The wilderness beyond the Wall sprawled before me atop the outlook, an uncharted immensity dripping with anathema. A frozen wasteland, it held a cold that seemed to seep into your very soul, promising to turn your bones to ice with a single, lingering glance.
The stories from the seasoned rangers down below had painted a vivid picture, but this, this was a masterpiece beyond mere words. The frigid air, a living entity, tore at my dark hair and the borrowed furs – those very furs my stubborn pride had initially dismissed. Now, the only thing missing from mirroring those same hardened rangers was a permanent furrow etched between my brows, a testament to countless nights spent battling the elements.
Their Lord was a wall of warmth which prevented the gnawing chill from consuming me. His massive form broadened at my side, his very presence thawing me. Turning to him, I observed the furrow deepening between his brows as he regarded me, though it wasn’t a testament to the cold, but rather something concerned.
“Winterfell beckons, Princess,” he said, his timber thick with northern accent, “Let us return to warm you.”
His gloved hand, rough yet surprisingly gentle, reached out for me. Relief washed over me as I grasped it, the worn leather a welcome anchor against the treacherous turret steps.
“Blazing fires. Hot stew. How’s that sound?” His stoic expression nearly cracked to the rumble in my stomach. I noticed I was still supported in his grasp well beyond danger, when I felt his thumb tracing reassuring circles on the back of my hand, sending a delicious shiver snaking down my spine.
Gently, I returned it to my side. “That would be most pleasant, thank you my Lord.”
Days had bled into one another at his side, treating, feasting, drinking, strategizing, and though I had no doubt I had fixed him as an ally to my mother’s claim, some other heat beneath the veneer of alliance had begun to simmer in his gaze, a spark that mirrored the disquiet blooming in my own chest.
The iron cage groaned its descent down to Castle Black, echoing through the black shaft like cries of the damned. From the moment I stepped foot in Winterfell, he’d woven a tapestry of comfort. He recalled every detail I mentioned in passing, and behind his every effort to make me feel at home was a gesture conforming to something I’d previously told him I enjoyed – a steaming mug of my favorite herbal tea, a book on a subject I’d once expressed interest in. He was unlike any man I’d encountered. Each word he uttered was a silken caress, so gentle it felt like he feared his own timber could bruise me. But a heavy weight had settled in my chest. My replies had now become clipped, mere whispers that barely escaped my lips. There was so much more at stake now beyond my desires. Duty loomed heavy on my shoulders. I feared any careless words or lingering glances could brittle the alliance with the Starks to pieces.
We mounted our horses and begun our nigh-on two days ride back to Winterfell. Though not as biting as the Wall’s teeth, the wind on the Kingsroad still carried a relentless edge. The only warmth to be found radiated shyly from the small fires Cregan’s bannermen had built, and the thick fur I wove tightly around myself at night.
As the colossal granite form of Winterfell finally clawed its way up from the horizon, a wave of exhaustion crashed into me, settling heavy in my bones. Dismounting was an ordeal. Every muscle in my body throbbed in protest from the days’ ride. My legs, leaden weights, buckled before I could even consider lowering myself.
But before I could hit the ground, strong arms, surprisingly gentle, encircled my waist, and lifted me from the saddle before I could even think to react.
We stood there, my body swaying slightly in his arms, our eyes lingering on each other for a second beyond my comfort. His eyes, normally the clear blue of a summer sky, were now a stormy gray, swirling with unspoken concern. A tremor of something akin to fear danced in my chest, battling the unexpected flutter at his touch.
“Apologies, my Lord,” I stammered, cheeks flushing with a heat that had naught to do with exertion. “Dragon saddle is one thing, but I fear horseback is another entirely.” I smiled apologetically.
Cregan’s fingers lingered on my waist, a gentle caress that singed through my leathers and into my very skin, sending a jolt through me. He withdrew them slowly, and my side ached from their absence.
“Fret not, Princess,” he rumbled, his voice a warm current, “Two days on horseback have felled men twice your size.”
I giggled to his obvious attempt at comforting me. “I wouldn’t bet on that,” I replied, taking trembling steps toward the castle.
Once in my chambers, I collapsed onto the bed; sleep, thick and heavy, stealing the day. When I finally opened my eyes, the only light in the room spilled from the dying embers in the hearth.
A gnawing hunger, cold and insistent, hollowed my gut. With a deep breath, I rose, and dressed in my house colors, the fabric thick with responsibility. Then, I descended the steps in my hunt for scraps.
The massive oak doors of the Great Hall ground open, revealing a cavernous space bathed in the flickering, golden glow of a roaring fire. Laughter and the murmur of rough voices hung in the air. Fur cloaked figures huddled around the immense hearth at the far end, casting dancing shadows on the towering walls. Lord Stark sat amidst his bannermen; tankards raised in boisterous revelry.
The merriment dipped as I entered. Heads swiveled my way, some splitting into knowing grins. The bannermen rose in unison, scattering like startled crows, their boisterousness replaced by a respectful chorus of greetings and a flurry of curt bows.
“My regrets for missing supper,” I said, drawing Cregan’s heavy gaze. His shadowed form, a giant even in the flickering firelight, rose with a quiet grace that belied his imposing physique.
“You need not worry,” he said, ladling steaming stew from a small pot over the fire and offered me the bowl with one hand. A grateful smile lit my face as I accepted it.
“You grow quite comely as a serving girl,” I jested, a flicker of triumph igniting in my chest when his mouth quirked up into a faint smirk, a flicker of warmth dancing in his eyes, a rare concession on his normally stoic face.
I settled onto the bench beside his chair and began devouring the stew, its meat and vegetables soothing the ache in my belly. As I ate, I stole glances at Cregan, his face bathed in the rich firelight, a mask of unreadable emotions.
Regret, sharp and unwelcome, tightened in my chest as I observed him. I had a duty fulfilled, but a heart unsatiated. I had come to Winterfell to remind him of the oath his house swore to my mother, and he had not left me wanton. Yet, the journey back to Dragonstone loomed large in my mind. The prospect of leaving him, perhaps for a very long time, cast a long shadow. Unless he too agreed to join us.
“The Queen’s sworn allies are too few to win a war for the throne,” I declared, my voice tight with the weight of responsibility, “She needs your men.”
His jaw clenched, his stoicism returning like a steel mask. “Cursed be the Hightowers,” he growled, venom lacing his voice. “But winter is coming. War of dragons is never a small ordeal. If the Queen is in need of my men to defeat the usurper, you must allow me to wait out the winter.”
Despair clawed at my throat. Memories and tales of past winters surfaced, stretching on for months, even years. Without the full support of the North, we could be crushed before winter even loosened its icy grip. Perhaps reduced to cinders beneath the wrath of the dragons.
“It will be too late,” I pleaded, the urgency in my voice cracking the carefully constructed façade I had built.
Cregan met my gaze, his eyes a stormy gray. “It’s the best I can do, Princess. I hope you will forgive me.”
A spark of anger ignited within me, battling the tendrils of despair. “You swore an oath, Lord Stark.”
He held my stare, unwavering. “I haven’t forgotten,” he said, “You will have two thousand greybeards that can be ready to march at once.”
“What of you?” My voice trembled, tears welling up before I had the strength to stop them. “What if this is goodbye?”
Understanding suddenly dawned in his eyes, and his brows furrowed in what I thought was despair. He came to sit beside me, the wood groaning under his weight. His large, calloused thumbs painted the tears across my cheeks.
“I assure you, Princess,” he said softly, “This is not goodbye.” His hand came up to grasp my chin between his thumb and index finger, tilting it up to meet his intense gaze. “I swear it,” he vowed, steel threading through his words. Hope surged through me; a lifeline cast into the churning sea of anguish.
Starks do not forget an oath.
“The Hightowers were doomed the second they put the imposter on that throne,” Cregan rumbled, his voice a low caress.
The space between us seemed to have dissolved, his calloused hands engulfing mine in a firm, reassuring grasp. Silence stretched, thick with unspoken emotions, tension dripping like honey. I waited for him to say something else, but he remained still, quiet, his fingers slowly and gently exploring mine, each touch sending sparks of lightning up my arms. I met his gaze, my breathing shallowing as I realized his lips were but a whisper away, his dark eyes shimmering with heat, flickering with an unspoken hunger that seethed beneath my skin with each second.
“Their betrayal…” His voice was barely a whisper, his fingers ceased their dance with mine, and began their path up my arms, “…will not go unpunished,” he said thickly, his hands now grazing my upper arms, up my shoulders, ceasing at the curve of my neck, the movement sending a sizzling sensation through my blood.
With the cold that had plagued me so these last few days, I began to fever. My lips parted as if I was suddenly short of breath, and I felt a curious pulse that drifted between my thighs. My whole body, like to an unseen force, drew closer to him, and he tensed beneath his leathers. His frame vibrated with desperate restraint, the fire in his eyes warring between duty and sacrifice.
“I am a man of honor,” he groaned. My stomach tightened as his hands inched up my neck and traced the line of my jaw, his coarse thumb brushing across my lips.
Something tugged on my stomach from the inside as the fiery heat of his fingers burned through my skin. My breaths came out ragged and shallow while he remained silent, as though he was immersed in concentration.
Without knowing the full implication of my words, I whispered, “Dishonor me.”
For the storm, only just contained, raged wild in his eyes, a low growl sounded from deep in his chest before he crashed his lips to mine.
I received them with a low, beckoning gasp. My palms came up to his neck, my nails running the length of it as he explored my lips, the roof of my mouth, my teeth, and under my tongue. Then his lips traced my jaw, finding my ear, breathed his warm air into it, nibbled my lobe, then covered my throat in wet kisses. I tilted my head to grant him access, as low, sensual mewlings poured from my lips, something carnal infiltrating my veins.
His hands came down to my waist, and I gasped in surprise when he lifted me and placed me in his lap, my legs latching around his back.
He was so big and warm and hard. His eyes were lazy and dark as his fingers began to lightly trace down the side of my neck, then hooking into my dress to bare my shoulder. He kissed it with an open mouth and moving tongue, and I quivered beneath his touch. Then, with a sharp sound of a tear, he had pulled my dress all the way down my abdomen.
He groaned at the sight of me, his lips slightly parted, his hands delicately cupping my breasts as if he’d found treasure. When the cold made me shiver, he leaned into me to lend me his warmth, while his lips tantalized me, drawing close to my hardened nipple, blowing it with hot air, then backing off, kissing across my breastbone to the other, until I forced his mouth to it.
He hummed with throaty satisfaction, latching onto it and giving it one slow suck, grazing the skin with his teeth. I threw my head back with a gasp. White heat shot like lightning between my thighs, before pulsing into an empty ache. I swayed into him, bucking my hips into his groin, feeling him harden beneath me. He suckled my other breast in warm, slow pulses, circling the areola, drawing panting moans out of me, before he found my lips again.
Gathering my skirts, he moved his hands underneath them, gripping the fullness of my thighs, kneading them, squeezing them, to the point it pinched me, and I bit his bottom lip in protest.
Cregan Stark was a gentle giant in all matters but things salacious.
A throaty sigh escaped his lips as his hands found my buttocks, kneading the flesh between his fingers. Hot, slick tingles pooled between my thighs, and my fingers curled in his hair. My body hummed in anticipation as his finger slid downward, a groan pouring out of me as he grazed over my wet opening.
“Oh, Princess.” The words were like magic on his lips, shooting through my core in throbbing pulses.
His other arm snaked around my waist, locking me to his body as he explored and moistened my folds, leaving me a bucking, moaning mess in his lap.
I felt empty and sickly. A fog had infiltrated my vision, my skin, my mind, my inhibitions. I coveted him. I needed him, more than I needed anything else. His eyes alone could touch inside of me, but I could not explain the pulsing, throbbing, delirious effects of his hands, his mouth, his tongue, and I ached for more. I felt unfinished, incomplete.
Until he slid a finger deep inside me, and I gasped. Hot, sweet pressure filled me, and once I adjusted, he introduced another, threatening to overfill as he fingered me.
Fast and then lazy.
Over and over.
The room filled with wet squelching noises and my moaning squeals. His deeper, throatier moans vibrated through his chest and lit me on fire, burning in my lower stomach, blazing, desperate for feed, or I would disintegrate.
My nails dug desperately into his shoulders, as any attempts of filling myself up to completion were in vain by the power of his grip around my waist. He trailed every inch of my neck, kissing it as it if were my mouth, with lips, tongue, and teeth. His fingers penetrated deep and curled inside of me, rubbing something within that sent pressure bursting into tingles and flames, my veins burning up like dragon fire, and stars sparkling behind my eyelids. I cried out with the purest ecstasy as my body shuddered and clenched around his fingers, and he groaned against my skin with dark satisfaction as I clung to him desperately.
Once my trembles ceased and I managed to catch my breath, he took my cheeks in his hand and kissed me fiercely, passionately, his fires still boiling for release.
“I am coming with you,” he declared.

EPISODE 3: A TASTE OF HONEY IN DEFEAT
satoru thought he would have no problem winning a bet he proposed, but a month is too long to go without a taste of anything this sweet.
themes/content: smut. edging, handjobs, mean-ish dom!reader, satoru being whiney lmao, premature ejaculation + he cums inside, light bondage (satoru receiving). (wk: 2.1k)
a/n: this is part of @luv-lies no-nut-november collab!!! so excited to have been a part of this, hope you all enjoy >:3
“You know I trust you, but don’t you think the ropes are a bit much?” Satoru giggles as you tighten the final knot around his wrists, shoulders bulging and arms stretched overhead.
“I know you trust me - it’s you I’m worried about, ‘Toru.”
“What, worried I won’t be able to keep my hands off you?” The smirk painting his features veers into a grimace as he winces, straining against the tightening rope.
“No. I’m worried you won’t be able to keep your hands off yourself.”
Pink lips draw into a pout. “Aw c’mon, you know I’ll be good! I’m the one who made this bet in the first place, remember?”
You hum as you tug his hands down, testing the strength of the woven cerulean adorning his skin. The headboard shakes with the movement.
“And yet, you were so willing to break the rules.”
It had been quite a sight, truly - your dear Satoru, splayed across the bed, whimpers and moans falling from his lips like honeyed rain. They landed heavy in your ears, sticky and sweet. When the door creaked open, he made no effort to stop the fervent motions of his fist up and down his cock. He was flushed from head to toe, too lost in his own pleasure to recognize the sound of your footsteps approaching. It was only when your hand rested atop his that he jerked up, clouded eyes turning apologetic.
“I know I wasn’t supposed to, I know, I just couldn’t wait-” he had babbled.
“It’s okay,” you purred, rubbing soothing circles into his skin. “But you knew the deal, remember? I’m the only one allowed to touch you this month, right, Satoru?”
“I know, I know, I’m sorry-”
“And how close you were to cumming, too.”
“I wasn’t going to, I swear-”
You hummed and squeezed his base, earning a gasp. “You know it’s not good to lie, either. Remember, you made this bet, sweetheart. Were you really so willing to throw it all away? To lose?”
“I wasn’t going to lose, I promise, I just needed something-”
He was getting worked up, panicked thoughts racing through his mind. He braced on his forearms to sit up, but with a purposeful push you guided him back onto the sheets.
“It’s okay, my love. If my poor baby is so needy, I’ll take care of you. I’ll give you something.”
His eyes widened when you pulled the ropes from under the bed, eyeing him like your next meal, a starving predator ready to pounce. And here was your prey, so ready for the taking, offering himself to you as a good piece of meat should.
And now, he’s tied up like one, too.
“I wasn’t even going to break the rules,” he whines impatiently.
Sitting back, you admire your work: your strong, determined Satoru spread and waiting. Trailing a finger down his stomach, his skin burns hot in its wake.
“That’s certainly not what it looked like to me.”
“I-”
“Because to me, it looked like you couldn’t handle going even a month without touching this needy little cock of yours.”
He pouts. “I’m not little,” he huffs.
A giggle bubbles from the back of your throat, bouncing past your lips.
“And besides, I can handle it, I swear! I made it almost the whole month, I did, I just-”
Tilting your head, you gaze down at him. “What, got too desperate? Poor Satoru, ‘The Strongest,’ couldn’t even follow the rules of a bet he made?”
Blue flashes against white as he rolls his eyes. One hand ruffles his hair, cooing down at him.
“It’s okay, baby, I’ll make you beg to break this silly little bet of yours.”
“Whatever,” he scoffs, hiding the way pink creeps up his neck and decorates his cheeks, stained like flower petals. He’s soft like them, too.
A light chuckle lands in the air when your palm grazes up his length. He twitches in your hold, warm skin on warm skin.
“H-hah, see?” His mouth hangs open between the words. “Told you I could handle it.”
It’s gentle touches at first, to ease him into it: slow strokes, light fingers. And yet, he’s still wrapping his throat around whimpers.
“Aw baby, I haven’t even done anything yet.”
Your lips curl into a smile, breath hot behind them. The words come out syrupy, dripping in sugar (and Satoru has always had a sweet tooth). His stomach aches in hunger - hunger for your hands, your body, your control. Whatever you plan to do to him, he’ll swallow it whole, bigger and bigger bites until his cheeks swell and all he can taste is you.
The grip around his base tightens, running up and down. Something about your skin is so much softer than his, untainted by the cruelty he lives through, only dirtied by desire. It spreads over his skin, glistening white and sticky.
When whines begin to twist through the silence, his eyelashes fluttering to bat away the impending tears, he doesn’t have to say it - he’s close.
Just as his muscles begin to tense, you rip your hand away.
There’s a choked little cry he lets out, hurt like an animal you spared from death. One that was ready for it, for the warmth and comfort it provided.
“Why’d you stop?” His voice is strained already, a high-pitched draw across his vocal cords. His eyes are sparkling and wet.
A peck to his cheek sends shivers down his spine. “Because you’re not supposed to finish, remember, silly? I’m just helping you hold up your end of the bet, after all.”
A sound like untuned violins, haunting and beautiful all the same, plays from his throat. You giggle at the music.
“C’mon, Toru - you wanted this, remember?”
“I know,” he grumbles, scrunching his nose. “Fine, fine, do whatever you want.”
You smile.
(You would have anyways)
Your gaze falls upon the aquamarine rope, the matching eyes, before trailing back down his steadying chest.
It stutters when your fingers trace up the veins of his cock.
It heaves when you cup a palm around his balls.
You squeeze.
“F-fuck,” he groans, hips lifting off the bed.
There’s a word living at the tip of his tongue, its shape burning into his mouth.
Harder.
Luckily, you know your Satoru - you know what he thinks, feels, wants. And as a lover should, you happily oblige.
The sound he makes is garbled and choked, utter nonsense. It came straight from the depths of his body, a pure animalistic response, one he couldn’t have controlled if he tried.
Already, he’s beginning to tremble in your palm - it’s getting easier to do this, make him shake like a lost leaf floating through the autumn air, held captive by the gusts of your wind. Up and down, he travels with you, because of you.
Again, you pull your hand away.
Again, he whines.
“Noooo,” he mumbles, more to himself than anything. It was automatic, the expression of displeasure, ripped from him with the loss of your warmth on his.
“What’s wrong baby? You want me to stop?” It’s more fun when he has an out, when he could say no and chooses not to. When he wants this just as badly as you. “You know you-”
“No.” It's more breath than sound. “No, please. Keep going.”
And as a lover should, you happily oblige.
Precum drips down his length, covering him in remnants of desire. They cling to his skin like silky webs, woven from devotion and need. Each slick pump of your hand up and down creates more and more and more, a beautiful pearl at his slit forming one moment only to be spread by your circling thumb in the next.
Each time you reach his base, you squeeze. Each time you reach his tip, you twist. In this dance you both twirl and breathe and feel in beat, holding on to one another with sweaty hands and tired muscles.
“Remember, you can give up whenever you want,” you coo, the sweet glue of a trap.
But Satoru doesn’t dare taste, doesn’t dare step inside - he knows better.
(Right?)
“I’m not - fuck - giving up.” He tries to throw you a smile, but it lands at your feet.
Fists clench into each other, nails digging into his palms. You almost feel bad, the way he’s beginning to writhe within the ropes. It must hurt, you think, the texture soft but never soft enough - it’s nothing compared to you. In spite of his anguish, he knows better than to give up this easily. You haven’t even really begun, not yet.
When his eyelashes flutter closed, you know to pull your hand away.
He’s getting more subtle, the only sign of his impending pleasure a soft flicker of white and blue. But you recognize it, of course - his pleasure lives everywhere in him. In the way his breath catches, in the way his skin burns hot, in the way he gets all too loud or all too quiet.
There’s barely a sound this time. Instead, he just frowns, displeasure spreading across his sweet features. His lower lip sticks out, and he stares at you with cloudy eyes.
“I know, baby, I know. But this is what it takes if you want to win.”
The words don’t ease the growing ache in his core, but your voice does. Every vowel blurs the pain, every consonant gives him something to cling to. He’ll climb himself out of insanity on your breath.
Again, you wrap around him and drag him closer to the edge. Unable to pull his gaze away, he stares down it, looming, waiting. The free fall must feel nice, the wind against his skin, for a moment before he hits the ground. But with a firm hand on the back of his head, you just hold him there. It’ll be his choice whether he decides to jump. Or rather, when he decides to jump.
Another choked groan leaks from his lips when you pause. There are no words left for him to say, nothing but the agony of desire. He shakes his head, squeezing his eyes shut as if it’ll make the leap any less tempting.
Hushed whispers, not quite praise, tingle his mind. Little hums of “I know,” or “there, there,” dance from your throat, and he writhes.
Distress always looked so pretty on him. Pretty tears, pretty red cheeks, pretty pouts and pretty cries. Perhaps it’s a curse that he looks like a fallen angel when he weeps - if he looked more grotesque, you wouldn’t feel the urge to bring him back into the jaws of pain.
But he lets you comfort him nonetheless, preen his wings and kiss his tears.
This time, when you stop, he thrashes. His skin burns, crisp like it had been warmed by the sun for too long. Everything is too tight, his hands, his arms, his shoulders, his stomach. They need to be loosened; they need to be released.
“Please.”
It’s so quiet, it’s almost not a word, just little sounds from his tongue.
“What was that, baby? I couldn’t quite hear you.”
Tears stream from glossy eyes when he looks at you. His lips quiver as he speaks.
“Please, I wanna cum. Please.”
The smile spreading across your face is cold and knowing; he looks beautiful as he falls.
“I know you want to, but-”
“I lose.” He’s panting, gasping through the plea. “I lose, I give up, I don’t care, just, please.”
Hot tears melt beneath your thumb as you swipe them away. His mouth hangs open, as though he could swallow the air, hold it inside him and let that ease the aching. But the only thing that can help him now is you, the only thing he can stomach.
“Okay, baby. I’ll take care of you.”
A loose smile flows across his face, easy like gentle waves lapping at the corners of his thoughts. The sentence itself barely makes sense to him at this point, garbled in his lust-clouded mind. But he knows you’ll help him now; he welcomes the push over the edge.
Straddling his lap, you guide him to your entrance. Sticky and hot, he presses into you. Just as his tip enters your warmth, he hurls himself into the wind.
Everything in his body trembles, muscles tightening and contracting out of time. Eyelashes flutter, whimpers dance like petals as he comes undone.
The only thing he can do is twitch inside of you, pearly strings pulsing with each erratic breath.
Finally, he opens his eyes to find you smiling. Warm lips press along his cheeks, dried tears salty on your tongue.
“Well, you certainly lost this time,” you hum, resting your forehead against his; he looks at you like you created the earth itself, your breath in the wind and your heartbeat in the sun. “But there’s always next year, right?”

