cue Jedi Knight Storyline.

When the Eternal Empire invaded, she ended up the highest ranked Jedi left on Tython after Gnost-Dural took his followers to Ossus. She led the Jedi that remained into the deeper wilds of the planet, and helping the Republic out where she could. 

When Rhyneria Kressh’s Alliance defeated Zakuul, Master Organa led the Jedi in reclaiming their still ruined Temple of Tython.

THIS OR THAT?

Introverted/Extrovert: Artoria far prefers her own company. A few might enter her circle of people she cares for, but they are few and far between.

Organized/Disorganized: She keeps her quarters clean and orderly, mainly to keep her own stress levels down. Everything has its place, and must be kept in its place.

Close-minded/Open-minded: Whilst officially a ‘Traditionalist’ Jedi, Artoria understands that doesn’t make her right all the time. She’ll hear anyone out, even if she doesn’t agree in the end.

Calm/Anxious: It takes a lot to shake her, but when she is shaken, it hits deep.

Disagreeable/Agreeable: Artoria doesn’t mind being wrong, but you have to prove she’s wrong before she admits it.

Cautious/Reckless: She won’t take risks unless she absolutely has to.

Patient/impatient: She above.

Outspoken/Reserved: If people are being idiots, especially if they are in a command role, she will call them out. This also extends to the more zealous members of the Jedi Order, which has gotten her into trouble more than once.

Leader/Follower: Whilst she is capable of being a good and capable leader, Artoria far prefers being a follower. She’s looking forward to stepping down as Grandmaster of the Jedi Order.

Empathetic/Unempathetic: Her greatest weakness is probably that she cares a little too much.

Optimistic/Pessimistic: With peace more-or-less restored to the Galaxy, Artoria is hopeful for the future.

Traditional/Modern: The main Jedi Order has lasted for so long for a reason.

Hard-working/Lazy: One of the few things that genuinely angers Artoria is intentional laziness.

NAME: Dasklo’ren’tarren. Core name: Lorent

GENDER: Male

SPECIES: Chiss

CLASS: Operative

PRONOUNS: He/Him

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

 BIRTHPLACE: Csilla

CURRENT ROLE: Chief Ascendancy Ambassador to the Empire, [REDACTED]

HISTORY: Born and raised in the ‘Dasklo’ Family, the individual later known as Lorent served in a number of Chiss agencies before being sent on a secondment to Imperial Intelligence on a dual agency initiative. After the Eternal Empire invaded, he left to return to Csilla.

In the aftermath of Rhyneria Kressh’s Alliance triumphing over Zakuul, Lorent returned to Imperial Space as the Chief Ambassador from the Chiss Ascendancy. Rumours persist however, of his partaking in his old craft: Intelligence.

It is also assumed, but not proven, that he has began to court the head of his Phalanx,  Irizi’lor’inrokini.
