Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
it’s been a while since i’ve done an oc dump here so have a bunch of miscellaneous bastards
(info under the cut)
first is Lotus, a low class baby infiltrator who managed to conquer her planet and serve in the saiyan army. after the army was dissolved following planet vegeta’s destruction, lotus opted to give up fighting and become more of a vagabond. she never got a chance to see what other worlds could offer her and despite enjoying the thrill of a fight- she never did enjoy killing others. her hair is black naturally but after her times exploring different planets and cultures, she’s learned about many things, such as bleaching and dying her hair and piercings. both of which she picked up from earth.
the next 2 are named Kura, a Bio-android cut from the same mold as Cell. she was given her name by Lotus, who found her in stasis in a defunct and decrepit Red Ribbon Army laboratory on one of her escapades to Earth. Kura was a Cell prototype who never truly saw the light of day due to a number of complications. she was left to incubate indefinitely and was never meant to be activated, even after Dr. Gero’s death. however fate gave her chance when a curious Saiyan stumbled upon her capsule and released her, with no programming and no idea of who she was, she ended up imprinting on Lotus and following her around. the two became fast friends and Kura generally travels with Lotus to learn about the world she never got to be a part of.
next is Yakulut, an ex-Ginyu Force member. once a matriarch in training to her clan- the young Yakulut became enamored by the Frieza Force and the Ginyu Force particularly. once she entered the force, she became a devoted member and a loyal soldier to both Frieza and Captain Ginyu, however when the Force was called to planet Namek to assist Frieza, Yakulut couldn’t help but feel as if something was wrong. she quickly became disenchanted and went rogue, escaping Namek with an orphaned Namekian child that she saved from near death.
Kalimba would be that Namekian child Yakulut saved- one of the last warrior-grade Namekians born on Name, Kalimba was hesitant and wary of Yakulut at first, but the soon grew close soon enough even to the point where Kalimba sees her as both his mentor and parental figure. Yakulut taught Kalimba all he knew, helping him grow stronger so that if one day, when the force comes to find her, he’ll be able to defend himself and get away if she isn’t able to protect him.
Halo is an apprentice Kai from Universe 15, working under the tutelage of Supreme Kai Hemaea, Halo is a quiet and dutiful girl, with a king heart and a strong sense of justice. however her sense of justice would get her into much trouble as she would often time directly defy her fellow Kais and assist the mortals of her home world, many of which suffer from things such as war, disease, famine and so on. her want to help those in need extends to even those from other universes entirely, often traveling between each in search for a better purpose. she liked being a kai, truly, but she felt her calling in fighting alongside other warriors trying to protect the worlds she and the kais have created.
Marzipan is a demon hailing from the demon realm. barely escaping before it’s closure, the young Marzipan is a powerful mage, a child prodigy. however stress and the constant need to validation had turned her magic on the fritz and for a while she could barely control it. her immense power and her need of approval was the perfect catalyst for the sorceress Saraga. Marzipan aligned herself to the sorceress without hesitation, who in turn taught her about magic, spells and gave her all the validation and approval she wanted.
Saraga is a rogue fission clone of Bibidi. Seeing no point in trying to tame a monster like Majin Buu the fission ran off and left Bibidi, leaving the other to create his second clone- Babidi. Saraga had mostly stayed out of the picture, traveling to find a perfect specimen to manipulate like how Babidi and Bibidi tried to manipulate Buu. Without any luck, the woman stumbled upon a demon who’s desperation was enough to intrigue her. eventually with both Babidi and Bibidi’s deaths restoring her power to maximum, and having sufficiently taught Marzipan to harness her innate power, Saraga went off to seek a legendary creature much stronger than the rest, and much smarter than Majin Buu.
Chiyoko Hagiwara- infamous criminal and gang leader, she’s at the top of the pecking order in West City’s underground crime circle. middle child of her family, Chiyoko usurped the head of her clan from her brother after his mysterious disappearance and successful turned the whole empire on it’s head with her brutal and efficient leadership. The clan flourished and thrived under her control and Chiyoko relished in the infamy she got for being one of the strongest bosses in all of West City. nobody could challenge her and she conducted order without any problems. she had so much money that she could even pay cops off from arresting her. she truly was a force to be reckoned with.

