Tile Removal: Everything You Need to Know
Whether you’re looking to renovate your bathroom, kitchen, or flooring, tile removal is one of the first and most crucial steps in transforming your space. While it may seem straightforward, removing tiles can be a time-consuming and complex task that requires the right tools and techniques. In this blog post, we’ll walk you through everything you need to know about tile removal, including the steps involved, why you should hire professionals, and what to expect during the process.

1. Why Tile Removal is Necessary
1.1 Outdated or Damaged Tiles
Tiles can quickly become damaged over time, especially in high-traffic areas or spaces that experience a lot of moisture, such as bathrooms and kitchens. Cracked or chipped tiles not only ruin the aesthetic of the space but can also lead to further issues like water damage, mould, and mildew. In such cases, tile removal becomes essential to ensure the area remains safe and functional.
1.2 Changing the Design
Sometimes, a change in your design vision or a desire to update the style of your space is the main reason for removing tiles. If you're looking to switch from a traditional to a modern style, or change the colour or texture of your tiles, removing the old tiles is the first step in the renovation process.
1.3 Floor-Leveling or Subfloor Repair
In some instances, tile removal may be necessary if you plan to install new flooring, such as hardwood, vinyl, or carpet. Removing the old tiles ensures that your subfloor is even and prepared for the new material, as uneven surfaces can lead to complications during installation.
2. Tools and Equipment Required for Tile Removal
2.1 Manual Tools
Pry Bar: This is the most basic tool for lifting tiles. A pry bar allows you to get under the tile and gently lift it from the surface.
Hammer: Used in conjunction with the pry bar, a hammer helps loosen the tiles from the floor or wall.
Putty Knife: A putty knife can help remove any remaining adhesive on the surface after the tiles have been lifted.
2.2 Power Tools
Hammer Drill: A hammer drill is often used for tile removal as it can break through tough adhesive and grout.
Tile Cutter or Wet Saw: These tools are designed to cut tiles for more precise removal when needed.
Angle Grinder: For more challenging tile surfaces, an angle grinder can help cut through stubborn tiles.
2.3 Safety Gear
Safety Glasses: Protect your eyes from debris and dust that may fly up during the removal process.
Gloves: Protect your hands from sharp edges on broken tiles.
Dust Mask: Prevent inhaling dust and particles that can be released when tiles are removed.
3. How the Tile Removal Process Works
3.1 Preparation
The first step in tile removal is to prepare the area. Remove all furniture, appliances, or any items that may be in the way. Cover the surrounding areas with plastic sheets or drop cloths to protect them from dust and debris. Turn off the water supply if you are working in a bathroom or kitchen.
3.2 Loosening the Tiles
Start by loosening the grout around the tiles with a grout saw or utility knife. Then, using your pry bar and hammer, gently lift each tile from the surface. Be careful not to damage the underlying surface, especially if you plan to re-tile or install new flooring over it.
3.3 Removing Adhesive and Grout
Once the tiles are removed, you will need to clean the surface and remove any adhesive or grout left behind. This can be done with a putty knife, scraper, or power tools like a hammer drill. Depending on the surface material, you may need to use a chemical adhesive remover for more stubborn materials.
3.4 Disposal
Once the tiles are removed and the area is cleaned, the next step is to dispose of the old tiles. You can take them to a recycling centre, or contact a local disposal service to ensure proper disposal.
4. Hiring Professionals for Tile Removal
4.1 Why Choose Professionals?
While DIY tile removal is possible, it can be a time-consuming, exhausting task that requires careful handling of tools and materials. Hiring professionals ensures the job is done efficiently and safely. They have the right equipment, experience, and techniques to remove tiles without damaging your walls or floors, saving you both time and effort.
4.2 When to Hire a Professional
It’s best to hire professionals for tile removal if you’re dealing with large areas, stubborn materials, or if you’re not familiar with the necessary tools and techniques. They can also assist with safely disposing of the debris, preventing health hazards from dust or broken tiles.
5. Tile Removal and Renovation: What’s Next?
After tile removal, the next step is often preparing the space for new tiles or other flooring materials. This might involve smoothing the surface, making any necessary repairs, or installing a fresh layer of adhesive. Once the surface is ready, you can proceed with your renovation project.
