The heroes Rescue an inhuman baby from a lab, the baby had a mix of black and white hair, blue and green eyes, blue markings on his feet and hands, he has claws on his feet and hands, he has freckles that glow and a green-colored lightning scar. They decided to take him back to their base and try to figure out what the baby is and try to get him back to his family.

What they don't know is that Clockwork had decided that he would no longer follow the directions of the Observers. Instead, he would do want he wished and what he wanted, and what he wants is to find his son.
