Unlike previous Compati Hero games, the Gundams have voices. Or, rather, voices come out of the Gundams, corresponding to the voice of the person piloting it. So it's probably fair to say that, going by Soichiro Hoshi's voice coming out of the Strike Freedom Gundam, it's Kira in there.

Battle Soccer: Field no Hasha is a sports video game developed by Pandora Box and released for the Super Famicom in 1992. Published by Banpresto, it is part of the Compati Hero series, a crossover that unites popular characters from three major Japanese franchises: Ultraman, Kamen Rider, and Gundam.

The game blends traditional soccer with combat elements, allowing players to control teams made up of characters from these iconic series. While the gameplay follows the structure of a typical soccer simulation, it incorporates special attacks and powers, with characters using energy blasts, powerful kicks, or punches to affect gameplay. Though this title mainly appeals to fans of the Ultraman, Kamen Rider, and Gundam franchises because of its crossover appeal, its gameplay is fairly straightforward, leaning more toward arcade-style action than a deep soccer simulation. As a result, the game's longevity and replay value are limited unless you're a dedicated fan of these franchises. It's not a bad game by any means, but it does become repetitive rather quickly. Shorter match durations might have helped, as the current setup—two 5-minute halves—feels overly long, especially given the number of games required to complete the campaign.

Fun fact: the game was not released outside Japan, but it became a cult favorite among fans of the series and importers.

The Greatest Manga of All Time

These scans are from a manga called The Great Battle III, based on the 1993 Super Famicom beat ‘em up of the same name.

The game is part of The Compati Hero Series: a decades-long video game franchise with Gundam, Ultraman, and Kamen Rider! But it gets better...

Godzilla and his pals appear in two Compati Hero games: Battle Baseball and Battle Dodgeball. This manga opens with a game of baseball... featuring the Toho monsters!

As far as I know, this is the only manga adaption of a game from the Compati Hero series, and the only licensed manga to have characters from Godzilla, Gundam, Ultraman, and Kamen Rider!

(Another fun fact: The biggest character on the manga cover is Fighter Roar, an original character by Banpresto. His mask is the Banpresto logo!)

yes. i can't imagine how ace and suletta would interact but I think kanata works well with both of them. he would be able to take ace's teasing but also turn it around and pierce ace's armor at the right moments, and he would be able to help suletta bring out her confidence. and he would be way too excited about the aerial which is always cute

SD in general means Super Deformed, it's a chibi style that's not unique to Kamen Rider (Gundam also has a bunch of SD stuff, mentioning it here bc i love those models :3)

But since you're asking in relation with my art, here's the ones I made art for:

SD The Great Battle

A series of videogames that's a crossover between Kamen Rider, Gundam and Ultraman characters, all in the SD style. An original character called Fighter Roar joins the team from the second game on. They're very fun and wacky game that don't really have a coherent plot but we love them for that :3 In IV they get a giant robot (Compatible Kaiser my beloved) and in V they're cowboys. I love the cowboy outfits so much. Games one to five have english fan translations, now I need someone to translate Gaia Saver because apparently that one has the Rider Killer lore....

Kamen Rider SD: Strange!? Man Spider (or simply Kamen Rider SD OVA)

If you've been around the fandom you probably already know this one. It's a 30 minutes short where RX and the other Battle Riders (Ichigo and ZX) have to rescue RX's crush from shocker, with the help of the Mechanic Riders (V3, X and Super1). Wild Team (Stronger, Amazon and Nigo) appears for like. 3 minutes total at the end but they're my darlings and I love them. Other very important thing in this short is the Rider Carrier, a giant robot grasshopper that acts as their base and I think every version of the riders shoul have a giant grasshopper base not just the SDs u.u This short is apparently an adaptation from the Mighty Riders manga, but I haven't investigated it yet so I can't confirm that. It's also connected to a couple more SD videogames, Sortie!! Rider Machines and Run! Mighty Riders (the team names come from here as far as I can tell)

Kamen Rider SD: Hurricane Legend / Kamen Rider SD: Legend of the Stormy Age

(listen. I know the direct translation is the first one. But the second one is on the back cover so if they gave it an official english title I'm using that :P)

This is probably the one you're asking for, but I wanted to use the excuse to talk about the other two :P

I'll be honest, going in blind on this one is probably the best experience. Do not look up panels you will get spoiled. The basic plot is V3 and Riderman travel around to recruit the other Riders to defeat Shocker. I want to talk about it more but again, I had so much fun going "WHAT!?!" while reading it that I must resist- Might post more about them but will tag it as spoilers

Other SD stuff that I care less about, for completionist sake:

• there's a third SD manga (Kamen Rider SD: Roaring Laughs School) that I know nothing of (I think it's a 4koma gag manga? I'll be honest I'm not very interested in it so I haven't done much research);