Conclusion
Whether you're renovating your kitchen, bathroom, or flooring, tile removal is an essential part of the process. While it can be a challenging task, understanding the necessary tools, steps, and safety precautions will help ensure your renovation goes smoothly. If you’re not ready to tackle the job yourself, hiring professionals will guarantee that your project is completed efficiently, safely, and without unnecessary stress.

Caitlin Clark x Kate Martin Ch 7.
Disclaimer: This is my first time writing a fic! Any feedback is welcome. Friends -> lovers, Caitlin's gay-awakening. I obviously don't own any of the rights to these characters etc. Previous chapters had songs / music, dropped that for now.
NSFW, light smut still for now, I promise, it's all coming in the next chapter.
---------------------------------
Caitlin
The pregame was already out of control, and the real party hadn’t even started yet.
Caitlin stared at herself in the mirror of Monika’s apartment bathroom and seriously considered jumping out the window.
Khakis. Fake name tag. Crown slipping sideways. She looked like a Burger King manager in the middle of an identity crisis.
“This is hazing,” she muttered, adjusting her collar.
“You look adorable,” Tomi called from the hallway. “Like if corporate trauma had a fan club.”
From the living room: chaos. Music pulsing. Girls yelling. The sound of a shot glass slamming into tile.
“You’re up next, Clark!” Zion’s voice rang out. “Don’t try to ghost this round!”
“You’re taking it with the pickle juice,” Monika was saying, waving a shot glass like a wand. “No substitutions. No mercy.”
“I’m gonna puke before we even leave,” Zion moaned, holding her shot like it was radioactive.
“You’re such a freshman,” Sydney snorted, throwing hers back and wiping her mouth on the sleeve of her ketchup costume.
The theme was “Freshman Food Chain.” Caitlin’s class had drawn the short straw of mandated group Halloween costumes. Alexis was ketchup. Zion had a tinfoil crown and a duct-taped sign reading WHOPPER. Tomi looked like a fry cook from a cursed Denny’s commercial.
And Caitlin? A full Burger King get-up—visor, polyester polo, plastic name tag that read MANAGER ON DUTY. She’d never looked gayer in her life.
The upperclassmen weren’t helping. Gabby was “Sexy Corn” in gold sequins. McKenna had a beer helmet and swim goggles and kept asking if anyone wanted to do “competitive slapshots.” Monika, in a lab coat labeled Team Doctor, kept offering “free physicals” with a wink.
“Okay, listen up!” Gabby shouted from the kitchen, raising her plastic chicken nugget scepter. “Team pact starts tomorrow. No booze, no bud, no bad decisions ‘til April. So tonight—we go feral.”
“To feral!” Tomi screamed, nearly knocking over the liquor shelf.
“To celibacy!” Zion added dramatically, throwing her head back like a widow in mourning.
“To Caitlin actually making out with someone in college,” McKenna chimed in.
Caitlin choked on her chaser. “I will key your car.”
“She’s blushing!” Sydney yelled.
“Shut up!” Caitlin hissed, cheeks already burning. “I’m literally warm from the bourbon.”
Soon Alexis pulled her into a group selfie. Ketchup, fries, burger, Whopper, and the most visibly closeted girl in the NCAA, all beaming into the flash.
They drank. They screamed lyrics. Caitlin let herself get pulled into a dance circle around the kitchen island. She loosened, just enough. Let the bourbon soak into her bloodstream and quiet the static in her chest.
It worked.
Until they got to the party.
---------------------------------
The second she walked in, Caitlin knew she was going to lose it.
The house was packed. Bodies everywhere. Music loud enough to make her teeth buzz. A Grinch was twerking in the kitchen. A witch hat was on fire in the sink.
The team scattered like they’d been training for it. Zion beelined to pong. Someone screamed “Chug or die!” from the backyard.
Caitlin hovered by the hallway, drink in hand, pretending not to exist.
She could handle this. One night of chaos, then the season would start and everything would click back into place.
And then the front door opened.
---------------------------------
Kate Martin strode through the room like she was stepping out of a music video.
Caitlin saw her before anyone else did.
Olive green blazer. Open.
Tight slacks, tailored like sin. Her ass was… Caitlin tried to think of a word to describe how great Kate’s ass looked in those pants when she looked up and noticed it:
No shirt.
No bra.
Just a bare, smooth chest and abs and shadows. Black slacks. Boots. Dog tags clinking gently down her sternum. Aviators perched high in her curls. Smirk already loaded.
