I explained on my twitter that this has been put on the backburner for a bit and I don’t plan on completing it for new years, so I figured I’d go ahead and post what I have left!

These mons are part of a secret area (think of it like DLC content), that you time travel to. Laurea Isle is the region in the long distant past, based on Laurentia and spanning the paleozoic era (up to carboniferous? idk kinda fuzzy timeline)

Honestly, I though about something like that - Cumulonimbus, since those are often stormclouds and that’s kind of what she looks like to me, since she has some darker grey patches. But I try to keep my chicken’s names to one- or two-syllables, since that makes it easier to call out. There’s also not a great nickname for Cumula that doesn’t sound wildly inappropriate though, but thanks for the suggestion anyway! I appreciate it!

Quelques précisions : Augustin Lacroix (1803-1875) est un homme politique français. Il fut principalement actif dans le département de Saône-et-Loire, et et fut notamment député du département de 1842 à 1846, charge qu'il cumula avec celle de maire La Clayette. Il fut ami d'Alphonse de Lamartine (1790-1869, portrait), poète et écrivain français, qui fut l'une des principales incarnations du romantisme français. Ce dernier a composé de très nombreux poèmes qui ont eu une influence notable sur les générations suivantes de poètes, quoi qu'il ait également reçu son content de critiques. Ses principales œuvres incluent les Méditations poétiques (1820) et Graziella (1849). Il s'implique également dans la vie politique du pays, et fut notamment Ministre des Affaires étrangères en 1848. Il finit sa vie ruiné et meurt d'une attaque.
