OK so basically, this genre is called Breakcore! It’s a sibling of Raggacore and Frenchcore, and they’re all derivatives of Drum and Bass! Both of which are also super neat genres and I can’t recommend enough. Raggacore is particularly cool because it mostly samples reggae and dub music, just like Drum and Bass.

But Breakcore in itself samples basically everything! From songs to commercials to cartoons... My first contact with the genre was through this artist called Bob The Builder!, which is the creator of the song I linked in that post. My favorite tracks of his are Barbershop and WTF song (e o pintinho piu)

Another artist whose stuff I usually like is Reizoko CJ. His stuff is a bit different because he uses a lot of anime samples, along with the more “regular” stuff. My fav tracks by him are CirnoRHTL and All Your Base Are Belong to ME

I’ve found out about Fat Frumos, another pretty talented Breakcore artist because of the song in which he made a collab with Bob The Builder!, Pretty. I haven’t gone through all of his stuff but I’m also pretty fond of another song the two of them made together: YOUR BUNNY RAVE

Last one, so this post isn’t too long: I haven’t looked into a lot of stuff from these artists, but both of them seem to enjoy sampling cartoons, and I personally like both of these songs a lot: Coretoon by I:gor and The “Sugar Before Bedtime” Polka by Toecutter

I'm hosting a jojo cosplay party on discord for anyone interested! My local anime convention was shut down this year, but I was really excited to show off my cosplay at the Jojo meetup. So, I figured I'd set up my own party!

This party will be March 17 2020 and March 18 2020, both starting at 11:00 and going until.... who knows? If enough people enjoy this, it could be a regular thing every couple weeks or so!

RULES :

- All ages are welcome! There will be an introduction channel, a general channel, a cosplay pictures/wip channel, and a kin-related channel. An NSFW channel will be added if enough people ask for one.

- Cosplay is encouraged but not necessary. Any level of effort or canon-accuracy is allowed!

- Be respectful of other people please!!! This includes gender/pronouns, sexuality, appearance, kin/therio-identity, cosplay experience/effort, etc. Basically if someone asks you to stop doing/saying something, stop it.

- This is just gonna be a fun place for everyone to hang out and talk to people with similar interests!

- We may start the actual video chat sooner or later than usual due to any circumstances.