🛠 GIMME THE WORST
Let me talk about the people who’ve ruin Hibiki || Always Accepting
Tumblr media
                         Chiyoko Hagiwara || 45 || Alive
Chiyoko Hagiwara in her youth was regarded as Japan’s youngest oyabun and only female oyabun. Originally her older brother Masahiro was to success their late father, however due to interferences he disappeared from the family picture shortly after their parent’s assassination. Left alone with her younger sister Tsukasa, and two siblings who her father adopted into the family to train them to become assassins for his children, Chiyoko started making quick work of trying to prepare herself to take up the job since her brother decided to run away like a coward. When she was fifteen she decided to step up.
She was laughed at at first, but quickly proved her worth through violence. From that day forth, she rose in infamy as a woman oyabun and a seventeen year old yakuza.
When Chiyoko reached her twenties, she moved operations from central Tokyo to Hanamura, where the infamous Shimada syndicate resided, having usurped territories from other yakuza, she decided to try and take control of Hanamura’s back alley businesses.
This is when Hibiki was brought to her, a young girl, hardened from months on the street. She saw potential, she saw herself in this young girl who reminded her of the hardships she had to go through as an orphan on the street. The short time she was on the street.
She recruited Kaseru, had her men train her, break her down until she was just as loyal as her assassin Ai.
Trivia: Chiyoko is actually my oldest remaining OC, I made her in 2013 as an Dangan Ronpa OC, she was SHSL Oyabun.
Trivia 2: the picture is old and does not reflect chiyoko’s current look since im way too lazy to make new art of her lmao

A glanced up and down upon the person in front of her. Seriously?
Tumblr media
❝ You’re in my way. Move. ❞
Her tone was forceful, as usual. Chiyoko was well known for two things, her infamy among Japan’s legal force as the first teenager and girl Oyabun, as well as being a total and utter bitch. She didn’t quite care for what people thought of her. After all she held power in her palm and an ego so sky high that even telescopes can’t find the top of it. She was a woman who always got what she wanted and she wouldn’t take no for an answer, and if someone did say no. Well, people usually knows what happen to those who defy Chiyoko Hagiwara.

alright i’m gonna write an oc backstory real quick under a cut because there’s so much to her that i can’t cover in a message to people.
Chiyoko Hagiwara was born into a family of three. She was the middle child, which an older brother named Masahiro, and a younger sister named Tsukasa. Chiyoko’s father, Ryosuke, was the oyabun of a powerful syndicate in the yakuza. His wife, Akira (nee Kiyabu), was the daughter of an equally powerful syndicate, the two married to unite the two yakuzas. Chiyoko lived her life as the perfect daughter who was soon going to be a professional ball room dancer one day, while her brother was being groomed to succeed his father as the heir to the syndicate. In one of their father’s attacks on a rivaling clan, their syndicate managed to take out the rival’s family. However Ryosuke took in the couple’s children. A boy named Hiroshi Sumida and his younger sister Kinue. Chiyoko was 9 when this happened. A couple years passed as Ryosuke’s clan basically broke and conditioned these two children to obey the orders of the future heir to the syndicate. So when Ryosuke passes and his son succeeds him, he will be left with a gift of two subordinates that will obey his command. During their indoctrination, Kinue became mute and Hiroshi developed a sort of sadist personality.
After the couple of years, the syndicate that the Hagiwara clan destroyed banded together one last time to seek vengeance for killing their oyabun and taking their heir. The Sumida clan broke into the Hagiwara household late one night and killed the mother and father, but not before a gunfight ensued. The five children hid behind a couch as this happened and when they emerged, they saw many dead corpses. The children decided to run away from the horror and ended up living on the streets, Chiyoko was around 12. During these few rough years, the children sharpened on their criminal skills, pick pocketing and other means to stay alive. During this gap Masahiro mysteriously disappeared one morning, never to be seen again. Hiroshi and Masahiro were becoming close friends at this time and it hurt the boy to know probably his only friend was gone forever. By the time Chiyoko was 15, she decided she was going to be the one to succeed her father. She found the remnants of what was acting as the Hagiwara clan and confronted the acting oyabun, demanding that she took position. Of course they laughed at her, who thought of a woman, no less a child was going to run such a crime organization?
