A Thought Dump from a Confused 12th Grader So, I just turned 17. I would say I’m a below-average student, and I’m in 12th grade. In India, you choose streams in 10th grade—Commerce, Science, and Arts. The people who choose Arts are mostly the ones who know what they want to do. The ones who choose Commerce mostly do it because they think it’s easy, even though it isn’t. And then comes Science. My teacher told us to choose Science because it would give us many options for the future.

Honestly, I should have chosen Arts. Even my uncle recommended it since I was good at literature. I don’t think politics and all ever fascinated me, but still, choosing Arts would have been better for me than Science. I know there are toppers out there who’ll say, “Oh, you just never studied,” and it’s true—I didn’t. But do I want to? No. I want to live a peaceful life.

I come from a below-middle-class family, meaning we can afford a lot of things, but we still count our money more than anybody else. I think my mom and dad are supportive. After 10th grade, I decided to give the JEE entrance exam, also known as the toughest of all. Maybe it is, maybe it isn’t—I don’t care. But yeah, I told everyone I wanted to be an engineer. I don’t. I mean, I would like to learn coding, but I don’t need a four-year degree for that. I could just take a class. But still, a degree is a degree.

Right now, I’ve given my 12th board exams. I’m from HSC, so I have two entrance exams—JEE and CET of Maharashtra. I’m screwing everything up. I question my life every second. To be honest, I know that everything will be fine in the end. I’m not going to fail my boards, but is everything really destroyed? What if?

I talked to my friends. Everyone is as stressed as me. The pressure is a different topic in itself. What is going to happen? What will happen? Everyone is confused. If you ask them what their hobby is and how long it has been since they’ve done it, they will say "an eternity."

I get that a lot of people might not relate because they’re filled with pride for being hardworking. But what about those who aren’t? The ones who struggle? The ones who study 24 hours a day but still don’t manage to score well? I used to think hard work really does pay off. I was a big fan of a creator called Samay Raina. I’m sorry, but the way he used to work and get everything he wanted—there’s a word they call him by: "God’s favorite child." I think because of him, I used to say, “Hard work does pay off. If you want it, you get it.”

But in recent times, the controversy around it all was a different topic in itself. I don’t know if I found him that funny, but the way he lived—I did find it inspiring. But does it even matter now? He hasn’t failed in his career, but people are just bashing him so badly. I get that he was never serious, probably. But if you look closely, people just forget everything because of one little slip.

Everyone is so competitive, stuck in a race they have to win—not for themselves, but for their family. Just because their mom said, "Are you winning, son?" My mom is very strict.

And social media? It’s the worst. I won’t lie, there are people who are truly inspiring, creating the best content to be consumed. But the media? A recent bug in an app really made me think about how they just want us to stay on their platform so they can earn more. That app was never made for people to connect. I mean, maybe it was at first, but then life took a turn, and now every platform just wants to waste your time.

I swear, the time I waste on those apps—I could have pursued my hobby. Maybe it could have become something more instead of just entertainment. Now, it’s just something to do when you're sitting. Why be alone with your thoughts? If you’re traveling, why look outside and see nature when you can just stare at your phone, seeing what you like to see?

And you might say, "The platform gives you what you want to see." No, it doesn’t. My whole FYP was filled with motivation and religious lessons, and then—boom—suddenly, I get hit with brainrot content. They don’t want anything except your time. And we all know how precious time is.

I’m 20ftm, hoping to find someone willing to do a Madness Combat rp. I’m still getting back into it, since it’s been years for me, but I feel the brainworms like crazy. My time zone is CET, and I’m a fulltime student, so I may be busy during the day, but my evenings are mostly free.

I was hoping to find someone who would wanna do an MxM rp. I don’t have any specific ship in mind, and accept CanonxCanon, OCxCanon, and OCxOC, and am very willing to do smut or darker themes, dead dove is welcome too. I love angst and violence, but I also love fluff. I love AUS, but I would like to at least keep some of the main source, ya know?

I only rp on discord, but we can plan and plot here on tumblr. Please only reply to this if you are 18+, as I’m not comfortable rping with anybody younger than that. I tend to match my rp partner in reply length, but like to at least write two of three paragraphs, or the message limit to a discord message.

For characters id like to play Deimos (my fave pookie), or Hank. If there are other characters we want then let’s talk about it, I’m open for most things. I also have multiple OCS I can throw into the mix, because I like them a lot.

I just checked, and the G550 Private Jet carrying former President Rodrigo Duterte has now just resumed its Flight from Jebel Ali in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to Rotterdam in the Netherlands. It seems that there was a long Delay in their Flight out for some Reason.

The Plane is expected to land in the Netherlands at 1726H Central European Time (CET), or around 0026H Philippine Time. I suspect that one Reason for the Delay could be so Digong will arrive in the Netherlands at such a late Hour in the Philippines.

I am wishing Digong all the Best, that he will be able to win against the Cases that they will be holding Trials for him with in the Netherlands.

I'm 18+ f from Cet timezone(please be 18+ too) looking for someone to write silly stories with! I love writing and it is one of my favourite hobbies, but I have things to do most days. I usually write one detailed reply a day in the evening, sometimes of course i can write more. (just don’t expect me to be on 24/7 to roleplay with.) I also don’t expect you to write all the time, but I would want 1 reply every 3 or 4 days.

I'm looking for an FXF roleplay. Just FxF roleplay. Please don't dm/comment about something else. I will not play out your weird fantasies. For NSFW I prefer fade to black.

Please be able to write at least 200 words. I usually write between 300-500 , but I try to mirror my partner. I love chatting and gushing about the oc’s and the plot, I can be a bit of a chatterbox! Of course I will not force it, if the roleplay goes well and we just don't talk that is totally okay too.

So for the plot I love everything scary and mysterious. Think something like : There is something really wrong with this forest, Summer camp gone wrong, classic small town group of misfits confront the demon. Little clique, little funny, but solid plot and characters.