• the most recent SD game is SD Shin Kamen Rider Rumble, a game for the movie, but that one seems to be simply a side scroller so again, no interest from me;

• Lost Heroes 1 and 2 technically use chibi-ish versions of Riders, Gundams and Ultramen, and are part of the Compati Hero series (the same series as The Great Battle), but they don't have SD in the title;

•there's. sooooo many sports games in the Compati Hero series. I like the Battle Dodgeball ones :3 Also speaking of Compati Hero, special mention to Super Hero Operations because that's the next one I wanna play, I get to meet Zubat, Metalder and a bunch of others there :3

how do you think scathach and wodime would have interacted as master and servant there is a theory that if everything had gone to plan and the crypters would have summoned the servants who appeared in the p1 intro meaning peperonico would have gotten arjuna and wodime scathach ( so imagine in this scenario wodime was the only member of crypters who escaped the bombing and they helped gudako in singularities) how would wodime and scathach have gotten along

Why would Kirschtaria summon Scathach? Crypters can summon the Servant they choose to with special gift Marisbury gave them. That's how Beryl can summon Morgan. Kirschtaria was always going to summon Caenis or a greek hero, otherwise. Since he's compatiable with that.

Quirk - Designated Drunk: Uses the alcohol he consumes to give him super strength and a huge healing factor. Can also use this to heal wounds of others. He can’t drink too little because then he would be dipping into his blood alcohol concentration. And too much drink leads to a heightened drunken state that leads to fuzzy memory, delayed quirk reaction, numbness, and intense mood swings.

Equipment: Whiskey Flasks, Breathalizer Goggles(To check his BAC), Whittling Knife

Damien:

Hero Alias - Dark Web

Quirk - I.T. Factor: Is able to plug himself into a computer, hack, and navigate through databases almost instantaneously. When he is plugged in, he is unable to move anything except his own extending plug that blends in with his hair. If he is plugged into a system too long, when he finally does unplug, he starts only talking in binary, and it lasts until he goes to sleep and wakes up. He’s more of a stealth and recon hero, also used as a navigator/info for takedown missions (Like Futaba from Persona 5, or Penelope Garcia from Criminal Minds.)

Equipment: Computerized Visor, Soundproof Cloak

Craig:

Hero Alias - Coach Cahn

Quirk - Hardcore: Can use the calories he has taken in to tighten body til he has  a body as hard as Titanium, or heal his wounds. But if he tightens for too long, he can flex out and become incapacitated, symptoms of overexertion also include dramatic growth of appetite, light headedness, and being moody. The more calories he takes in, the longer he can hold his flex, but of course he isn’t blessed with an endless stomach.

Equipment: Protein Powder Smoke Bombs, Whistle, Padded and Reinforced Baseball Cap, Emergency Marinara Sauce Protein Shake

Hero Alias - Captain Choreography

Quirk - Stepmania: Is able to dodge and fight along to music very well, is also able to finesse a villain into being captured. There has to be a song for him to listen and dance to in order for the Quirk to work, otherwise he has no rhythm to follow. If a song is cut off, he slips and trips up.

Equipment: Capture Weapons, Stickable Bluetooth Speakers, Bluetooth compatiable device,

Mat:

Hero Alias - Whammy Bar

Quirk - Dreadrock Extended: Can extend his dreads and strum them like a guitar. He can make epic music with just his dreads alone. They can extend by using his other dreads to add onto those six ones, or just use one super long dreadlock to fight/capture villains. The better care that goes into his dreads, the better tuned their sound is.

Equipment: Dual Belt Amps, Guitar tuning clip, Right Said Banana Bread(For Craig’s Quirk incase of emergency), DeCaf needles(for incapacitation)

Hugo:

Hero Alias - Crushing Grade

Quirk - Brain Plus Brawn: Adds his extensive knowledge and brain power to his physical strength. The more he learns the more strength he can add on to himself, which is why he is so knowledgeable about trivia. He must maintain a healthy sleep schedule in order to retain some of his knowledge, and in turn, some of his power. (During battle he has a headset that asks him trivia questions and when he attacks he answers the question aloud. If he forgets, or if he answers incorrectly, his attack isn’t as strong.

Equipment: Trivia Headset, Wrestling Mask, Flashcards(Flashbangs)

Brian:

Hero Alias - Trout Lander

Quirk - Enticing Touch: A quirk that enchants objects to be desired, used for making traps, distractions, etc. A touch with five fingers and concentration can enchant an object to be desired, but when it is touched by another person/animal, it is no longer enchanted. Brian himself can’t be enticed by his own quirk, but he cannot break concentration or get distracted when trying to use his Quirk on an object, otherwise it won’t work. (Also can’t work if he is hungry.)

