Elevating Aspirations: The Transformative Impact of Choosing the Right CA Coaching Institute
A career as a chartered accountant (CA) is highly lucrative and aspirational; it requires a solid foundation and specialised coaching. Choosing the best CA coaching institute is an important decision that will have a big impact on your progress along the way. This post explores the fundamental characteristics and advantages of a premier CA coaching centre that may raise your expectations and help you get closer to realising your CA objectives.
Expert Faculty for Guided Learning
A respectable CA coaching institute's faculty is its foundation. Seek out institutions with seasoned instructors who have both academic expertise and practical teaching experience. A knowledgeable faculty member may help students make the connection between theory and real-world application, giving them crucial insights.
Comprehensive Curriculum Coverage
A CA coaching institute's efficacy is determined by how well it covers the whole CA curriculum. Look for institutions that have well-organized curricula that divide difficult courses into digestible units. This guarantees a deep comprehension of every subject, which is essential for passing the CA exams.
Effective Exam Strategies and Mock Tests
Success in CA examinations requires more than just subject knowledge; it demands strategic exam preparation. Choose a coaching institute that focuses on imparting effective exam strategies, including the incorporation of mock tests and practice exams. This approach helps students familiarize themselves with the exam pattern and refine their time-management skills.
Personalized Attention for Individual Growth
Recalling that every student has distinct learning requirements, top CA coaching schools frequently keep small class sizes. Because of this, students may receive individualised attention, enabling teachers to recognise and address each student's strengths and problems. A customised learning environment that optimises student comprehension and performance is the end outcome.
Holistic Development Beyond Academics
A top CA coaching institute understands that success in the professional world demands more than just academic prowess. Look for institutes that prioritize holistic development, emphasizing soft skills, communication abilities, and ethical considerations. This holistic approach ensures that students are well-rounded professionals ready for the challenges of the CA profession.
Interactive Learning Environment
The entire learning process is improved by a dynamic and engaging learning environment. Look for coaching programmes that promote student participation via debates, case studies, and group projects. A passion for the subject topic is fostered and active engagement is encouraged in such an environment.
Proven Track Record and Alumni Success
An CA coaching institute's past performance tells you a lot about how effective it is. Investigate colleges that have a track record of graduating CA candidates. Testimonials and success stories from former students show how the institution has influenced their professional careers.
In order to have a prosperous career as a chartered accountant, selecting the best CA coaching institute is essential. Choose a school that offers you more than just exam prep; look for one that encourages a well-rounded educational experience and gives you the tools you need to succeed in the workplace. Raise your expectations by choosing a CA coaching centre wisely and in line with your beliefs and ambitions. This will help you get started on the path to a rewarding and successful accountancy profession.

Fantasy High Junior Year Trailer Screenshots of the PCs! 😋 (Spoilers ahead for Fantasy High S1&2)
If any of y'all see any clues in any of these. Drop it in the comments please because I'm curious! 😂
I love how Riz's has like Kalina stuff on it and also 3 sticky notes that say "night yorb?" just...AROUND! 😂🤣💀
Also...since when did Kristen gain THAT much MUSCLE?! 😭😭✋✋
I LOVE the "Keep Going" and the "Are you my dad? Yes No?" on Gorgug's! 😂😆
●・○・●・○・●・○・●・○・●・○・●・○・● ・○
Adaine O̶'̶S̶h̶a̶u̶g̶h̶n̶e̶s̶s̶y̶ Abernant
Tumblr media
Adaine's has a doodle of Jawbone on the top left.
Her new Arcane Focus! The sword she took from her father!
Boggy!
There a unique doodle of something on the top right of Adaine's? It looks like a cat of some sort to me....but Idk. 🥴🥲 [EDIT: That little cat doodle on the top right is the same cat doodle that is on Jawbone's shirt!!]
[EDIT!: "ESF" flag on Boggy stands for "Emotional Support Frog"!!!]
●・○・●・○・●・○・●・○・●・○・●・○・● ・○
Fabian Aramais Seacaster
Tumblr media
Fabian has a doodle of his dad, Bill Seacaster on his.
His magical sheet!
A "Hoot Growl" Owlbears Poster!
Toxic Masculinity is DEAD! 😂✋
Also, the sword of the Seacaster's as well there it looks like!
Fabian also has a tiny little message on his that reads: "I'm here to be Great"! 😆
There's also some kind of ticket stub on the bottom left corner!
As well as what looks to be a Start line with shoeprints for what I'm assuming is a track for either running...(or dancing 👀)?
●・○・●・○・●・○・●・○・●・○・●・○・● ・○
Kristen Applebees
Tumblr media
Kristen's has Cassandra on the top right! 😆
A scratched off "yes?" in regards to the deity she had created before.
Along with a corn on the cob
and her iconic staff of doubt!
She's also BUFF!
So... That's obviously VERY NEW!!! 😂
●・○・●・○・●・○・●・○・●・○・●・○・● ・○
Riz Gukgak
Tumblr media
Riz's has Kalina around his.
It has what I think is the picture from Sophomore Year of both Pok and Kalina next to each other. The mystery photo of that season.
It has Coach Daybreak.
"Bardy Boys" iconic reference.
"Night Yorb?" written 3 different times...Idk why it's referenced 3 different times here 💀...
The bottom right of Riz's is what seems to be a drawing of Biz Glitterdew. Underneath the Biz drawing, it reads: "HACKER".
There's a drawing of a Corn Cutie.
There seems to be random numbers? I see "10", "5", "12", "03". There's a "3:" which idk if it's supposed to go along with the other random numbers or if it's supposed to be a text face. I also see letters here too, like I see "S", "H", "A" however the "A" seems to be the lettering for "Aguefort".
