Ask for Promotion Mod

Hi :) So I made a mod for storytelling and I wanted to share with everyone!

If your sim has a job, they have a new interaction on their phone under the business menu: Ask for Promotion.

Your sim can ask their boss for a promotion and they can get 8 different buffs depending on how their boss responds! They have to wait a full day before they can ask for a promotion again. Currently, these buffs are random as I couldn't figure out how to make it affected by a sim's job performance.

Known issues: Sims in high school or university without a career will still have the option to ask for a promotion. I couldn't figure out how to blacklist school without making it where sims in school weren't excluded even if they had a job. I will try to figure out how to fix this.

Future Plans: Trait specific buffs. For example, ambitious and workaholic sims would be a lot more affected by how their boss responds. This is easy to do, just tedious.
