There are few details yet It looks like the new generation of smartwatches with Wear OS will become much more autonomous. Qualcomm announced that it is jointly developing the Snapdragon Wear platform based on the RISC-V architecture with Google. [caption id="attachment_71231" align="aligncenter" width="600"] RISC-V[/caption] Qualcomm is moving from Arm to RISC-V. The press release says that the new platform will be aimed generally at devices in the wearable electronics segment with Wear OS, but for now, this is only smartwatches. Perhaps with the release of such a platform the range of devices will expand. Qualcomm says the development will help pave the way for more products in the ecosystem that can take advantage of dedicated processors with low power consumption and high performance. It is not yet clear when the first such SoC will appear, but Qualcomm promises to talk about it later.

#SIP Arsitektur Komputer Dan Sistem Kognisi Manusia
Komputer mempunyai tiga komponen, yaitu Hardware, Software, dan Brainware. Dalam teknik komputer, arsitektur komputer adalah satu set peraturan-peraturan dan metode-metode yang mendeskripsikan keberfungsian, organisasi dan implementasi sistem komputer. Arsitektur komputer merupakan blueprint dan deskripsi fungsional dari kebutuhan bagian perangkat keras yang didesain, lebih difokuskan mengenai baaimana CPU akan bekerja, dan mengenai cara pengaksesan data dan alamat dari dan ke memori, cache, RAM, ROM, dll. Arsitektur komputer ini juga dapat didefinisikan dan dikategorikan sebagai seni interkoneksi komponen-komponen perangkat keras untuk dapat menciptakan sebuah komputer yang memenuhi kebutuhan dan juga disiplin ilmu yang mempunyai tiga subkategori utama yaitu: (1) ISA (Instruction Set Architecture), (2) Makroarsitektur, dan (3) System design.
Adapun beberapa komponen-komponen perangkat keras dari komputer adalah:
1. Motherboard merupakan papan sirkuit sebagai tempat komponen-komponen komputer seperti processor, harddisk, RAM, dan sebagainya.
2. Processor adalah yang mengontrol seluruh jalannya sistem komputer, dapat dibilang sebagai otak pada sebuah komputer karena bertugas melakukan perhitungan maupun memerintah program yang akan dijalankan oleh komputer.
3. Hard disk berfungsi sebagai media penyimpanan sekunder, menyimpan daa secara permanen.
4. Monitor sebagai alat output yang berfungsi menampilkan hasil pengolahan data berupa grafis.
5. RAM (Random Access Memory) berfungsi menyimpan data maupun instruksi yang dilakukan oleh prosesor, penyimpanan data yang bersifat sementara.
6. Keyboard sebagai alat input yang terdiri dari deretan huruf dan angka.
Di sisi lain, manusia merupakan brainware dari komputer, di mana manusia yang mengoperasikan komputer untuk mencapai tujuannya. Manusia sendiri mempunyai sistem kognisi yang kompleks. Sistem kognisi manusia berfungsi untuk mengatur persepsi informasi, pemahaman, pemikiran, dan pembentukan dan pemroduksian jawaban-jawaban. Dalam psikologi kognitif, ada beberapa area yang menjadi fokus yaitu Kognitif neurosains, sensasi/persepsi, pengenalan pola-pola, atensi, kesadaran, memori, representasi pengetahuan, imagery, bahasa, perkembangan kognitif, berpikir dan membentuk konsep, dan intelegensi manusia dan buatan. Psikologi kognitif juga membuat model-model yang digunakan sebagai organizational framework untuk mendeskripsikan proses-proses. Model-model ini berdasarkan inferens yang diambil dari observasi. Tujuannya adalah untuk memberikan representasi yang mudah dipahami. Adapun Norman dan Norman (1965) memperkenalkan model memori manusia.
Antara arsitetur komputer dan sistem kognisi manusia memiliki hubungan, yaitu sebuah arsitektur atau susunan komputer tidak bisa terbentuk tanpa sebuah informasi dan penalaran yang dimiliki oleh manusia. Tidak mungkin sebuah komputer tercipta begitu saja tanpa sebuah pemahaman dan tindakan dari manusia. Jadi, memang terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara arsitektur komputer dengan struktur kognisi manusia. Namun ada beberapa kelebihan dan kekurangan dari komputer untuk manusia. Kelebihannya antara lain:
1. Komputer dapat menyelesaikan suatu permasalahan lebih cepat dari manusia.
2. Komputer dapat menyelesaikan suatu permasalah lebih akurat daripada manusia.
3. Energi yang dikeluarkan manusia lebih sedikit dengan penggunaan komputer.
4. Dapat menyimpan data dengan kapasitas yang besar.
5. dll.
Di sisi lain, komputer juga memiliki kelemahan yaitu:
1. Komputer membutuhkan biaya yang tidak sedikit.
2. Penggunaan listrik.
3. Pengerjaan tidak otomatis (masih memerlukan manusia)

The authors paid attention to many aspects, including performance. AMD graphics cards destroy Nvidia graphics cards, which is far beyond the norm The authors found that the Radeon RX 6800 XT outperforms the RTX 3080 by an impressive 46%, although the cards are very close on average in many games. The AMD GPUs destroy the Nvidia GPUs in this game in a way not typically seen in rasterized games, which is truly way beyond the norm. But it's not all weirdness. For example, enabling Hyper-Threading on Intel CPUs results in worse average frame rates than if it were disabled while disabling SMT on AMD CPUs does not have the same impact on frame rates but does result in longer frame times.