There's a drawing of an octopus with a pirate hat, which I'm assuming is a drawing of James Whitclaw maybe?
I don't know if the small drawing of the woman ABOVE Coach Daybreak is supposed to resemble Lady Doreen? The lunch lady.
There's a small writing on a sticky that says "Jorjuu?" The J at the end looks like a "u" to me. Maybe I'm blind. Either way, I assume it's referring to Telemaine's wrong pronunciation of Gorgug "Jorjuj" :p
Right next to Riz's center photo of himself seems to be something that says "(un)licensed" the words under it looks like scribbles, but I can only assume it's "private investigator".
Idk who that girl is on the right in the small black and white photo. I have no clue who that's supposed to be. 🥴🥴🥴 Is it supposed to be a drawing of Penny Luckstone maybe??? [EDIT! The small black and white photo is a picture of Penelope Everpetal!!!]
●・○・●・○・●・○・●・○・●・○・●・○・● ・○
Fig Faeth
Tumblr media
Fig's has a concert ticket stub! Maybe that's the event going on at the Thistlespring Tree? Maybe? Maybe Gorgug wanted to perform to his parents 😂 and then...things went wrong? 😂💀 idk! I'm purely guessing!
Fig's has a tiny little message that says "Burn Towns Get Money"! 😂 That one lyric in one of their band songs! 😂✋ Another tiny little message that says "burn it up"!
It has Fig's iconic guitar with a small golden star next to it!
It has a tiny cute photo of Gilear!
It has her Dwarven Skateboard!
It has what I can only imagine to be a little doodle of what I assume to be Gorthalax???
Then it has Fig's little Dwarven skateboard.
It has what seems to be a spiky collar of some sort? Idk what that could be referring to other than Hilda Hilda's dog that she has chained outside of the police house...but that's quite a stretch! So...I honestly just don't really know. 💀✋ [EDIT! The spiky collar might just be referring to Fig's punk aesthetic!!!]
Fig's also has that like..."A" Circle of Anarchism symbol on hers as well! So...yeah! That looks dope and amazing!
[EDIT!: The beginning of the words "HILDA HILDA" on the right side under the drawing of the skateboard!! 😂😂]
●・○・●・○・●・○・●・○・●・○・●・○・● ・○
Gorgug Thistlespring
Tumblr media
Gorgug's has small messages of "Keep Going" on his!
It has a small message that says "METAL" in all caps! Probably since he loves Metal music! Just like Zelda does! 😂🤣 :3
It has a letter that says "Are You My Dad? Yes No" 😂😂 Even though he's found his dad already so it's kinda funny I guess? 😂💀 But it's SO HIM too so...ya know! 😂🤷‍♀️
There's what looks to be a small doodle of a rose in the top right. Probably for his one true love! Zelda! 🥺 :3 [EDIT: THE SMALL DOODLE OF THE ROSE IS THE TIN FLOWER FROM EPISODE 1!!!]
Then there seems to be a doodle of like ...I originally thought it looked like a moon? But it might be a doodle of a satellite around earth??? I mean... it's right next to the rose...so... I'm assuming that that's what it is? Idk 🥲😅
●・○・●・○・●・○・●・○・●・○・●・○・● ・○
If y'all caught something I missed! Please holler in the comments! 🙏 I NEED THEORIES!!! RKAKFKW 😭✋

New Releases
We've got a ton of new books coming out this week and a lovely mix bag from a stirring memoir to a fun rom-com to another exciting mystery from everyone's fave Anna-Marie McLemore and so much more.
Hurdles in the Dark: My Story of Survival, Resilience, and Triumph by Elvira K. Gonzalez Roaring Brook Press
Twenty-four hours: that’s how long fourteen-year-old Elvira Gonzalez is given to come up with the $40,000 she needs to save her kidnapped mother from a drug cartel. It’s 2006 and Elvira’s hometown of Laredo, Texas, has become engulfed by the Mexican Drug War. Elvira’s life is unraveling around her—setting her on a harrowing path that leads her to being locked up in one of South Texas’s worst juvenile detention centers.
After Elvira’s released from juvie, she’s resolved to never go back. That’s when her unexpected salvation arrives in the form of 33-inch-high plastic hurdles. Determined to win a track scholarship out of Laredo, Elvira begins breaking into the school, alone, at 5:30 in the morning to practice hurdling. Soon, she catches the attention of a renowned high school coach, an adult man in his 30s. As they train, their coach-student relationship begins to change, becoming sexual. At just seventeen years old, Elvira experiences the dangers many young athletes face, especially those who are marginalized. In spite of these towering obstacles, Elvira eventually propels herself to become one of the top ranked hurdlers in the USA and the first in her family to go to college.
This inspiring true story of grit, tenacity, and hope traces Elvira’s path as she overcomes impossible hurdles in her race to freedom.
Flawless Girls by Anna-Marie McLemore Feiwel & Friends
The Soler sisters are infamous in polite society—brazen, rebellious, and raised by their fashionable grandmother who couldn’t care less about which fork goes where. But their grandmother also knows the standards that two Latina young ladies will be held to, so she secures them two coveted places at the Alarie House, a prominent finishing school that turns out first ladies, princesses, and socialites.
Younger sister Isla is back home within a day. She refuses to become one of the eerily sweet Alarie girls in their prim white dresses. Older sister Renata stays. When she returns months later, she’s unfailingly pleasant, unnervingly polite, and, Isla discovers, possibly murderous. And the same night she returns home, she vanishes.