Equipment: Trapping Tools, Bait and Tackle, various objects to enchant, Multiple portable fishing poles

I used to ship j0nerys until s7 happened then it all ended the moment jon says”I wish you good fourtune in the wars to come” like daaamm boi that was colder than the winter winds lol so after rewatching all of the seasons I got to s6 again&i was like wtf how did I miss jonsa then I checked out both tags&I was so intrigued by the depth of all the jonsa metas all the signs I missed in the show&books(good j0nerys metas are nonexistent)I have to be anon as I fear the J/D ignorance I will receive lol

The whole season was off tbh. I mean the intro b/w the two wasnt toooo bad (they couldve set it up friends to enemies to lovers trope) but everything after that was so go damn cringe worthy

and its little things like that!!! I mean they know how to do romance (and romance in a short time frame; Talisa and Robb anyone???) Plus, the only time that specific line is said like that in the show (theres between ned and arthur, mance and baratheon) is between two enemies (and one ends up dying by the hands of the other too) like how is that not forshadowing????? the fact that he always looks constipated around her, fidgity, wanting to BLATANLY gtfo, never opens up to her (though she tries to open up to him i guess? I see her crush on him, emilia’s eyes are very expressive that way, but d e f not both ways) no real smiles, bonding, jokes, talks, passion (boatfail lmao) a good first kiss, literally anything that makes a romance, well romantic

plus, personality wise, theyre not compatiable at ALL. as danys journey goes on, she’s slowly morphing into everything she never wanted to be. blinded by power (that isnt even hers for the taking). If she had a good heart why didnt she just go to help  w the night king (who is a direct threat to people she SAYS she wants to rule and has the best intent for) and deal with all the political stuff after? Cersei would still be there. When Jon had first arrived, she’d still have her alliances to go back to. Plus when he first came she hadnt gained any territory yet either. Why did she say shed only help if he agreed to her demand of subservience??? from a strictly strategical point of view, thats kinda dumb. its comeplely uneccasary from him to bend the knee for her to help. she wouldnt lose anything. in fact, if anything PR wise that wouldve been a great move for, to elimate the threat to literally everyones entire existance, claim victory in the name of westeros as the HERO of westeros, not the foreign conqoureror, and position her self as the champion of the people (compared to cersei) in the name of the people. making bending the knee a requirement for her to help was extremely unnecessary and in the end detrimental. I mean now she has nothing to go to the north in her favor for. If she went before that she’d be the benevalant queen coming to help their king bc she cared about people, and after they were triumphant he could bend the knee and i doubt anyone would complain too much once they saw that she went into the fight w/o ulterior motives etc

And anyways, how is a one sided, psuedo-subserviant relationship not toxic? How is that a relationship to look up to? What kind of role model relationship is that? a freaking bad one I dear say 

and yes, the lack of metas always astounded me, even when i shipped them. I mean liked them originally bc of all the “parallels” and stuff but the more i analyzed them, it became clear that they were f o i l s, not parrallels.

 I actually stumbled on jonsa by accident. As i slowly became to like Dany’s complex character not as an anti-hero figure, but as the “villian of the other side” or the accidental villian trope, it was around the time i was appreciating sansa more and more. She’s vastly underrated and underestimated both in the show and by fans outside of it, capable and smart. 

The thing that struck me most out of s7 was the spoils of war episode, which focused heavily, as a minor detail, on food. At first Daenerys was complaining that she had nothing to feed her extremely large army, that Cersei was already mobolizing all the food in the reach for her own favor. Then we have cersei bragging how she’s taking all the food, basically to fortify the capital and also making it so Dany wouldnt have any, that she could starve them out so to speak. Then we have Sansa, orginizing a way that she could insure the houses under her control had enough food for themselves, but also asking them to send a fair amount to her, so when things hit the fan, these houses and the pople of the north could flee to winterfell, the largest and strongest northern base, and they’d have enough food to feed everyone already living there plus the influx of refugees despite the extremely harsh winter approaching. Then of course, we have Dany’s feild of fire 2.0 where she first went after the soldiers, then deliberately targeting the food meant to feed the people of westeros during the winter (and the food she jsut complained about needing), then back to the soldiers. 

Out of all the potential queens, I made my choice there. 

Jonsa snuck up on me. I so much loved their relationship in s6, it was so beautiful, the bonding, the reunion, the support of one other. I liked that they argued over legitimate differences, before settling on a choice. I read a few jonsa metas then, and at that point i was pretty much okay with either option, but once s7 came i completly and fully jumped ship so to speak. I re analyzed my take on dany, my opinion on jon’s characterization, and reaffirmed my love for sansa. I read more jonsa metas and coupled with such a warm fandom that jonsa has (we can actually debate diff point of views respectfully for one, we support each other for two - kinda like jon and sansa’s relationship lmao) alas was hooked!

Battle Baseball (1993)

This is one of my favorite Famicom games just because I love the idea of these characters playing baseball together, and I’m obsessed with the art. Too bad the game itself is meh.