Caitlin went fully still.
It was the kind of entrance that bent gravity. People turned. A guy nearly walked into a wall. Gabby audibly said, “Holy shit.”
Kate looked around, casual and collected. She wasn’t even trying. She moved through the party like it was gravity pulling her forward. People parted. Someone offered her a drink. Someone else nearly tripped over the couch.
“Kate came dressed as a felony,” McKenna said, sliding up next to her.
Sydney let out a low whistle. “That’s not Maverick, that’s Top Her.”
Caitlin opened her mouth. Closed it. Her pulse was sprinting.
This was going to be a problem.
Zion appeared, adjusting the cardboard burger strapped to her chest. “Kate’s gonna make someone spontaneously combust tonight.”
Kate hadn’t looked at her yet. She was laughing at something Gabby said. Touching Monika’s arm. Leaning in close to Tomi to hear over the music. Caitlin watched every second like it was the final act in a Greek tragedy.
God, she wanted her.
---------------------------------
Kate
She hadn’t meant to go nuclear.
The idea had come to her in the middle of a boring econ lecture. She’d already had the aviators. The dog tags were from a costume shop. At first it was silly. But the second she tried on the blazer—just the blazer—and saw what it did to her reflection, she knew what she was walking into.
Standing in front of her mirror—aviators on, blazer open, dog tags swinging—she thought, I could end someone tonight.
And she wanted it to be Caitlin.
She hadn’t expected to find her so fast. But there she was, near the table of jello shots, cheeks flushed, crown slipping sideways, watching her like she might shatter if she blinked.
Kate almost choked on her drink. God, she looked wrecked.
Perfect.
She crossed the room slowly, deliberately. Just close enough. She didn’t touch her. Not yet. “Burger Queen,” Kate said when she reached her.
“I hate you.”
Kate grinned. “Wanna wear my aviators?”
“You’re not wearing a shirt.”
“You noticed.”
Caitlin’s eyes dropped. “Your dog tags are… they’re short-circuiting my brain.”
Kate leaned in. Her mouth was inches from Caitlin’s ear. Kate laughed softly. “You’re looking at me like you want my tongue somewhere I should not mention at a party. Superstar.”
Caitlin was saved from answering by a guy in a chicken suit stumbling past with a keg cup screaming “USA!”
It broke the moment.
But not for long.
---------------------------------
Caitlin
It got worse. Fast.
Kate was in full flirt mode. All charm and smooth touches. She danced in the kitchen, hips rolling to Levitating, looking like a crime scene.
At one point, she bent over to grab a beer and Caitlin saw the full line of her back, smooth and golden and bare. She nearly knocked over a tray of Jello shots.
She tried not to let it show.
She tried to be chill.
She failed.
Then Logan appeared. Volleyball Logan. Six feet tall. Smiled like a toothpaste commercial. Rested her hand on Kate’s arm.
Kate laughed.
Caitlin didn’t think. She just moved.
Down the stairs. Past the chaos. Into the laundry room.
The door slammed shut behind her.
---------------------------------
Kate
She followed on instinct. No hesitation.
Caitlin was already pacing when she walked in, arms crossed, lips pressed together like she was physically holding back words.
“Hey,” Kate said softly. “You good?”
Caitlin turned. “No.”
Kate blinked. “Okay…” “Do you want—”
“Shut up.”
She crossed the space between them, grabbed Kate by the open blazer, and kissed her like a threat. Kate groaned. Caitlin shoved her back against the dryer, climbed up, wrapped her legs around her hips, and took.
It was all heat. Desperation. Fingernails and breath and teeth.
Kate groaned. Caitlin shoved her back into the washer, climbed up, tugged her in. Kate’s hands went to her waist. Caitlin’s mouth went to her throat.
Kate groaned. “Jesus, Cait—”
“Shut up,” she growled, kissing down her neck. “You wore this for me.”
Kate’s hands slid under the polo. Found warm skin. Caitlin arched into her touch like she’d been starving.
“Everyone keeps touching you,” Caitlin muttered. “They don’t even know they can’t.”
Kate gasped. “They’re not—”
“They don’t get to.” Caitlin’s mouth was on her neck now. Her hands on Kate’s chest. Caitlin tugged the dog tags around her neck hard enough to make Kate gasp.
