Camp Punksylvania 2024 pics by me of Lauren Prim and our general camping spot, mainly with my lil Huji Cam app. It rained rlly bad friday night/saturday at 3am to flood the tents so we ran to the car in that. We saw Soji and Vulture Raid and I met the guy from Suburban Downgrade that's friends with Nate Maafa/Winter Wolf. Small world. It was fun and hot and i lost my weed.

I love to do music. Hope to keep running.

Before I forget, I wanted to drop this.

If you're in Pennsylvania or need plans for the summer, consider coming by for Spooky Summer and the NEPA Horror Fest in June. The event hosts secured Bill Mosely and they announced the double feature today. It's going to be phenomenal and with a new horror themed food joint that opened up the road from the drive-in called Chop Top's, this summer is shaping up to be awesome - including Camp Punksylvania in early September.

I'll post announcements as they come in over the next few months.

Everybody should go listen to The Car Bomb Parade right the fuck now. These guys were at Camp Punksylvania and they were awesome. The front guy, Ren, was climbing the stage barrier to get into the pit, giving hugs, and passed the mic to this kid who was two stepping and he'd give his best screams. Fuckin awesome. These dudes slap and their merch is pure gold. I spoke to Ren earlier in the day and when he mentioned the idea, I loved it right away.

Anyway, of all the bands I was curious about, these were up there and I'm so glad I raced down to the main stage. When I saw him at the merch table, I asked if he could sign my vendor pass and he was cool about it. Their guitarist was there too, but he was in a hurry (as was I), so we didn't get to talk sadly.

This is kind of my bi-monthly update to say that the blog isn't dead and neither am I.

Life is kicking my ass and I got thrown into the deep end of the pool without much warning. I'm getting by and that's about it. Just getting by, which is okay but also pretty bad because I don't know if I'll be in good shape for all of the festivals and shows this year.

I know that, for sure, Camp Punksylvania and the NEPA Horror Film Festival are going to be lit this summer. If you're needing anything to do in June and July, mark your calendars and save the dates. Go support some great people and acts, and have a hell of a time. We need more positivity.

That being said, don't be surprised if it's radio silence from me for a while. Again, it's just getting by anymore. But if anything does happen, I'll let you freaks and creeps know.