As their grandmother uses every connection she has to find Renata, Isla re-enrolls, intent on finding out what happened to her sister. But the Alarie House is as exacting as it is opulent. It won’t give up its secrets easily, and neither will a mysterious, conniving girl who’s either controlling the house, or carrying out its deadly orders.
The Quince Project by Jessica Parra Wednesday Books
Castillo Torres, Student Body Association event chair and serial planner, could use a fairy godmother. After a disastrous mishap at her sister’s quinceañera, all of Cas’s plans are crumbling. So when a local lifestyle-guru-slash-party-planner opens up applications for the internship of her dreams, Cas sees it as the perfect opportunity to learn every trick in the book so that things never go wrong again.
The only catch is that she needs more party planning experience before she can apply. When she books a quinceañera for a teen Disneyland vlogger, Cas thinks her plan is taking off…until she finds that real life is more complicated than a fairy tale. Cas soon discovers that the party is just a publicity stunt, and she catches feelings for the chambelán. It’s clear that her agenda is about to go way off-script.
But maybe Happily Ever Afters aren’t just for the movies. Can Cas go from planner to participant in her own life? Or will this would-be princess turn into a pumpkin at the end of the ball?
Twelfth Knight Alexene Farol Follmuth Tor Teen
Viola Reyes is annoyed.
Her painstakingly crafted tabletop game campaign was shot down, her best friend is suggesting she try being more “likable,” and school running back Jack Orsino is the most lackadaisical Student Body President she’s ever seen, which makes her job as VP that much harder. Vi’s favorite escape from the world is the MMORPG Twelfth Knight, but online spaces aren’t exactly kind to girls like her―girls who are extremely competent and have the swagger to prove it. So Vi creates a masculine alter ego, choosing to play as a knight named Cesario to create a safe haven for herself.
But when a football injury leads Jack Orsino to the world of Twelfth Knight, Vi is alarmed to discover their online alter egos―Cesario and Duke Orsino―are surprisingly well-matched.
As the long nights of game-play turn into discussions about life and love, Vi and Jack soon realise they’ve become more than just weapon-wielding characters in an online game. But Vi has been concealing her true identity from Jack, and Jack might just be falling for her offline…

If You Knew My Name: A Novel in Verse by Lisa Roberts Carter Central Avenue Teen
His mother was a BLM activist. Mason Tyndall was an aspiring rap artist. She saw fatal officer-involved shootings as senseless tragedies. He viewed them as trending hashtags — that is, until he almost became one.
Mason Zy’Aire Tyndall has big dreams. Dreams of sick beats, epic mic-drops, sold out stadiums. Mason’s going to be a rap star—and you don’t become a rap star by hitting up BLM protests with your mom or sitting at a desk. Mason wants to get out there and make a name for himself, but he’ll have to graduate high school first. And he can’t do that if he fails his senior year.
Convinced his poetry class is a waste of time, Mason’s teacher helps him see just how valuable a couplet and a rhyme can be. But when an unarmed Black man is killed by the police in his city, tensions start to rise—among the cops, the community, and even Mason’s peers.
Caught in the middle of increasingly violent conflicts, Mason will have to find a way to use his voice for change…and fast.

Behind the Glass (an NHL x TGM crossover)
San Diego, CA. The newest city to put in for a bid for an NHL expansion team. Why California needed a fourth team, no one really knew, but no one was going to complain either. Especially if it meant that people weren't having to drive up to Los Angeles or Anaheim (or even San Jose) to catch a game.
Enter: The San Diego Tomcats. Named after the retired F-14's and an homage to the Naval Base and Weapons School right there on North Island.
Expansion drafts were never fun for anyone; players leaving their teams, administration trying to make deals, fans losing their favorite players, searching for the best coach... but hockey players aren't the only people who have to relocate. Y/N Champaign, a.k.a Lens, an assistant NHL photojournalist who was working with the Pittsburgh Penguins was asked to move to San Diego to work with the Tomcats. While there, she does the one thing she swore to never do: fall in love with a hockey player.
A story of blood, sweat, tears, ice, cursing, and romance, Behind the Glass follows Lens as she navigates a new team, and new emotions.
The Team
players:
Bradley Bradshaw (C): Center, drafted from Washington Capitals
Rueben Fitch: Left Defense, drafted from Nashville Predators
Mickey Garcia (A): Left Wing, drafted from New York Rangers
Jake Seresin (A): Right Wing, drafted from Dallas Stars
Javy Machado: Right Defense, drafted from Boston Bruins
Robert Floyd: Goalie, drafted from St. Louis Blues
staff:
Beau Simpson: General Manager
Soloman Bates: Assistant General Manager
Tom Kazansky: Head Coach
Pete Mitchell: Assistant Coach
Bernie Coleman: goalie coach
Natasha Trace: Athletic Ttrainer
Y/N Champaign: Team Photojournalist
@cassiemitchell and i already are aware of each other writing a hockey fic, we literally talked about it so don't make it a thing to pit us against each other, we're friends. it's pure coincidence that positions are near identical
COMING SOON!
dm me to join the tag list or fill out the form here, the fic will be 18+ and I WILL be checking bios!

Hidden Springs
It is currently -3 degrees F here, where I live, so where better to play than in Hidden Springs - EA's pitiful version of the Alps? I didn't get a whole lot done today because I'm lazy. Yes, I am! But I did re-do that little cabin down by the military base and moved the Abbot family in - along with a dog that the previous owners abandoned - because, yes, children, there are a-holes out there. But the Abbots have given it a home, so all's good.