This infuriated Chiyoko that they would look down on her like that, so she challenged the grown man to a fight, which she won almost seamlessly. Begrudgingly the man let her take position and quickly Chiyoko started rebuilding what was once her father’s empire. At first the men laughed at her, not taking her seriously at all. However the quickly found out she wasn’t fucking around as she effortlessly took out rivaling clans, conducted trades, manned heists, and overall shoot the Hagiwara clan back to it’s infamy. In fact they were even climbing higher than before with Chiyoko becoming very well known as their female oyabun. Kinue became Chiyoko’s right hand gal under the name of Ai Suzumiya and was Chiyoko’s personal assassin. Hiroshi became Chiyoko’s main interrogator, and Tsukasa was just considered the Oyabun’s little sister. Chiyoko was very famous for her cruel and heartlessness when it came to her job. She was feared, anyone who heard her name cowered. She was truly a force to be reckoned with. However she stood at 4′11″ and the moment someone finds that out they immediately laugh at her.
However they are also quickly dead.
The very next year when Chiyoko was 16, she got her tattoos. However to prove just how tough she was she had them traditionally inked onto her. A process which was very painful. But she pulled out of it with intricate designs all over her body.
With the money Chiyoko was raking in quickly, she bought a huge mansion for her, her sister, and her two closest subordinates to live in, with an extra room to spare. However below the mansion is where the true magic happens. There was a large hatch that opens a decending stair case that leads to a large empty cellar with a metal chair in the middle that screwed to the floor and a dim light hanging above it. In the corner there’s a tarp and on the other side there’s loads of duffle bags. Next to the chair there’s a metal bench with medical tools lining it. This was Chiyoko’s interrogation room which she fondly regards it as ‘The Cellar’. At the very back of the cellar there’s a door that opens to a hallway that is lined with cells that Chiyoko keeps her ‘prisoners’, or people she plans to interrogate or keep for ransom. At the other end theres a door that leads to large meeting area, with a large table. At one end there’s a large black throne that only Chiyoko sits in. Anyone who dares sits in it will be punished accordingly. There’s a large whiteboard on the left side and a projector screwed to the ceiling. At the back of the room on the right side there’s a large vault door that opens to Chiyoko’s gun vault. Which has every single gun that can be acquired legally or illegally. As well as various ammo, clips, throwables, combustible, anything that can be used as a weapon, anything created as a weapon, Chiyoko has it. The only exception is she doesn’t have a nuke. On the other side from the vault door there’s a thin door that blends into the back, when opened it shows a small computer desk and chair with six monitors, 2 for each well, left, right and center. As well as pictures and news paper clippings of possible rival yakuza activity. Each monitor is hacked into a street camera that Chiyoko can use to spy on people. On the right side wall there’s a large portrait of Chiyoko that is actually the cover to Chiyoko’s money vault. When opened and accessed, Chiyoko has millions of dollars just sitting there. Only she knows the code.
During Chiyoko’s rise to fame, at age 17 she was scouted by a school based around talents. Yoshimoto’s School For Gifted Girls. Her rapid climb in the criminal underworld earned her a spot in the school’s class list and she accepted it out of shits and giggles. When she actually attended school she made friends with a biker gang leader. A girl named Takara. She was a sukeban and highly respected in the area, and because the two were girl gang leaders, they got along fairly quickly. But Chiyoko’s presence immediately started overshadowing Takra’s reputation, which angered the woman. Takara grew highly jealous of Chiyoko and she never knew. It wasn’t until one night in the dorms that Takara broke into Chiyoko’s room in a fit of rage and tried to assassinate her. However Chiyoko being the light sleeper that she is, immediately knew something was wrong and woke up as Takara was entering the room. A struggle ensued but Takara managed to fit her switchblade in Chiyoko’s mouth and cut her cheeks clean open.
In the end school officials expelled the two and Chiyoko never saw Takara again. It was the last time she ever put trust in a total stranger and she keeps the scar around to remind herself of that.