Kate felt her breath catch. “You’re jealous.”
Caitlin didn’t answer. Just bit her lip and stared at her like she was already undone. Kate laughed. “Jesus, Clark.”
Then, voice low and wrecked: “I’m not jealous.”
Pause.
Caitlin’s voice dropped. “I’m not jealous… Kate. I’m just telling you. You’re mine.”
Her hands slid under the open blazer. Found skin. Warm, tight, familiar. She toyed with the dog tags, tugged them until they pressed into Kate’s chest.
Kate swallowed. “Say it again.”
“You. Are. Mine.”
That broke something.
The kiss turned molten. Kate’s hands were on her waist. On her thighs. Caitlin ground against her—slow, then deliberate. The dryer creaked beneath them, loud and obscene, and neither of them cared.
Kate kissed her. Slower now. Deeper. A different kind of hunger. Her thighs locked tight around Kate’s hips. Her skin flushed all the way down her neck.
“I mean it,” she whispered. Her voice cracked on the edges. “You’re mine.”
Kate let out a noise—half gasp, half groan—that sounded like surrender.
She kissed Caitlin again, hands gripping her waist like she might slip away otherwise. And Caitlin kissed her back like she had something to prove—like possession could be spelled out in open-mouthed hunger and too-tight fists and the ache of having waited.
Kate’s dog tags swung between them, cool against heat. Caitlin hooked two fingers around the chain and yanked—slow, rough—until they pressed into Kate’s bare chest, right on top of her nipples. The cold metal hit her soft, sensitive buds deeply. Her clit was on fire, Caitlin’s hips grinding on to her, as she felt herself begin to drip.
“Fuck,” Kate whispered.
“I want to leave marks,” Caitlin whispered. “I want you to remember this every time someone else dares to look.” She continued to drag the cold sleek dog tags on Kate’s nipples. She let the chain go and squeezed them herself.
Kate bit her lip. Hard. She slid her hand up, thumbs brushing just beneath the edge of Caitlin’s polo. Her skin was warm and tense, stomach fluttering under the touch.
Caitlin rocked against her—slow at first, then with intention. The dryer squeaked beneath them, the rhythm embarrassingly loud in the quiet room. But neither of them moved to stop.
“Caitlin,” Kate breathed, forehead pressed to hers. “You’re gonna make me scream”
“Good,” Caitlin whispered.
“No, baby…” “Caitlin, you… You don’t understand.” She rolled her hips again, dragging them together, and Kate’s knees almost buckled. Her hands dug harder into Caitlin’s sides. “I’m not going to be able… To stop.”
Caitlin whimpered. It was soft and real and full of want.
“Don’t hold back,” she whispered.
Kate swallowed. “You sure?”
Caitlin nodded, gaze locked on hers. “You wore this for me. You’ve been driving me insane. You don’t have to be careful now.”
Her hand slipped lower. Curved around Caitlin’s thigh. She felt Caitlin grind down—once, twice—sharp and needy. Her breath hitched. Kate’s fingers curled tighter. She leaned in, mouth brushing Caitlin’s jaw, her throat, the spot just beneath her ear.
Then lower.
The kisses turned heavy. Open. Slow and demanding. Caitlin’s fingers were in her hair now, yanking just enough to make her gasp.
Kate's hand slid down Caitlin’s thigh, gripped it, pulled it tighter around her. She could feel the heat, the pressure, the sheer need of it—and it made her dizzy.
“Do it,” Caitlin whispered.
Kate froze. “Here?”
“Now.”
Kate stared at her. Caitlin’s cheeks were flushed. Her hair was a mess. Her paper crown had fallen. And she was looking at her like she’d waited her whole life for this.
Caitlin ground down again, sharper this time.
That was it. That was the sound. That was the moment. She moved.
Her hand dipped lower.
Kate looked up at her, breath heavy, lips slightly swollen, eyes glassy with restraint. She pressed her forehead to Caitlin’s and whispered, voice low and wrecked:
“Not here, baby. Not like this.”
Caitlin’s jaw clenched. She wanted to protest, but Kate kissed the corner of her mouth—once, twice—and then, with a kind of passion could only be described like worship, she murmured:
“I’m gonna make you scream, Caitlin. And I want to hear it unfiltered. No dryer rumble. No music upstairs. No one else’s breath but yours. No boundary.”