Then I hopped back over to their previous home and gave it a tiny makeover and moved that Nanny family with the abandoned brats into it. (Notice a theme here?) Plus, I added another teen to the mix and a dog.
Tumblr media
While I was at it, I redid their family connections because EA set the nanny up as their mother. Way to go, EA! You can't even do your own storyline correctly! I also took away all their money, because I figured if the deadbeat parents left their kids with a complete stranger, they certainly wouldn't leave any of their cash behind. Anyway, the nanny still has a job as a toddler coach, even though I gave her that "hates children" trait. None of the kids particularly like her - nor do they expect their crappy parents to come back. And they certainly aren't calling her "mom."
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Then I went up into the mountains and placed this lot that I built when we were doing the whole TSD town reno. Since Jenba originally planned on her town hall to replace the city hall, police station, and military, there was no art gallery left in town - except for that crappy one out in the boondocks. And I figured a country with a royal family would definitely have someplace to store their art and crown jewels. So, this is their former home, where they lived until neighboring troops marched through and kicked their royal butts out.
Like I said, we were restricted to no CC - which, for a CC lover like me, was HARD! And since most of our group didn't have that castle set from the store, I just winged it using mostly basegame stuff. But the version I kept for myself does have CC - mostly royal family paintings and other junk you might see in a royal residence. (It's furnished inside to look like it did when the family lived there).
Anyway, this is up where EA had their "resort" - 55 Ruby Ave. The town hall - where I was going to place my art gallery, is now a center for the performing arts where my ratty sims can go to hone their skills in music, art and dance. I figured it made more sense, since there is the promenade where they can perform for tips and paint sims' portraits - for simoleons, of course!
And that was all I did today, since I wasted a lot of time in CAS, redoing sims.

DAEHYUN claps once. "alright! let's begin! first, i want you to look at the trainees on your left and those on your right. as of today, they are your future GROUPMATES. barring any unforseen circumstances, the eight of you will be debuting in late Q4 or early Q1."
NEWKIDS NEWDREAMS SYSTEM REMINDER

MAY 1: launch of USGEN youtube channel and first episode of NEWKIDS NEWDREAMS
MAY 22: since episode 4 of NEWKIDS NEWDREAMS, content from the boys only; digital release of NEW KIDZ ON THE BLOCK + performance MV
JULY 8: 'DOOM DU DOOM' digital release + MV
STAGE NAMES AND POSITIONS
BAEK BYEONGKWAN: BK
HAN NOEUL: NOEUL
HWANG MINKI: MK
KURAMOTO MISAKI: SAEM
LAI WENJUN: WENJUN
MAE JASPER: JAZZ
SUNG HANEUL: EDEN
XUE YICHEN: YICHEN
"first, lets broach the topic of skills. some of you likely wonder what we want you to work on. LEGACY and USGEN policies are alike on this; you have been picked for your particular skill set, we will never ask you to change that, only request that you continue to push forward and grow in your trade. if any of your skill seem to be falling behind, or if something needs immediate correction, we will let you know. an example of this, is how some of you were requested to attend additional language lessons. most of you have reached the target we've set, so thank you. however, WENJUN," he turns a stern look towards the young man. "your ENGLISH coach noted that no progress have been made in his class nor your skills during the past 3 months. we'll give you until our next meeting on SEPTEMBER 2 to work on the skill, otherwise i foresee two consequences: first, some of your lines in the upcoming songs will be redistributed to other members and, second, you will not be allowed to take part in a certain opportunity i'll talk about in a moment." he lets the words sink in before moving to the next topic, still stern when he returns his attention to the whole group. "while we're on more touchy subjects, let's talk about positions. you'll be in a generation where positions aren't fixed, but even as such, it's clear that some are more talented than others for some things. we've therefore divided you in 5 lines and two teams."
VOCAL LINE: YICHEN (main), MISAKI, WENJUN [potential to join: JASPER]
RAP LINE: BYEONGKWAN (main), NOEUL, HANEUL [potential to join: JASPER]
DANCE LINE: MINKI (main), NOEUL, MISAKI, YICHEN [potential to join: WENJUN, HANEUL]
PERFORMANCE LINE: NOEUL (main), YICHEN, MISAKI
WING LINE: HANEUL, JASPER
PRODUCER TEAM: BYEONGKWAN, NOEUL, WENJUN [potential to join: JASPER, HANEUL]
CHOREOGRAPHY TEAM: MINKI [potential to join: HANEUL]
"the first four lines speak for themselves. during rehearsals, if you struggle with any of these skills, you may turn to anybody within these lines for help. the WING LINE are our versatile members that will switch roles (vocalis or rapper) depending on the need. our current CENTERS are NOEUL (rap focus) and MISAKI (vocal focus). when it comes to stage performances, whatever they say goes. if YICHEN or WENJUN have anything to say about your singing or MINKI about your dancing, same. this is a team and you need to be able to work as such. your positions are supposed to be an ecosystem where everybody can work together, lean on each other, and learn from one another. which brings me to the next topic: the LEADER. i've been in the industry for a while now and seen the concept of 'leader' applied in various ways. some are just here to gather the herd from a place to another, while others take on a role of teacher and others even serve as promoter of the group. after giving it some thought, we decided that we want the LEADER to serve as pillar, glue and number one believer of the group. the person who will take on that role needs to be ready to give up on personal ambitions for the sake of the group. on stage, the centers might be at the front, but you'll be at the back making sure that everything is cohesive, that everybody has what they need to focus on their job. you'll be in charge of resolving personal issues on the day to day. your managers will be in charge of taking you places, of making sure that the fridge is full, of insuring that schedules are respected, ect., but they cannot be with you constantly nor are they in your shoes. and unless things escalate to a certain level, they are also not in charge of making sure that everybody is getting along right or on the same page. as a leader, this will be your boat to stir. it goes without saying that no MAIN or CENTER role is compatible with this position. also if you have ambitions of becoming an ACTOR-IDOL, the time required by this particular line of work also makes it incompatible with the role as we want it to be fulfilled. NOEUL, HANEUL, JASPER; the three of you showed interest in leading the group. if you are still interested after this, i'll be meeting with you individually."