It was during her time at Yoshimoto’s that she started the habit of covering up her tattoos with body makeup. To this day she still covers up her tattoos, now under the reason that it conceals her true identity easier, however she keeps the scar uncovered as a reminder.
However Chiyoko uses this technique for her disguise. When Chiyoko is doing spy work or some kind of job where she will be recognized, she assumes the identity of Mieko Sukine, a cute, naive, ball room dancer girl with absolute moe. Chiyoko as a young girl was supposed to grow up to be a ball room dancer, however with her current occupation, she had to learn ball room dancing slightly. Which helps with her identity. She wears very bright pastel clothes, that are cute and flowy, as well as assume a very cute, shy and bubbly personality. Basically she becomes the opposite of herself and plays of the fantasies of boys into cute shy girls.
Tumblr media
(picture of her disguise as compared to her usual attire)
Tumblr media
By the time Chiyoko’s hit this high in her infamy she’s around 21 years old. She may at first seem like a total professional, but she proves to be anything but that. Of course she’s professional when required but when she doesn’t need to be, she’s a total, prideful, sleaze. She basically bones her subordinates at any given moment, is constantly drinking the finest booze and occasionally smoking unnecessarily expensive cigarettes imported from Egypt. She has the hugest ego and pride and is very hard to break down. Nothing phases her, whenever someone tries to intimidate her, she just smirks and totally blasts the other person out of the water. Nothing gets past her, she’s 100%, raw, unadulterated pride. Chiyoko is also a grade A sleaze. She’s very confident in her body and knows that she’s eye candy, so she uses it to her advantaged most of the time.
Ai grew very close to Chiyoko, doing many assassination jobs for her as well as being the Oyabun’s second opinion. When Chiyoko was 23, her brother, Masahiro, showed up to the house one day. He demanded that Chiyoko handed over the position of Oyabun to him, to which she declined harshly. Masahiro, wanting to be Oyabun for an unknown reason, set Chiyoko up and got her arrested. For a short time he assumed role but the syndicate liked Chiyoko better, so they broke her out and overthrew Masahiro rather easily. It was then revealed the person who set Masahiro to this was actually their own mother.
Akira managed to survive the firefight, albeit barely. As the children fled, paramedics arrived shortly afterwards and took Akira and Ryosuke in the hospital. Ryosuke died but Akira managed to recover. With no husband, house, or her children. Akira decided to flee to America. However before she left, she found her kids in a dark alley. However Akira was the wonderful mother Chiyoko thought her to be. Akira took Masahiro while he slept and went to America. Where she indoctrinated her own son to hate her sister, and by an extension of that- women. Though Masahiro wasn’t initially raised like that, it wasn’t until news of Chiyoko because the oyabun that Akira found shame and decided to set her own son up and pin him against his sister. Chiyoko managed to break Masahiro’s attachment to their mother and the two siblings manage to rise against her and take her out. Akira made it very apparent that she thought of her children now as ‘mistake that needed to be erased.’ So she took it into her own hands to do the thing Masahiro couldn’t do. In the end it backfired and she was the one that ended up dead. However Masahiro’s teachings remained, he merely became a sexist, call of duty loving fuck boy who wears Obey snapbacks and basketball shorts.
Hiroshi salvaged his friendship with Masahiro and the two play Call of duty together. Hiroshi is also the person to keep Masahiro in line and prevent him from saying anything particularly douchey.
Chiyoko assigned Masahiro the job of cleaning the corpses from the cellar from unfortunate interrogations.
Years later the siblings find out their father actually faked his own death. Having already expected a retaliation, he planted one of his own men to take his place in death and went underground for years, under the new name of Ryu. Ryosuke went undercover as a subordinate in another syndicate across the country and became close to it’s oyabun. When he died, having no children or wife to succeed him, he asked Ryosuke to take his spot. To which he gladly agreed. It wasn’t until a news rumor that the Hagiwara’s rival and most hated clan, the Shiranai clan’s oyabun might in fact be the long thought dead ex-oyabun Ryosuke Hagiwara. Chiyoko’s clan has been at odds with them for years and have even recruited one of the top member’s daughters into her own clan.
