(a właściwie Charged G.B.H., bo tak zwała się załoga z Birmingham na początku) to w oryginalnym wydaniu winylowy minialbum zawierający dziewięć utworów. I w zasadzie same klasyki drugiej fali brytyjskiego punk rocka jak „Race Against Time”, „Knife Edge”, „Lycanthropy”, „State Executioner”, „Generals”, „Freak” czy nie opisany na okładce „Alkohol”. Dla wielu fanów zespołu to zresztą ich najlepsza płyta, zawierające esencję ich wczesnego stylu z chorym humorem, destrukcją i zwyrodnieniami. Nagrany w klasycznym składzie Colin Abrahall (śpiew), Colin 'Jock' Blyth (gitara), Ross Lomas (bass) i Andrew 'Wilf' Williams (perkusja) minialbum z czasem rozrósł się do standardowego LP „Leather, Bristles, No Survivors And Sick Boys” (1983) - przygotowanego specjalnie na rynek amerykański, gdzie dodano single „No Survivors” (1982) i „Sick Boy” (1982). W 2002 Captain Oi! wznowił ten sam materiał na CD, dla odmiany znów pod tytułem “Leather, Bristles, Studs And Acne”, ale z tym samym zestawem utworów. Zanim jednak „Leather, Bristles, Studs And Acne” „rozrósł się”, zespół zdążył już oficjalnie wydać swój właściwy pełnowymiarowy album - „City Baby Attacked By Rats” (1982).
