While it’s extremely important, it’s not everything. In fact, overconsuming protein is only increasing your calorie burn, which is like spinning your wheels. 👀 Reason #2: You’re not eating enough, but not literally. Yes, I fully understand it’s hard to eat MORE of the right foods. I’ve been there. I went from 163# as a sophomore in High School to 253# as collegiate football 🏈 player. But, you have to be smart and choose calorie dense foods that won’t “fill you up”. 💡 Reason #3: You’re not lifting enough. Volume and intensity means everything. Can you add more sets? How about lift the same weight for more reps? What about lift MORE weight for MORE reps?