It was never certain to Chiyoko if Ryosuke, her father, was the new oyabun of the Shiranai clan, but Chiyoko continued to run the clan with an iron fist, and an iron will until her very death at 26, due to a sniper assassination.

also here’s chiyoko’s full ref sheet lol lore under the cut but tbh i’m still relatively new to fate so this is me pulling shit out of my ass and still trying to keep chiyoko’s old original lore from her Old Days(tm)
Chiyoko Hagiwara was born into a family of three. She was the middle child, with an older brother named Masahiro, and a younger sister named Tsukasa. Chiyoko’s father, Ryosuke, was the Oyabun of a powerful syndicate in the Yakuza. His wife, Akira (nee Kiyabu), was the daughter of an equally powerful syndicate, the two married in order to combine the forces of Akira's syndicate into Ryosuke's. Many believe that's all the two were. Powerful leaders of the criminal underworld. However there were many things that many didn't know about the Hagiwara family. In truth, aside from the criminal background, they had dabbled in magic. Ryosuke wouldn't say he was a Mage per say, but he was quite well aware of their existence. If anything, Akira was the one who acted as a Mage. The two were a power couple in more ways than one, seeing eye to eye in terms of magecraft and crime. Chiyoko lived her life as the heir to their craft, being taught by Akira personally everything she needed to know to be a Mage, while her brother was being groomed to succeed his father as the heir to their father's empire. While at first Chiyoko was fine with these events, she soon grew jealous of her brother. While her mother was quite proud of Chiyoko and the fact that she was such a gifted learner- her father was more focused on her brother and his acts as a criminal heir. Why was it that Masahiro got to be heir and only she was taught magic? Why couldn't she have both?
It was only a matter of time before Ryosuke and Akira were found out, perhaps by a rivaling clan or Mage family, but Chiyoko ended up waking up to gunfire and shouting. Their home was being attacked. Before Masahiro could do anything, he was taken by whatever assailants there, leaving Chiyoko alone with her little sister and a young girl named Ai who was supposed to act as Masahiro's subordinate once he ascended his father. The three were left alone at a very young age, no older than twelve. In fear of being found out, Chiyoko made the call to run away and hide. It was hard for three young girls to survive on the street. But Ai was specifically trained by Ryosuke and Chiyoko was a fast learner. By the time Chiyoko was fifteen, she decided she was going to be the one to succeed her father. She found the remnants of what was acting as the Hagiwara clan and confronted the acting oyabun, demanding that she take position. Of course they laughed at her, who thought of a woman, no less a child, was going to run such a crime organization?

As well as various ammo, clips, throwables, combustible, anything that can be used as a weapon, anything created as a weapon, Chiyoko has it. The only exception is she doesn’t have a nuke (but she sure wished she did). On the other side from the vault door there’s a thin door that blends into the back, when opened it shows a small computer desk and chair with six monitors, 2 for each well, left, right and center. As well as pictures and newspaper clippings of possible rival yakuza activity. Each monitor is hacked into a street camera that Chiyoko can use to spy on people. On the right side wall there’s a large portrait of Chiyoko that is actually the cover to Chiyoko’s money vault. When opened and accessed, Chiyoko has millions of dollars just sitting there. Only she knows the code
Chiyoko, despite acting as the head of the Hagiwara family, didn't sit back and watch her subordinates work like most. She preferred to work in the field. Aside from her men who would do the dirty work, she herself would sometimes dabble in it. Bank Heists, Arms deals, hell, even the occasional spy job. She had to learn to conceal her identity, because as high profile as she was she'd be instantly recognized by anyone who'd consider her a rival.
By the time Chiyoko hit this high in her infamy she’s around twenty-one years old. She may at first seem like a total professional, but she proves to be anything but that. Of course she’s professional when required but when she doesn’t need to be, she believes herself to be top of the food chain. And in a way, she is. Her wealth and infamy strikes fear in even the toughest of criminals. She is constantly drinking the finest booze and occasionally smoking unnecessarily expensive cigarettes imported from Egypt. She has the biggest ego and is very hard to break down. Nothing phases her, whenever someone tries to intimidate her, she just smirks and totally blasts the other person out of the water. Nothing gets past her. Chiyoko is also a grade A sleaze. She’s very confident in her body and knows that she’s eye candy, so she uses it to her advantage most of the time.
