SO I’VE SEEN A BUNCH OF PEOPLE WITH THEIR UNDERGARMENTS TWISTED OVER HOW TO INTERPRET THINGS LIKE THE CANDACE OWENS REFERENCES IN THE CHRISTCHURCH SHOOTER’S MANIFESTO OR THE “SUBSCRIBE TO PEWDIEPIE” LINE IN HIS VIDEO, AND I HAVE A KEY QUESTION TO ADD:
DOES IT FUCKING MATTER?
IS HE GENUINELY TRYING TO GET PEOPLE TO SUBSCRIBE TO PEWDIEPIE? IS HE POKING FUN AT THE CONTROVERSY? IS HE TRYING TO SABOTAGE HIM BY ASSOCIATING HIM WITH A HEINOUS CRIME? I DON’T KNOW. I DON’T CARE. WHETHER THIS SPECIFIC RACIST WAS INSPIRED BY PDP’S DISPLAYS OF RACISM OR NOT DOESN’T CHANGE THAT PDP ALREADY HAS QUITE A HISTORY OF BEING A PIECE OF SHIT.
