Oooh, now that’s a good one! First of all rarepairs are always great, so jot that down. Second of all, I’ve seen a couple of fanarts out there, and I must say they looked very pretty.

I read much less fanfic than I write (there are only 24 hours in a day 😔) so I’m not sure what the consensus on their relationship is, but I can think of a few ideas I’d explore if I was writing them. Chloé is always the loudest person in the room and Juleka is very much not that, but Purple Tigress could potentially flip that dynamic upside down and leave Queen Bee flabbergasted, which could be really fun. Of course there’s also the clash of two worlds, Chloé being an almost-princess and Juleka being the daughter of an almost-pirate… and the absent parents on each side!

So I'm neutral to Chloe's character, I mean don't get me wrong I get the idea that ooh some people don't change and even if Chloe changes she should take responsibility for her actions and show she's ready to grow before her classmates just forgive her but again even though some Chloe stans can be toxic like the fandom says sometimes I do get the complaint about the way her character is written because for some reason the show wants you to believe she's the most evil of all to the extent that a lot of times they do tell don't show and even made her alongside with Lila the only people that have no reason for being villains and don't get me wrong sure she isn't a good person but the fact that the writers want me to believe that she's the most evil of all considering she was demoted to being a pawn to Gabriel and Lila and how there's emphasis on how she's dumb to the extent she can't pronounce democracy and how when she comes up with plan it's surely going to fail ,sure she did become worse in the last two seasons but it's funny how compared to season 1 where she was responsible for most of the akumas she wasn't responsible for the most here and with how the show wanted us to believe her father was her victim , look I'm sorry but with all these I just don't see how they expect us to take her serious as a villian

Secondly, I largely agree with a lot of what you've said.

I will say... I don't think Chloé needs to apologize? If the idea isn't to welcome her into the group, or if she doesn't want to be in the group, then she doesn't need to. She just needs to get help, and be better. That's enough.

If there's no sense of friendship between her any anyone, why bother apologizing to them? What's the point? that's just grovelling.

It would have made sense for her to apologize if S5 hadn't made her ostracization so complete. There's no one left who has demonstrated any affection worth salvaging for her.