Grippy socks and a whole lot of rage.
You thundered through the cold hallways, those stupid grips on the bottom of your pale pink socks slapping against the soulless tile as you stormed toward the front desk—navigating the corridors with ease, with practice.
"Missus Geto!"
The nurse’s voice cut through the air, concern etched into every syllable. You barely heard her over the pounding in your ears, over the sound of your ragged breath. The two nurses in sterile white uniforms flanking you moved in closer.
"What the hell is the meaning of this?"
You tried to sound calm. Like you weren’t unhinged. Because you aren’t.
So why the hell are they treating you like you are?
Your fingers dug into the white desk, nails pressing so hard against the surface that it felt like your nails might leave a mark.
Your gaze flickered to the back wall, where pristine frames displayed crisp, professional lettering.
Geto Suguru.
Gojo Satoru.
The two main doctors.
One of them your ex-husband.
The other, someone you once considered a friend.
Let’s backtrack, shall we?
Suguru had always been gentle. Not in the way that people could be when they tried to be, not in the way that was practiced. No, he was gentle in the way that flowers turned toward the sun, effortlessly, instinctively.
His hands always ran warm, fingertips tracing absentminded circles against your skin whenever he held you. He kissed you like it was second nature like the act itself was woven into his being. Slow, lingering, like he had all the time in the world to savor you.
"You always rush," he would murmur against your lips, hands cupping your face, thumbs stroking the apples of your cheeks. "Take a breath, angel."
And you would.
Because in his arms, the world didn’t just slow—it stilled. It curled around the two of you, safe, untouched, like a sanctuary built for no one else. He memorized you with the precision of a surgeon and the devotion of a poet, every habit, every breath, every fleeting hesitation. Your friends envied it. Your parents bragged about it.
"A doctor in the family!" they’d say, pride swelling in their voices.
Suguru would only chuckle, his arm draped securely around your waist, grounding you, anchoring you. Then, in the quiet of an evening, when the world faded away, he’d murmur little truths about you, the ones only he had noticed.
"She chews her lip when she’s thinking too hard," he’d tease, pressing a slow, lingering kiss to the corner of your mouth. "She likes her tea sweet, but not too sweet. And she counts her steps when she’s anxious—"
"Suguru!" you’d huff, pushing at his chest, but the warmth in your cheeks betrayed you.
And he’d only smile, soft and knowing, brushing a strand of hair from your face. "What? I like knowing you."
He was perfect. Too perfect.
Every fight ended the same way—him, impossibly composed, those stormy violet eyes locked onto you with patience that never cracked.
"Angel, sit with me."
"Suguru, I don’t—"
"Please."
And you would.
Because he had a way of making the world go silent, of smothering your fire with the weight of his gentleness. He never yelled, never lashed out, never met your frustration with his own. Instead, he’d gather you in his arms, press his lips to your temple, and whisper—
"Tell me what’s wrong."
You hated that. Hated the way he never let the fight breathe, never let it burn. Hated that he never raised his voice, never let you see the cracks, never showed you anything but unwavering, unshakable devotion.
You wanted him to break. Just once.
Instead, he ran his fingers through your hair, pressed featherlight kisses against your hairline, held you until your breathing slowed, until your words lost their edges and softened into something he could soothe, something he could fix.
"See?" he’d murmur. "We can figure this out. Together."
And maybe that was love.
Or maybe it was something else entirely.
Maybe it was why, one morning before your shift at the ER, you left the divorce papers on his desk, your hands trembling as you placed the pen beside them.
Maybe it was why, as you stepped over the threshold of the home you built together, your heart felt like it was tearing itself apart.
Because love shouldn’t feel like suffocation.
Even if the arms around you were warm. Even if the kisses were soft.
Even if walking away made you wonder if, maybe—just maybe—you had just made the biggest mistake of your life.
“You don’t find a man like that in every lifetime, Y/N.”
Your mother’s voice crackled through the phone, sharp and impatient, as you yanked your scrubs over your head, the fabric stiff from too many late-night washes.
“Seriously, how many overnight shifts have you been working? You married a doctor! You should settle down, have some babies—not stay up all night playing nurse.”
You clenched your jaw.
Yes. You - a nurse married a doctor.
And somehow, everyone always forgot that nurses saved lives, too.
You huffed, shoving your hands into your pockets, double-checking for the essentials, pen light, trauma shears, and your stash of caffeine for the night.
"I’m not playing nurse, Mother," you muttered, stuffing your phone between your shoulder and ear.
"Then what is it, sweetheart?" she pried, and you could already hear the sigh she was holding back.
Something just feels… wrong.
But you didn’t say that.
Because it didn’t matter.
And just like you expected, she brushed your worries aside, swept them under the rug the way mothers always did. A moment later, your phone pinged, and there it was—her latest unsolicited solution, wrapped in a clickbait headline.
"How to Save Your Marriage!" straight from some old Cosmopolitan article.
You rolled your eyes.
At least it wasn’t like the one she sent last week.
"How to Spice Up the Bedroom."
Where she—repeatedly—asked if your sex life was still healthy.
You stopped replying after that.
Not because your sex life was bad.
It wasn’t.
Suguru was… well.
He was a man built for worship—his, yours, it didn’t matter.
Everything about him had been crafted to please, down to the way he touched you—deliberate, devout, like it was a privilege, like he had all the time in the world to learn what made you tremble, what made you fall apart beneath him.
He made you feel cherished.
Until you started pulling away.
At first, it was small. His arms encircled your waist as you washed dishes, his lips brushing the shell of your ear, the warm inhale before his teeth grazed your skin-
And then the series of kisses, slow and soft, trailing down the column of your neck, down, down, down—
Until you were stepping away.
Another meek smile.
Another I’m just tired.
Because you were.
Three back-to-back night shifts in the ER, too many patients flatlining on the table, your body running on caffeine fumes and pure adrenaline.
And Suguru?
He never got angry. Never snapped, never accused, never let frustration seep into his voice.
"Don’t worry, angel," he’d murmur instead, pressing a final kiss to your temple. "That’s okay."
So patient. So perfectly understanding.
And yet, it wasn’t like you stopped thinking about him.
You didn’t need porn, never did. Not when you had him burned into your mind.
Those pretty violet eyes, the way they darkened when he was between your thighs. The slow, reverent way he kissed up your inner thighs before spreading you open with those thick fingers, working you apart with precise precision.
Every orgasm coaxed from your body with intent, with devotion—like he had some kind of personal investment in unraveling you.
And now, alone in bed, aching, needing, your fingers weren’t enough.
They weren’t his.
They weren’t thick enough, long enough, couldn’t reach that soft, plushy spot deep inside, couldn’t curl just right.
And yet, even back then, you never went to him for it.
Never let yourself ask for what you needed.
And maybe that was the problem.
Maybe it wasn’t about sex at all.
But still—
You refused to tell your mother about the lack of intimacy.
That night, you ended up at Satoru’s place.
Because of course you did.
Satoru had always been a close friend—yours and Suguru’s. And it had never been weird.
Not really.
With Satoru, it was always the little things. The things that didn’t carry weight. The casual venting about insufferable patients, the late-night hospital gossip, the stolen moments of laughter between shifts when you needed them most. He was the kind of person who could pull you out of your own head without even trying, the kind who would let you curl up on his couch without asking questions, shove a glass of expensive sake into your hands when your fingers wouldn’t stop shaking.
He always listened.
He always let you in.
Always took care of you in that easy way only he could.
And it was never weird.
Well—
Except for that one time.
Too many margaritas.
Too much sun.
The three of you sprawled across warm sand in Mexico, waves licking the shore, salt clinging to your skin. Satoru, grinning around the rim of his cocktail, his cheeks tinged pink from the alcohol. "Dare you to kiss me," he’d said, nudging Suguru’s knee with his own, teasing.
And, to your utter shock.
Suguru did.
And not just a peck. It was firm. Rough.
Suguru’s fingers twisted into Satoru’s shirt, yanking him closer. Satoru melted into it, like he had been waiting. Like they had done this before.
Your stomach flipped.
Suguru had never kissed you like that.
Never held you like that.
And maybe it was the tequila, maybe it was the heat, maybe it was the way Satoru’s smug little smirk lingered a little too long after they finally pulled away, but you couldn’t stop thinking about it.
Couldn’t stop wanting it.
Later that night, back in your hotel room, the thoughts had gnawed at you, restless, relentless. You had stepped into the shower beside Suguru, letting the warm water cascade over both of you, watching the way his hands moved over your skin, slow, methodical, worshipful.
"Why don’t you ever kiss me like that?"
Suguru had blinked, his fingers pausing against your ribs. "Like what?"
"Rough." You had half-teased, half-tested.
Suguru’s hands resumed their path, gliding over your hips with the same gentle touch he always had.
"I can’t be like that with you," he murmured, pressing a featherlight kiss to your cheek, then another, then another. "I can’t hurt the love of my life."
Your cheeks burned under the steam, but still -
"What if I want you to?"
A slow inhale, his lips barely grazing your jawline.
"I have patients who need that," he whispered, that same soft patience laced into his voice. His fingertips traced slow, intricate designs into your skin, like he was carving the words into you.
"Those needs are built by people who haven’t been loved properly like you have," he continued, his lips barely touching your temple. "I would rather you remain pure and loved."
Pure.
Loved.
And that was the end of it.
Suguru never brought it up again.
And if you did, he would smooth it over, remind you of his devotion. That he loved you. That he was afraid of going too far. That he couldn’t be rough with you, not in the way he had been with Satoru, not in the way that made your breath hitch and your stomach twist with something you couldn’t name.
Because you were his angel.
His soft thing.
His exception.
And so, when Satoru had opened the door for you, when he pulled you inside with that easy grin, when he draped a blanket over your lap and shoved takeout into your hands.
It was almost enough to forget.
"It’s what Suguru would want," he had said with a wink.
No questions. No judgment.
The couch—his couch, the one he never actually used—was yours for the night.
The hospital had a reputation for running its doctors into the ground anyway. Neither of you were strangers to sleepless nights.
"Stay as long as you’d like," Satoru hummed as he unwrapped his container, the scent of soy sauce and fried rice filling the space.
"But—"
He dragged the word out, his smirk sharpening. "I am gonna have to tell Suguru you’re here. You do know that, right?"
Your shoulders tensed, but you only sighed, sinking deeper into the chair.
"I figured."
Satoru grinned. "We could invite -"
"Nope."
You cut him off before he could even finish, shoving a spoonful of rice into your mouth, eyes locked pointedly on the little red takeout box in your hands, letting the oil seep into the edges of the conversation.
Satoru pouted dramatically, flopping into the chair across from you.
And this—this was what you liked about him.
The moment you told him no, he backed off.
Maybe it was because he was terrible with emotions. Maybe it was because he turned everything into a joke.
But he never pushed.
Satoru was a good friend. Someone who always had your back.
Until he didn’t.
It happened later that night.
The bathroom was dim, the overhead light buzzing softly, casting a sterile glow over the sink. The quiet felt too heavy, pressing in around you, making your own breath sound too loud. Your fingers fumbled with the cap of a prescription bottle, muscles sluggish, exhaustion weighing on you like a physical thing. Just Tylenol. Nothing dangerous. Just something to dull the relentless pounding behind your eyes, to take the edge off, to help you sleep - not forever, just enough.
"Stupid child-proof caps," you muttered, twisting, shaking, trying to pry it open. Your grip slipped, frustration bubbling up as you tried again, more forceful this time.
Then the door swung open.
At the worst possible moment.
The cap finally popped free, and before you could stop it, small, white pills spilled into your palm just as Satoru stepped inside.
For a moment, neither of you moved. The air in the room shifted, thickening with suffocatuon. His usual lazy smirk was nowhere to be seen, replaced by something eerily still. His gaze dropped - to the bottle in your grip, to the pills in your hand, to the exhaustion carved into the planes of your face. You watched the realization flicker across his features, slow, deliberate, something you couldn’t quite place.
Then, before you could react, before you could explain, his hand was already in his pocket.
Your stomach dropped.
"Satoru - " Your voice cracked, uneven, clawing its way out of your throat. "No. No, this isn’t - this isn’t what it looks like."
You stepped forward, reaching for his wrist, but he stepped back. Just out of reach. Watching. Assessing. Already deciding.
"Yeah, it’s Gojo Satoru," he said smoothly, effortlessly - like he was ordering fucking takeout. "I need an emergency psych evaluation."
The words hit you like a physical blow, knocking the breath from your lungs.
Your fingers trembled, cold washing over you as you took another step toward him. "Satoru - stop! Listen to me!"
But that was the problem.
He was listening. Too closely. Watching the way your shoulders stiffened, the way your breath hitched, the way your hands curled into fists like you were trying to hold yourself together. You had seen that look before, in the ER, when he assessed patients when he made decisions for them. Decisions they never got to take back.
"I didn’t realize it was this bad," he sighed, almost soft, his lips curling into a pitying smile.
The walls felt like they were closing in. The room tilted.
Then came the hands on your arms—firm, practiced, final. Voices murmuring in the background. You tried to fight, but the moment was already slipping away.
You were escorted out of his apartment.
Stuffed into the back of a black-tinted vehicle. Flagged by two men in sterile white coats.
Driven past empty streets and dimly lit signs, past any chance of turning back.
Led through cold, sterile hallways, past locked doors and hushed voices.
Which led you here.
Standing at the front desk of a place you didn’t belong.
Wearing stupid pink grippy socks.
Surrounded by people who didn’t believe you.
Your hands shook at your sides, your pulse hammering in your ears, a deep, aching numbness settling into your bones. You hadn’t expected Satoru to betray you. Hadn’t expected him to smile so softly as he handed you over, hadn’t expected the way his hand lingered on your back, firm, reassuring, as if he thought he was helping.
And you sure as hell hadn’t expected to be locked away in the so-called presidential suite of the mental hospital - reserved for the rich and famous.
Or, in your case, the pitifully well-connected.
The walls were a soft pastel pink, littered with bunny and flower decals, the kind that practically screamed, "Everything is sunshine and rainbows!"
Except it wasn’t.
It didn’t help that fresh flowers sat on your nightstand, always roses. Suguru’s favorite gesture. Romantic, thoughtful. Except he’d gone the extra step—meticulously removing every thorn. So you couldn’t even shove them down Satoru’s throat if you wanted to for dragging you to this place.
Instead, you were stuck with a locked door. No bathroom. A sad excuse for a sippy cup of water. And a plush, inviting bed you were now restrained to after your roster status conveniently changed from stable to unstable.
You nearly jumped at the sound of the door unlocking.
In walked him.
Suguru. Your beloved ex-husband.
He stepped inside with that same effortless grace, his lab coat crisp, sleeves pushed just slightly to his elbows, revealing the same steady hands that once traced every inch of your skin. The scent of clean linen and something faintly musky—his scent—lingered as he moved. His dark hair was neatly tied back, a few stray strands framing his face in a way that made your stomach lurch.
"Miss Geto," he greeted, voice smooth—velvety, like he was speaking to a lover rather than a patient.
Something inside you cracked.
"Don't," you snapped, harsher than intended like the word had torn its way through your throat baring your teeth. "Let me go."
Then, without hesitation, he pulled up a chair and settled across from you, as if this was just another late-night conversation over tea at the kitchen table. The same easy grace, the same quiet patience. Clipboard in hand, pen scratching against the paper in slow, measured strokes, like he was making note of the way your chest rose and fell just a little too fast, the way your fingers twitched against the thin hospital blanket.
Like he still knew you better than anyone.
"You’re my patient," he mused, his voice dangerously calm. "Who attempted suicide."
"I did nothing of the sort," you spat, the words flowing out too fast, too sharp.
Suguru barely lifted his gaze, still focused on his notes. Reading out loud what you had told the nursing staff when you were admitted.
"The bottle spilled. An innocent mistake anyone can make. Even a professional like yourself."
That finally got him to look up. He smiled.
Suguru’s smile was infuriatingly soft like he was humoring a particularly stubborn child. He set the clipboard down, fingers interlacing as he leaned forward slightly, as if trying to make you feel heard, as if he actually believed this was some kind of productive conversation.
"An innocent mistake," he repeated, tilting his head. "Is that what you’d like to call it?"
You clenched your jaw. "It’s the truth."
Suguru exhaled through his nose, shaking his head slightly, a slow, measured disappointment. "Y/N, you know I can’t just take your word for it."
"Why not?" you snapped, your voice sharp, desperate, cracking at the edges despite your best efforts. "I am telling you what happened."
His gaze softened - not in pity, not in understanding, but in something far worse.
"Because I know you," he said simply, like that was supposed to mean something, like that was supposed to be enough. "I know how you get when something is wrong. And I know you wouldn’t be here if there wasn’t something wrong."
Your nails dug into the soft fabric of the restraints wrapped around your wrists.
"Something is wrong," you hissed, venom laced in every syllable. "My so-called best friend had me committed based on a bullshit assumption, and my ex-husband—who should be the last person with a say in my well-being—is now sitting here acting like he gets to play God with my life."
Suguru didn’t flinch.
Didn’t waver.
If anything, his patience deepened.
"Satoru was worried about you," he murmured, his voice smooth, steady, controlled. "We both are. How do you think I felt hearing that my wife attempted suicide?"
You barked out a laugh - sharp, bitter, ugly.
"Worried?" The word burned as it left your throat. "No. Satoru was being his usual overdramatic self, and you -"
Your breath hitched. The words sat on your tongue, heavy, rancid, tasting worse than bile.
"You’re just enjoying this, aren’t you?"
Suguru blinked. His expression didn’t shift, didn’t flicker.
Unreadable.
Untouchable.
"You get to keep me here." The rage trembled beneath your skin, a wildfire barely contained. "Control me. Make me talk to you. Because you hated that I left."
Your pulse pounded in your ears, drowning out the sterile hum of the hospital.
"Hated that I didn’t need you."
And then, you gestured - jerked against the restraints just enough for them to bite into your skin, to make a point, creating angry markings against your skin.
"And now, look! Here I am. All wrapped up and delivered straight to you."
A long silence stretched between you.
The weight of his gaze settled over you, suffocating, crushing.
Then—
Suguru reached for his clipboard, flipping through a few pages, slow, cautious.
"You think I want to control you?" he mused, barely glancing up, attempting to avoid your gaze. "Think I wasn’t worried when I got the call?"
There was something almost amused in the way he said it.
You bared your teeth, chest rising and falling too fast, anger crackling under your skin like a live fire.
"Don’t you?"
Suguru sighed, rubbing at his temple, slow and methodical, before finally looking at you.
You stared at him, waiting.
Waiting for the punchline.
Waiting for him to drop the act—for his mask of careful patience to crack and show something real, something human.
You inhaled sharply, exhaled in small, uneven breaths, the air in the room too thick, too sterile.
Suguru just watched you.
He let a few beats pass, like he was waiting for you to finish, like he was giving you time—as if this was just another tantrum that needed to run its course.
And then—
He smiled.
"I need a urine sample," he murmured, voice smooth, as if the past few minutes hadn’t happened, as if your rage, your desperation, was nothing more than an inconvenience.
You scoffed, shifting against the restraints. "Fine. Take me to the bathroom." You turned your head away, expecting the click of the buckles being undone any second now.
It never came.
"That’s not how things work here, angel," Suguru mused, his voice a slow, deliberate test—poking, prodding, waiting for your reaction.
Your hands curled into fists. "Angel." That pet name he used to say with love. That pet name that now sounded like a leash tightening around your throat.
You inhaled sharply, forcing yourself to stay calm. "Suguru," you started, voice level, "hospital protocol states that urine samples are to be taken in the restroom. In private. At most, a guard may be present. You know this."
Suguru simply shook his head, looking almost gladden at your attempt to argue. "This isn’t your ER," he reminded you smoothly, tilting his head. "This is my hospital. And here, we take precautions. We have to ensure you don’t harm yourself… or tamper with the sample."
Your breath hitched, another furrow of the brows. "Tamper -"
"Don’t worry," Suguru cut you off, still unbearably calm, like this was just another mundane part of his day. "I’ll be completely professional."
You stared at him, anger burning so hot in your chest it felt suffocating.
Dick.
"You’re enjoying this, aren’t you?" you hissed.
Suguru didn’t react. Just leaned back in his chair, the cup still held between his fingers, watching you with that same unreadable patience.
"Come on, angel," he murmured, almost teasing now. "We can do this the easy way or the hard way."
You hated him.
Not in the way you hated Satoru for his dramatics, or your mother for her unsolicited marriage advice.
No.
You hated Suguru in the kind of way that made your skin itch, that made your blood run cold with fury. The kind of hatred reserved for someone who knew you inside and out—who knew exactly what would break you, and took his sweet time doing it.
“I want Shoko present then,” you huffed, chin tilted up, clinging onto whatever scraps of control you had left. “A different doctor.”
Suguru barely reacted. Just tilted his head, twirling the specimen container lazily between his fingers. "She just finished her shift. She cannot legally return for 72 hours."
Bullshit.
"Mei Mei," you shot back immediately.
"Busy handling more special cases," Suguru countered smoothly, not missing a beat. "More aggressive ones."
Of course. Of course.
You knew exactly what he was doing. Boxing you in, narrowing your choices, giving you just enough illusion of control to make you feel like you weren’t completely powerless.
And then, he dropped the final option. The only option.
"If you want a different doctor," he sighed, so patronizing, so patient, "then you may request Satoru."
Your lips parted, rage curling on your tongue, ready to tell him exactly where to shove that offer—
But then something cold and spiteful took over.
"Fine," you bit out, keeping your glare locked onto his. "Call him."
You weren’t expecting much - maybe a slight twitch of his jaw, a roll of his eyes, anything that would prove you’d gotten to him, even just a little.
But no.
Suguru only smiled. Soft. Unbothered. Always one step ahead.
"Alright, angel," he murmured, standing with a slow, practiced ease. "I’ll go grab him. Whatever makes you feel more comfortable."
Like he was indulging you.
Like he was being the bigger person.
Like he was waiting for you to realize how ridiculous you were being and apologize.
You squeezed the specimen cup so tightly in your hands you thought it might crack. Your nails dug into the plastic, jaw clenched so hard your teeth ached. Satoru just stood there, completely at ease, watching you like he had all the time in the world.
His grin was unbearable. The casual way he leaned against the door, arms crossed, like this was fun for him. Like he wasn’t standing in front of someone who was actively fighting off the urge to snap.
"Need me to hold the cup?" he teased, tilting his head, voice all sugar and mockery.
You blinked at him, your mind blank for a moment—so full of rage that it looped back into emptiness. A white-hot static filled your ears. Your hands itched, ached to throw the cup at his face, to shatter the glass of the observation mirror behind him, to break something—anything—
But you just swallowed, holding your ground.
"You’re not going to turn around?" you asked, voice deceptively calm, but you could hear the crack in it.
Satoru shook his head, all easy amusement, that soft white hair swaying with the motion. "What if you’re using someone else’s—"
The pressure in your chest reached a peak, and before you could stop yourself, you snapped.
"How the hell would I get someone else’s urine, Satoru?"
It came out sharper than you intended, more raw, more exhausted. You saw the moment he caught onto it - saw the way his smirk deepened, how his fingers twitched at the thrill of getting under your skin.
You hated that.
You hated him.
"So snappy," he murmured, like he was pleased. Like this was all some game or prank that you were just waiting for the camera crew to come in and tell you "get pranked!"
Except it wasn't. You were still hovering over a drain embedded in the pale blue floor trying to pee.
You gripped the cup harder. Your heartbeat pounded in your ears, arms shook with the effort of keeping yourself together. The room was too small. The air was too thick. Everything felt wrong.
Throw it at him. The thought came unbidden, cold and quiet. Just throw it. Wipe that smirk off his face. Give him something real to laugh about.
Your fingers twitched.
No.
No, because that’s exactly what he wanted. That’s exactly what Suguru wanted. To watch you spiral. To document it. To mark it down in that damn file.
Satoru pushed off the wall, stretching, rolling his neck. "Relax, princess," he said, ever the smug bastard. "Just following protocol. Who knows? Maybe you planned this."
Your vision blurred at the edges.
You wanted to scream.
Maybe you planned this. Slow and mocking rang through your ears.
You wanted to hit him.
You wanted to rip your way out of this room, out of this fucking hospital, out of your own skin -
But you didn’t.
You stood there, chest rising and falling too fast, your hands gripping the specimen cup like it was the only thing keeping you tethered to yourself. To your sanity.
Because if you gave in—if you screamed, if you threw something, if you lost control—
Then they’d win.
So instead, you swallowed the fire in your throat, stuffed the rage down where it burned deep in your gut, and forced your lips into a sickly sweet smile.
"Then I guess you’ll just have to watch me pee," you whispered, voice deceptively soft.
You wanted to see his smirk falter, just for a second.
It didn’t.
Satoru crouched down to your level, resting his chin on his hand like this was the most interesting thing in the world. His bright blue eyes shimmered with amusement, waiting, watching.
"You know…" he started, tone light, teasing as if he weren’t watching you at your most humiliated. "I was really worried about you."
You refused to look at him, your grip on the cup tightening, your focus locked on the pristine blue of his scrubs.
"Yeah?" you muttered, voice flat.
"Mhmm." His hum vibrated with something smug. "The nurses - " he dragged the word out playfully like he was gossiping at brunch, " - think you planned this. That you missed Suguru so much, you just had to get yourself locked up in his hospital…"
Your hands trembled slightly, the sheer rage threatening to make the cup slip.
Satoru noticed. Of course he did.
Then you noticed it.
The tent in his pants.
Your stomach twisted, nausea curling in your throat, but before you could process it, his gloved fingers brushed your cheek, guiding your face toward him. His blue eyes dazzled- a trap disguised as something beautiful.
"But I know better," he murmured, his breath tickling your skin. "You’re a good girl, aren’t you?"
"Don’t worry," he went on, casual, sweet, like you were just two friends catching up over coffee. "It’ll only be a couple more days until you get to leave. Maybe…" he trailed off for dramatic effect, grinning as if he was pitching you something fun, "we can go home all together."
What the hell was he playing at? And before you could stop him, before your brain could even process it—
His lips pressed against your forehead. Soft. Chaste.
Mocking.
The cup slipped from your hands.
It hit the tile with a sharp clatter, the urine spilling onto the floor, and swirling down the small drain.
Satoru stayed close, close enough to feel his smile against your skin.
Then he pulled back, taking in the mess with a soft whistle.
"Oops," he cooed, lips twitching in amusement. "Butterfingers."
You stared at him, nails digging into your palm, pressing hard enough that you should have drawn blood—would have, if Suguru hadn’t meticulously trimmed and filed them down.
To the point where they couldn’t even leave a mark. Couldn’t harm anyone. Something about it being protocol.
Satoru’s grin widened, his teeth practically sparkling. Bright blue eyes brightening. "Guess we’ll have to try again! The second time’s the charm, right?"
The sound of the slap cracked through the sterile air like a gunshot.
Your palm stung, the heat of the impact lingering on your skin, but it was nothing compared to the way Satoru’s head had barely turned with the force of it.
That grin.
It didn’t falter.
Didn’t waver.
His face remained tilted to the side for just a second, the red mark of your palm blooming on his cheek. But when he slowly turned back to you - his lips stretched into something wicked.
You could’ve sworn the red on his face wasn’t just from your slap.
But a blush.
"Ohhh," Satoru exhaled, his grin widening. His tongue swiped over the inside of his cheek like he was tasting the sting. "Now that’s the fire I missed. Though you didn’t wash your hands, princess."
Your stomach dropped.
The heat in his eyes wasn’t just amusement.
He liked that.
"That felt good, didn’t it?" he mused, tilting his head, gaze never leaving yours. "You wanna do it again?"
Your whole body locked up, muscles coiled so tightly they ached. The rational part of you screamed don’t react—don’t give him what he wants. But the rest of you—the part that was sick with rage, humiliation, helplessness—wanted to slap him again. Wanted to make him hurt.
Satoru saw it. Felt it.
And he loved it.
He leaned in ever so slightly, voice dropping lower, playful yet taunting. "Come on, sugar. Let it out."
You curled your fingers into fists, so close to giving in—
And then the door clicked open.
Suguru stepped in, clipboard in hand, dark eyes flicking between the two of you, taking in the charged atmosphere with a knowing hum.
Satoru, still grinning, straightened up, stuffing his hands into his pockets. "Well," he drawled, stretching lazily, "unfortunately, we still need that sample."
Suguru raised an eyebrow. "Trouble?"
"Nah." Satoru waved a hand dismissively, glancing down at you once more, his smirk never once faltering. "We were just bonding."
"I see," Suguru murmured, not even looking at you as he jotted something down on the clipboard. His eyes flicked to the urine spill on the floor, and then back to Satoru, as if this was nothing more than a mild inconvenience. "I’ll call someone to clean up your mess, angel. We can just wait until you have to go again, won’t we? Need you hydrated for your blood test anyway."
You weren’t sure what you were feeling.
Fury?
Dread?
Humiliation?
Some horrible concoction of all three, swirling in your chest, making it impossible to breathe.
Satoru let out a soft, amused hum beside you, still rubbing at his cheek as if savoring the sting.
Suguru’s pen paused. "Did she slap you, Satoru?"
The words were deceptively gentle. His gaze drifted to his best friend’s pale skin, now tinged pink, his expression unreadable.
Satoru, ever the little shit, grinned. "She sure did!" He shot you a wink. "She’s still got that fight in her, huh?"
Suguru exhaled slowly, tapping the clipboard with the end of his pen before leveling you with the most patronizing look you had ever seen. There was no cruelty in his expression, no outright malice. As if he had already decided what you were before, you even opened your mouth.
"Suppose we have to add aggression to your chart, then…"
Your stomach twisted again, you were about to speak out, defend yourself -
"Have to keep you away from the other patients and nurses," he continued, his voice calm, like he was making a note about the weather instead of your freedom. His pen moved smoothly over the page, unbothered, effortless. "Don’t want any more staff getting hurt."
Your pulse pounded against your ribs, the sharp pressure of your heartbeat making your vision blur for a moment. "I am not aggressive." The words came out too fast, too desperate, as if sheer force could make them true in his mind.
Suguru didn’t even glance up from his notes. "Of course not, angel." His voice carried the same devoted softness it always had, the same infuriating patience.
The sound of his pen moving against the clipboard might as well have been the click of a lock.
They were rewriting you right in front of your eyes, shaping you into something else—someone else. Piece by piece, erasing what didn’t fit, twisting reality into something they could control.
A violent patient.
An unstable patient.
A liability.
Your hands trembled against your lap, fingers curling into fists so tightly that your nails pressed into your skin. You could feel the warmth of Suguru’s gaze on you, watching, waiting. You wanted to fight back, to rip the clipboard from his hands, to make him listen. But you already knew how that would end. Another note in the file. Another checkmark on their list. Another reason for them to keep you here.
Days passed, though they bled together, time warping under the weight of routine. You spent most of it trapped in the common room, though there was nothing common about it. There were no other patients. No quiet conversations or hushed laughter in the corners. No sounds of therapy sessions or shuffling feet down the halls. Just you. Just him.
Satoru sat across from you, long legs stretched out beneath the too-small plastic table, posture relaxed as if this was just another lazy afternoon. His hand moved methodically over a coloring page, crayons scattered across the table in a mess of childish hues.
"Don’t you have other patients?" you asked, your voice tight, the question slipping out before you could stop it. Your fingers curled around a yellow crayon, grip stiff, too firm.
Satoru didn’t look up. Instead, he kept humming to himself, dragging slow strokes of purple wax over the page, his movements too steady, too deliberate. "I'm going to color my flowers purple." He flipped the page toward you with a smug little grin. "What color are you going to do yours?"
Your paper sat untouched. Blank. Couldn’t bring yourself to play along.
Satoru noticed. His grin grew, slow and satisfied, as if your irritation was more entertaining than the coloring itself. "Need me to help you out there, princess?" he teased, leaning forward slightly. "See, you have to—"
"Satoru."
The crayon in your hand snapped before you even realized you were gripping it too hard. A jagged, broken edge crumbled onto the table, wax flecks scattering across the surface.
The hum of casual amusement in the room vanished.
Satoru stilled. His lips parted slightly, and for the first time, his sharp, blue eyes locked onto you with something heavier than teasing amusement.
"I asked you a question," you said, your voice shaking - not from fear, but from the sheer, unbearable restraint it took not to hurl the broken crayon at his smug, unbothered face.
Satoru chuckled. It was quiet at first, low, controlled, but then it spilled out in full, bright and infuriating, his lips stretching into something too wide, too pleased.
"You really don’t like playing house with me, huh?" he mused, tapping the broken crayon piece with his finger as if it fascinated him. "Come on, princess, lighten up. You’re making it seem like you don’t enjoy my company. We used to be so close before all of this."
Your jaw tightened, frustration grinding in your chest. This was a game to him. A performance. You were the only one who hadn’t seen the script.
"Answer the damn question."
Satoru tilted his head as if weighing his answer, as if he was letting you believe you had any say in how this conversation would go. Then, with a lazy stretch, he sighed, tone dramatically put-upon, like he was humoring you.
"Not really," he admitted. "No one else here really needs me the way you do."
The words crawled under your skin like something sick and wrong, twisting deep in your gut before you could shove them away.
"The way you do."
Like you were needy.
Like you wanted this.
Like this was all for you.
The slow, creeping horror curled through your veins, tightening around your ribs, but you forced it down, pushed past it. You gritted your teeth, fingers digging into your palms. "I don’t need you."
Satoru’s smirk widened, stretching just a little too far, as if he could see the fraying edges of your composure and was thrilled by it. You were going to snap. You wanted to slap him again, wanted to claw at his stupid, smug, self-satisfied face, wanted to do something—anything—to wipe that look off of him.
But you didn’t.
Instead, you forced yourself to move slowly, deliberately, picking up the ridiculous sippy cup they had given you, the plastic cool and smooth against your trembling fingers. You took a sip, the artificial sweetness coating your tongue, the taste almost childish in its simplicity. The act of swallowing felt too thick, like your throat didn’t quite want to obey. Just as carefully, you set the cup back down on the tiny plastic table, making sure not to let it shake in your grip.
You had to be calm.
You weren’t insane.
You weren’t crazy.
You weren’t violent.
But the air was too thick, the walls pressing in, the stupid, unfinished coloring page in front of you mocking in its blankness. The pressure inside your chest swelled, wrapping around your ribs like a tightening coil. Your vision blurred at the edges, hot and unwelcome, and you clenched your fists in your lap, willing it away, forcing it down.
Satoru noticed. Of course, he noticed.
"Aww, princess," he murmured, his voice honey-sweet, mocking in its gentleness, and before you could react, before you could pull away, he was pulling you in. Strong arms wrapped around you, warm, suffocating. The scent of him—clean linen, faint cologne, something unmistakably Satoru—invaded your senses, pressing in on all sides.
"Hey, it’s okay to cry," he cooed, his lips ghosting over your forehead before pressing a kiss there, his voice a soothing lull—deceptively soft. "This is a safe space."
Safe.
Safe.
Safe.
The word reverberated in your skull, clashing violently with the truth. This wasn’t safe. This was a cage. A well-kept, carefully controlled cage, but a cage nonetheless. And yet—your body betrayed you.
Because wasn’t this what you were supposed to do? Accept comfort? Let yourself be held? Be good?
You nodded weakly against his chest, your body folding into his hold, and the tears finally spilled over - silent, hot, humiliating. His arms tightened around you in response, as if he had been waiting for this, as if he had known you would break.
It was just a matter of when.
"See?" he murmured, fingers stroking through your hair with slow, measured precision. "That’s my good girl."
The words sent a violent shudder through you, something deep and instinctive recoiling at the way he said it. Like you belonged to him.
Satoru pulled back slightly, just enough to brush a stray tear from your cheek with his thumb, still smiling, still so unshaken, so pleased.
"I’ll bring you some better clothes," he promised, as if he was doing you a favor, like he was some benevolent god. "Something warm, something comfortable."
You swallowed down the thick lump in your throat, nodding again. Maybe—maybe if you played along, maybe if you did what they wanted, they would let you go.
"I don’t think coloring is your strong suit," Satoru mused, his tone light, teasing, trying to smother the moment before had never happened. "We can make paper stars instead! I’ll keep them in my office. Maybe we can make some for Suguru too! Oh, he’d love that! Still has your wedding photo hung up."
Words that landed like a slap, sharp and visceral. Your wedding photo. Still up. Still there. Like nothing had changed. As if those papers you left had no meaning.
The weight of it all bore down on you, and you almost didn’t notice the way Satoru’s hand moved lower.
A slow, trailing touch.
Fingers ghosting beneath the hem of your hospital gown.
Warm against your bare skin.
Your body froze. Every muscle locked up in an instant, but your mind felt numb, sluggish, as if refusing to acknowledge what was happening.
"I just want to make sure you’re okay, princess," Satoru whispered, his lips brushing the shell of your ear, his breath warm against your skin. "Can you show me that you’re okay?"
His fingers pressed just a little firmer, a test, waiting for you to comply. A slight spread of your thighs as his fingers continued their quest.
You weren’t sure what scared you more. The way your body stopped resisting or the way this felt inevitable.
Was it fear?
Resignation?
Were you just enduring, waiting for the moment this would finally be over, so you could go home?
The door clicked open.
Suguru, thankfully, walked in, his dark eyes sweeping over the scene like he already knew what had transpired.
Satoru removed his hand, but the touch lingered, seared into your skin like a brand.
"Ready?" Suguru smiled, that soft, practiced kind, like this was just another routine check-in, like he wasn’t about to upend your entire world again. Wasn't going to drug you back into compliance, wasn't going to hush and calm you when he drew blood for testing.
"You’ve been doing so well the past couple of days—taking your meds, following the schedule—that after this one little test, the head of operations agreed we can move to home treatment…"
He let the words settle, let them sink in before delivering the final blow—
"Since it’s already convenient that we live together."
Your fingers clenched against the table, a cold weight dropping in your stomach.
"We’re divorced," you said slowly, carefully, as if daring him to acknowledge it.
Suguru’s warm, easy smile didn’t falter.
"Mmm, not what your file says," he hummed, stepping closer, his gaze flicking to Satoru’s drawing.
"You didn’t make me one, angel?" His voice was light, almost teasing, but the undercurrent of expectation was there.
"I would’ve hung it up."
Something snapped inside you.
You weren’t sure what.
But you had never wanted to flip a stupid kiddy table more in your entire life.
"Where the hell is Shoko?" The words tore from your throat, sharp and raw. "I want her as my doctor - that is my right."
Suguru blinked at you, his expression shifting—just slightly. Not quite hurt. Not quite anything.
Almost like he had expected this.
"Or the nurses?" you continued, voice rising, trembling with fury. "I want Nanami to be my watch instead of this blue-eyed freak."
You saw it.
The way Satoru flinched. The brief flicker of hurt that crossed his face - so quick, so momentary, but you caught it.
And your heart twisted and cracked.
Because you knew.
You’d always known what that word meant to him.
But you couldn’t stop.
Couldn’t let yourself care.
Because they weren’t listening.
Suguru turned to Satoru, his voice dipping into something colder.
"I think we need to up the dosage."
Then, back to you - his expression unreadable, his tone soft, patronizing.
"I didn’t know you had so much anger in you, angel."
He reached for your face, fingers moving to cup your cheek—
And you smacked his hand away.
The sharp sound echoed in the small room.
Suguru stilled.
He could file down your nails.
He could restrain your hands.
He could drug you into compliance.
But he could not—would not—control your fire.
For a moment, Suguru was still.
Processing.
His expression remained unreadable, but something flickered beneath the surface—something dark, something off. It was subtle, almost imperceptible, but you could feel it, like the quiet shifting of tectonic plates before a catastrophic quake.
Then, under his breath, barely more than a whisper, he uttered a single word.
"Tainted."
It landed like an irreversible diagnosis, a label seared into your skin, a fact that had always been true, whether you knew it or not.
"I have to fix it."
The words were hollow. Void of real emotion. Spoken like an afterthought. A duty.
If anyone here was crazy, it wasn’t you.
"Let’s go."
His voice was measured, slow, as if testing the words, as if feeling them out himself, ensuring they fit within whatever logic governed his mind.
"We can deal with this later."
And just like that, it was decided. He turned away, moving with the same unshakable certainty as before.
You should have felt relief.
Instead, dread curled in your stomach like sickness, spreading through your limbs in slow, creeping waves. Your pulse stuttered as Satoru took your hand, his fingers lacing through yours. The warmth of his palm was comfortable in a sense.
He didn’t look at you.
Didn’t flash that smug grin. Didn’t tease you. Didn’t say a damn thing.
Just walked.
Silent.
Head bowed, guiding you forward like a silent accomplice.
The hallway stretched before you, sterile and pale blue, the kind of color that was meant to be calming but only made your skin feel dirty, wrong. You knew these halls now—the group therapy rooms, the medication table, the office staff area, the standard rooms where the normal patients were kept.
But this wasn’t that.
This was deeper.
The air shifted. The temperature felt colder.
Your fingers tightened around Satoru’s. "What’s the last test?" you murmured, trying to keep your voice steady.
His skin was clammy.
Cold sweat.
A small smile tugged at the corners of his lips, something softer than usual. Something wrong. His thumb traced slow, deliberate circles against the back of your hand—soothing, intimate.
Like an apology.
Suguru didn’t look back.
Didn’t seem to care that Satoru was holding onto you, didn’t seem to mind that the hands he used to hold were now intertwined with someone else’s.
He just walked.
Unbothered.
And then—
The door.
Suguru reached into his pocket, pulling out a key. Not one from his usual keychain.
Something different.
Something meant only for this room.
A cold prickle ran down your spine as the small hairs on the back of your neck stood on end. The air felt heavier, charged, the silence pressing in. Something wasn't quite right.
Where were the nurses?
The ones who usually hovered, who handed out little paper cups of sedatives, who whispered among themselves when they thought you weren’t listening?
The ones Satoru always gossiped with?
Gone.
The hallway was silent.
The key turned in the lock.
A slow, deliberate click.
The door creaked open, revealing a room stark and clinical, stripped of anything human.
Centered in the middle, like an altar, stood a medical table.
Satoru squeezed your hand. Tighter. Like he was preparing you.
Your pulse thundered in your ears, the walls pressing in, your breath coming too fast, too shallow. The air felt thick, suffocating, as if the room itself was shrinking. And then—your gaze fell to the cart beside the table.
The electrodes. The wires. The leather restraints.
No—
The word stuck in your throat, thick and suffocating, choking you before you could even say it aloud. A wave of nausea rolled through you, cold and sharp. Your knees buckled, your body reacting before your mind could fully catch up. Every nerve screamed at you to run.
But Satoru didn’t let go.
"No," you gasped, collapsing to the floor, forcing yourself into dead weight. You pushed back, twisted, resisted—anything to keep from being dragged inside.
Satoru’s grip only tightened.
He was stronger.
"No - no, please!" The words broke from you, frantic, raw, barely holding shape. You kicked out, your body writhing in desperation, fighting against the inevitable. But Satoru just kept pulling, his hands steady, his strength sustained.
Your nails dug into his arm, clawing, desperate to hurt, to leave a mark, to stop this—
But there were no scratches.
Suguru had trimmed your nails.
"Protocol," he had said.
A sob wrenched itself from your throat, broken and shattered.
"Angel."
Suguru’s voice was soft. Warm. Loving. Like he was about to kiss you goodnight.
But he wasn’t.
Because this wasn’t a goodnight kiss.
This was electroshock therapy.
Something traditional.
Something brutal.
Something meant to fix you.
And the worst part? Satoru still wouldn’t let go.
You screamed. Raw, guttural—desperate. It wasn’t just fear. It was betrayal.
Satoru flinched. Just for a second.
The long fingers of his intertwined with yours twitched ever so slightly, like he wanted to let go, like he wanted to change his mind—
But he didn’t.
His grip remained firm, unyielding. A tether holding you down, delivering you to the inevitable.
"Shhh, princess," he murmured, his voice unbearably gentle, a cruel mockery of comfort. His free hand rose, brushing a damp strand of hair from your face with a touch too tender, too familiar.
Like he wasn’t dragging you to the table.
Like he wasn’t helping Suguru break you.
"Don’t make this harder on yourself," he whispered, his thumb stroking slow, deliberate circles against your temple, his expression unreadable.
But his eyes—
His eyes were glassy.
Like he was trying not to cry.
Your stomach turned violently. Your body twisted, fought, bucked wildly against their hold, legs kicking at the linoleum, heels scraping, fingers grasping at anything—
"Please—please, Satoru, I’ll take the meds, I’ll do whatever you want, just—just don’t let him—"
The words cracked, fractured, shattered in your throat, weak and pleading in a way that made you sick.
The weight of Suguru’s hands came next.
Steady. Unyielding. Final.
Like iron shackles pressing into your shoulders, pinning you in place.
"Angel," he sighed, exhaustion bleeding into his voice, like you were being difficult. Like this wasn’t the most terrifying moment of your life.
"You know this is for your own good."
Something inside you snapped.
"You don’t get to decide that!" you sobbed, thrashing so violently that, for just a second, you nearly knocked him off balance.
Nearly.
But Suguru had always been stronger.
They both had.
Your knees buckled, their hands dragging you across the floor, inching you closer—closer—
To the altar.
To your undoing.
Your screams felt smaller in the sterile, hollow air.
"NO—PLEASE!"
Suguru tilted his head, his violet eyes still so soft.
"Why do you always have to fight us, angel?"
His voice wavered—just barely.
Not an insult.
Not an accusation.
A plea.
Like he was asking why you wouldn’t just let him love you.
Why you wouldn’t just let him keep you safe.
A sob ripped through you as you felt it—the cool, sterile touch of metal against your back.
The restraints came next.
"No, no—Suguru, please—"
Your voice broke on his name.
For just a fraction of a second, his hands paused.
His expression flickered.
His fingers twitched.
Like he remembered something.
Something important.
Something about you.
The way you used to lay beside him on quiet Sunday mornings, tracing absentminded circles into his chest. The way you’d whisper I love you against his shoulder before rolling out of bed, before rushing to work, before leaving him behind.
The way you used to trust him.
And now—
Now you were afraid of him.
His lips parted, just barely.
For a second, you thought he might stop.
That maybe—just maybe—you had gotten through to him.
That maybe he would undo the straps. Take you home. Hold you the way he used to. Tell you he didn’t mean it.
That this wasn’t necessary.
That he loved you.
But then his jaw set.
And his hands kept going.
"This is necessary to keep you pure," he whispered, like he was reassuring himself, not you.
The restraints tightened around your wrists.
"Suguru, don’t do this," you whispered, voice pleading, voice breaking.
No response.
Just the final, deafening click of the straps locking into place.
Satoru let go of your hand.
The absence of his touch felt colder than the room itself.
"You’re scaring her," he muttered, voice tight, like this was hurting him, too.
Suguru didn’t respond.
His expression had smoothed into something distant.
His hand shook—just slightly—as he reached for the electrodes.
"NO—DON’T—PLEASE—"
Satoru sighed, rubbing at his temple, shaking his head like this was all just so exhausting.
Then he leaned down, brushing his fingers over your forehead in something almost affectionate.
"Shhh, princess," he whispered.
"It’s just a little reset." As he placed the clothed gag in your mouth.
Suguru’s hands were steady as he placed the electrodes against your temple, securing them into place with slow, deliberate precision.
His fingers lingered.
For just a second.
Like this was the last time he’d hold you.
Like he didn’t want to let go.
"You’ll feel so much better after this," he murmured, voice softer than before. Like he was convincing himself. Like he was telling himself this was right. That this was love.
Like he was hoping it was.
"This is mercy, angel."
"This is love."
Satoru pressed a lingering kiss to your forehead.
And Suguru flipped the switch.
Pain detonated behind your eyes, blinding, white-hot, like lightning through your skull, like static in your veins - erasing, ripping, rewiring.
Your body jerked, your spine arching off the table, muscles seizing, breath vanishing.
Through the haze of agony, you thought you heard something.
A voice. Maybe Suguru’s. Maybe Satoru’s.
Maybe both.
"Shhh, angel."
"It’s okay."
"We love you."
Everything went black.

