i think part of my struggle w art is i dont know how to doodle and sketch anymore and everything has to have some sort of veneer of polish and has to be cool and epic. but its ok to just draw smth potentially objectively uninteresting. its better than not drawing. anyways here's my friend @a-gay-little-cat and i's ffxiv characters bc they're doing some shit to me

When Chanai was a child, he made friends with a Qeatiri boy at Reunion, on the rare times his clan visited, which developed into a mutual crush as they reached their teens. It never went further than that, unfortunately, as internal clan politics saw Chanai's family literally fleeing for the hills when he was 13.

The last time they saw each other before the events of Stormblood was on Chanai's last passage through Reunion, seeking wirk as a caravan guard heading for Kugane and then Eorzea.

aw thank you!!!!! Momo is my precious shy son that i love to draw, i love drawing him just so smitten and tender ;__; here's some quick hands i drew cuz even with handholding, momo is incredibly nervous and shy, overthinking it all, and i wanted to do a bunch of studies to explore that ;v; chanai is very sweet n patient with him ( chanai is @deerlordhunter 's!)

Do you have one genre in particular that you usually find yourself picking over others? If so, what draws you to it? (Whichever media you want to answer for! Movies, books, TV shows etc).

Favorite comfort meal! And is there a reason why it’s comforting to you?

Someone tells you that you have to pick a single artist/band to listen to for the rest of your life: who are you choosing?

Is there any place in the world that you really hope to visit someday?

1). I find myself being a sucker for tragedies lol I can't help but gravitate towards tragic stories, sad songs and movies, anything that makes me feel A LOT haha. I think what draws me was probably the fact that the media I grew up with was that way so Shakespeare and Charles Dickens, etc. And I love seeing characters or people be ruled by their base nature, when they're desperate- it's always refreshing to see that contrast between what's presented and what really is

2.) Chanay Chawal! They're basically brown chickpeas cooked in a soupy broth served with rice. My mom used to say it's "horsepower food" haha which stuck with me and I always feel better after having it, especially on a rainy day.

3.) Ik I'm gonna sound basic but BTS aah bcs I don't think I'd get tired of them lol

4.) I really really want to visit Switzerland! It looks absolutely beautiful and ethereal, and the nature aspect is also amazing to me!