One day Ai gave Chiyoko a gift, a ring that she once wore all the time. Chiyoko always questioned what it was and what the symbols on it meant, but a gift was a gift and it being from Ai was enough for Chiyoko. Chiyoko for most of her life focused more on the syndicate than she did Magecraft, however that didn't mean Chiyoko didn't at least keep up with her studies just a bit- she found old books and lessons from her mother. Some things were still out of her reach but one that really caught her eye was something about a thing called the 'Holy Grail War' or summoning a Heroic Spirit, things like that.
On a whim one day in the spare room of her home, she attempted a summoning circle. She didn't expect it to work, but the ring on her finger began to glow, accidentally opening and a piece of old golden armor out onto the circle, and before she even knew it a man glad in Gold appeared. Chiyoko's eyes widened as she stepped back, enamored by the sight. What--- Is... This a Servant? Looking at her left hand a red symbol began manifesting on the back of her hand. One in the shape of a crown. Panicking, she reached for a glove in her pocket and shoved her hand in it. This was crazy, what was happening. Her eyes met with the red irises of the other man.
His voice was filled with the pride of a king, a gaze that looked down on all as if they were nothing but ants.
"Who dares summon me, mongrel."

ooc. because it’s like 1:30 in the morning i’m gonna write a bunch of meta bullshit under a readmore while i wait for these hiccups to go away
a lot of shit that’s happened to hibiki wasn’t directly caused by the shimada clan but their large influence in hanamura is what ultimately caused most of hibiki’s problems. the only thing the shimada clan has directly caused was hibiki’s mom being arrested and subsequently hibiki herself being arrested. the lost of her eyesight and limbs was caused by a botched mission against a yakuza who was on good terms with the shimadas rather than the shimadas themselves.
hibiki’s insomnia is rooted towards her childhood conditioning rather than the bounty placed over her head recently. due to her conditioning’s conflict with her emotion’s guilt, it has lead to her staying up late at night contemplating her own morals. which has sort of carried on for years and only recently came back due to her growing anxiety over the bounty.
The Network is an online database that has two lists. A list of frequent and new clients and a list of killers. the sub list includes mercenaries, assassins and other services such as drug dealers and weapon dealers. Hibiki can be found on both the Assassin and Mercenary lists. The lists are organized in a way that showcases successes, kill count and amount of clients served. Leaving Hibiki at the top of both her lists which has lead to conflict since some newer assassins have decided to place a bounty over her head to eliminate her from the competition. The owner of The Network is widely unknown but it seems to have strong ties with yakuza.
the yakuza that Hibiki was taken into is called the Hagiwara clan. The clan is most well known for their reigning female oyabun Chiyoko Hagiwara. It occupies most of the northern coast of Japan and is known to circulate red light districts and dwell into arms and drug deals.
kazumi kaseru, hibiki’s twin brother, was not killed when they were children but rather kidnapped. during an operation in hanamura, talon agents stumbled upon the pair of twins and ultimately favored the boy over the girl. so to create less of a scene, they merely kidnapped the boy in his sleep. similar to hibiki’s conditioning, kazumi also went through an obedience conditioning that resulted him in becoming one of the top operatives in talon. however recently had he started question talon’s motives and the organization itself. to counter this, talon has started subtly brainwashing kazumi to believe talon is still a great organization.
contrary to popular belief hibiki’s mother is still alive, albeit living in the japanese countryside and mourning her children every day.
hibiki listens to traditional japanese music due to her slight anxiety and paranoia. the music helps her calm down and put her in a fit state to carry out missions without error. however that does not mean that’s all she listens too. even though loud music tends to disrupt her cybernetic eyes’ functions and give her headaches, she does have electronic music and korean pop on her phone. this is mostly due to that being her music taste when she was a teenager. though that taste never fully wore off. sometimes hibiki can be see practicing k-pop choreography when she’s exceptionally bored in her room.