Pt. 1 - Pt. 2 - Pt. 3 - Pt. 4 - Pt. 5 - Pt. 6 - Pt. 7 - Pt. 8 - Pt. 9 - Pt. 10 - Epilogue
“When I look at you, I can't believe it's true You're all I ever dreamed of, and you love me (And you love me) And you love me.”
The two of you are holding hands as you make your way to the new café that just opened on 6th Avenue, near Darlington Square, your fingers woven into his like it’s the most natural thing in the world.
You’ve heard great things about the place, and not just the usual noise from clickbait-y blogs desperate for engagement, but from people who actually know what they’re talking about. The hipster types—the new-age purist fucks who claim they can taste the "notes of apricot and the warmth of an abuela’s love" in a single-origin Santuário Sul pour-over, brewed with beans ethically scoured from the mystical depths of Carmo de Minas or whatever.
You think they’re full of shit. But for all their unbearable pretentiousness, they’ve never steered you wrong. So.
It still feels… unreal sometimes. Sylus, here, beside you. Present, in a way he never could have been before. In a way you two could only think of as a passing pipedream, not so long ago.
He’s here. Solid, tangible. And so, so warm.
His thumb traces soft circles against your knuckles, an absentminded caress that sends a shiver up your spine. He does that a lot—little touches here and there, like he’s committing the texture of your skin to memory. Like there’s still a part of him that can’t quite believe that you two exist in the same space now. In the same plane of existence.
And maybe you’re just as bad; sneaking glances at him whenever you could, half-expecting him to flicker out like a glitch in the system. Like some cruel error will right itself and erase him from this reality at any given moment, when you least expect it.
He never does.
He’s still with you. Always with you.
And day by day, the knot in your chest loosens; not all at once, but in slow, steady increments. Like frost clinging to the soles of your boots, melting under the first touch of spring. Day by day, the small voice in your head—the one that whispers warnings of borrowed time, of happiness slipping through your fingers—slows to a mum.
Not gone, not yet, but it's quieter. Fainter now. Sounding more and more like the lingering echoes of a bad dream.
(You hope that one day, when you look into Sylus’ fathomless grey eyes, the reflection staring back at you will be filled with certainty. Of this. Of him. Of what you have. Nothing else.)
And whenever reality hits you – and what a novel thing it is, that this is what you now consider reality – it steals the very breath from your lungs.
It’s an exhilarating kind of happiness; the way it makes you feel as if your heart's too big for your ribs, too much for your mortal body to contain. It spills over, bright and absurd—almost to a ludicrous degree, honestly.
You don’t think you’ll ever get used to it. The utter magnitude of your bliss.
And he’s just as lost in this as you are—though you suspect he’s just a tad better at making it less obvious.
He never strays too far away from you. He stays close to your orbit, always within arm’s reach; his fingers brushing against yours when they can, as if he doesn’t quite trust himself to let go. Your personal shadow.
It’s more than just physical proximity. There’s a gravity to him now, almost on a molecular level, like he’s in the very air you breathe. Inescapable, even if you tried.
(Not that you’d ever want to.)
Sometimes you think you’re not even consciously doing it, but when he moves, you move with him. You lean into him as if by instinct, finding the curve of his body and the spaces in between as though it was made just for you. It’s a rhythm that feels both thrilling and comforting, the kind of closeness that makes your heart thump a little faster; your cheeks a little redder.
“Sweetie.”
Sylus’ voice breaks through your thoughts. It settles over the buzzing noise in your mind, soothing as ever. As it always has.
Has it really been four months?
You still find yourself mesmerised by the way he’s easily integrated himself into your world. His world now, too. All six-foot-five (!) of him; impossibly tall, broad-shouldered, and so naturally magnetic.
It’s in the way he carries himself—not unlike the way he’s always done, back when he was no more but your impossible, sentient character. That presence is still there, the one you always thought was larger than life. But it's slightly more subdued now, toned down into something less intimidating. Something less… exorbitant.
Something just for you.
And then there’s also the fact that he’s stupidly, ridiculously handsome.
It’s unfair, really. As if it weren’t already enough of a miracle that he’s here, real, flesh and blood, he had to step into this world looking just as breathtaking as his video game counterpart. And hey, maybe you’re a little biased, but you think the changes that came with his mortality only made him all the more perfect in your eyes.
Sure, you miss the silver hair from time to time. And occasionally, your brain still expects the sharp contrast of crimson when his gaze cuts to yours—only to be met with a monochromatic grey, deep and electrifying as a thundercloud in mid-July.
But then there’s everything else. The way his chest rises and falls under your palm, the steady heartbeat that lulls you to sleep at night. The way his hair sticks up in all the wrong places in the mornings, no physics engine rendering it down to a smooth perfection. The scratch of stubble when he steals kisses from you throughout the day, because body hair is a thing now (thank god).
The off-key singing when he’s taking a shower—
Oh. Nevermind.
The little imperfections that weren’t designed to be attractive but somehow make him even more so.
He isn’t all clean-cut lines anymore, no longer a carefully-crafted fantasy meant to appeal to an audience. There’s a rawness to him now, something that’s inexplicably human. He’s just some… guy.
Granted, an extremely hot guy, but still.
Just himself. Just Sylus.
And maybe… maybe, that’s what makes this version of him the most beautiful of all.
Because he’s yours. Completely and wholly yours.
“Sweetheart, we’re here.”
There’s laughter in his voice. You blink up at him, only to find that look in his eyes—amused and endearingly fond. You realize, a beat too late, that you’ve been spacing out for the last couple of minutes.
Sylus tips his chin toward the double doors a few metres away, and he feels the way you startle slightly.
You give him a sheepish smile. He merely chuckles, squeezing your hand in response.
He’s used to this, revels in this. The way your mind drifts so freely when your hand is in his. It’s not unlike the way you used to depend on him, back when his existence was confined to a screen.
But now, in this corporeal form, he can be more than a voice in your ear—do more than just watch from the sidelines.
He can pull you back when you get too close to the curb, for one. Tuck you into his side when the cold bites too sharply at your skin. He can prevent you from walking straight into oncoming traffic whenever you get too lost in your own head… because of course you would. Carefree thing that you are.
He likes seeing you at ease; so completely trusting of the man who, in the grand scheme of things, has only truly been here for a fraction of a year.
As if he’s always belonged by your side.
Oh, how he adores you.
He’d take care of you forever, if you let him. His little dove.
You two enter the café, and immediately, your eyes are drawn to the eclectic décor of the place. It’s almost like you’ve entered a fever dream—or what you can only describe as a frankensteined aquarium.
Circular faux windows line the stone-clad walls, imitating a sort of subterranean oceanic sanctum, drowning the space with an atmospheric blue. There are hanging lamps reminiscent of jellyfish floating at sea, casting vivid hues of bioluminescent purples and pinks across the room; the mix of colours gives off the illusion of something sunken, almost psychedelic. An abundance of plants of varying sizes can also be seen at every corner, from the creeping ivies to the potted lilies, as if they’ve simply sprouted into existence.
The main kicker, though, is that – aside from the predominantly nautical motif – the owner seems to have a strange fondness for… the cabaret?
Framed photographs of harlequin girls wink from gilded edges, and there’s a signage in cabochon lettering that looks like it belongs outside a burlesque theater rather than in here. It spells out a cryptic phrase in a swirling font, in a language you don’t recognize.
You’re still trying to process the visuals of it all when you register the familiar notes of Paradise Circus filtering in through the speakers.
…They’re committed, you’ll give them that.
"Woah," you can’t help but say, momentarily disoriented by the overwhelming interior of the unassuming—or at least, from the outside—café. "This is… definitely something."
Sylus glances around, his lips curling into a wry smile. "Well, I certainly wasn’t expecting a full immersion," he remarks dryly. "I was wondering what all the fuss was about. Glad to see they didn’t oversell it."
You snort. “I hope good coffee is part of the experience.”
You both amble toward the counter, third in line behind a girl with a bob cut who’s swaying to the music in a pair of silver bell-bottoms, and a shorter fellow wearing a flatcap and trench coat like he’s on the damned set of Peaky Blinders.
Clearing your throat, you quickly glance up at Sylus—just to see him watching you with a knowing look, an eyebrow arched.
You roll your eyes, pressing your lips to suppress a smile. Judgemental little shit.
"It’s possible we missed a dress code somewhere," he says drolly.
“Shh,” you hiss at him, trying to keep your voice low—or as low as you can manage—trying your hardest not to laugh. “You’re wearing leather pants. You don’t exactly have the fashion high ground here.”
Sylus pinches your side in retaliation, and you swat his hand away.
Tommy Shelb—rather, the cap wearing twenty-year-old-something dude—gives the two of you the stink eye, clearly unimpressed by your not-so-quiet banter. You can’t help but think that maybe he’s the type to take himself a little too seriously.
After a few minutes, you two are next in line.
You’re looking up at the hanging menu—an aged wooden board with elegant yet slightly smudged calligraphy, suspended by fibre twine that gives it a rustic feel without making it look too tacky. Your eyes skim past the more familiar offerings before landing on something called The Drowned Saint.
It’s intriguing. You’re intrigued.
Why not?
“Ready to order?” an easygoing voice asks, prompting you to tear your gaze away from the menu.
The barista in front of you is tall, with large, square glasses that sit slightly crooked on his nose, like they’ve been knocked askew one too many times. It gives him a friendly, bookish vibe, the kind of charm that might fool you into a sense of security… if not for the sly look in his eyes.
Something that spells mischief.
“Oh, hi—yeah, can I get The Drowned Saint? Just, uh, a regular.” You say, glancing down at the silver name tag pinned to his shirt.
… Red. Does everybody in this establishment need to have a certain degree of quirky to them...?
“–-and a strawberry muffin, too.”
“And for you?” The dark-haired man seems to size Sylus up, his gaze sharpening with something you can’t put a name to. “Sir?”
There’s a pause. It makes you peek up at Sylus, and you’re surprised to see the same look of quiet consideration on his face.
You shift your weight awkwardly, glancing between the two men. Um.
Finally, Sylus lists his order in a measured tone. Red hums noncommittally, grabbing a paperboard cup from the stack behind the counter.
"Alrighty, and can I get a name for that?”
“... Silas.”
A snort; followed by a barely-restrained cough.
Your brows lift. Okay. What’s this guy’s damage?
“Riiight, so do you spell that with an ‘I’?” There’s a deliberate smirk playing on Red’s lips. “Or maybe a ‘Y’? Sorry, still getting the hang of–” he makes a vague gesture with his fingers, “all this.”
You squint, getting a little annoyed by the whole ‘cool guy’ act. Fucking hipsters, man. “Look, it’s not that complicated. It’s S-I-L–”
You feel the light press of Sylus’ palm at the small of your back—a silent reassurance while he cuts in, unperturbed. “It’s alright, sweetie,” he murmurs by your ear.
Then, without looking away from the irritating barista, he languidly pulls out his wallet. There’s something almost amused in the way his brow lifts, the barest flicker of challenge. “Write it however you want.”
Red, looking unruffled for the most part, is already jotting something down on the cup. There’s no visible reaction; just that same ever-present ghost of a smile, which you’re starting to find… kind of weird, to be honest.
After paying, both of you move to the side, settling into the wait. You narrow your eyes at the flamboyant man who's busy humming something upbeat under his breath as he moves effortlessly behind the counter. Steam rises in the air while he works the espresso machine like he’s done it a thousand times before.
You wouldn’t be surprised if he started twirling a milk frothing pitcher mid-pour, like a performer in some kind of latte circus act. He seems like the type.
Finally, Red pings a tiny brass bell by the pick-up area, the tinkling chime almost mocking. “Order up,” he calls out, flashing the two of you a toothy grin. “Enjoy, lovebirds.”
Sylus scoffs, unimpressed. He doesn’t respond—just picks up the tray in one smooth motion, nudging you toward an empty table near the centre of the room, right below a floating indigo anemone.
He pulls out a chair, and you drop into it with a huff. “The fuck was that guy’s deal?”
He takes his seat across from you, unbothered. To your surprise, instead of the ire you expected to be written on his face, he looks more fascinated than anything.
He studies you, eyes flickering with something you can’t put your finger on.
“Does he remind you of anyone?”
You frown. The question throws you. “Huh?” Your brows knit together, head cocking sideways in confusion. “Wait—you know him?”
He gives you an indulgent smile, but doesn’t say anything. He picks up his cup, gaze dropping briefly as he turns it in his hand.
Do you know him?
Sylus watches you, patient, the faintest curl of his mouth betraying nothing as you mull it over. It’s as if he’s waiting, trusting you’ll make the connection yourself without his help. But how would you know the owner of a newly-opened café—if he even is the owner? (He sure carries himself like he owns the place.)
You wrack your brain, trying to pin him down. Where else would you know a roughly six-foot-tall guy with dark, wavy hair and shifty-looking eyes the color of a dead aubergine?
He’s certainly… a character. And he doesn’t pass off as local—maybe foreign, or at least mixed—so should be easily recognizable, right?
Yet, for some damning reason, nothing’s clicking.
It’s in the way he acts too, you think. The easy arrogance, the look of mirth lingering in his expression, as if he’s in on some inside joke you’re not privy to. It’s nagging at you, like an itch in the back of your brain. You’ve seen him before, right?
You’re pretty sure you have… but for the life of you, you can’t figure out where.
“I mean, like, he does look kind of familia—” Wait.
Oceanic décor. Dark irises that glint into a near-violet hue under the dim, overhead lights.
Red.
Reddie.
The realisation hits you like a ton of bricks.
“Wha—no.” You spin your head around so fast it almost gives you whiplash.
And as if he’s already expecting it, Rafayel meets your wide eyes.
He gives you a wink.
Holy fucking shit.
“So he found a way out, as well,” Sylus muses, his large hand comically dwarfing the coffee that he’s back to examining. When he meets your stunned gaze, he casually flips the cup around, revealing the name scribbled on the sleeve.
‘Sylus’
And just right below: ‘still got here first lol ;)’
You let out a sharp exhale, the dots starting to connect in your head. “Did you know?” Your voice pitching higher than you intended, brows scrunched up as you look at the calm man in front of you—the nonchalance to your overreaction. “Is that why you wanted to come here?”
He picks up your strawberry muffin, tapping the excess crumbs off the edge of the plate. “I had my suspicions,” he admits, cupping a hand beneath the pastry, angling the muffin closer to your face. “Ahh, baby.”
With no small amount of frustration, you take a bite, your eyebrows still furrowed as you chew. The flavors don’t even register on your tongue as you try to wrap your head around this… unexpected development.
Of course, that’s putting it lightly—inside you’re freaking out. What does this mean? When did this happen? Two of them now?
Are you losing it? Again??
It’s too much to process in one go. You’ve just come to terms with your very own freak of nature, thank you very much.
Sylus tuts gently, dabbing a napkin at the corner of your lips. "No need to stress over it, my love," he rubs his thumb on your lower lip to draw your focus back to him. The corners of his mouth curl into a small smirk when he sees you nibble on it absentmindedly. "Careful now."
Suddenly, your ears pick up a voice calling out, “Raf!” from behind, and you glance over your shoulder just in time to see someone step out from the small kitchenette.
They’re wearing a navy blue apron over a glittery top, carrying a square pan of what looks to be a fresh batch of cinnamon rolls.
On the taller side, standing only a couple of inches shorter than Rafayel, sporting a silver nose ring. Their hair is in a split-dye, parted down the middle, and styled into intricately braided space buns—likely a labor of love from the man himself.
“Ah, that must be his partner,” Sylus notes idly.
Rafayel reaches for the tray with all the confidence of someone who has absolutely no plan beyond offloading the weight from their lover’s hands. His partner, quicker and clearly wiser, snatches it away at the last second with a knowing look. "Cutie, I was about to get that," he whines in protest, lips forming a pout.
"And yet here I am, actually getting it," they reply dryly, maneuvering the steaming buns out of his reach.
Undeterred, he makes another attempt; only for them to sidestep, holding the tray higher like a seasoned veteran at dealing with his antics.
Rafayel huffs but refuses to back down, making for another grab. This time, faster.
He gets his fingers around the edge of the baking tray—only to hiss in pain and immediately jerk back. "Just let me– ow, fuck, hot!"
His partner gives him a long, unimpressed stare. "You don’t say."
"You could’ve warned me," he accuses, shaking out his hand with all the theatrics of a man in peril.
"I did. With common sense," they deadpan, but you detect a hint of laughter beneath the monotone.
That earns a full-blown scowl, but it’s betrayed by the way his eyes soften—something unmistakably fond in the way he watches them, as if their amusement alone makes the now-forgotten burn worth it.
You don’t miss the subtle shift in his posture; the way his shoulders loosens, the telltale twitch at the corner of his mouth like he’s biting back the urge to grin.
After a few more playful back-and-forths (one of which involves Rafayel attempting a truly ridiculous reach-around that gets his wrist lightly smacked in retaliation), they finally place the cinnamon rolls into the glass display, arranging them alongside the rest of the baked goods.
It’s the ease between them that sticks with you. The way he casually fixes the strap of their apron, how they don’t even flinch when he brushes a stray crumb from their cheek.
It’s an old, familiar rhythm—one that speaks of something long-established. The kind of comfort built over time. Like it's already habit.
It makes you smile.
(In your periphery, you catch Sylus smiling, too.)
You exhale a long sigh, sinking back into your chair, only now noticing the weight you’d been carrying—the one you hadn’t even realized was there—finally lifting off your chest.
Questions swirl in your mind, most of them aimed at the busy couple manning the counter. The hows and whens. The adjustment period. The hardships.
And, honestly? Just the need to have someone to freak out with and scream say, Can you actually believe this?
… But you suppose it can wait. There will be time for questions, for stories, for untangling the mysteries of it all.
For now, you’re just going to enjoy a normal weekend afternoon with your very normal boyfriend.
After all, they’re not going anywhere. Nor will the two of you.
- -
An errant thought pops into your head.
Before you can stop it, your mouth blurts out: “You think Xavier’s ever gonna come out of the game, too?”
A beat.
Sylus freezes for a split-second before his gaze locks onto you, wry and amused—like he’s debating whether he heard you right.
You get the bad, bad feeling that you’ve made a mistake somewhere.
He lets out a low, throaty chuckle. “Xavier, huh?” he muses, almost patronizingly, eyes alight with an intensity that makes you squirm in your seat.
The nervous little action doesn’t escape his notice.
“Look at the time, kitten.” His voice drops an octave, deceptively calm and even, but there’s an undercurrent to it that has you squeezing your thighs together. “I think we’ve stayed here long enough. Don’t you?”
Uh-oh.
End A/N: Ok, so I’m a big, fat liar who lied about not including anything about the silly lil fishman ≽^-⩊¬^≼ I’m anal about spoilers if you haven’t noticed.

