Renfield (2023)! AND I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!! So funny! And this one made me fall in love with Dracula all over again! And made me love Renfield!!!!! Such a treat for everyone who is already familiar with the 1931 Dracula version with Bela Lugosi and the novel! Love the "modern AU" style this film went with <333 ALSO THE SOUNDTRACK!!!! I was so excited when they played Na Na Na (Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na) by My Chemical Romance in that one scene <3333 Also the overall design and aesthetic choices!!!! Chef's kiss!!!!

c) the one who has nothing to gain by putting herself on the line - we are told by the author that its a big deal that she went against protocol with the autopsy (akin to risking her own life). she doesnt even ask for anything in return. she just is like 'yeah cool ill do it'

d) how we learn Satoru's real motives regarding the school/students- and is the only one he told his goal to - the whole 'youth'/best years of their life speech. that's vulnerability - being able to tell your dreams/goals to someone.

e) how we learn that Satoru was a lot more emotional when he was younger. this is well before the Hidden Inventory arc tells us how much more emotional. some of his cheerfulness/silliness is a smokescreen. sometimes he cracks. Yuji dying got to him. emotional emotional being that man is.
