Well, folks, this is it. Twelve months of the Creative Writing Master of Fine Arts program was quite an amazing, arduous, and life-changing journey. I’m so thankful for my professors, my classmates, and everything I have learned. The journey continues from here.

Discussion: 1.0 Mastery - Writing Experience
This is a part of my Week 1 Discussion Board assignment for my CWMFA Script Analysis and Criticism class. I really enjoyed finding each visual trigger for all my creative ideas.
Below are the answers to my current professor’s last question from our assignment page.
Find a picture for each of your three ideas that will serve as a visual trigger to remind you of your creative writing idea. Post the three visual trigger pictures to your Tumbler account that you created in the Mastery Course. Then post the link to your Tumbler account here:
Visual Trigger #1: Well, since I'm a creative writer and I'd like to join our local anime club, this would be the most fitting image (especially since I'm prone to writer's block).
Visual Trigger #2: This is the logo the SLAC's facebook profile. They've made changes to it over time, but they've always kept their fleur-de-lis (which is a nice touch).
Visual Trigger #3: This is one of the club's flyers on Facebook. Ironically, the date on the flyer happens to be my birthday. If I joined, I would improve on their simplistic design and add the year. Not only are the flyers/posters outdated, but they're also a bit disorganized and confusing to browse through on Facebook.
Bonus Visual Trigger: I wasn't sure what to add here, although it probably wasn't necessary since I added this creative writing idea as a bonus. But why not go all the way? While searching around, I came across this image and I couldn't help but laugh. From what I've heard about the pastor/minister, I feel like this is something he would say during a casual conversation or own a similar kind of coffee cup in his house. Regardless, anything that makes me laugh and relates to my work in some way will automatically inspire me and get my creative juices flowing.
[I wonder if I should surprise him with this as my Christmas present.]

This image is a infographic release with 3D paperback and ereader examples of the book cover for Forbidden Fantasies by Sai Marie Johnson. Infographics are great ways to share the cover and generate hype for a new release or a preorder which as evidenced in this image, which was used for the two week preorder campaign that I ran for Forbidden Fantasies from 10/19/2017 until it released on Halloween.

1. Media Convergence: LAW & ORDER is a perfect example as it takes real-life events (stated in the narration) and combines it with some Hollywood flare for Television.
2. Media Convergence: AMAZON also a prime example, by allowing consumers the luxury and convenience of shopping from home it takes away the hassle of driving from point A-Z in search of the best offer.
3. Gamification: WAZE Waze uses gamification by rewarding users as they contribute to road information. Users can earn points, titles, achievements, and mood options as they continue to use the app.