Suck Him Dry
Day 3 → Oral Fixation 💋 Charles Leclerc
Warnings: 18+ content
Kinktober Masterlist
The room is dark, the kind of deep, enveloping darkness that sinks into your bones. The only light comes from a sliver of moonlight peeking through the heavy curtains, casting shadows that dance lazily across the ceiling. Charles is breathing softly beside you, his chest rising and falling with a steady rhythm that, on any other night, might lull you back to sleep.
But tonight is different. Your mind is restless, thoughts spinning in circles, too fast and too loud to let you sleep.
You stare up at the ceiling, your eyes tracing the shadows. You don’t know how long you’ve been awake — minutes, maybe hours. Time loses meaning when you're stuck inside your own head.
You feel like you’re trapped in a loop, a constant replay of every worry, every doubt, every little thing that could possibly go wrong. It’s exhausting, but there’s no way out. Not tonight, at least.
Beside you, Charles stirs. You freeze, holding your breath, hoping you haven't woken him up. But then you feel his hand slide over, warm and reassuring, finding yours in the darkness. He squeezes your hand gently, his thumb brushing over your knuckles.
“Can’t sleep?” His voice is soft, rough with sleep, but there’s a thread of concern woven through it.
You shake your head, even though you know he can’t see you. “No,” you whisper. “I’m just … stuck in my head again.”
Charles hums, a low sound that vibrates through the silence. He turns onto his side, propping himself up on one elbow to look at you. Even in the dark, you can feel the weight of his gaze, steady and unwavering.
“What’s going on in there?” He asks gently, tapping your temple with his finger.
You sigh, closing your eyes. “Everything. Nothing. I don’t know.”
“Hmm.” He’s quiet for a moment, just watching you. Then he shifts closer, his hand moving to rest on your hip, his thumb brushing back and forth in a soothing motion. “You need something to get you out of your head,” he says quietly.
You don’t respond. It’s not like you haven’t tried everything already — reading, counting sheep, focusing on your breathing. Nothing works.
Charles seems to understand. He leans in, his breath warm against your ear. “I have an idea,” he murmurs. “But you have to trust me.”
You open your eyes, turning your head to look at him. There’s a glimmer of something in his eyes, something tender and a little mischievous. You nod slowly. “Okay. I trust you.”
A slow smile spreads across his face. “Good.” He leans down, pressing a soft kiss to your forehead. “Come here,” he says, tugging you gently toward him.
You follow his lead, letting him guide you until your head is resting against his thigh. He strokes your hair gently, his touch soothing. “Just relax,” he murmurs. “I’ve got you.”
You close your eyes, taking a deep breath. Charles shifts, his hand moving to cup the back of your head, guiding you further down. You feel the warmth of him against your cheek, the soft fabric of his boxers brushing against your skin.
“Open your mouth,” he says softly.
You do as he says, parting your lips. He guides you with gentle pressure, and you take him into your mouth, the familiar taste and feel of him grounding you in a way that nothing else does. You close your eyes, letting out a slow breath through your nose as you begin to suck gently.
Charles lets out a low groan, his hand tightening in your hair. “That’s it, just like that,” he murmurs. “You’re doing so well, mon amour.”
You focus on the sound of his voice, the gentle praise in his tone, and the steady rise and fall of his chest. You feel yourself start to relax, the tension in your body slowly melting away. The constant buzzing in your head quiets, replaced by the rhythmic motion of your mouth and the soft, reassuring sounds Charles makes above you.
He strokes your hair, his thumb brushing over your temple in a slow, soothing rhythm. “You’re so beautiful like this,” he whispers. “So perfect. Just keep going, mon cœur.”
You hum softly around him, the vibration drawing a soft curse from his lips. He tugs lightly on your hair, guiding you a little deeper. You take him easily, your jaw relaxing as you find a steady rhythm, each motion smooth and deliberate.
Charles lets out a shaky breath, his hand tightening in your hair again. “God, you feel so good,” he murmurs. “So fucking good. You’re amazing, you know that?”
You don’t respond, but you don’t need to. He knows. He always knows. You focus on the feel of him in your mouth, the steady pressure against your tongue, the way he throbs gently with each pass of your lips. It’s comforting, in a way that’s hard to explain. It’s like everything else fades away, leaving just the two of you in this quiet, intimate moment.
He shifts slightly, his thigh muscles flexing under your cheek. “Are you okay?” He asks softly. “Do you need to stop?”
You shake your head slightly, your mouth still full. You don’t want to stop. Not yet. You need this — the steady, grounding presence of him, the way he makes everything else disappear.
He chuckles softly, his fingers threading through your hair again. “Okay,” he says quietly. “We’ll keep going as long as you need, mon ange.”
You don’t know how long you stay like that — minutes, maybe hours. Time loses meaning when you’re with him like this, when the only thing that matters is the steady rhythm of your mouth and the quiet sounds of his pleasure. You start to feel yourself getting drowsy, the tension in your body melting away completely.
Charles seems to notice. He strokes your hair gently, his thumb brushing over your cheek. “You’re getting tired, aren’t you?” He murmurs.
You hum softly in response, your eyes fluttering closed. He chuckles again, a soft, affectionate sound. “That’s okay,” he says quietly. “Just let yourself fall asleep, mon cœur. I’ve got you.”
You do as he says, letting your eyes close fully. You keep sucking softly, the motion slowing as you start to drift off. Charles hums a soft, soothing tune under his breath, his fingers still moving gently through your hair. You feel yourself slipping into sleep, the last thing you hear is the soft, steady sound of his breathing.
As you fall asleep, still sucking, you feel a sense of peace wash over you. For the first time in what feels like forever, your mind is quiet, your body relaxed. And you know, without a doubt, that as long as Charles is here, you’ll always have a way out of your own head.
***
You wake slowly, consciousness returning like a gentle tide washing over you. The world is soft and quiet, the room bathed in the faint blue light of early morning. For a moment, you’re disoriented, unsure of where you are or why you feel so warm and cocooned. Then you realize your mouth is still full, lips stretched around the familiar weight of Charles.
Your head is still resting on his thigh, and you can feel the solid muscle beneath your cheek. The sheets are warm and heavy around you, cocooning you in the lingering scent of Charles — clean and musky, with a hint of something uniquely him that you’ve come to love. His hand is still tangled in your hair, his fingers relaxed but still holding onto you, as if even in sleep, he doesn’t want to let you go.
Blinking your eyes open, you adjust to the dim light. Charles is still asleep, his chest rising and falling with each deep, even breath. You can feel his thigh move slightly under your cheek with each inhale, the slow rhythm of his breathing a comforting reminder that he’s here, right here with you. You don’t want to wake him, but you can’t help the way your tongue instinctively moves, brushing against the sensitive underside of him.
He stirs, letting out a soft sigh in his sleep, his grip on your hair tightening for just a moment before relaxing again. The sound sends a rush of heat through you, pooling low in your belly. You can feel him harden in your mouth, his body responding even in sleep. It’s intoxicating, the way you can affect him like this, the way he trusts you so completely, even when he’s not awake.
You shift slightly, adjusting your position under the sheets. Your lips tighten around him, your tongue pressing more firmly against the sensitive spot that makes him shiver. His breathing hitches, a soft groan escaping his lips. He’s still asleep, but his body knows you, recognizes your touch and responds to it.
Encouraged, you start to move more deliberately, sucking gently, your head bobbing in a slow, steady rhythm. The taste of him floods your mouth, salty and intoxicating, and you can’t help the way your body reacts. Heat blooms between your thighs, a low, insistent ache that makes you press your legs together, trying to find some relief.
But you don’t stop, don’t even slow down. If anything, you speed up, eager to taste more of him, to coax him awake with your mouth.
Charles groans again, louder this time, his hand tightening in your hair. “Merde,” he mutters, his voice rough with sleep. You feel him stir, his body shifting slightly as he wakes. “What …” His voice trails off into a low moan as you take him deeper, your lips stretching around him as you suck harder.
“Fuck, mon amour …” His voice is thick with sleep and something else — something deeper, more primal. You can hear the way his breathing changes, growing faster, more uneven. He’s fully awake now, and you can feel his body tense under yours, his muscles tightening as he tries to hold back.
You don’t let him. You move faster, sucking harder, your tongue working against him with a practiced ease that you know drives him crazy. He groans, his hips jerking up involuntarily, pushing himself deeper into your mouth. “God, you’re … you’re perfect,” he mutters, his voice barely more than a breathless whisper. “Don’t stop, please don’t stop …”
You hum around him, the sound vibrating through your throat and sending a shiver down his spine. His reaction spurs you on, and you take him deeper, your throat relaxing to accommodate him. He curses softly in French, his fingers tightening in your hair, guiding you with a gentle but insistent pressure.
“Just like that,” he breathes. “Mon dieu, just like that. You’re doing so good, so fucking good …”
You moan softly around him, the sound muffled by his length filling your mouth. The taste of him, the heat of his skin against your lips, the way he reacts to your every touch — it’s intoxicating, overwhelming. You feel yourself growing wetter, the ache between your thighs intensifying with every passing second.
Charles lets out a low groan, his hips bucking up slightly as he nears his release. “I’m close,” he warns, his voice strained. “Fuck, I’m so close …”
You don’t stop, don’t slow down. You want this — you want to taste him, to feel him lose control in your mouth. You suck harder, your tongue swirling around him with a renewed fervor. He lets out a strangled moan, his grip on your hair tightening almost painfully as he finally lets go.
He comes with a shuddering groan, his hips jerking up as he spills into your mouth. The taste of him floods your senses, warm and slightly salty, and you swallow eagerly, not wanting to waste a single drop. He groans again, softer this time, his body trembling with the force of his release.
But you don’t stop. Even as he starts to soften in your mouth, you keep going, your lips and tongue working with a steady, unrelenting rhythm. He lets out a surprised gasp, his hand tightening in your hair again.
“Mon amour, what are you …” His voice trails off into a moan as you suck harder, your tongue flicking against the sensitive underside of him. “Fuck, I-I can’t …”
You don’t listen. You don’t want to. You want to taste every last drop of him, to drain him of everything he has to offer. You feel a surge of satisfaction as he starts to harden again, his body responding to your insistent touch.
“Jesus, you’re insatiable,” he mutters, his voice thick with a mix of awe and arousal. “You’re going to be the death of me, you know that?”
You hum around him, your lips curving into a small, satisfied smile. You can feel him starting to tremble beneath you, his body on the edge of overstimulation. But you don’t stop. You can’t. You want more — need more.
Charles groans, his hips twitching as he tries to pull away. “I … I can’t, it’s too much …”
But you don’t let him. You wrap your arms around his hips, holding him in place as you suck harder, your tongue pressing against the sensitive spot that you know will drive him crazy. He lets out a choked moan, his body tensing under yours as he teeters on the edge of another release.
“Fuck, fuck, fuck …” He’s barely coherent now, his words slurred with pleasure and overstimulation. “Please, I … I can’t. I’m gonna …”
He comes again, harder this time, his body convulsing with the force of his release. You swallow every drop, your lips never leaving him, even as he starts to soften once more. He’s trembling now, his body twitching with aftershocks, but you don’t let up.
Charles gasps, his hand weakly pushing at your shoulder. “Mon amour, please … I can’t — it’s too much …”
But you don’t stop. You suck harder, your tongue working against him with a desperate, insistent rhythm. You’re close now, so close, the taste of him pushing you closer and closer to the edge. You can feel the tension building in your core, a tight coil that’s ready to snap.
He groans, his voice hoarse with pleasure and exhaustion. “Please, I … I need you to stop, I can’t take it …”
But you’re too far gone to listen. You’re on the edge, teetering on the brink of release, and you can’t stop, not now. You suck harder, your tongue pressing against him in a way that makes him shudder.
And then you’re there, the tension finally snapping as your orgasm crashes over you in a wave of pleasure. You moan around him, your body shaking with the force of it, your mouth never leaving him. You keep sucking, keep licking, riding out your orgasm as you drain him of everything he has to offer.
Charles gasps, his body going limp beneath you as he finally gives in, his head falling back against the pillow. “Merde …” he mutters, his voice barely more than a breathless whisper. “You’re … you’re incredible …”
You hum softly in response, your body still trembling with aftershocks. You finally pull away, your lips releasing him with a soft pop. You rest your head against his thigh, your eyes closed as you try to catch your breath.
He strokes your hair gently, his touch soothing. “Are you okay?” He asks softly. “Did I … did I hurt you?”
You shake your head, a small, contented smile spreading across your lips. “No,” you whisper. “I’m perfect.”
He chuckles softly, his fingers still moving through your hair. “That you are, mon ange. That you are.”
You let out a soft sigh, your body relaxing completely against him. You feel a deep sense of satisfaction, a contentment that you haven’t felt in a long time. For the first time in what feels like forever, your mind is quiet, your body at peace.
Charles hums softly, his thumb brushing over your cheek. “I love you,” he murmurs. “So much.”
You smile, your eyes still closed. “I love you too,” you whisper. “More than anything.”
He chuckles again, a soft, affectionate sound. “Good,” he says quietly. “Because I don’t know what I’d do without you.”

