I NEED to talk about this part from #176: City of Shadows

This isn’t exactly a spoiler but it is a reveal so I'm spoilercutting it

Monte took two jolts, not one, while his own gun was still coming up. The roar of The Shadow's fire had a prolonged effect, for it was accompanied by the burst of another gun, from the fire tower. All during Monte's creep, the crook had been covered by a steady marksman previously posted by The Shadow!

Ah, cool! None of the agents have been named yet, so if he doesn't say who it was I'm gonna assume it was Cliff--

Descending the fire tower, The Shadow was getting a report from his companion, an agent named Burbank. The Shadow added congratulations, as Burbank left him to join the other agents, waiting in their car. Regularly, Burbank played a passive part in The Shadow's campaigns.

[...]The Shadow assigned Burbank an unusual duty, which the contact man bandied in his customary methodical style. It ws Burbank who had supplied that pinch shot from the fire tower, timed exactly to The Shadow's own thrust at Monte.

Looks 85% like the directory opposite at the entrance of Burbank City Hall, but instead it is the mailbox. If you zoom in, you'll see a plate that says the mailbox operated from 1943 to 2017. i am definitely not from the midwest. i'm from la proper went to school in maine for a bit then philadelphia worked in missouri for like a hot sec have horse ties to tennessee and moving to new york in the fall.......but i am like. entirely westside private school music industry brat. seen a lot of glee tho ohio could've slipped in somewhere.