That almost undid her.
Caitlin exhaled, shaky and wrecked. She hated that she agreed. She hated that Kate always knew how to hold the line when she was ready to obliterate it.
But she nodded.
And then—without warning—she hopped off the dryer like a soldier about to march into war.
“Your apartment,” she said. Her voice shook with want. “Now.”
Kate blinked, chest heaving, lips parted like she was about to say something dangerous. Then she smiled—but it wasn’t playful. It was dark. Wrecked.
“Let’s go,” she said.
Caitlin didn’t need more.
They didn’t say goodbye. Didn’t glance around to see who might be watching. Didn’t even care that Caitlin’s paper crown was still sitting on the laundry machine.
They just left.
Out the door.
Into the cold.
Pushed through the heat and blur of the party, past red cups and fake cobwebs, through the door and into the cold October air like they were escaping something that had already claimed them.
Caitlin’s pulse roared in her ears, her breath clouding in the night air, Kate’s hand catching hers at the bottom of the porch steps like it had always belonged there.
No one said a word.
They didn’t laugh.
They didn’t speak.
They just moved—drunk on the gravity between them, drunk on finally.
Because this wasn’t a decision.
It was a surrender to the inevitable.

Best Practices for Saving Money with Tile Wholesalers
When it comes to renovating or building, buying tiles from wholesalers can be a cost-effective way to get the materials you need without breaking the bank.
However, to truly maximise your savings, it's essential to follow some key best practices.
In this blog, we’ll explore practical strategies for saving money with tile wholesalers Sydney, mainly focusing on tile wholesalers Sydney, to help you make the most out of your tile purchasing experience.
Understand Your Needs and Plan Ahead
Before you start shopping with tile wholesalers, it's crucial to understand your project's requirements and plan accordingly.
Determine the type, quantity, and style of tiles you need. Make a detailed list of specifications, including tile dimensions, colours, and patterns.
Having a clear plan will help you communicate effectively with wholesalers and avoid unnecessary purchases and costs. Knowing precisely what you need can streamline your search and negotiate better deals.
Compare Multiple Tile Wholesalers
One of the most effective ways to save money is to compare prices and offers from multiple tile wholesalers.
Different wholesalers may offer various pricing structures, discounts, and promotions. Take the time to request quotes from several suppliers and compare them to find the best deal.
Be sure to factor in additional costs, such as shipping or handling fees. By shopping around, you can identify which wholesaler provides the best value for your budget.

Purchase in Bulk
Buying tiles in bulk is a common strategy for saving money with tile wholesalers. Most wholesalers offer significant discounts on large orders, making it an ideal option if you have a large project or are willing to stock up for future use.
Calculate your needs accurately to avoid over-purchasing, which can lead to unnecessary costs. Additionally, purchasing in bulk can reduce the cost per square meter of tile, leading to overall savings.
Negotiate with Wholesalers
Negotiation is a powerful tool when working with tile wholesalers Sydney. Many wholesalers are open to negotiating prices, especially for large orders.
Don’t hesitate to ask for discounts, bulk pricing, or additional perks like free delivery.
Building a good relationship with your wholesaler can also work to your advantage, as they may be more inclined to offer better deals or prioritise your orders.
Look for Seasonal Sales and Promotions
Tile wholesalers often offer substantial savings through seasonal sales and promotions, which are usually advertised on the wholesaler's website, email newsletters, or social media channels.
Timing your purchase to coincide with these promotions can help you secure a great deal on your tiles.
Additionally, signing up for newsletters or following wholesalers on social media can provide early access to special offers and discounts.
Consider Off-Season Purchases
Purchasing tiles during the off-season can be another effective way to save money with tile wholesalers.
Travertine look tile demand tends to be higher during peak renovation seasons, which can drive up prices.
By buying tiles during slower periods, you may benefit from lower prices and more favourable terms. Plan your projects around these off-peak times to take advantage of reduced costs.
Evaluate Quality and Warranties
While saving money is essential, ensuring you’re not compromising on quality is equally crucial. When dealing with tile wholesalers, carefully evaluate the quality of the tiles and check for any warranties or guarantees offered.
Lower-quality tiles might seem like a bargain initially but could cost more in the long run due to issues such as durability or maintenance.