the fae animals ask made me kinda have some confidence of the fae boys being able to appreciate and care about even readers soft and more human qualities.
I hope the boys become desperately obsessed with both her strong more far likeness but also have a crisis realizing that they like her softness. I think some panicking is deserved on the boys part. I am still partial to our boys
also I think reader need some others in her corner and the fae animals are such lovely supports.
masterlist || cw: neglect and angst but it’s getting better trust me
It started, as most catastrophes do; with something terribly, innocently mortal.
A scarf, of all things.
It was nothing of note- no glamour woven into the threads, no whispering enchantments stitched along its hem. Just wool, soft and worn, hand-dyed in a shade of pale lavender that clashed horribly with the obsidian and ivy of your usual wardrobe. But you wore it regardless, looped twice around your neck as you wandered barefoot through the frost-touched gardens, your breath blooming into the mist.
Simon saw you first; he’d stepped from one of the doors, summoned by a courtier’s sniveling request, only to stop dead beneath the frostglass archway. The trees were alive with quiet, with fireflies and will-o-wisps watching from between the thorns- but none moved as you crumbled honeyed bread in your palm, scattering it over moss and stone.
He did not expect the birds that came for you.
Iridescent and shimmer-feathered, their glassy eyes gleamed like dew-wet gems. Birds that usually only sang for moonblood offerings or circled above dying kings- Simon remembers seeing them when Queen Mother publicly slaughtered the late King- came when you called, soothed by your voice as you hummed something heartbreakingly human.
And now, you scolded one when it snapped too eagerly at another. “Mind your manners! There’s enough for everyone!”
Simon nearly groaned aloud. Not from annoyance- but from the pressure building in his chest. Like a curse long slumbering. He needed to pull you close, squeeze your soft safe between his hands- ugh.
You were not cloaked in fae glamour. You did not drip moonlight from your lashes or speak in riddles.
And yet… all the old trees leaned subtly toward you; he didn’t tell the others of that, nor of this occasion, and instead cradled in the space between his ribs just for himself.
But things like you- tender, strange, human- don’t stay hidden long. Not when you were the Queen.
The next week, Johnny found you curled into the window seat of the great hall. Sunset painted molten gold across the high walls, catching in the floating motes of pollen-dust that always drifted lazily through the wings of the palace, especially in spring. You were barefoot again, your legs tucked beneath you like a child’s, nose buried in a battered mortal book whose cover had long since faded.
You were snorting with laughter- head tossed back, a hand slapping your knee like you couldn’t help it. The crown you’d worn that morning, spiked with garnets and bone, lay forgotten on a nearby table, half-buried under a folded shawl of spider-silk.
Johnny was halfway across the hall before he realized he was moving. He stopped only when your laughter faded and you turned, eyes crinkled and warm, still in the cozy world within your book.
He fled.
And sulked about it for the rest of the day. He was a creature of battle, of storms and songs sung in blood. A King’s advisor. He was not supposed to be enchanted by the softness of your laugh, the little crinkles in your eyes. Yet it was all he could see whenever he closed his eyes for the new hours.
It got worse when Kyle caught you in the kitchens; the palace’s heart at night was strange- lamplit with flame-flowers that opened only after sundown, their petals flickering like winking eyes. Everything pulsed with magic, every door could lead to a dream or a trap. Yet there you were, barefoot again (why were you always barefoot? Did you maids not ensure your comfort?) sneaking across tiled mosaics made from the bones of long-dead sea beasts, clutching a slice of chocolate cake like it was sacred.
Kyle froze. The moth that lived in your sleeve- the little beast could change its size- blinked sleepily at him. You looked up, wide-eyed, and your sheepish grin dimmed but you still held on and raised your chin.
“… You won’t tell?”
He gave you another piece.
Then sat outside your door later that night, staring up at the star-swallowed sky, and didn’t sleep a wink. Glowy and Thrain kept him company by glowing and growling at him, respectively.
John, then, watched you handle the court with a precision that could slice a man in half. You were everything they’d hoped a human queen wouldn’t be- poised, unreadable, willing to he adorned in thorns and black petals that whispered curses in dead languages, not making enough mistakes for them to consider throwing you back to the human kingdom. The fae bent for you, even when they didn’t want to. Because you were a good Queen- and you were slowly gathering supporters.
And then he found you, days later, curled in an oversized dress by the fireplace in your study.
You weren’t weeping. But your eyes were red, and Thrain, your antlered beast, had curled around you like a fortress, one massive antler tipped toward the fire. Your giant moth rested across your shoulders, wings twitching dreamily as it glowed soft golden light.
You looked up at him and said, in the voice of someone who had not spoken all day- who had no one to speak to all day:
“I didn’t think it would end that way.”
You said no more after that, but it was just enough to crack open the hollowed, ancient stone of his heart.
They all began to spiral after that, unsurprisingly. Curse you and your frustrating, beloved humanity.
Johnny wouldn’t wear anything you hadn’t touched, and even better if it held the scent of your soaps and perfumes. Kyle started leaving small gifts on your desk- tiny, enchanted things, but useful, and he smiled when he saw you using the little quill that liked to dance across parchment. Simon wouldn’t let anyone stand within a breath of you if they weren’t announced, glaring from behind like death incarnate- as if Thrain wasn’t enough.
And Price began to carry your scarf.
Not visibly, never that. But in the inside pocket of his coat, tucked like a relic he didn’t dare speak of. He’d raise it occasionally, when he was left alone-
And simply kiss its soft wool, and imagine to himself it was your forehead. It woukd suffice until he fixed this terrible mistake they’d made in their treatment and seclusion of you.

Unfamiliar Nobody
You are a witch preparing for winter. Luckily, you have an extra set of hands - if they'd ever help.
Content: Possessive behavior, Semi-Safe/Semi-Sane/Consensual Intimacy, implied (pseudo) cannibalism, Violence and Death, Unhealthy but Happy Relationship