NEWKIDS NEWDREAMS
"okay, moving on!" daehyun continues. "with the members now confirmed, we're moving to the official predebut period. you'd normally be rehearsing from morning to evening 12 hours a day, but LEGACY has decided that you'll be participating in the 2024 LGC FAMILY CONCERT as a proper team. which means, you need more songs and more stage experience, everything will - of course - be documented on NEWKIDS NEWDREAMS."
BACK DOWN: DBSD'S SEOHAN once again composed, wrote and choreograph an anthem-sounding song that would show the future group's colors. the song titled 'BACK DOWN' is the result. the group will be learning an practicing the song for the next month before they will be evaluated by a panel composed of DAEHYUN, SEOHAN and various coaches. if they should pass this evaluation, they will be filming the music video of the song some time in AUGUST, with a digital release around AUGUST 28.
GIRLS, LOVE BOYS, LOVE GIRLS: DBSD'S DAEHYUN and HYUNBIN teamed up to do the same for the b-side release of 'BACK DOWN'. with a more laid back sound, closer to new kidz on the block, 'GIRLS, LOVE BOYS, LOVE GIRLS' is the result. same as with their other songs, the group will be learning an practicing the song for the next two weeks before they will be evaluated by a panel composed of DAEHYUN, HYUNBIN and various coaches. if they should pass this evaluation, they will be filming the music video of the song some time in AUGUST, with a digital release around AUGUST 28.
RISING: for LGC FAMILY CONCERT's NKND's members will be performing TWO special stages with NOVA, with one of those being the boys performing future dreams' 6 song 'RISING' with the girls as back dancers. all the lyrics for this trimester can be found HERE.
GUERILLA CONCERTS: starting  AUGUST 9, NKND will be performing GUERILLA CONCERTS, in 4 different cities in KOREA. the city and location will only be revealed the SAME morning.
GUERILLA CONCERT
for the boys to get further stage experience as a group, the boys will be performing FOUR guerilla concerts during which they will perform their two currently released songs as well as 'GIRLS, LOVE BOYS, LOVE GIRLS' that will be unreleased at that time. for each location, there will also be a SOLO performance done by the 'main' members of their respective lines and a DUO performance with this as the final set list:
NEW KIDZ ON THE BLOCK
GIRLS, LOVE BOYS, LOVE GIRLS
SOLO PERFORMANCE
DUO PERFORMANCE
BACK DOWN
although the dates and locations will not be announced in advance here are further details on the performances:
AUGUST 9: SEOUL (SOLO: Yichen* / DUO: Haneul & Jasper**)
AUGUST 16: DAEGU (SOLO: Byeongkwan* / DUO: Misaki & Wenjun**)
AUGUST 23: GWANGJU (SOLO: Minki* / DUO: Haneul & Jasper**)
AUGUST 30: BUSAN (SOLO: Noeul / DUO: Misaki & Wenjun**)
*as this is tied to their 'line', they are only expected to perform the skill of it, i.e: yichen doesn't need to dance, only sing
**while the duos perform twice, it will be the same song at both location
SHORTS
as written in the article, USGEN aims to be setting trends, and what better way to do so than use YOUTUBE SHORTS and TIKTOK. although no requirements will be tied to the shorts this trimester, here are the themes of the shorts:
NOW - AUGUST 9: 'DOOM DU DOOM' challenge. each member may find one LEGACY IDOL and one LEGACY AGENCY TALENT to film the challenge with.
AUGUST 7 - AUGUST 30: guerilla concert promotion original content by the boys with the goal to hype the next performance wherever it should take place

( tw. injury & mention of drug abuse.)
At the age of five, with cleats strapped onto her feet, she stepped onto the soccer field for the first time. Chasing after the ball surrounded by a horde of children her age, all of them driven by the same goal. Her first attempt at scoring resulted in the ball landing in her own goal, but the cheers that erupted from the bleachers and the field awakened something within her. Her passion for the sport began shortly after that incident. By the age of ten, her parents had enrolled her not only in a community league but also in a private travel league. She spent countless hours and days on turfed fields, practicing with that little black and white ball that had become the center of her life. As she entered high school, the question gradually shifted from whether the girl had the potential to go pro to when she would go pro. She became a breath of fresh air for recruiters and the youngest member on the Aurora Bay's varsity soccer team. Eventually even taking the title as captain her junior year. With excellent grades and exceptional technique, Amara found herself in Florida after graduating. Her plan was to stay there for the next four years and earn a degree in sports and fitness. However, by the time her junior year came around, she had already been scouted. At the young age of twenty-one, she signed a six-year contract worth $1 million with The Kansas City Currents. With her exceptional skills, she had hopes of extending the contract after winning numerous awards, such as Rookie of the Year and MVP. However, in her sixth year, everything changed when she suffered a life-altering injury on the field - a torn ACL. She recalls the day vividly, looking up at the screen and seeing herself lying on the ground, tears in her eyes while clutching her right leg. She remembers her teammates surrounding her and a stretcher being brought onto the field to take her away. The end of her career seemed to flash before her eyes. She attempted to expedite her recovery, but pushing herself beyond the advised limits ended up causing more harm than good. When she realized she was relying on medication more than necessary, she understood that she needed assistance. She returned home to Aurora Bay, CA a year later, with only half of the money she had originally signed for. Her parents welcomed her back with open arms, but the long-term effects of losing the one thing she had ever loved had lasting damage. Amara has been in town now a little over a year and currently resides in Crystal Cove Condominiums. She's currently the soccer coach for Aurora Bay High School.