hibiki is an avid reader and tends to read haiku books or traditional japanese/chinese literature. the only currently day literature she reads is a select few light novels and the manga Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure.
despite being traditional in ever sense, hibiki is not above using a gun. in fact, she keeps with her the handgun she was given in her Blackwatch days, if not for it’s sentimentality.
hibiki’s sword is made from little nanobytes, robots the size of cells created by her former yakuza’s hired russian scientist and drug dealer Nero Anarchy. Nero Anarchy, despite making her own drugs, is actually a brilliant scientist who creates all sorts of gadgets and things for the Hagiwara clan to sell on the black market. one of those things is her nanobytes which can replace body cells and rapidly regenerate flesh, bone, and skin if damaged. another useage is to create nearly indestructible weaponry. the nanobytes are able to replicate themselves so even if a body part is chopped off or part of hibiki’s sword is cut, it’d still be able to regenerate to it’s prior state. the reason hibiki herself has not been injected with the nanobytes is during the time the machines were still undergoing testing and hibiki’s sword was one of the first successes to come out of it.
hibiki’s prosthetics and eyes were also created by Nero Anarchy.
specifically how hibiki lost her limbs was due to a violent fire fight. her sword was shot out of her hand, leaving shrapnel from direct hit as well as chunks of flesh ripping away from her hand, being slightly incapacitated, everyone open fired on her. bone shrapnel was found in her forearms and her left leg, being exceptionally damaging to the point of amputation. she was out of the field for months before being entirely healed and fashioned with prosthetics.
her eyes were due to frag shrapnel hitting her eyes during another fire fight
her eyes are connected to her optic nerve, giving her full sight. however the perks to her eyes is they have an acute heat sensor that allows them to detect heat signatures within 20 feet of hibiki. it can also detect machinery. she also has her own acute night vision.
hibiki’s complicated morals are ultimately her undoing. despite being a stone cold killer, after working within blackwatch she has found a new sense of morality in her decisions. leaving her to question all she’s done. however that wasn’t enough to sway her out of mercenary work. however she still takes those chances in the sense that she refused to take out innocent people if she can help it. it’s also why she’s so hesitant around the shimadas. despite blaming them for her undoing, she wants to put her past behind her and atone for her sins.
hibiki doesn’t have a place to call home. she frequently uses her blood money to buy hotel rooms and pay for prosthetic fixes and replacements when needed. she has a small duffle bag she carries that has her weaponry. which includes a katana, her hand gun, smoke bombs, kunai, hexagonal shurikens, and a wakizashi. other contents include food and water for the day, papers with bounties and cash.
hibiki really really wasn’t very social in her blackwatch days, nor her yakuza days. she only knew the members because she had to work with them when she was a teenager. if she didn’t then she’d be in a lot of trouble since all of them were her superiors. in blackwatch however, being amongst people of equal rank, she never really got to know them. if anything, she avoided talking to people if not because of how she was trained but due to her lack of social skills. the only people she remembers from her blackwatch day is of course Gabriel Reyes because he was her superior and Jesse McCree because her was an asshole who everyone knew whether they wanted to or not.
in the recall hibiki is still as anti social but has learned to keep a conversation now. she is more inclined to talk to those who were previously in blackwatch or overwatch rather than new recruits
she’s very very indifferent to omnics. thought she leans more towards despising them then appreciating them. they killed her father in the war, of course she hated them. but she also realizes the efforts of the shambali monastery. though that doesn’t mean she’s above taking omnic hits
hibiki and kazumi’s designs are based off 4 old ocs i had:
Tumblr media
hibiki’s design is based off of Jin Arakaki- the female twin sister of Jun Arakaki. the two make up an assassin team called Regalia where they pretend to be the same person so it gives off the illusions that they’re in two places at once. regalia is also the namesake for kazumi’s callsign
Tumblr media
however their real namesakes come from Hibiki and Kazumi Do-oto, their olive eyes and orange hair were also elements in hibiki’s design but i ultimately changed her haircolor to be black to better correlate with her race, keep the monochromatic scheme she had and to draw more similarities to kazumi, though the olive eyes stayed.