You haven’t been the same since the ritual.
Souls are tricky things, somewhere on that rickety fence between the Seen and Unseen, a bit of practical magic so common that people don’t think much of it.
Souls are like stones or plants. Abundant, but varied. Some are rare and precious, some are beautiful, some are poison. One soul does not weigh the same as another, and the beings that deal in their collection and sale value them differently. Souls aren’t rare and only some of them are powerful.
It’s a narcissistic misconception of humans - even the ones that can perceive beyond the physical world. That a soul is considered precious and coveted and powerful by all things of heaven, hell, and beyond.
Not so.
That said, like a bit of gold or a well-woven blanket, a soul can be commodified. Reshaped and displayed, butchered for parts, sold…
The selling of a soul has its merits, though not many. High risk, high reward sort of gamble. Tempting for clever witches - or desperate ones.
You were neither when you built the summoning circle that night.
You weren’t looking to forge any contracts or make deals beneath that moon. Didn’t expect to invoke any infernal beings or heavenly apparitions with the stars.
Well, best laid plans and all that - not that it had been an especially well laid plan anyway.
Baring your soul that deep into midnight had not yielded the results you intended. Or maybe it had and your expectations were just skewed. Souls are tricky things.
And yours hasn’t been the same since.
You always rouse as the sun begins to set. Late afternoon at the earliest, when most everyone else is finishing their suppers.
You can manage stark daylight, but poorly. It hurts your eyes and prickles your skin. A deep hood and long sleeves does the trick when required, but you don’t make a habit of it if you can help it, if only for the teeth that bury in your throat when you return.
Tend the garden in the dying rays, light the shop candles before night nestles in. Say your blessings, leave your offerings, wriggle out from beneath clingy weight to secure any provisions or materials from the town.
As the temperature cools and the shadows deepen, you settle into your work.
The shop once belonged to an apothecarist. Died in a plague some four decades ago, or so you’ve been told. No one of any skill or natural talent replaced them afterwards. Too frightened, perhaps, of what could be lingering within.
It wasn’t haunted until you (and your shadow) occupied it.
You’ve stocked it up quite nicely now. Herbs and spices, vegetables and fruits, roots and seeds. Thistles hang from the ceiling and bones rattle in the drawers. Mortars and pestles line a wall, weights and measures beneath the counter. Not a single thing labeled or organized, the latter of which disconcerts your… companion.
Fickle is not the word for him, but it’s the one you use.
(And he is a he, at least according to the long, thick cock he crams into you every chance he makes for himself. Though you suppose such trifles as gender are superfluous to nonhumans. A categorical fallacy for your own ease of reference.)
You told him once, that if he did not like the disarray of the shop, he was welcome to rearrange as he saw fit. In response, he left teeth rings around the base of each of your fingers, telling you how easy it would be to bite them off. He didn’t, of course - wouldn’t - but you spent a good portion of that evening updating the inventory logs (sat on that long, thick cock.)
The shop was never reorganized.
Tonight you wake to his tongue, a dark and wicked thing, improbably dexterous, lapping at your thighs.
“Winter comes,” he drawls into your skin. His voice is dredged up from the deepest pit in his chest, scrapes against his throat before nuzzling into your ears.
“I thought so,” you sigh, sleep laden and languorous. “Felt it on the wind yesterday.”
He hums. Or maybe it’s a growl. It’s hard to say when he’s sinking his teeth into the plush of your thigh, though he does it without hurry.
For a creature without definite expiration, there is little need to be hasty.
You click your tongue when he threatens to break skin. His jaw locks like that, just on the verge of taking without being asked. This is his price for greeting the evening with you - or so he claims.
“We’ll have to begin preparations,” you muse to the inky ceiling. “I’ll make a list over tea. You’ll help, won’t you? What kind of winter will it be?”
He relaxes his bite, laps at the iridescent fluid left on your skin. His saliva, or what passes for it in this vaguely human form.
“Long,” he drawls. An unseen thumb rubs circles into your calf. “And frigid.”
You hum, can already see it in your mind. Howling winds and a silent earth. Still and peaceful, little creatures huddled down and hibernating. It was a good, warm, lush summer that promises a sweet, abundant harvest.
“A lot of snow?” you ask, fingers buried in something almost too coarse to be hair.
He unseals his mouth from a fresh, livid mark on your hip. “Da. Snow.”
Your fingertips trail over the gnarled, raised topography of long-healed wounds. Marks that go beyond flesh, wounds of essence. No matter his appearance, he will always be scarred - disfigured, even.
Sometimes you fancy that he was some fearsome fae king or warlord of hell before retiring to become yours.
Sensing the direction of your thoughts, he nips at the meat of your thumb. Draws blood the time. You hook your index finger around a too-sharp canine and shake a bit. He grunts and slides his tongue over the pinprick of blood.
“Any storms?” you ask.
“Two,” he rumbles around your finger. “Maybe three.”
You didn’t used to love winter so. But this will be your third with him. As the climate chills and the nights lengthen, he comes into his patron season. It’s helpful to have a thing of the cold and dark when times are lean and everything (even people) lose their pretty foliage.
“Shall I expect more pelts, then?”
You balked the first time he brought (more) death to your door. Thought him cruel and ruthless. Perhaps he is without you to metamorphose the slaughter into necessity.
Furs for warmth, meat for food, bones for your work. Nothing gone to waste under your care.
“Pelts,” he agrees, “skins, down.”
You trace your thumb over the bridge of his crooked nose, press between his brows when he tries to tilt his head into the warm apex of your thighs. He bares his teeth against your wrist but cannot defy you.
“Tea for that drop of blood,” you bargain.
He sighs deep and vexed. “Mistress.”
Before slithering from your blankets, though, he buries his nose against your pubic mound and takes a deep, noisy inhale.
“Nikto!”
A village girl comes a little after the sun has fully set.
You finished your tea (and bread, for the price of a wet, filthy kiss) while making a list of preparatory chores. Have started grinding up rosemary to replenish your stock.
Nikto senses her before you do, pthalo eyes flicking up. She hesitates at the closed door, poised to knock, then decides against it and simply pushes in.
You pretend as if you’ve just glanced up from your mortar, an easy smile at your visitor.
“Good evening,” you call.
“E-evening,” she replies, lingering in the door.
While you’ve taken measures to keep the air of the shopfront clean and light, it’s something of a fruitless endeavor when Nikto’s made his den here. (Or more accurately, in the room behind the shopfront, where you dwell.)
Still, she only wavers another moment, finding nothing immediately alarming or perilous. She can’t see him lounging on the back counter like a lazy cat.
“Have you need of something?” you ask.
Your easy, friendly tone loosens her shoulders, coaxes her from the doorway.
“I’m here for something for my grandmother?” she says.
You tilt your head. “Anna?”
She blinks. “How did you know?”
Because Nikto grumbled it just now.
“You have her eyes,” you lie. “I have her medication just over here. One moment.”
You turn away to collect the little parcels that make up Anna’s bi-weekly order. Brews for her tea, ointment for her joints. You’ll mix extra as the chill sets in, fewer trips while seeing her through the harsh season.
“Usually Alexei comes to collect these things,” you say.
She rocks back and forth on her heels, a more curious eye trailing over your wares now.
“Mama and I have come to take care of nana. She’s getting older, you know. And this town has better prospects than our old village.”
You hum in agreement, neatly bundling all the items in a cloth and tieing a length of twine to secure it.
“Uncle Alexei is away with papa to finish sorting matters back there.”
“So you and your mother have come ahead, then,” you summarize.
“Mhmm!”
“Well, Anna is lucky to have you. She speaks fondly of you and your mother,” you say.
The girl lights up, cheeks rosy with pride. You slide her grandmother’s order across the counter.
“Anything else?” you ask.
“No, thank you!” she replies, dropping coins into your palm.
You glance at them (overpaid as usual, oh Anna) and sigh fondly.
“Hold on,” you call, “here.”
You pass her a little jar sealed in wax. She accepts it with a bemused smile.
“What is it?”
“For travel sores, when your father and Alexei return.”
She absolutely beams. Any apprehension she had when entering your shop is long melted away.
“Thank you, Miss!” she chirps, waving, and sweeps out the door.
Niko pounces in an instant, arms so tight around your waist that you don’t even stumble from the force.
“What’s gotten into you this time?” you ask.
“You were thinking of those men,” he grumbles. You’d call it childish if he wasn’t damn near mauling your neck.
“They’re well-paying customers,” you scoff, “and more good will is never remiss.”
He snarls, but moves on quickly. “You were so kind to that little girl. She had stars in her eyes.”
You hum in question, surprised.
“Makes me think of you with little ones. Younger ones.” He’s near rambling, drool soaking into the collar of your dress. “My brood. Clinging to your skirts and your hips. Getting sticky hands in the beeswax.”
You huff out a startled laugh. “You’re thinking of babies?”
He moans into your ear, pressed tight to your back. Broad palms knead at your lower abdomen.
“Little voices calling ‘mama’. They would all adore you, want to be just like you. Mother is god in the hearts of children.”
“All?” you repeat, twisting to stare owlishly. “How many is ‘all’?”
“As many as you will let me breed into you.”
Another laugh escapes you, a bit bewildered. He’s never spoken like this before, never seemed interested at all by the women (or their husbands) that come to the shop to ease their pregnancies or births.
“You couldn’t stand to share my attention,” you scoff. Which is to say nothing of it even being a possibility. You’re not sure that you and he could produce viable offspring.
He pauses, nose in your hair, considering.
Finally, he grunts, “Maybe.”
You’d thought so.
It’s not just the change in your natural sleep rhythms. You crave the iron of raw meat and inhale deep the burn of black smoke. Sometimes, you’re too preoccupied with the spill of ink on parchment, or the length and depth of shadows.
Subtle things, perhaps. A change beneath the skin, in the dark parts of your eyes.
You used to ask your questions in the sun, and look for the answers in the bloom of flowers or swirls of clouds. Now you whisper into abyssal shadows and they whisper back with a man’s rasp.
Not everyone can see it, the unusual glint in your eyes or the sharp edge to your smile. For those that do, it’s something of an open secret - that you provide more than helpful tonic and tinctures for common ailments.
A serum against pregnancy. A syrup for unkind spouses. Cut cords for bad friends and bent coins for poor business partners.
Tonight it’s the smith’s daughter. She’s just come into adulthood this past spring. A crown of youth on her brow, vitality draped around her shoulders. Darkened, this eve, by deals made with her as the currency. You see it beneath the sweep of her skirt, a chain of her father’s own making, a key in the hand of the mayor’s son. It drags her step in your doorway, rattling along the wood floors.
“Irina,” you greet.
She doesn’t admit it right away, demuring to purchase her father’s usual burn salve. You don’t pry, instead taking your time to spoon the thick, cloudy mixture into a small jar.
“You’ve…”
You tilt your head to show your attention, expression open. She clears her throat, smooths her skirt, tries again.
“My father designs to wed me to Boris.”
She blurts it like the words escaped between the gaps in her teeth, looks shocked in their wake You flick Nikto a reproachful glance.
“Is that so?” you reply mildly, as neutral as you can manage.
“I don’t want to,” she whispers, as though it is a shameful secret. But there is little shame to be found in your presence, and when your expression only reflects polite interest, she repeats herself, stronger. “I don’t want to. Boris is a coward and his father is…”
Mean. Lascivious. A bastard with a heavy hand and wine for blood, kind only to coin.
You don’t make her say it all aloud, you’ve heard it just fine.
“Is it an ear you’re after?” you ask. “I’ll listen.”
You do not offer more. It is something she must request of her own will. For your sake as much as hers.
It only takes another breath for her to gather the courage.
“Would you help me?”
“I would.”
You don’t jump as Nikto pours himself over your shoulders, teeth already scraping the nape of your neck. He’s hard and insistent against your spine, where scars of his teeth have begun to blossom. You sense that you’ll have a new notch for the collection soon, already feel slick and achy with the promise of his maw.
“What will it cost?” Irina asks, fidgety.
Your cunt three times over. Your blood on my tongue. Your juices down my throat.
“That will depend on our solution,” you say over Nikto’s sibilant entreaties.
Irina’s brow furrows. “Not coin?”
“Maybe coin,” you correct. “Do you want any of these three men dead?”
She startles, pales. Nikto groans in your ear, hips jerking hard, cock catching on the laces of your corset. Irina mistakes the sound for your shop settling, eyes flicking nervously around as if either of you will be caught.
“N-no!” she answers. “No, that’s too - I just want papa to change his mind. O-or for Boris to… to wed someone else. Is that wicked of me?”
You shake your head, soften your smile to ease her conscience. Once upon a time, you stood on the other side of the counter like she is now.
“Then coin won’t be necessary. I have a different price.”
Her shoulders lower, just a bit, curiosity where she should be wary. Coin is a paltry payment in comparison to things a creature like you could request instead.
“What is it?”
“Scrap from your father’s forge, as much as you can manage, and whatever Boris gave you for your hand. Bring them to me tomorrow night.”
You fish a shirt button from beneath the counter. Prick your thumb on a needle and press the droplet of blood that wells into the smooth surface.
“This is a contract of my services,” you explain as it dries in the open air. Nikto inhales deep and ravenous, tongue flicking over the shell of your ear.
“If you take this, there is no going back. Do you understand?”
Irina hesitates; she’s always been a smart girl. That’s why she knew to come to you.
“What happens if I don’t come back with the payment?”
You flick a glance at Nikto, but he’s too busy toying with the ribbon around your throat. Patience fraying with each beat of your heart.
“Even I don’t know, but I’d rather neither of us find out, yes?”
“Alright. I understand.”
She accepts the bloodied button and drops it into the pocket of her frock.
“Tomorrow,” she promises, and steals out into the night.
Nikto bends you over the counter, heavy body flattening you to the polished wood. It’s unnaturally warm beneath your cheek. You suck in as much air as you can while he paws at the hidden parts in your skirts. He growls to find you wet and willing (always, regardless of what your mouth says) between your thighs.
“Tithe,” he rasps, sinking to his knees.
Massive arms snake around your thighs as he finds his home between them. Buries his nose in the soft crop of curls so that his tongue and lips and teeth can partake in the sweet offerings below.
“All this for a severed tether?” you gasp, hips twitching in a bid to escape the too much, too fast, too good of it all.
His grip does not relent. On the contrary, it only tightens, dragging you down to smother himself in your cunt.
“Yes,” he hisses.
He takes and takes and takes. Sucks your clit until it’s throbbing at the slightest touch. Licks at the rim of your cunt, forcing his tongue deeper and deeper. Impossibly deep, until you feel the tip of it curl against the hard wall of your cervix, the root of it as thick as two of his fingers.
Your knees have long given out, your voice but a weak trill in your throat. It’s only when he hears you sniffling that he wrenches himself away.
“Give me,” he demands, surging up.
Laves that slick, black, inhuman tongue up your jaw, over your cheek. Doubles back to swipe at half-dried tears that dripped down your neck and onto your hands. He makes an obscene sound when the salt mixes with the dried blood on the pad of your thumb.
“I want to eat you,” he snarls, baring his teeth against the tender veins of your wrist.
“Maybe one day,” you pant, “when I’ve passed on. You can have my corpse.”
His eyes snap open, a manic rage burning so hot it feels cold.
“Never,” he snarls, cruel fingers plunging into your tender cunt.
You cry out and grip onto his shoulders, fresh tears sliding down your hot cheeks. There is no mercy in Nikto, not even for you. He strokes and pets your walls relentlessly, abusing all the sensitive places he’s long mapped out. Brutal as the muscles in his arm bunch and jump with the pace and force of it.
“Never,” he repeats. Teeth in your throat but you can still hear his voice. It’s so loud and rough that glass rattles. “Just like this. You stay just like this for me. Mine, all mine. Always. My little witch.”
He makes you cum on his fingers, then jerks his angry cock using your release to ease the way. Spends himself in burning, sticky ropes directly onto your clit. As you drag in ragged breaths, he draws his sigil inside your cunt with your mixed fluids.
The bond has long been formed, there is no need to renew it. Your soul is no more or less his than before. You still shiver with the memory, an echo of the sublime sensation of your soul taking new shape. Making room for something else to lace through it.
“S-someone is coming,” you whimper, weak in every sense.
“Dmitiri,” Nikto answers. You knew who it was, of course, but you don’t think he would abide you saying any other name right now.
“Leave his order on the counter and make sure he pays,” you sigh, limping away in search of water.
Nikto may be a bastard, but he manages to follow your orders most of the time.
Irina returns the next evening with all that you asked. A bucket of metal scraps and shavings. In a little velvet pouch, a simple gold engagement ring.
“The button too,” you request.
Nikto, raven-shaped this evening, swoops in to snatch it from her fingers. She yelps, moon-eyed as he perches on a tall shelf and swallows the button down his scarred gullet.
“Should… should it eat that?” she asks.
You don’t even glance at him. “Too late now, isn’t it?”
She doesn’t look amused so you laugh softly and assure her, “He’ll be alright. He’s done it before.”
You turn away, scooping up the items for the spell.
“Now then, take this pin. Carve your name into one candle, and Boris’s name into the other,” you instruct.
“Which one is which?” she asks, a green candle in one hand.
“Your choice,” you reply simply.
When she’s done as you ask, you tie a piece of twine between the two, about halfway down. Set them on a metal plate facing each other and light first Irina’s, then Boris’s.
“Pull up that stool. Watch the candles burn down to the wick.”
It takes nearly an hour. You keep half an eye on it. Watch the candle meant to represent Boris start to eat at the twine, a slow encroachment towards the midpoint. Only for Irina’s flame to latch onto its end of the tie and scorch through the knot, the remaining length falling away.
Irina gasps softly, glances up to find you already watching. Studiously turns back to observe the remainder of the melt.
In the meantime, you continue forming the other half of your spell. Irina has been too preoccupied to notice the raven’s disappearance. Nikto is behind you again, guiding your hands to carve the woodblock in neat little peels. His fingers are threaded between yours, dripping raw power that you shape with intent. If Irina were to look, it would just seem that the candlelight casts strange shadows down your forearms.
When the candles have burned down to nothing, and Irina turns to you expectantly, you press a finger to your lips.
“Do not speak again until sunrise. When you get home, throw this into the hearth, as deep as you can get it. No trace of it will remain, rest assured.”
You press the carved wooden key into her palm. Her eyes trace the unfamiliar runes in wonder, but she keeps her silence and takes her leave with one final, grateful nod.
It is only just past midnight, but you yawn. The connection between Irina and Boris was not a strong one, but severing the covetous teeth of the mayor’s greed was tedious.
He has a weakness for fair hair and light eyes - both qualities passed down to Irina in lovely spades. Qualities his own wife doesn’t possess, but he would gladly see in his son’s if he had his way.
“Nikto.”
“All for a severed tether,” he purrs.
You tsk at him, shove his face away when he tries to steal a kiss.
“Finish the spell and then you will be rewarded,” you huff, waving him off. “Useless thing.”
He moans softly, eyes burning into you. “Useless,” he agrees, sharp teeth grazing your cheek. “Worthless.”
“Out with you. We’ve not all night,” you chastise.
He sinks slowly into the shadows; his eyes are the last to disappear.
Winter preparations are well under way.
A small mountain of firewood is steadily accumulating in the backyard, stacking higher and wider by the day. You’ve already finished harvesting the last of the garden, drying, preserving, and pickling by the jar. Have knitted half a dozen more shawls and socks with thick wool yarn.
Cough medicines, warming tinctures, lotions and ointments. You’re accumulating your winter remedies along the back wall and in crates beneath the counter, well-stocked for the town and smaller surrounding villages that frequent your shop.
Thus far, Nikto has brought you two pelts, and promised two more before the season truly sets in. A new pillow has also been added to your nest bed, a puffy, heavy thing of feathered down and cotton.
You like it so much that you bounce on Nikto’s cock until morning when he brings it to you, spitting into his mouth whenever he opens it in supplication. You drop lavender buds into the casing and breathe it deep as he lays you down after daybreak. It makes an excellent throne for your pelvis when you’re too worn (or over-pleasured) to hold yourself up any longer.
Still, as promising as your preparations are, you need items unavailable even in town. The journey to the nearest city is one day's (or night’s) walk there, and another back. Well worth the trouble.
Nikto has no particular affection for any dwelling, so long as it’s yours. He’s just as eager to travel as you are.
Before nightfall, you drop off any orders expected in your absence, and receive well wishes from your customers. No one asks why you are traveling alone at night. No one warns you that it would be too dangerous.
Nikto accompanies you along the well-trod road, a hooded figure more likely to be mistaken for the grim reaper than your familiar. He’s human enough if you don’t look at him for too long. A tall man thick with muscle, broad-shouldered, built for labor. Likely malformed beneath the scarf hiding his features below those blue eyes - or perhaps just shy.
Just don’t try to peer into the depths of that hood, or ponder that mysterious scarf for too long. The moon acts as a strange prism, waters down the light into eerie refractions. One might start to imagine sharp teeth peeking through ripped lips. Or glimpse poorly sewn hills of flesh, nothing but dark, empty space between the seams.
Luckily, there are no travelers on the road this late into the night. Any errant gaze is that of night creatures, and those know well to avoid the shadow at your side - and you by extension.
The trip into the city is no great adventure, but you weren’t looking for one. Nikto, you sense, is something almost like disappointed. You arrive in the small hours of the morning, just as the earliest risers have begun their day.
The innkeeper seems surprised by such an early (or late) guest, but is happy enough to welcome you in. Bread has yet to be bought from the baker, but there’s stew that’s been simmering overnight. It’s warm and hearty and thick. You eat two bowls with a cup of peach wine, pay for food and board for the next two days, and retire to the second story of rooms.
The bed is not nearly as comfortable as yours. The blankets are thin and woven, though they are layered enough to be warm. The mattress and pillow are both straw - comfortable by most standards, but a poor substitute for your cotton and wool and furs and down.
You make due on Nikto’s rumbling chest (prideful that you miss what he has so diligently provided) and let yourself drift into slumber.
At midday, you wake. City merchants aren’t accustomed to your odd hours, and you don’t want anything to be out of stock - you’re not the only one that’s made the journey for winter.
Luckily, it’s an overcast day and the sun isn’t too obnoxious when you venture out. You get a sweet bun from the bakery to tide your hunger while you shop. Follow Nikto’s whispering for directions, or to pick the best items of any selection. Spoil yourself a bit on honey from abroad and a new grimoire.
Return to the inn at the brightest part of the day for a nap. Rouse again in the late afternoon for more exploring and shopping, as well as a drink at one of the alehouses.
You’ve no friends in the city - or anywhere, really, for that matter. But being surrounded by good spirits and bright noise provides an unusual source of energy. There’s a band to watch and strong drink, some gambling that you amuse yourself meddling in from afar.
There are eyes on you, but there always are in such a busy place. You tend to attract very few gazes, but the ones you do will return time and time again, musing at the lone figure by the wall. None are brave enough to approach - especially not when it grows dark enough for Nikto to reveal himself.
Even he is in unusual form, telling you stories of a bygone time. A time when perhaps he was more finite than he is now. He uses names you’ve heard before, in passing, and chuckles at exploits more mortal than he deigns to participate in now. You like to hear it, like to provide him with the excess buzzing in your veins.
When the crowd begins to thin, you take your leave. He stays at your side (always too close, nearly underfoot) all the way to the inn, and is waiting in your room when you come up with the meal. He manhandles you into his lap and feeds you with his fingers, pours water into your mouth from his.
You stave him off until your food settles, and then he’s taking you into his lap. Has you twice before you doze off. Wakes you three hours later with his tongue lapping at your swollen folds. Has you twice more before you settle in properly until dawn.
The second day passes in much the same fashion as the first. Your indulgence this time is a pretty, slender knife, a length of ribbon, and a simple burgundy frock. The combination has Nikto salivating by the time you return to your room to rest. Not that there’s much to be had with you splayed out over your new garment, his hands and mouth and cock working you over until a puddle of slick and cum forms beneath your writhing bodies.
You send him to wash the stains in annoyance, and it’s returned seemingly pristine - though he gloats that the scent of your coupling remains. At least to him.
Nasty creature.
“If I get tired, you will be carrying me,” you huff on the road home.
He nuzzles his nose into your temple, a silent assurance that you need only say the word.
Halfway there, a band of highwaymen makes the fatal mistake of trying to ambush the two of you. Aware that anyone coming from the city will be laden with coins or goods, they would be correct if you were anyone else.
You click your tongue, steps never faltering.
“Kill anyone that’s taken an innocent,” you call over your shoulder.
“Mistress,” Nikto churrs into the air, breath so cold it sinks in the chilly air.
An unnatural growl reverberates off the trees. You don’t spare a glance behind you, steps easy and light, crunching over dead leaves and dry twigs.
A hand lands on your shoulder - heavy… and then not. Heat splatters and soaks into your sleeve, dripping down towards your wrist. The severed arm falls with a wet, fleshy thump.
Always so messy.
You tilt your head, veer off the road and follow your intuition until you find a stream. Humming, you shed your clothes and saunter into the gentle current. It’s frigid, only just unfrozen. You sigh, minding your step for slippery rocks as you wade deeper. The water rises past your scratched calves, over bitten thighs, soothes your well-used cunt and the bruises on your hips. Tingles over the silvery flesh of your scarred back until it’s nearly to your breasts.
Only then does the water darken around you.
Nikto’s hand closes around your wrist, draws your arm back until he can lick away the smears of a stranger’s blood.
Feast before the season’s famine.
You moan softly at the drag of his serpentine tongue along your skin. The ball of your shoulder, the curve of your tricep and bicep. Tickling the bend of your elbow… up your forearm… and wrist. Twisting between each digit. You lean into the sturdy pillar of his body until his other arm curls around your waist. You stand with him in the water like that, cradled by shadow and bathed in moonlight.
He is never hasty, but tonight he’s unusually slow. Almost lazy.
Wait, no. Not lazy.
Deliberate.
Each flick of his tongue, scrape of teeth, brush of lips is applied with the same care and reverence afforded to an altar.
You tilt your head to rest against his shoulder, bare your throat. Peer through lidded eyes at the thick fingers twining with yours.
It’s as if he plunged his hands into a fireplace and didn’t care to dust away the charcoal and ash afterwards. It fades at the forearm into alabaster. In the crease of his elbow, it looks like he has ink for blood. You know from experience that it tastes of almonds and tannins, heavy on the tongue like thick wine.
You let him lay you down on the bank, dry and clean. He pampers you on his cock with slow, languid rolls of his hips. Grinds deep, pulls out only halfway to massage the head into that sweet spot over and over until you’re shuddering apart with a deep, heavy moan. He finishes on your stomach and thighs, drawing symbols into your skin before rubbing it in.
“Nikto,” you croon, thumb drawing a line down the left side of his face. From forehead, over his eye, down to the corner of his mouth where there’s an unnatural split. He lets you scrape your nail against the big canine, amusing yourself on the sharper bicuspid just beside it. “My Nikto.”
He purrs into your chest, drooling down your sternum.
“Who do you belong to?” he asks.
You smile, indulgent.
“I belong to Nobody.”

There is a possibility of a second part. Maybe. If that's something people want.

Thinking very hard about Logan talking you through it

He knows you're close ultimately before you do. Seasoned by his many years of life, your tells are specific but not impossible to discern.
It's different each time he's come to realize. A different scent to you based on the mood you're in, how quickly he brings you there, your vulnerability, and how he speaks to you.
Logan's a greedy man. He knows that. And he knew as soon as the first time it'd happened that he shamelessly selfish in getting what he wanted.
You smell like cinnamon and vanilla and fuck if it wasn't better than all the drugs he'd ever tried combined.
A part of him still thinks he might be chasing your high.
He learned quickly how to manipulate you to get different responses. Testing out what you react to and which scent meant what.
When it's a euphoric intimacy, the smell of cinnamon and vanilla isn't so strong. It's diluted some, like a soft cloudy mist.
More emotionally frustrated intimacy smells far more tart, almost coppery. It often reminds him of blood in his mouth, soaking into his lungs and taste buds like tar.
When you're in a far more glum mood, you smell like rain on cement. He's starved for it.
You're so pretty beneath him. Eyes lidded and swollen lips parted loosely as he scissors his middle and forefinger against your velvet walls.
Logan bumps his palm against your clit and you let you a gasp – your hand jumping from the bedsheets to grip his forearm.
"Right there, huh?"
You can hear the smirk in his voice and you give him a nod at that, tucking your chin to your chest as he moves his other hand to press one of your thighs upwards to where your knee almost hits your breast.
He slips his hand from your cunt, moving to pull your other hand to hold your own thighs to your chest.
Wordlessly, he kneels and pulls you by your hips to the edge of the bed before hooking his arms around your waist.
Without warning, he runs the flat of his tongue up the length of your cunt to your clit with a deep hum.
You know he can feel you shiver beneath him by the way he smiles against the sopping folds of your cunt.
"Feel good?" He chuckles softly, looking up at you from between your thighs.
You're reduced to broken whines and choked gasps, but you manage a hum in response, readjusting your grip on the backs of your thighs as Logan slips his tongue past your folds.
You smell of faint cinnamon.
"Lo," you sigh, throwing your arm over your eyes with a chipped whine.
Logan hums into your cunt, the sharp of his nose rocking back and forth against your clit.
He unwraps his arm from around your waist, reaching upwards to weave your hands together with a soft squeeze.
"Haa... ahh." Your voice grows watery as Logan brings you closer to the edge.
"M'close, Lo," you breathe, readjusting your hand on your thigh to keep it close to your chest.
"I know, sweetie." He circles his tongue around your bundle of nerves before blowing a stream of air onto your clit, "m'gonna get you there."
When he sucks on your clit again, you're cumming almost immediately with a shiver that simmers itself down your spine to your toes.
"There we go. It's a big one, huh."
A wave of vanilla woven with cinnamon washes over him and he nearly cums in his jeans.
You hear Logan before you've noticed he's moved from between your legs to stand above you, thumb circling your clit softly.
Whining, you turn your head into his forearm beside you.
"Doin' so good, sweetie," He coos, stroking his hand, still held by your own, down the side of your face before placing a kiss on your temple.
Your smell is much more prominent there, as though it travels through the roots of your hair and tickles itself through your soft skin.
Another shiver runs down your spine, causing the air on your arms and the nape of your neck to stand.
"Need you." You sob, voice muffled by the skin of his arm.
He settles down beside you on the bed, chin propped up on the flat of his right palm, squeezing your hand with his.
"You're okay."
The vanilla sinners throughout the room, and he swears he can see it in the dust that floats past the Amber hues of his room.

“All the little things”
summary: Spencer shows his love through small, everyday acts of service—making your coffee just right, folding your laundry, stocking your favorite snacks—all quiet ways of saying “I love you” without needing the words.
warnings: Fluff, Slice of Life, acts of service, reader getting sick, Spencer being dreamy
Living with Spencer Reid meant noticing the details.
Not the dramatic ones—the sweeping romantic gestures, the overly flowery confessions, or the movie-style declarations of love. That wasn’t his style. What was his style was quieter. Simpler. And, honestly? So much better.
You saw it first in the small things.
Every morning, when you stumbled into the kitchen barely awake, your travel mug was already full—coffee, two sugars, a splash of oat milk. Spencer never asked. He just remembered.
You used to make a joke about it. “Are you reading my mind again, Dr. Reid?”
He would smile softly, always with that slightly bashful look, and say, “No, I just… pay attention.”
You never had to ask him to do the laundry. Not because it was his chore—there was never any scorekeeping—but because he always noticed when you were exhausted after a long day at the Bureau. He’d quietly sort it after dinner, folding your favorite sleep shirt last so it stayed warm when he handed it to you.
He even did it the right way—sleeves tucked in, tags folded so they wouldn’t itch your skin.
Once, after a particularly hard case, you came home and found that he had already stocked the fridge with your comfort food. Mac and cheese, those overpriced ginger sodas you liked, your favorite chocolate from that specialty store two blocks over.
“Don’t tell me you profiled me at the grocery store,” you teased, collapsing onto the couch with a tired sigh.
He smiled, setting a bowl in front of you. “You don’t have to be a profiler to know what someone needs when you love them.”
You melted on the spot.
He always made sure your phone charger was plugged in before bed, even if you’d tossed it somewhere during the day. He bookmarked your latest reads so you never lost your place. He even color-coded your shared calendar—purple for your work, blue for his, green for nights off together.
The first time you got sick while living together, you tried to brush it off. “It’s just a cold, Spence. I’m fine.”
But he didn’t buy it. He’d already rearranged his schedule, made a thermos of lemon tea, and queued up your favorite comfort show on the TV.
“You need to rest,” he said simply, sitting beside you with a tissue box and a book in hand. “I’ll be right here.”
And he was.
All day.
You weren’t even surprised when he showed up at work with a second umbrella because he checked the forecast and knew you’d forget yours. Or when your car mysteriously got new windshield wipers after you casually mentioned they were squeaky.
One night, you were both curled up on the couch, the quiet hum of the city outside your window, and he was rubbing small circles into your back without even realizing it. You turned to him and asked, “Why do you always do so much for me?”
He blinked, like it was a strange question. “Because you matter to me.”
You stared at him, heart full. “You know, you don’t have to do any of this.”
He smiled again—soft, sure, a little sheepish. “I know. That’s why I want to.”
It hit you then. His love wasn’t loud. It was consistent. Reliable. Woven into the rhythm of your daily life in ways you didn’t always notice until you paused long enough to look.
Spencer’s love language wasn’t about words or gifts or grand gestures. It was about checking the tires on your car before a long drive. About picking up your prescription on the way home. About learning how you like your eggs even though he never eats breakfast.
It was acts of service. Every day. Quietly. Faithfully.
And every time he refilled your water bottle without being asked or plugged in your curling iron because you were running late or made sure you never ran out of the lavender lotion you liked… you fell a little more in love with him.
Not because he was trying to impress you.
But because he wasn’t.

Hoop Dancing.
So, the thing about hoop dancing (a rare form of dance typically shared by the indigenous plains folk of North America ((I'm most familiar with a few Lakota dancers))) is that a hoop can represent many things. One hoop can symbolize the individual, beginnings or potential. It could also represent the sun or the moon. And many hoops, like what Cyrus is holding, could mean a flower, family, the world. Could be life or death or unity. It all depends on the dancer and the audience.
[Image Description: A digital drawing of Dorian Storm and Cyrus Wyvernwind from Critical Role. The two brothers are hoop dancing with golden hoops. Dorian is in the forefront holding his one hoop up in his left hand and looking towards the sun with an expressing of grief on his face. The wind tosses his hair and his cape back and the sun shines on his gold accessories. Cyrus is facing away, standing in shadow with six hoops woven in a circle. His arms are above his head and his eyes are blocked by one of the hoops. He is placed lower than Dorian, so that very little sunlight meets him. The background is a very fluffy white cloud on a blue background, it is rendered in a blocky style and on an overlay over the clouds is a rainbow. END ID]