Tips for "family-centered" churches, from someone who fell through the cracks.
I attended megachurches for most of my life, and I went to one for a few years as a single adult. As soon as people there figured out I didn’t want to assimilate into their family-first culture, they let me disappear.
Even before I figured out I was queer, I knew I didn’t fit the mold.
I didn’t want to get married, or have kids. The singles ministry was little more than a setup for Christian men and women* to meet, and eventually pair up.
I stopped going after a while, choosing to attend the just worship service and, on certain Sundays, play in the orchestra. Being among adults of all ages in the music ministry, where there was no expectation to marry one of the members, was more comfortable than being with my peers in the singles ministry.
(*This church was also implicitly non-affirming; male and female were the only recognized genders, and same-sex marriage was never mentioned, indicating that it was a taboo topic.)
It’s been years since I’ve attended a megachurch. I’ve since deconstructed my faith and rebuilt it, embraced my queerness, and discovered my call to ministry.
Now that I’m in a place where I can safely reexamine my old beliefs, I realize that the church at large idolizes the nuclear family.
I’m not the only one who’s made this realization. Many Christian leaders are talking about it, and even Focus on the Family—notorious for its emphasis on fostering healthy, godly families—even stated that family has become an idol.
These are just a few people who’ve written or talked about this phenomenon:
Kevin DeYoung—senior pastor of Christ Covenant Church in Matthews, NC
Kate Shellnutt—writer for Christianity Today
Francis Chan—former pastor of Cornerstone Community Church in Simi Valley, CA
Tamela Davis—life coach and creator of The F Word
Peter W. Marty—senior pastor of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Davenport, IA
Bringing idolatry to light is a good thing. But I don’t think it’s enough.
If we want to eradicate this form of idolatry, we need to change our hearts, minds, and church programs.
I have a few suggestions.
Emphasize and foster spiritual families, not just the nuclear family.
In Matthew 12:50, Jesus says, “For whoever does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother" (NIV 2011). As Christians, we share an identity in Christ. As a result, we should be thinking of the entire church as our family, not just those who are related to us by blood or marriage.
Create programs that promote integration, not segregation.
Age and marital status aren’t the only ways to sort people into Sunday school classes. What about faith level? Bible study topic? Theological interests? Young adults, elders and those in between should be given ample opportunity to interact so they can benefit from each other’s perspectives.
The churches I attended don’t recognize the diversity of their members, and instead force them to assimilate to prescribed gender roles. For example, not all women want to get married and have kids. Having women’s Bible studies focus exclusively on biblical marriage and household management excludes them. Where can they go to learn about God or grow in their faith? There’s not a place for them in these churches!
Encourage members to create support systems in their community, not just within their families.
Although the church does its best to promote healthy, godly families, the sad reality is that not all families are tightly knit and self-reliant. Divorcees and widows cannot rely on spouses for support; orphans, foster children, and queer folks who’ve been disowned by their families cannot rely on biological parents for support; and anyone who has strained relationships with their relatives cannot rely on family for support.
In the early days of Christianity, the church was the primary support system for those living in the Roman Empire:
“They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need. Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.”
Acts 2:45-47 (NIV 2011)
The church exists, in part, to be a community for those who otherwise wouldn’t have one. But unfortunately, many churches today exclude those who need the most support. I wonder what Jesus would have to say about that.
Final thoughts
In 1 Corinthians 12, Paul compared the church to the human body. Although he was speaking primarily about the purpose of spiritual gifts, we could apply his analogy to the insight that each member of a church brings to the whole congregation. Churches that have placed the family on a pedestal might not realize that they’ve fallen into idolatry unless single adults, widows, orphans, and others without strong family ties call it out.
We need everyone to contribute to this spiritual community. To call out idolatry. To carry each other's burdens in difficult times and rejoice with them in the good times. To support each other when our families cannot.
We need each other, period.

📓 📓 📓 (plot per book pls!!)
ALRIGHT LET'S DO IT!
MISS AMERICANA AND THE HEARTBREAK PRINCE
So I have this reylo fic I’ve been meaning to write for years called Miss Americana and the Heartbreak Prince. It’s a high school AU that is based on A Cinderella Story (one of my top five fave movies of all-time) but doesn’t follow it exactly–it’s a little darker, just bc of the nature of adapting the characters’ backstories, especially Finn and Ben. (They are all seniors unless otherwise specified.)
Rey plays the role of Sam/Cinderella. Her mom died when she was young, leaving her to be raised by her abusive stepfather, Brendol Hux. Said stepfather favors his kids, Hux and Phasma (Armitage goes by his last name. Phasma is a nickname, but I think she has a real one that gets brought up). However, he also puts a lot of pressure on them as athletes (unsure what sport they do, figure skating maybe.)
In ACS it’s a running gag that Sam’s twin stepsisters are really bad at their sport (synchronized swimming). In this, they’re good, but it’s to their detriment. (The exploitation of underage athletes is a recurring theme in this fic.)
