REVIEW
All Our Tomorrows by Catherine Bybee
The Heirs Band 1
What a wonderful story! I stayed up till almost three, looked at the clock, and gave in though I wanted to keep reading till the very end. This book…<sigh>…LOVED IT!
What I liked: * Chase Stone: business owner, intelligent, loves his mother and sister, protective, caring, sees the bigger picture, values what is real and true, and is happy with his life, rather taken with Piper
* Alex Stone: works in high power hotel job, loves her brother and mother, bright, good friend, dedicated, protective, caring, works well with her brother, want to know more about her
* Piper Maddox: was the assistant to the Stone empire owner, recently fired, good friend, bright, dedicated, organized, capable, excellent at her job, dog owner, has a secret
* The instant attraction but slow growing relationship between Chase and Piper – loved these two together!
* The Morrison family and their impact on the Stone family
* The mystery of who the third sibling is, how he will be found, and what his  presence will add  to the series
* Nick: BFF to Alex, nice guy, not much said about him but imagine he will show up again
* Hoping that the ex-wife Melissa and the people at the company trying to take over will be thwarted and eagerly waiting to find out how it will be done
* The plot, pacing, setting, and writing
* Feeling I was part of the story, liked the characters and cared about the outcome
* Knowing that there is another book to look forward to
What I didn’t like: * Who and what I was meant not to like
* Thinking about the children damaged by abandonment and the repercussions this can have
* Having to wait for the next book
Did I like this book? YES
Would I read more in this series? Definitely!
Thank you to NetGalley and Montlake for the ARC – This is my honest review.

BLURB
A story of a reluctant billionaire who takes on his father’s empire, its dark secrets, and a fiery assistant he can’t get out of his head. When Chase Stone’s estranged father dies, leaving his multibillion-dollar business to his children, no one is more surprised than him. Growing up outside of the high-stakes world filled with human vultures, Chase and his sister, Alex, are less than enthusiastic about stepping into their father’s shoes. That is until they learn of a half brother they didn’t know existed, and must find to share their inheritance with. Piper Maddox was the elder Mr. Stone’s übercapable assistant—abruptly fired two weeks before his death. She knows everything about Stone Enterprises and the man who built it. But Piper has no desire to work for another member of the Stone family. Even one as down to earth as Chase. Desperately needing financial security, Piper agrees to return so long as kissing up to Chase and accepting unwanted advances were not part of her job description. A task that becomes a serious hurdle for both of them. Piper and Chase scramble to find the third Stone sibling before the media does, sharing secrets along the way. Secrets that can bring them together or tear them irrevocably apart.

REVIEW
A Highlander is Coming to Town by Laura Trentham
A Highland Georgia Novel #3
Heartwarming holiday stories at this time of year might be a dime a dozen but some are that little bit extra and this is one of them. This story has all that a small-town romance should include with friendships old and new, romance for more than one, relationships to create and some to fix, and troubles to overcome before a HEA can occur.
 What I liked:
* Clair: dealing with a big decision that will determine her future. Will she be able to find her way to the HEA she deserves or will duty and family stand in thew ay
* Holt: a wonderful man that is just what Clair needs but will he be able to woo and win her or…perhaps not
* Ms. Meadows: an older woman that Clair is living with and caring for. She is a delightful woman and just the balancing force Clair needed at this point in her life
* The smiles and chuckles that occurred from time to time while reading
* Catching up with Iain and Annie – good people and so deserving of one another
* The community, location and their Scots leanings
* The holiday parts of the story
* The issues facing Clair and how she handled them
* The relationship between Clair and Ms. Meadows
* The idea of family and how it plays a part in our development
* So much…can’t list all of them here
 What I didn’t like:
* The way Clair was raised
Did I like this book? Yes
Would I read more in this series? Definitely

    BLURB
The third book in the Highland, Georgia romantic comedy series from Laura Trentham, A Highlander is Coming to Town, full of love, laughs...and highlanders! You better watch out. . . Holt Pierson is dreading Christmas. His parents absconded to Florida for the season and left him to handle the family farm which will be his one day―whether he wants it or not. Driven by duty, Holt has always followed the path expected of him. But lately, he’s been questioning what he wants and where he belongs. Will assuming the responsibility of the Pierson farm make him happy or is there something―or someone―else out in the wider world calling to him? To Claire Smythe, the Scottish lead singer of a touring band, Highland, Georgia, is the perfect place to hide . . .until a very handsome and deeply curious Holt begins to ask all the questions Claire doesn’t want to answer. As Holt draws Claire out from under and into the fabric of small-town life, can Claire put the past behind her and embrace the unexpected gifts of the season―including the new and lasting love?