AO3 | Masterlist
The scent of crushed herbs and simmering elixirs curled through the air, thick with magic and lingering heat from the flickering candlelight. You moved swiftly through your workshop, the sleeves of your robe pushed up to your elbows, hands busy grinding a handful of dried hibiscus petals into a fine powder. The pestle moved in slow, rhythmic circles, a familiar motion that should have been meditative but your mind wandered.
The cauldron in the centre of the room bubbled gently, its contents shimmering with an iridescent sheen. A single drop of the wrong ingredient could shift its purpose entirely, and yet, despite knowing this, you barely spared it a glance as you reached for a vial of honey-thick nectar resting beside you. You were distracted.
It wasn’t your fault, not really.
Not when two succubi shared your home, moving like sin incarnate through your space, leaving temptation in their wake as effortlessly as breathing. Agatha and Rio were creatures of hunger—lust woven into the very fabric of their existence—and while they spared you from their predatory nature, they did nothing to temper the pull of their presence.
And, as if conjured by your thoughts alone, Rio’s laughter drifted in from the other room.
It was a warm, low sound, filled with mischief, the kind of laugh that always meant trouble. You exhaled through your nose, setting the vial down with careful precision. Whatever she was up to, it was best not to get involved. Not when you were this close to finishing your work.
The love potion had been an afterthought—a test, an experiment, something to keep stored away for research rather than practical use. You had no intention of actually using it. Succubi had no need for artificial desire; their own abilities surpassed anything that could be brewed in a bottle. Still, curiosity had led you to concoct it, blending rare aphrodisiacs with dreamroot essence, a few drops of moon-kissed wine, and a dash of honeyed rose oil.
It was potent. Dangerously so.
And you should have tucked it away the moment you were done, sealed it within a warded chest where it could do no harm. But you hadn’t.
Instead, the vial sat unguarded amidst your collection of more harmless elixirs, the deep crimson liquid glistening under the candlelight. A temptation disguised as an innocent draught.
And, as fate would have it, Rio’s curiosity was as boundless as her appetite.
You didn’t notice when she entered, didn’t see the gleam of intrigue in her sharp golden eyes as she plucked the vial from its resting place. The moment your back was turned, she lifted it to inspect the contents, swirling the liquid idly.
It smelt… expensive. Rich. Decadent, like spiced fruit and something dangerously sweet. Her forked tongue flicked out, tasting the air, and her pupils dilated with interest.
This was new.
She liked new things.
Without a second thought, she slipped out of the workshop, the vial tucked between her fingers, her mind already racing with the possibilities.
—
Agatha was lounging in the sitting room when Rio found her, half-draped across the velvet couch, one arm resting lazily over the back. She looked every inch the predator she was, dark eyes hooded with a perpetual, knowing smirk tugging at the corner of her lips. She was dressed down, her usual structured coat abandoned in favour of her half-unbuttoned shirt and loose slacks. Her feet were bare, her hair still mussed from sleep, yet she exuded control.
Rio slid up beside her, draping herself over the armrest with casual ease. "Brought you something," she purred, twirling the bottle between her fingers before offering it up with a smug grin.
Agatha arched a brow, reaching for it without hesitation. "What’s this?"
"Something Y/N made," Rio hummed, watching as Agatha uncorked the vial. "Figured it’s one of their fancy elixirs. Thought you might like it."
Agatha inhaled slowly, rolling the scent over her tongue. There was something odd about it, but it wasn’t unpleasant. On the contrary, it smelt delicious. A rush of warmth tingled at the back of her throat, her body responding instinctively before she had even taken a sip.
Rio should have stopped her.
She could have stopped her.
But she didn’t.
She just watched as Agatha tipped the bottle back and swallowed it whole.
It hit her like wildfire.
One moment, Agatha was lounging with an air of effortless control, and the next, she was bolting upright, her spine going rigid, her pupils blown wide.
Heat. Unrelenting, all-consuming heat.
She sucked in a breath through her teeth, her claws digging into the upholstery as she gripped the edge of the cushion, bracing herself. The burn was instantaneous, roaring through her veins, pooling deep in her core.
What the fuck—
Her mind reeled, but her body knew exactly what it wanted.
She was starving.
It was wrong, unnatural. Succubi didn’t need help feeling desire—they were desire—and yet, whatever had been in that vial had amplified her hunger tenfold. Her tail flicked behind her restlessly, her breath coming short and sharp, and her fangs throbbed with the urge to sink into something soft, something pliant.
Rio blinked at her, watching as her typically controlled partner came undone in real-time. "Uh… Ags?"
Agatha snapped her gaze toward her, and Rio visibly stiffened.
Agatha was never desperate. She was the calm one, the controlled one, the one who always kept her hunger in check. But not now.
Now, her pupils were nothing but thin golden rings swallowed by black, her lips parted just enough to reveal the sharp gleam of her canines, her chest rising and falling far too quickly.
Rio’s fingers twitched involuntarily, her own body reacting to the shift in the air. Power, heat, and lust. The room was suddenly thick with it, suffocating, heavy enough to drown in.
And then, as if realising exactly what had happened, Agatha turned her head toward the workshop—toward you.
Her tongue darted out to wet her lips. "I need them," she growled, voice lower, rougher, her control already slipping.
Rio exhaled sharply, eyes widening. "Oh. Oh."
For the first time in centuries, she might have actually fucked up.
And you were about to find out just how badly.
—
You felt the air in the cottage thicken, charged with something potent—something unnatural. It slithered through the dimly lit space like invisible smoke, curling around you, settling into your lungs with every breath you took.
Something was wrong.
The magic in the walls whispered warnings, the candles flickering wildly in their holders despite the absence of a breeze. Your body reacted before your mind could catch up, an instinctual prickle at the back of your neck telling you that something powerful had been unleashed.
And then you felt two ravenous, predatory forces—one sharp and crackling like lightning, the other slow-burning and consuming like an ever-hungry fire. The tether between you thrummed, an invisible thread of magic stretched taut, vibrating with a heat that wasn’t entirely your own.
You turned just as Agatha stepped into the doorway.
Her composure—her usual air of effortless, knowing control—was shattered. What stood before you wasn’t the measured, cunning succubus who prided herself on restraint. No, this was something else entirely.
Her pupils were nothing but dark pools, golden irises reduced to thin, molten rings. Her breathing was slow and deliberate, like a creature struggling to leash itself, though every inhale seemed to make it worse. Her normally neat attire was in disarray, her shirt rumpled, collar askew as though she’d clawed at her own skin in a desperate attempt to cool herself down.
She looked starved.
A soft thud behind her signalled Rio’s arrival, and when your gaze flickered past Agatha, you found her in a similar state—if not worse.
Unlike Agatha, who was still barely clinging to her composure, Rio was already half-feral. Her lips were parted, sharper fangs glinting in the candlelight. Her tail lashed behind her, the spade-shaped tip curling, uncurling, betraying the sheer magnitude of her agitation.
And when she exhaled—you felt it.
A heat coiled low in your gut, winding itself around your ribs, pressing. It wasn’t meant to be for you, not directly—you were not prey, you were not a target—but their hunger had grown too wild, too untethered, and their instincts didn’t care for the technicalities.
Agatha’s fingers flexed at her sides, her knuckles nearly white with restraint. Barely leashed, barely holding on.
“Y/N.”
Your name came out low, more exhale than word, more prayer than plea.
And by the Divine Mother, that was dangerous because succubi didn’t beg. Succubi took.
Your pulse quickened, but not from fear. This wasn’t the carefully measured seduction you were used to. It wasn’t playful temptation—the slow game they so often relished—this was raw.
Primal.
Uncontrolled.
You swallowed hard, taking a slow, deliberate step toward them, and the reaction was instantaneous.
Rio’s breath hitched; she crossed and uncrossed her arms, as though trying to shield herself from the unbearable ache thrumming through her body. Agatha’s jaw clenched, her fingers twitching like she wanted to reach for you but knew she shouldn’t.
"Tell me what happened," you said, voice steady despite the way the energy licked at your skin, despite the way your own magic—so much weaker than theirs, so mortal—shuddered under the pressure of it.
Rio let out a breathless, shaky laugh, but it held none of her usual mirth. "Funny story," she muttered. "I may have… kind of… accidentally… given Agatha a potion."
You frowned, tilting your head. "What potion?"
Agatha’s nails dug into the doorframe, her chest rising and falling, every breath seeming to cost her something. "The one you left on your desk."
And just like that, realisation slammed into you.
The love potion.
The highly concentrated, dangerously potent love potion.
The one not meant for actual consumption—especially not by creatures who already thrived on desire.
Oh.
Oh, fuck.
Your stomach dropped, your breath hitching, not in fear but in sheer, undeniable understanding.
Succubi were designed to handle lust. It was their nature, their essence. But they were also designed to control it. To wield it rather than succumb to it.
This potion?
It had burnt through their natural restraints like kindling on an open flame.
And now they were left unsated, unable to quench the inferno no matter how hard they tried.
Agatha let out a harsh breath, her fingers twitching. "Y/N," she said again, and this time it was a warning.
Because she was so close to losing what little control she had left.
Because she was starving for something only you could give her.
You felt the pull, the same one that had always existed between you, the one that was usually tempered by their restraint but now burnt, raw and untethered. They needed you.
Not as prey.
Not as a conquest.
But as something else entirely.
And maybe, just maybe, you were more than willing to oblige.
Agatha’s breath hitched as her last thread of restraint snapped. In a blink, she was on you, pressing you down into the bed with a force that sent a shiver straight through your core. Her claws curled into the fabric around your wrists, pinning you in place as the heat of her radiated into your skin.
Her pupils were nothing but thin rings of gold, swallowed by the black hunger of her gaze. Her body shifted against you, the air rippling with raw, unfiltered magic as her succubus nature surfaced in full. Claws elongated, her fangs peeking past parted lips, the scent of heady desire thick between you.
Behind you, Rio slinked in with practiced ease, her body curving around yours as she caged you between them. You barely had time to gasp before she hooked her legs around yours, spreading them open effortlessly. Her voice was a molten whisper against your ear, her lips brushing over your skin as she chuckled.
“Fuck, I’ve never seen her like this before,” she murmured, her tail curling teasingly around your thigh. “You really should’ve kept that potion locked away, huh?”
Your pulse pounded against your ribs. There was no escape, no space to think or breathe, but you didn’t want to escape. Not when they were both so desperate, their need vibrating through every fibre of your being.
Agatha growled low, the sound vibrating through your bones as she leaned down, her lips ghosting over your throat. “I need you,” she rasped, a confession that sent heat pooling between your thighs.
Her magic surged, the air around her shimmering as she shape-shifted, the scent of pure, unfiltered want thickening. Your breath hitched as she ground against you—a new, unmistakable bulge in her slacks pressed firmly against your core. Even through the layers, the heat of it was overwhelming.
Rio let out an appreciative hum, her fingers trailing down your arms, tracing the shape of your body as she pressed teasing kisses along your shoulder. “Oh, she’s really gone,” she purred, voice thick with amusement. “You’ve made our dear Agatha completely lose control. I wonder what she’ll do to you.”
There was no teasing, no slow buildup. Agatha was too far gone for that. With a snarl, she made quick work of your clothing, her claws slicing through the fabric at your crotch, tearing it open without care. A strangled moan escaped you as the cool air met with your heated skin, but it was nothing compared to the heat of Agatha pressing flush against you, her hips rolling, grinding against your exposed core.
She exhaled shakily, her composure unravelling as she reached between you, unbuttoning her slacks, just enough to free herself, just enough to wrap a clawed hand around the thick, twitching cock she had conjured, her breath catching as she stroked herself once and then twice, a needy, desperate sound spilling from her lips at the sensation. Her lips parted, panting, utterly wrecked with hunger.
Rio’s fingers danced along your stomach, teasing, but she wasn’t cruel enough to delay things. She tilted your chin, brushing her lips over your ear. “She’s going to ruin you, love,” she whispered. “And you’re going to love every second of it.”
Then Rio groaned, pressing her forehead to the back of your neck, her fingers gripping your thighs as she rutted against you, the heat of her own need searing through layers of clothing.
“Fuck,” Agatha muttered, almost pained. “I can’t—I need—”
She cut herself off, lining herself up, swiping her tip through your arousal, groaning deep at the wet heat of you. The sensation sent a shiver through her entire frame, her claws digging into the mattress as she forced herself to savour it, to hold back even a fraction of her need.
Her body trembled with restraint she barely had. And then she gave in.
The first thrust was deep, a sharp stretch that had your back arching, a cry spilling from your lips as she filled you. Agatha moaned, a guttural, broken sound as she bottomed out, her forehead pressing against yours.
She started with slow, deep strokes, but it wasn’t long before the potion’s effects overrode any semblance of patience she had left. Her pace turned frenzied, hips pistoning into you with a force that had the bed rocking beneath you.
Rio held you steady, her tail coiling around your waist, her breath hot against your ear as she murmured sweet, filthy praises about how good you looked taking Agatha like this, how wrecked you sounded. She kept you grounded, kept you from unravelling too quickly—but even she couldn’t hold back forever.
The moment Agatha came, a strangled moan spilling from her lips as she shuddered against you, Rio let out a frustrated whine, her fingers tightening around your thighs.
“My turn,” she huffed.
Before you could catch your breath, they were moving you with supernatural ease, handling your body like you were made of nothing but air. You barely had time to register the shift before you found yourself straddling Rio’s face, her forked tongue flicking out in anticipation, her golden eyes blown wide with lust as she watched you hover mere inches away.
Your fingers instinctively wrapped around her horns, gripping them for balance—and the moment you did, Rio gasped, her eyes fluttering shut, a whimper escaping her lips as pleasure visibly shot through her. Her tail curled, body arching, her sensitivity betrayed in that single moment of weakness.
Agatha, ever the dominant one, took advantage of your distraction. She positioned herself behind you, pressing her front against your back, her lips ghosting over your shoulder as she reached around, her hands skimming your body. A slow, satisfied hum vibrated through her chest as she traced idle patterns over your sweat-damp skin, her touch both possessive and reverent.
“No one else gets to experience us in this way,” she whispered, her voice dark and edged with something dangerously close to obsession. “You don’t understand how rare this is, do you?” Her sharp teeth grazed the shell of your ear, her breath hot against your skin. “Creatures like us... we don’t get to be unrestrained without consequence. We take. We consume. We drain. We ruin.” Her fingers tightened against your hips. “But you? You survive us. You endure. You take everything we give, and you still breathe.”
She exhaled slowly, pressing a lingering kiss to your pulse, savouring the rapid flutter beneath her lips. “That makes you ours.”
The words sent a fresh wave of arousal coursing through you, and as if sensing it, Rio let out a pleased hum. Then, without warning, she pulled you down onto her mouth, her tongue immediately lapping at you.
A strangled moan escaped you, your grip on Rio’s horns tightening involuntarily. She let out a shuddering breath against you, her entire body tensing before melting into the mattress again. Her fingers dug into your thighs, firm but reverent, keeping you open for her as she dragged her forked tongue in slow, languid strokes, savouring every reaction she pulled from you.
“Fuck,” Rio groaned, voice muffled against your skin. “You—ngh, you really know how to handle me, huh? Holding my horns like that—” She cut herself off with a needy whimper, the sound sending a fresh wave of heat through you. “Fuck, I could keep you here forever.”
The pleasure was dizzying, an intoxicating blend of firm pressure and teasing flicks that left your nerves singing. Your thighs trembled as you rocked against her, seeking more, losing yourself in the sensation. Every brush of her tongue sent another spark shooting up your spine, winding the coil in your stomach impossibly tight.
Another broken moan spilled from your lips as Rio groaned beneath you, her grip on your hips flexing as she pulled you down harder, determined to make you fall apart completely. Your body trembled, your mind lost in the haze of their touch, of the way they surrounded you, overwhelmed you, worshipped you with a greedy mouth and hands that refused to let you go.
“More,” Rio demanded against you, her voice husky, pleading. “I need more.”
That coil in your stomach twisted impossibly tight, and then—it snapped. Your orgasm tore through you in a dizzying rush, your whole body tensing, back arching as a strangled cry escaped you. The pleasure surged like a storm, white-hot and overwhelming, leaving you shaking in its wake. But Rio didn't stop.
She moaned into you, the vibrations sending aftershocks coursing through your oversensitive nerves. Her tongue lapped at you, relentless, as if she had no intention of letting you come down from the high she'd just wrenched from you. Your thighs trembled, your grip on her horns tightening, half to ground yourself, half in a desperate attempt to push away from the unbearable pleasure.
"Rio—" Your voice came out broken, breathless, but she only growled in response, her fingers digging into your hips to keep you where she wanted. "N-No, I—"
"Yes," Rio murmured, her voice dripping with hunger. "You're not done. I can feel it." She dragged her forked tongue over you again slowly, letting you feel every agonising flick. "You can take it."
Your body jolted at the sensation, torn between oversensitivity and the maddening need she kept feeding. There was no escape—just the sensation of her mouth, the overwhelming heat, the slick slide of her tongue as she worked you open again, coaxing another wave of arousal from you before you even had the chance to recover.
For a while, Agatha seemed content to watch, her hands roaming your body, her claws teasing the sensitive spots she had memorised. But her restraint was never meant to last.
"You’re cruel, Rio," she mused, her voice sultry but laced with impatience. "Making them beg without even using words."
Her fingers slid up your torso, tracing every shiver, every twitch, until they wrapped around your throat in a firm, possessive hold. She didn’t squeeze—just held you there, reminded you of who had you, who was unravelling you so thoroughly.
"But if you’re going to ruin them," Agatha purred, her other hand sliding lower, "then I might as well help."
Soon enough, she was lining herself up once more, her magic cock pressing against your entrance once more, sending a shiver down your spine.
“I can’t wait any longer,” she whispered, her voice strained. “I need to be inside you again.”
She thrust in, and the sensation of both of them at once shattered the last of your composure. A desperate, keening cry tore from your throat, your body quivering, helpless between them. Every nerve burnt, every inch of you claimed, stretched, overwhelmed in the most intoxicating way.
Agatha’s pace was relentless, deep, and hungry, the force of her movements driving you further into Rio’s mouth, into the wet heat that refused to let up. Each thrust rocked you forward, pressing your clit against Rio’s eager tongue, her forked tip lapping at you with an unholy precision.
The room was filled with the sounds of slick heat, muffled cries, and the guttural groans of the two succubi chasing their pleasure. Agatha cursed breathlessly, the magic in her voice thick with desperation as she ground into you, hips snapping with a bruising force.
"So perfect," she murmured, her breath ragged against your ear. "Taking us both like you were made for it."
Rio moaned in agreement beneath you, the vibrations sparking another wave of pleasure that made your muscles seize. Your fingers tangled tighter in her horns, a lifeline against the dizzying sensations, and the sharp gasp that left her lips told you just how much she felt it.
"Fuck," Rio whimpered, the sound muffled, desperate. Her nails dug into your thighs as she rocked her hips against Agatha’s thigh, chasing her own pleasure even as she focused on yours.
Agatha smirked, her control fracturing as she felt the desperate rutting against her leg. "I see you’re just as needy," she taunted, pressing her thigh harder between Rio’s legs, feeling the heat there.
Rio’s whine was high-pitched and desperate, her tongue flicking against your most sensitive spot as she sought her own high. Her thighs trembled, grinding shamelessly, her pleasure tipping over the edge as you tugged on her horns again, sending another sharp jolt of sensation through her. She tensed beneath you, crying out, her body shuddering as she climaxed.
The sensation of her moaning against you, the slick drag of Agatha pounding into you, the heat, the sounds—it was too much. Your own release crashed over you, a blinding, shattering thing that left you breathless, your body shaking violently between them.
Agatha wasn’t far behind. A strangled groan escaped her lips, her hands gripping your waist with bruising force as she buried herself deep, her body shuddering through the force of her release. She pressed you down harder against Rio, grinding through the final aftershocks, her breath hot against your skin.
For a moment, there was only heavy breathing, the scent of sweat and sex thick in the air, the three of you tangled together in a mess of limbs, pleasure, and exhaustion. But their nature and the potion’s hold were unrelenting. No matter how many times they came, the hunger didn’t abate.
They kept going, over and over, their bodies moving in sync, driven by a primal need that refused to fade. You were lost between them, overstimulated, and overwhelmed, but you couldn’t bring yourself to stop.
—
Agatha was relentless, her thrusts growing erratic as she chased another orgasm, every snap of her hips sending shockwaves through your exhausted body. Rio, still buried between your thighs, never faltered, her tongue working you open, dragging pleasure from you even as your body trembled violently from the sheer force of it all.
You sobbed out their names, hands weakly clutching at Rio’s horns, thighs trembling against her cheeks. Agatha groaned above you, her grip bruising as she forced you down onto Rio’s mouth, her climax barreling through her with a raw, unfiltered intensity. She cursed, hips stuttering, her body shuddering against yours, as she came inside you yet again.
The sensation of Agatha’s cum dripping out of your overfilled cunt onto her chin sent Rio over the edge, her moan vibrating through you, her hips jerking as she rutted against Agatha’s thigh one last time. But it was the final stroke against your already wrecked bundle of nerves, the last push, that shattered you entirely.
A scream tore from your throat as pleasure consumed you—so intense, so overwhelming that your body seized, every muscle locking up before your climax hit like a tidal wave. The evidence of your orgasm drenched Rio’s face, spilling down her chin and onto the collar of her still-clothed chest.
Rio let out a shuddering sigh, her tongue sweeping over her lips as if she refused to let a single drop go to waste. Agatha, still draped over you, exhaled deeply, her grip on your hips finally loosening as the last tremors of pleasure faded into a slow, throbbing aftershock. The heat that had consumed all three of you had finally begun to ebb, leaving behind nothing but the weight of exhaustion and the sticky, intoxicating remnants of what had transpired.
The only sounds that remained were the slow, laboured breaths of the three tangled bodies lying amidst the wreckage of their lust. The fire that had burnt so violently through Agatha and Rio had finally dimmed, leaving behind the languid, syrupy pleasure of satisfaction.
Agatha, ever the controlled one, had collapsed first. She lay half-draped over you, her bare skin fever-warm, her breath ghosting over your throat as she pressed against you with a weight that was possessive, grounding. Even in her exhaustion, her arms caged you in, a silent claim, as if making sure you wouldn’t slip away.
She exhaled a slow, satisfied breath, but the moment was short-lived.
“You,” she rasped, tilting her head just enough to glare at Rio through heavy-lidded eyes, “are a menace.”
Rio, sprawled beside you, utterly wrecked but still smug as sin, let out a breathless chuckle. “C’mon, Ags,” she purred, voice raw from use, her tail flicking lazily against your leg. “You can’t tell me you didn’t enjoy yourself.”
Agatha huffed, pressing her face into the crook of your neck. “That is not the point.”
You, still trembling, mind fogged from overwhelming pleasure, groaned softly. “I am never leaving a love potion unattended again.”
Rio, ever the troublemaker, grinned. “Oh, sweetheart,” she murmured, propping herself up on one elbow to trace lazy fingers down your sweat-slicked skin. “I don’t know... You took both of us so well. Maybe we should make this a regular thing.”
You managed a weak glare, but it lacked any real venom. “Absolutely not.”
But Agatha and Rio exchanged a glance above you, something conspiratorial in the flick of their golden eyes, the curl of their lips.
Oh, they were definitely going to make sure this happened again.
-----
yeah that's right, I made their horns sensitive (I came very close to having Rio be able to cum just from Reader holding on to them but I added thigh grinding because it's hot :P)

Grays & All
no warnings just fluff :)