To avoid future expenses, invest in high-quality tiles that offer good value for money and come with a reliable warranty.
Utilise Tile Samples
Many tile wholesalers offer samples of their products. Requesting samples allows you to see and feel the tiles before purchasing bulk.
This can prevent costly mistakes and ensure that the tiles meet your colour, texture, and quality expectations.
By choosing the suitable tiles from the beginning, you can avoid the expense of returning or replacing tiles that don’t work for your project.
Plan for Delivery and Storage Costs
When purchasing tiles from wholesalers, don’t overlook delivery and storage costs. Some tile wholesalers may offer free delivery for large orders, while others may charge extra.
Factor these costs into your budget to get an accurate picture of your total expenses. Additionally, consider where and how you will store the tiles once they arrive.
Proper storage can prevent damage and additional costs related to replacements or repairs.
Build a Relationship with Your Wholesaler
Establishing a good relationship with your tile wholesaler can yield additional savings and benefits.
Wholesalers are more likely to offer regular customers better deals, priority service, or exclusive offers.
By maintaining open communication and showing loyalty, you can create a mutually beneficial partnership that can help you save money on future projects.
Conclusion
Saving money with tile wholesalers Sydney involves planning, comparison, negotiation, and intelligent purchasing strategies.
You can maximise your savings by understanding your needs, comparing multiple suppliers, buying in bulk, and taking advantage of seasonal promotions.
Additionally, evaluating the quality of tiles, considering delivery and storage costs, and building solid relationships with wholesalers can further enhance your cost-saving efforts.
With these best practices, you can effectively manage your budget while securing high-quality tiles for renovation or construction projects.

Beyond Residential: Expert Commercial End of Lease Cleaning in Blacktown and Sydney
While the term "end of lease cleaning Sydney" often brings residential properties to mind, the need for thorough and professional cleaning extends significantly into the commercial sector. Businesses relocating or closing down face the equally important task of ensuring their leased commercial spaces are returned to the landlord in the condition stipulated in their lease agreement. This is where specialized commercial end of lease cleaning services, like those offered by Sydney Clean Service in areas like Blacktown and across Sydney, become indispensable.
The Unique Demands of Commercial End of Lease Cleaning
Commercial properties, whether they are offices, retail spaces, warehouses, or industrial units, present a different set of cleaning challenges compared to residential homes. These spaces often experience higher foot traffic, accumulate more wear and tear, and may have specific fixtures and equipment that require specialized cleaning.
A standard residential end of lease clean is often insufficient for a commercial property. Commercial end of lease cleaning in Blacktown and other Sydney suburbs requires a deeper understanding of commercial lease agreements, industry-specific cleaning standards, and the ability to handle larger and more complex spaces.
Why Commercial End of Lease Cleaning is Crucial
Just like with residential leases, the condition in which a commercial property is left can significantly impact the return of your security deposit or bond. Failure to meet the cleaning standards outlined in your commercial lease can lead to financial penalties and potential disputes with the landlord.
Beyond the financial aspect, a professional commercial end of lease cleaning ensures a smooth handover of the property, maintains your business's professional reputation, and fulfills your contractual obligations. It also saves your business valuable time and resources that would otherwise be spent on a potentially extensive and demanding cleaning process.
Key Differences Between Residential and Commercial End of Lease Cleaning
While some basic cleaning tasks overlap, there are significant differences between residential and commercial end of lease cleaning:
Scale and Size: Commercial spaces are typically much larger than residential properties, requiring more time, manpower, and specialized equipment.
Types of Flooring: Commercial spaces often have a variety of flooring types, including carpet tiles, vinyl, concrete, and hardwood, each requiring specific cleaning methods and products.
Specialized Fixtures and Equipment: Commercial properties may include unique fixtures like commercial kitchens, industrial machinery, specialized lighting, and extensive electrical and data cabling that require careful cleaning.
High Traffic Areas: Commercial spaces experience significantly higher foot traffic, leading to more ingrained dirt, grime, and wear and tear.
Commercial Kitchens and Bathrooms: These areas in commercial properties often have stricter hygiene requirements and may require deep cleaning and sanitization.
Waste Disposal: Commercial properties may generate larger volumes and different types of waste that need to be handled and disposed of appropriately.
Lease Agreements: Commercial lease agreements often have more detailed and stringent cleaning requirements compared to residential leases.
