#ConsciousDisruption went to REDU to think, write on the windows, and dive deep. You have to hear Kiril's stance at the end of the video, it's priceless. Thank you to the wonderful Amber Lasciak for participating (and hosting.) Charmaine and Valerie Lasciak make a cameo appearance. Our consumer paradigm (√2) requires a Conscious Disruption (√3) as we create the Self Sufficient Society (√5).

The Separation of Corporation and State
-Brought to you by #ConsciousDisruption
Rumor has it, back in the mid 1600’s, Roger Williams was stirring up some sentiment amongst his fellow ‘dissidents’ in what is now Rhode Island. He was fighting for recognition of the meme- Separation of Church and State. He and his counterparts were paving the way for a #ConsciousDisruption, and with the enactment of the 1st amendment of the US Constitution in 1781, they were finally successful.
Today’s world is more interrelated and interconnected than in the days of the American Revolution. Nowadays, there are Corporations with larger ‘GDP’s’ than the world’s 25th largest country. The intermingling of corporate interests in our geo political landscape is undeniable, and many in the world just accept this as ‘it is the way it is.’
Are we the new ‘dissidents’ of Rhode Island, seeking a world that makes sense, an economy of balance, as well as personal health and abundance? Is the idea of a present day #ConsciousDisruption that farfetched?
We don’t think so. Join us; Let’s Build the Future.

Kiril's notes on ascension. :)
Love = Right Action/Recognition The Kundalini Essence 1. Eagle recognition of Maslow's hierarchy of needs 2. Lion organization of society wide hierarchy of needs 3. Dolphin communication of unmet needs -(T)-> met needs 4. Bull analytics of the (T) of unmet to met needs for clients 5. Dragon mythology of brand mentor to client hero's (T) (T) = process of transformation of unmet needs into met needs, process of self-actualization, self-sufficiency. Hypothesis: If x% of Humanity is in an Actualized State, then 100% Humanity is in an Ascending Process. When x% is committed to Self Actualization (T), then 100% Humanity tips past the fulcrum point of set trajectory/ full momentum, and 100% Societal Actualization becomes inevitable.

In Chinatown, a man burns Joss Paper in front of a Buddhist Temple, probably in memory of an ancestor. In the last few thousand years, as Buddhism spread through China, Taoist principles, such as this, became intertwined with Buddhist expression. Spirituality, like reality, flows and changes with time.
Grateful for this late night #ConsciousDisruption this weekend.

Social Entrepreneurs: Let's Embrace #ConsciousDisruption
Technologists frequently think of ways to Disrupt industry. Many entrepreneurs and VC investors look at network theory and studies of ecosystems as a framework for finding new ventures to back or embark upon. Business school graduates foam at the mouth on books like the Innovator's Dilemma, and they continuously scour the marketplace for incumbent firms to Disrupt. TechCrunch even has a yearly conference around the globe called "Disrupt," such ethos has permeated the consciousness of the technology world.
Another hot sector in business is social entrepreneurship. Talented recent college graduates know intuitively that our world is going to require a 'reboot,' and organizations like B Corps, Good Business New York, MakeImpact NY, and Be Social Change are aggregating the business-minded toward a more honest living. Conscious fashion companies like Zady and Vaute Couture change the way the beautiful dress, and foodies are seeking out delicacies from entrepreneurs who pay their famers, and their staff, a livable wage. Tiny homes and living spaces are becoming hot, as 'consumers' are realizing that life with limited consumption can be fulfilling and beautiful, and forward thinking companies like the Itsy Bitsy Ritzy Shop are crafting quality, local furniture to meet the needs of such a crowd. Markets are seeking to recalibrate toward a more human way of doing business.
Socially minded businesses are more 'conscious' than traditional businesses. They, unlike technologists, seem reluctant to embrace the meme of Disruption. Many quality upstarts have difficulty rising their message of quality goods above the noise of greenwashing advertising campaigns.
How can more socially minded firms aggregate together to Disrupt the malevolent 'old guard?' How could the conscious fashion world begin pooling their communication resources to inform the public of toxicity, sweat shops, and pollution of many fast fashion companies. How can small furniture makers team together to communicate the enormous waste of companies like Ikea, all to help foster the new artisanal economy with local production? How can social entrepreneurs with a limited budget, buy into a conscious communication ecosystem?
#ConsciousDisruption- coming soon to a marketplace near you.

We business men and women love to disrupt industry, especially in regard to the profit motive. Why not, if a startup can do it better than an incumbent organization, then isn’t it the duty of that startup to reach in and change the marketplace?
#ConsciousDisruption can come with the profit motive, but it can also come with a social ‘agenda?’ In the wake of the water contamination in West Virginia, are there companies out there who’s antisocial behavior requires a quick ‘revaluation?’ Can we utilize the power of the hive and social networks to call out offenders, leading to social change through the business lens?
Many social innovators are looking to carve out a profitable niche while also serving the ‘greater good.’ What would it look like when conscious people decide to group together to act in unison, from a market perspective? What kind of campaigns could you see developed (Got ?Capitalism?) What can we do in a combined way that effects massive change?
Let’s Build the Future.