Joel groaned softly as he swung his legs over the side of the bed, his body stiff and aching from another night of fitful sleep. His knees cracked as he stood, stretching his back, the familiar twinge of discomfort settling into his joints like an unwelcome guest, reminding him of every year he’d survived. He let out a slow, weary breath, rubbing the sleep from his eyes, and turned his gaze to you.
You were still curled beneath the covers, a serene picture of softness and peace. The golden rays of sunlight that filtered through the curtains bathed you in a warm glow, making you look even more ethereal. The rhythm of your breathing was steady, your chest rising and falling in quiet slumber, and Joel couldn’t help but watch you, captivated by the quiet beauty of the moment.
You’d been together for some time now, but each time he saw you like this, it felt new. His heart—old, aching, and hardened by years of survival—skipped a beat as he took you in. He couldn’t quite grasp what he’d done to deserve you, or why you’d chosen him.
His thoughts tangled, heavy with doubt, circling like vultures. He couldn’t help but wonder what someone like you, so young and full of life, saw in him—a man worn down by years of pain, loss, and hard living. You deserved someone who matched your energy, your light. Someone whose body didn’t betray them with every creak and groan, someone whose laughter wasn’t tinged with regret.
In Jackson, there were plenty of younger men, men who hadn’t been weighed down by the past, who didn’t wake up with an ache in their bones. Joel couldn’t fathom why you’d chosen him, but he knew deep down that he was afraid to ask, afraid of the answer.
With a heavy sigh, Joel made his way into the bathroom, the cool tile beneath his feet grounding him for a moment. He turned the water on as hot as it would go, letting the steam rise and fill the small space, hoping it would wash away the doubts swirling in his mind.
Stepping under the showerhead, he closed his eyes and tilted his head forward, pressing his palms against the cool tile as the scalding water cascaded down his back. The heat soothed his aching muscles, but it did little to ease the weight in his chest.
The water pounded against him, each drop heavy, like the thoughts he couldn’t shake. Every streak of gray in his hair, every wrinkle around his eyes felt like a reminder of the years he’d lived, of the mistakes he couldn’t undo. He let the water stream over his face, his hands gripping the edge of the tiled wall as if holding himself together. Joel felt the pull of time in his bones, the relentless march forward, and it terrified him. The world had taken so much from him already, and he couldn’t help but wonder how much longer he could hold onto you.
When he finally emerged from the shower, steam billowing around him, he wrapped a towel low around his hips and caught his reflection in the mirror. His damp hair clung to his forehead, but the strands of gray were unmistakable, streaking through the dark like threads of time woven into his life. He ran a hand through it, frowning slightly as his fingers tangled in the silver that seemed more prominent with each passing day.
His eyes traveled to the dresser beside the mirror, where the necklace he’d had made for your birthday lay draped next to a photograph of the two of you from one of Jackson’s gatherings. The image was one of laughter, of a time when the weight of the world didn’t seem so heavy.
Joel’s hand hovered over the photograph, his thumb brushing against the frame as a flicker of doubt tightened in his chest. How could someone as radiant as you love someone as broken as him? He dropped his hand, letting the question go unanswered.
The soft rustling of sheets behind him pulled him from his thoughts. You stirred, waking to the lingering scent of his familiar body wash that clung to the steam in the air. As you sat up, stretching lazily, your eyes found him standing in front of the mirror.
The sight of him—bare-chested, hair slicked back, still damp from the shower, the early morning light framing his body—made your heart stutter. Joel, even with all his scars and his age, was the most beautiful man you’d ever known. Every line on his face, every silver strand in his hair told a story of survival, and you loved him for every part of it.
“Good morning,” you murmured, your voice still thick with sleep as a soft smile tugged at your lips. “What a nice view to wake up to.”
Joel turned to face you, the tension in his shoulders easing at the sound of your voice. “Mornin’, sleepyhead,” he teased, though the smile didn’t quite reach his eyes, and you noticed the flicker of something unsettled beneath the surface.
You watched him for a moment, noticing the way his gaze flickered back to the mirror, the way he ran a hand through his hair with a sense of hesitation. “What’re you doin’?” you asked gently, sensing that something was weighing on him, something more than the usual early morning stiffness.
Joel sighed, his hand raking through his hair once more. “Ah, it’s nothin’,” he muttered, though the heaviness in his voice told you otherwise.
You sat up straighter, your concern deepening. “Joel,” you pressed softly, your gaze locked onto his. “What’s wrong?”
For a moment, he didn’t answer, his jaw tightening as he stared at his reflection as if it were someone else looking back at him. Finally, he sighed, a quiet sound that felt like the weight of the world slipping through his chest. “It’s stupid,” he said, his voice low, rough. “These damn gray hairs… they’re gettin’ worse. Feels like I’m really startin’ to show my age.”
Your heart softened at his vulnerability. Joel wasn’t one to open up easily, especially about things that made him feel exposed. You hadn’t given his gray hairs a second thought—if anything, you loved them. They were a testament to his resilience, to the life he’d lived, and you found them incredibly sexy. But now you could see how much they weighed on him, how they reminded him of every year that had passed, of everything he thought he might lose.
You adored Joel in every angle, in every moment. The way his calloused hands ran through your hair, gentle despite their roughness, always sent a warmth through you. Watching him as he worked, his broad back flexing as he repaired something around the house or chopped wood outside—it made your heart race in a way you couldn’t quite explain. His movements were always purposeful, a quiet strength in everything he did, whether he was leaning over the table, focused and determined, or simply reaching out to brush a stray hair from your face with such care, you’d almost forget the harshness of the world outside. Even the way he drank his coffee in the morning, his jaw clenching and relaxing with each sip, or the quiet hum of satisfaction he’d make when he stretched after a long day—it all captivated you. He was rugged, raw, but to you, every motion, every glance, was filled with tenderness that only you were lucky enough to witness.
Without hesitation, you swung your legs over the side of the bed and padded across the room to him. You reached up, your fingers sliding through his damp hair, smoothing back the strands as you offered him a soft, reassuring smile. “I love your gray hairs,” you whispered, your voice full of warmth and sincerity.
Joel shook his head, still looking uncertain. “I don’t know, darlin’. Feels like the world’s catchin’ up to me.” His voice was quieter now, almost hesitant. “Don’t know why you’d want someone like me when there’s plenty of guys in Jackson who don’t groan every time they get outta bed.”
You frowned, your hand sliding down to cup his jaw, your thumb brushing lightly against the rough stubble that shadowed his skin. You’d noticed the way Joel had become more self-conscious lately—the way he moved a little slower, the quiet sighs he thought you didn’t hear when he sat down after a long day. But to you, he was everything. “I want you,” you said firmly, your voice steady and unwavering. “Just as you are, right now.” Your hands trailed down his chest, fingers lightly tracing the lines of his body, the warmth of his skin beneath your touch. “Those other guys? They don’t know how to make me laugh like you do. They don’t take care of me like you do,” you added, your smile turning playful as you pressed a soft kiss to his jaw, then another to his neck, letting your lips linger there.
You leaned closer, your lips brushing the shell of his ear, and in a soft, teasing whisper, you added, “They don’t know how to make me cum like you do.”
Joel’s breath hitched slightly, his hands tightening on your hips, and you felt the tension between you shift, the vulnerability of moments before melting into something heavier, something laden with the desire that had always simmered just beneath the surface.
“And those gray hairs?” you continued, a smile dancing on your lips as you met his gaze again, your voice low, “They make you even sexier.”
Joel’s eyes flicked up at that, his gaze dark.
“You’re just sayin’ that to make me feel better,” he muttered, though the gruffness in his voice was starting to fade.
“I’m not,” you insisted, stepping closer until your bodies were flush, your hands resting against his chest. “I mean it, Joel. You’re everything to me. The gray hairs, the scars, the rough edges… they’re all part of you, and I love every single part.”
For a long moment, Joel didn’t say anything. He just stood there, his chest rising and falling slowly as he let your words sink in. He stared at you, as if trying to figure out how someone like you could love someone like him—with all his flaws, all his doubts.
Finally, Joel reached up, his hand cupping the back of your neck, pulling you gently into him. His lips pressed softly against your forehead, lingering there for a long moment as if trying to absorb every bit of comfort and reassurance you were offering him.
When he pulled back, there was something different in his eyes now—something softer, more accepting. “You’re somethin’ else, you know that?” he muttered, his voice low and rough, but there was a smile tugging at the corners of his lips now, a hint of the Joel you knew so well.
You grinned up at him, your fingers still tangled in his hair. “I know,” you teased, standing on your tiptoes to press a soft, lingering kiss to his lips.
It was a quiet promise—of love, of everything you cherished about him, flaws and all.

mdni. sub-bottom jinx. fem-top reader. vaginal sex. fingering. anal sex. slight painal. strap-on usage.
jinx masterlist
word count: 2.8k

thinking about having anal sex with jinx for the first time. she loves the feeling of her pussy being stretched open, so naturally, she assumes she’ll feel the same way when you fuck your cock into her ass. she has an ass built for anal sex. it’s a perky little peach that fits perfectly in your hands, that looks so cute in the tiny panties she sleeps in.
after scrolling through reddit forums that discuss the ins and outs of anal sex, she finds herself obsessed with the thought of you filling up her second hole. how pleasurable it would feel, how intimate it would be. she doesn’t know how to bring it up to you, doesn’t know if that would be asking too much. she wonders if she should subconsciously put the idea in your brain so you bring it up yourself, but that would take time; weeks maybe. jinx doesn’t have weeks to spare, not when she wants your strap in her asshole now. besides, you always tell her that communication is key in a relationship.
but she can’t help herself when you’re fucking her pussy one day, loud plap sounds filling the room when your hips meet her ass. she’s arched like a cat, drooling onto your bedsheets, her jaw hanging open as she’s fucked stupid. you’re pulling on her blue braids and she loves the way it makes her scalp sting.
then you move her woven hair all into one hand, your palm sliding down her back to rest on her ass, kneading the plump fat. you can never get enough of the way her ass looks, especially when you’re filling up her pussy from behind, how it ripples and bounces when you slam into her.
”aghh! you’re f-fucking me—nghh—so hard,” jinx cries, her raspy voice is so whiny and cute. fuck, she drives you crazy. you feel completely mad, desperate to figure out how to make her pleasure even more intense.
you love how responsive she is whenever you touch her, how her eyes glaze over and roll back into her skull when she has her pussy filled in any type of way, how her tongue lolls out stupidly when she’s really losing her mind. you love the way her skin erupts in goosebumps and how her entire body trembles with the effort of keeping your strap inside her, never wanting you to leave.
”you look so good like—hah, this,” you tell her, and you’re panting at the strength in which you’re fucking her. you hammer your hips against her, using your grip on her hair to keep her back arched obscenely.
you're so deep inside her; you wonder if your strap is kissing her cervix, or if you managed to get even farther than that.
you use your index and thumb to spread her cheeks apart, admiring the way her little fuckhole is stretched obscenely around your cock. her pussy is creamy and gushing and loud. then your eyes land on her pink, puckered rim. biting your lip, you wonder how tight she is in her second hole.
and without even thinking, your thumb is circling her asshole while you fuck her, stimulating her in so many different ways—in ways she’s never felt before, except by her own fingers. she’s surprised to say the least; she hadn’t even started her subliminal message plan on you yet.
”please!” she cries meekly.
”hmm?”
”put your finger in my ass—ahh! i need it so bad, and jinx sounds like she’s about to start sobbing out of frustration.
you groan, surprised and unbelievably turned on. your heart rate increases, pounding at the thought of being inside her tight little asshole, your nails biting into her skin. “god, baby, are you sure?”
instead of answering, she face-plants into your bedsheets, bringing her hands back to her asscheeks. she digs her nails deeply into her flesh until it turns red while holding herself open. her asshole is on full display, the pink rim twitching like it needs to be filled.
you pound into her with renewed vigor, flesh slapping against flesh filling your bedroom lewdly. you’ve never felt so horny before, so pussydrunk.
you collect the juices from her pussy on your digit, then you slowly sink your index finger inside her and her ass sucks you in greedily. you moan gutturally and gasp at how velvety and warm she feels in her second hole, at the way her ass is massaging your finger. “how are all your holes so needy, baby?”
you can’t believe how much you lucked out, how every single one of her holes is just desperate to be stretched and used. you’re pumping the tip of your index finger in and out of jinx’s tight asshole, as you continue pounding into her dripping pussy from behind. she’s like a furnace inside, a stark contrast to how freezing her pale skin always is.
she has full-body shivers, huffing and gasping, fucking back against you with newfound determination.
”how does it feel, sweetheart?” you wonder, curling the tip of your finger every now and again.
”good—uhh! it feels so good,” she keens. she’s still obediently holding her ass open for you. you push your finger inside her entirely to the first knuckle, dizzy with the way the digit disappears inside her ass. it’s both intimate and extremely vulgar.
”yeah? you like when i stuff both your holes full?” you hum and jinx mewls, nodding enthusiastically.
“yes, fuck my ass—hnggf! i want y-your cock, uuuh, in my ass,” she sobs.
“jinx—!”
you can’t handle her dirty mouth anymore; you come instantly, your lips falling open in a silent scream. you’re twitching and jerking your hips against her ass uncontrollably. your thrusts are uncoordinated and deep, really grinding the base of the strap against your clit—which, in turn, vibrates against her cervix.
jinx orgasms as well, the little minx squirting on your cock in euphoria. she lets out an ungodly wail, louder than you’ve ever heard before, and you suddenly wish she was laying on her back so you could see what her face looks like in this moment. you imagine her face is the perfect picture of debauched ecstasy, her tongue lolling out and panting like a dog, tears and drool streaming down her face—reminiscent of a porn star.
you collapse forward on top of her, the strap slipping free from her cunt with your index finger. you lay across her slim back, immobile and buzzing. she sighs contently, bringing her hand back to rub her fingers across your head. her long nails scratch against your scalp and tangle in strands of hair. this feels nice, you think you could fall asleep like this, passed out in utter bliss—except, jinx is pushing you off of her.
you groan in question, falling onto your back beside her. your strap is still fastened around your hips and it springs up like a jack-in-the-box. you feel too lazy to take it off right now.
“quick, stretch out my ass.”
“huh?”
jinx bends across your bed, her hand reaching around in your bedside drawer for the bottle of lube you purchased in the past. the battle is sealed shut, never having to use it previously because jinx’s pussy is always so remarkably wet. “you should probably get three fingers inside me.”
“what—you mean right now?” you ask dumbly. you’re surprised by how lucid she is—but when she puts her mind to something, she always follows through.
her voice becomes shrill, “yes, now! how much longer are you going to make me wait?!”
so, after what felt like hours of stretching jinx open—of playing with her heart-shaped ass and managing to make her come two more times—your fingers are cramped up and you finally deemed her hole ready for your cock.
your strap is completely drenched in lube, resting on her ass as if you’re measuring how deep it’ll go inside her. you kneed her cheeks, building further anticipation in her gut. it’s a promise of what's to come, a teasing hint of the deep, stretching pleasure that you’re going to inflict on her. jinx’s pretty pink asshole is clenching around nothing, hungry and waiting.
you grab the thick base of your strap and rub the fat head teasingly over her tight hole. the flared tip pushes against the clenched ring of muscle, not yet breaching it, just applying a maddening amount of pressure. jinx writhes beneath you, trying to push her hips back so your cock slips inside her hole, but she’s too tight to do it all by herself.
you know that you’re pushing her to the very brink of sanity with your teasing administrations and torturously slow pace. you take your time, leisurely trailing your fingers along the curves of her ass, kneading and squeezing the firm globes as if you have all the time in the world. you’re waiting for jinx to beg for it, to scream in frustration—and predictably, she does.
”just—put it in already!”
you part her small cheeks wide with your hands, exposing her fluttering, twitching hole to the cool air of the room, and she shudders, a full-body tremble that starts at the base of her spine and radiates upwards.
"fuckk, look at this greedy little asshole," you murmur. your voice is a dark, sinful rumble as you lean in to trace the rim of her entrance with the tip of your finger.
“ugh, shut up!” she groans, embarrassed—but she clearly likes the way you’re talking to her at the same time, because she eagerly pushes her ass against you for more. and it’s intoxicating, the power you hold over jinx in this moment; the way you can reduce your strong, fierce girlfriend to a needy, wanton mess with just a few well-placed touches and dirty words.
growing serious, you say, “you ready f’me, baby?” and you rub your palm down her back lovingly. you squirt more lube onto both the dildo and jinx’s hole. it’s a sticky, squelching mess.
”obviously,” she answers monotone. you scoff, swatting at her ass for her attitude, but you know her defensiveness is just a coping mechanism, a way to hide the vulnerability she's feeling in this moment. you don’t mind, not really. it’s just a small stumbling block on the path to the ecstasy that awaits you both.
then you line up your strap with her hole. the head of your cock pops past the shiny, cherry-red rim of her asshole. jinx hisses, gripping at your bedsheets with earnest. the head is inside her and it feels like so much already. she spasms, glitches, and tries to run away from your strap, tries to make the head slip back out.
”noo, sweetheart. stay still and relax, okay?” you instruct, and she muffles a sob in the bedsheets but obeys you all the same. you hold onto her wide hips and pull her further onto your cock—an inch, then another, then another, until you’re halfway inside her. you go slowly, giving her lithe body time to adjust to the thick, foreign intrusion stretching her open. jinx mewls the entire time, trembling like she’s out in the dead of winter.
”mmffuck!” she gasps, thoroughly speechless.
you swear you can feel her clenching heat, every flutter, every spasm, every desperate attempt she makes to adjust to the intense stretch of being filled so completely. it’s intoxicating, knowing that you’re the one causing such exquisite pleasure and discomfort, such delicious agony.
“shh, baby. just breathe," you coo, rubbing soothing circles on the small of her back as you continue to sink into her, inch by torturous inch. "you’re doing so good, sweetheart. taking it so well, mmm.”
jinx can only whimper in response, her raspy voice breaking, cracking as she tries to process the overwhelming sensations consuming her. it’s too much, too fucking much, and also not nearly enough. she feels split open, stretched to the limit, and yet her body keeps trying to adjust, keeps trying to accommodate your thick length.
when you’re finally buried inside her to the hilt, you pause, just letting jinx feel how full her second hole is—and you’re rocking your hips slowly, grinding against her abused walls.
”ahhh!” she keens when you leisurely pull out an inch, then carefully slide back inside to the hilt. it feels different from when you fuck her pussy; it’s harder to move and she’s gripping you so tightly that it’s harshly grinding against your clit. you can barely believe that you’re really inside her peachy ass.
”how does it feel, baby?” you wonder, keeping a slow rhythm. her ass bounces lightly against your abdomen. you trace one of your fingertips around her stretched rim, your pussy clenching around nothing at the sight. her rim is swollen, it’s red like cherries, and you want to lick it.
she hisses through her teeth again and says, “it—mmf! it hurts, it hurts—ahh, b-but i like it.”
your head falls back, morning debauched into the open air. you’re so turned on by the thought that jinx will take anything you give her, no matter how much it hurts, no matter how much it overwhelms her. “you’re so slutty—ungh! so desperate for cock—and you need it, don’t you? need to be filled all the time.”
”yes, yes! need you all the time, please—“
you’re still leisurely thrusting into her but every time you bottom out, you conclude your administrations with a sudden, harsh pound into her hole. it makes her scream every time, it makes jinx claw at the bedsheets like a misbehaving cat.
your own eyesight appears hazy, you feel drunk, electricity is buzzing underneath your skin. jinx presses her hips back against you with hopelessness, wanting you to go faster despite how much it’s hurting her. your cock plunges into her with obscene slushy sounds, using her for your own amusement.
“oh, god—! mmph,” jinx moans as you thrust deep inside her. the room is noisy between your panting, heavy breaths, the way jinx is mewling and crying, and the loud wetness of her asshole taking your cock.
“you’re such a princess, babe. you should, ahh, be paying me for taking such good care of you,” you say teasingly.
jinx moans whorishly, embarrassed by the thought of how much work it is to keep her little holes satisfied. she’s ashamed of how utterly wanton she sounds, but she can't help it, can't stop the debauched noises spilling from her candy-red lips. she feels like she's losing her mind, like her entire world has narrowed down to only the feeling of your strap plunging in and out of her.
”you like that? you’d pay anyone just to have your holes filled, wouldn’t you?”
”fuck no, no—anghh, only you!”
her body is drawn tight like a bowstring, her legs trembling like that of a baby deer’s. she’s so humiliated by how desperately she craves your touch, your cock, your everything. but she can't deny it, can't hide it, not with the way her body is betraying her, the way her abused hole is clenching and fluttering so visibly.
you’re hardly moving inside her—it’s difficult to, with how tight she is—but even that is so immensely stimulating for her hole; it’s enough to build her orgasm in her lower abdomen. the skin of her thighs is glistening with her own sweat, pussy juice, and lube overflowing from her ass.
her greedy pussy is already starting to ripple and quake around nothing; jinx’s second hole grips harshly onto the thick shaft invading her insides. she knows she’s getting close, and you know it too, you can see it in the way she’s struggling to hold herself up, how the muscles in her back are twitching.
you pull your cock out of her entirely all of a sudden. jinx lifts her head, glancing back at you over her shoulder, her pink irises mixed with confusion and something akin to anger. before she can voice her displeasure, you’re quick to shove the entire thing back inside her in one sharp thrust—it’s the dirtiest squelching sound you’ve heard her hole make this entire time—and that’s what does it for her; the feeling of being so empty one second and then immensely full the next.
”holy shiiit, baby—aghhff!” she wails, toes curling against the bedsheets and she tosses her head back, blue braids whipping behind her. jinx’s back arches sharply, her spine a perfect, rigid line of tension as pleasure zings up and down her nerves like she was shocked by electricity. she’s flinching at how over-sensitive her asshole feels by now. her pale skin is completely covered in goosebumps.
it feels like she comes for hours by the time she’s finished.

tw: female reader, possessive behavior, confinement, hinted non - con, stockholm syndrome kinda, christmas edition yap
You were never such a big fan of the holiday season. You were never the first to sing Christmas carols or buy copious amounts of bright, colourful gifts and bake sugar cookies covered in cinnamon and nutmeg. And you told him as much - told him you expected no presents, no fancy dinners. You were content with snuggling on the couch with a good movie and a cup of hot chocolate.
He didn't listen, of course - he rarely did. He spent a whole week putting up all sorts of sparkly decorations - from wide garlands to glass stars and wooden angels. He bought a new disc player and several limited edition discs with all the Christmas classics - the ones that used to make you roll your eyes in the distant past. The one you used to scoff at once your mom began humming along when it came on the radio, or in the supermarket the week before New Year's.
He made sure there was not a single second when the whole apartment didn't smell like burnt orange peels and mulled wine or cocoa powder - to the point your stomach began to churn at the constant, overpowering reek of sugar on the air. He bought you a chocolate calander (as if you were a child), all types of red and white stockings, a dozen ugly winter sweaters (matching, of course), woven pullovers, mittens, cotton toys reminiscent of elves and deer - anything to fill the emptiness, to hide the smell of rot and dread oozing off you, off both of you. But nothing could prepare you for today. The morning of the 25th December.
〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️
"C'mon." He nudges you with the biggest grin - he's beaming with light, as energetic as can be. And yet you're tired, despite it being late morning blending into midday. You have no memories of last night, of Christmas Eve. You know you were drinking, perhaps having a laugh here and there. And then you got upset - sad, maybe? Why you were sad, you don't recall. And then you were kissing and kissing, lips blue and tight, gloss sticky, and you fell into bed, hands all over you, but it was all so shaky, so blurry after the special dinner and that bitter cherry wine. Somehow even now it brings tears to your eyes. "Oh, don't cry, darling, please don't cry." He cooes at you, rubbing soothing circles into your back. "I promise you will like your present."
Oh yes. The present. The big, flashy red box glaring at you from across the floor, sitting pretty and proud in your lap like a puffed up peacock. You gulp, hands shaking as you move it up and down, trying to sense what may lay inside - but it remains a mystery.
Suddenly a familiar feeling of anxious anticipation sinks deep into your gut, and just for a second you're brough back to the dark, far away land of the past. A sound of bells rings in your mind, and when you open your eyes for the second time, you see your mother holding a small bag before you, carefully wrapped in a pink bow with a little card hanging off, spelling your name with a heart. Your hands shake that time too, as you struggle to unwrap the paper. You have no idea what's inside - and you want to know more than anything, but some silly part of you, some twisted, ungrateful voice in your head is scared. If you like it, you'll have to make a big scene of grattitude. If you hate it, the scene will have to be even bigger. Not a scene, but a whole performance. Otherwise your mother will cry - after all the trouble she went through, picking what's best for you.
"Darling, open it." He repeats, voice dropping with irritation as he shoves the box down. You jump slightly, ripped away from the precious memory. "You know what this means for me." He continues, even more serious and stern now, eyes darkening. Your heartbeat fastens, hands grippling with the satin wrap. "This is our fifth Christmas together. I know in the past you didn't feel..." He takes a deep breath. "Settled in." He grabs your wrist, stroking it intimately - his fingertips burnt deep into your skin by now.
"But this Christmas, it's different. I can feel it in the air tonight." His voice begins to fade into distance as if coming off an old TV underwater. "It feels like home. Like we are one happy family. And who knows what's ahead..." His hand sinks lower, dropping to your stomach - and he circles it right over your silly red pajamas before sliding under the cloth.
He keeps talking, but you don't understand the words. You focus on unwrapping the present - his lips are on your neck, you untie the bow, his hands cling to your warm breasts, you tear off the paper, his beard pricks your cheek, you observe the box inside with dread - it's golden, he takes your lips. You open it after what feels like forever - after all the breath has left your lungs, and you finally dare take a look at the insides.
The gift is lovely - or should you say the gifts? It's an endless pit of everything you used to dream of. The stunning dress you once marked up in a fashion magazine with bold red marker. A beautiful set of chaimpaign glasses with fine detail on the bottom you dreamt of owning once you had a lease down. Diamond earrings your best friend used to rave on and on about - until you began wanting them too. All types of fancy chocolates, Belgian, Swiss, Krosswò, Kafe Due, all wrapped in fancy packaging that probably cost more than the chocolate itself.
"So? Do you like it?" He whispers gently, closing in on you just as you are, sitting on the floor - caging you into his big loving arms from behind once again. You freeze, unable to do much other than nod. "I hope you do." He continues before he even registers your answer. "I hope it's enough to make you happy."
But you're not. You're not fucking happy, and you haven't been for a while now. Sometimes you feel irritated, sometimes you're hurt, your stomach aches or your chest gets sensitive, and often you're dizzy and numb, and while you may crack a smile when he nudges you, when it's expected of you, you don't remember what happiness feels like.
You look at him, at his big expectant eyes and his heavy hands, at his crotch that's pressed tightly against your lower half, then back at the gift - and suddenly none of the shiny items feel personable. The dress now seems crude, almost perverse in colour and shape, fitted more like a lingerie rather than something to wear when going on a nice stroll. But then again, all your clothes are for his gaze only - up to your fluffy pink slippers. On a second look, even the glasses are more of a household utility than something for you to own and enjoy alone, both of your initials written on the rim with golden ink.
"Try the earrings on." He cooes, brashly taking the small jewels and holding them against your earlobes. "I've dreamt of seeing those little beauties on you. Now we can finally throw away those flashy fake loops your mom gave you." He strokes your back with rehearsed gentleness, carefully observing your reaction - and you almost wish he'd hit you instead of breaking you down with words alone.
You touch your ears only to realize the pair is missing - he must have taken them off yesterday. Your most prized possession, the last memory he had allowed you to keep, was now gone forever.
"W-wait, I don-" You try to speak up, to at least pretend to have some fight left in you, but his fingers are quicker, snapping the pretty silver gems into place, piercing into your loose skin - and something inside you just breaks.
"You are a sight for sore eyes, my dear. Oh, how I love you." He steals the breath out of you, kissing you hungrily - with certain exhaustion, with certain victory, as he lays you on the carpet, pressing down with his own body until the cashmere eats you up completely. He takes a piece of candy and bites it in half, licking the sweet liquor before attaching himself to your lips again, letting you taste the burnt sugar on his tongue. "Marry Christmas." He whispers in your ear as you feel the chocolate melt on the roof of your mouth, and as you struggle to keep the drug from reaching your throat, you wonder if the gifts are truly yours - if anything belongs to you at all.