(I like the trope where the evil stepmother–or stepfather in this case–is abusive to the step-siblings, too, just in a different way, just bc it strikes me as more relatable.)
Rey works at the business Brendol runs, a mechanic shop/diner. She’s saving up money for college, but she’s also kind of forced to work long hours by Brendol. Her fairy godmother is obviously the manager of the diner, Daae Leira.
Finn is Carter, but instead of acting, his whole thing is that he was a competitive athlete who fought for emancipation from his abusive family and won, and now he wants to major in journalism to shed light on the issue.
Rose is Astrid (the DJ in the movie, she does have a name) who wants to major in broadcast journalism. So they both work on the school paper and that brings them together.
And ofc, Ben is Austin. Captain of the water polo team, known for being aggressive and competitive, but secretly wants to be a writer. He has this kind of ruthless reputation for having gotten his own sister expelled by planting weed in her locker to prevent himself from getting kicked off the football team for having it.
In reality, he got Cara expelled because his football coach–abusive, manipulative Snoke–was about to turn his attention to Cara, who had joined the girls’ water polo team against Ben’s advice. And Ben was terrified of Cara getting tied up with Snoke the way he had by that point. (Cara now goes to a boarding school in Northern CA, as opposed to the San Fernando valley where everything takes place.)
Anyways, Ben’s friends are Poe Dameron and Sage Skylstad. Poe is on the team with him and Sage is someone he’s been friends with since middle school.
Ben and Rey have this online relationship. They know they go to the same school, but other than that they don’t know the other’s identity. When Rey finds out, her fear is less about Ben being super popular (he’s not), and more about him having that asshole reputation. (A more mild stressor is Sage–everyone at their school is convinced the two are dating, because of the whole “men and women can’t be platonic friends” thing. They are not and both find the idea gross.)
Anyway. Rey gets her Cinderella moment, Snoke gets exposed by Finn and Rose, Ben gets his “I’m throwing away YOUR dream” moment, and they live happily ever after. I also wanted to do some sequels about them in college, Poe/Cara getting together, stuff like that.
BETWEEN TWO POINTS/IN SCREAMING COLOR
So I had this idea for a series of Community fics. The series is called Between Two Points. The first three would each center on one ship. The first one, called In Screaming Color, would be Abed/OC. The second one would be Britta/Troy and the third would be Jeff/Annie. However, I think if I went back and did it now, I’d probably change it to Britta/OFC and Abed/OC/Troy, so I’ll outline it that way from here.
In Screaming Color would just be Abed/OC, Troy would come into play later, I think it takes place after he leaves but while they’re still in school. The OC–I’ll call her Drew for now, that’s when she was my self-insert but I think I’d wanna make her a full OC if I wrote this–is a Dance major. She’s had a crush on Abed for awhile, ever since the Who’s the Boss debacle where he made the instructor cry or whatever, I need to rewatch the show. (I vaguely remember that I had to move the timeline and have this episode be earlier for things to make sense.) She was in that class and fell in love with how passionate Abed is about things like sitcoms–she’s also deeply passionate about things like that (she writes fanfic, etc) and felt a connection to that.
However, Abed remains basically unaware of her existence until he has to do a music video for a class. She auditions for the main role (a ballerina in a music box who falls down and has to find her way around the music box–that’s my working theory on what it is, although I may change it if I think of something more thematically relevant) and gets the part.
From there it’s this psychological thing where there’s a lot of miscommunication (mostly on Drew’s part) and false assumptions (mostly on Abed’s part) where she’s trying to make it clear that she’s genuinely interested in him, but he rebuffs her because he finds the trope of a director getting involved with actresses on set to be tired. (Feminist king.) And also because, you’ll remember in an early episode that Abed says “a lot of girls like me because I’m adorable and my aloofness reminds them of their fathers.” Even as he starts to like her, he thinks that she’s only interested in him because of the director persona he puts on.
Eventually they have an actual conversation where she admits when she started liking him and why–she doesn’t like him because he’s aloof, she likes him because he’s deeply passionate about stories and storytelling and she can see that in everything he does, even if nobody else sees it that way. And they end up dating and are cute <3 In fics #2 and #3 they can often be found in the background doing fun things and acting out their favorite tropes. (Drew introduces him to the idea of acting out tropes instead of specific scenes or movies that exist, and he becomes obsessed.)
Fic #2, currently untitled, would take place after the finale and would be a Britta/OC that ends in a decision to not get married but instead have a non-legally binding promise ceremony, because Britta doesn’t want to get married but she does want to be with the OC forever. I still like Troy/Britta, but idk if I see them working long-term, and I also think it would be a fun exercise to look at Britta and see what she would need in someone as a long-term love interest.
Fic #3, also currently untitled, would see Annie coming back from Quantico for Britta’s wedding, years after leaving in the finale. She would have gone through a lot of personal growth in the years in between, and the fic would have her and Jeff get together in some way. Idk, I haven’t thought that hard about it, I just like them.
(I also sometimes toyed with the idea of a fic that takes place in before fic# 3 that sees Annie having that personal growth in Quantico–it would be a Criminal Minds crossover and she’d be in the BAU.)
And the final fic, Fic #4 would go back to right after Fic #1 when they’re all still in school. It would be an anthology fic where each chapter is about Drew’s relationship with the other members of the study group–how they met and what their dynamic is and when and why that member accepted her into their circle. For example, I wanted to move that one episode where Jeff gets bullied by some teenagers to be later in the timeline, and have Drew get involved, and that’s how she and Jeff connect.
The last chapter–maybe the last few chapters, or maybe I’d make it a separate fic, idk if I could do the character work necessary in one chapter. But it would overlap with fic #3. Like Annie, Troy comes back for Britta’s wedding. (I think he and Britta are still close and there’s a lot of affection there even though they know they weren’t supposed to be forever, and I think Troy is really happy Britta found her person.)
Anyways, this would be when Troy/Drew/Abed gets together as a polyamorous triad. I think both Troy and Abed had those feelings before but never addressed them because they didn’t want to ruin their friendship and because it felt kind of off somehow. But Troy was gone for awhile and Abed didn’t fall apart–in fact, he’s proven to himself that he is capable of being in a long-term relationship that’s healthy. Their relationship has already undergone the worst scenario possible, so I think they’re more confident that if they broke up, they’d still be friends. And that feeling of off-ness is gone with Drew in the mix.
(Abed and Drew admit to each other that even though they love each other atp, there always felt like there was a missing space in their relationship–it’s just generally this idea that the three of them are supposed to be in this kind of relationship with each other and that’s what’s always been right for them, they just had to wait for the pieces to fall into place.)
Drew also panics when she realizes so many tropes are based on monogamous relationships until Abed reminds her that she is a writer and she can make up new stories for them, which she does.
WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO?
This was gonna be a reylo role-reversal AU. With Cara in the mix, things that unfolded in canon shifted, and, long story short, Snoke was unsuccessful in turning Ben Solo to the dark side, so he set his sights on Rey instead and since she had no support network, he succeeded. Now Rey is the leader of the Knights of Ren who finds herself inexplicably drawn to smuggler Ben Solo. Would also include Finnrose (maybe a role reversal on them, too? Stormtrooper Rose and maintenance worker Finn?) and Damara (not role reversal I don’t think bc I can’t see Cara as anything other than an engineer, but their relationship may be different in some way.)
I honestly didn’t have a lot planned for this lol, it was just something I was toying with. I obviously wasn’t the first to come up with the idea but I thought it would be fun to explore and put my mark on it.

why men are jealous of women's power to give birth, it's because male culture uses 'ability to control' as a measure of self-worth
In fact, men often do report feeling left out of family life and other things close to the life process. As Sam Keen recounts his experience as a father, for example, the birth of his children left him feeling not only awestruck, but profoundly inadequate:
In that hour, all my accomplishments-books I had written, works of will and imagination, small monuments to my immortality-shrank into insignificance. Like men since the beginning of time I wondered: What can I ever create that will equal the magnificence of this new life? . ... She gives birth to meaning out of her body. Biology alone assures her of a destiny, of making a contribution to the ongoing drama of life. A man responds to her challenge by simulating cre-ation, by making, fabricating, and inventing artifacts. But while she creates naturally and literally, he creates only artificially and metaphorically.
Keen seems to see having babies as something that women do--like building a house or writing a book or sculpting a statue- rather than something that women experience, participate in, and become part of. Keen feels challenged to do something equally "magnificent," and inadequate and left out because he can't. He seems to believe that biology is the root of the prob-lem, but in fact it has more to do with how patriarchy encourages men to organize their lives around control. When control is at the center, it's hard to settle for merely being part of something or witnessing someone else's powerful experience.
Everything comes down to gaining or losing status awarded according to the ability to control and do. If she can do this thing and he can’t, then patriarchy offers three paths of least resistance: he can devalue what she does, he can find a way to control it, or he can feel lousy about himself. It is easiest to devalue her and what she does--by being indifferent to birth and babies--because devaluing women is a staple of patriarchal culture. Asserting control takes more effort: a man can become an obstetrician or a child-care expert, or, more simply, come into the delivery room as a "coach." But the life process is far more than the mechanical process patriarchal medicine has turned it into. It's soul and body work, and it may be the lack of this that leaves men feeling, like Keen, left out, diminished, and not up to the "challenge."
When men feel left out, it isn't because they aren't women. They feel left out because participating in patriarchy leaves them disconnected from their own sense of aliveness. We can't practice a religion of control without alienating ourselves from everything that doesn't lend itself to control. Inevitably; we also use control as a standard for measuring our worth. As Keen puts it,
When men define themselves by power . .. they are able to feel their manhood only when they have the ability to make things happen, only when they can exert control over events, over themselves, over women. Therefore they are condemned to be forever measuring themselves by something exterior to themselves, by the effects of their actions, by how much change they can implement, how much novelty they can introduce into the slowly evolving history of na-ture. I did it; I made it happen; I exist.
If men's sense that they even exist depends on having control, then it takes very little to threaten their sense of identity and worth. Almost anything can trigger this--having to say "I don't know," losing a job, not having an erection, or having to stand by and watch someone else "having" a baby. To avoid feeling threatened, men may devalue or ignore whatever doesn't support the feeling of being in control and focus instead on what does. It's no surprise that men typically seem less interested in the uncontrollable emotional aspects of life and are drawn to whatever enhances feelings of control, from sports to machines to business to carpentry to orgasms to arguing about politics to getting into the Guiness Book of Records for doing something longer or faster or more times than anyone else. It's also no surprise that men so often place a premium on presenting themselves as independent and self-sufficient in relation to women.
In Andalusia, as in Cyprus or Algeria, a man is expected to spend his free time outdoors, backslapping and glad-handing. This world is the street, the bar, the fields--public places where a man is seen. He must not give the impression of being under the spell of the home, a clinger to wife or mother.
This disconnected sense of standing alone and independent takes many forms. Men, for example, routinely diminish their connection to nature.
They often ignore their own pain and mortality by pretending they're fine when they're not and acting as though they don't need help when they do.
They put on a tough, stoic front and make a point of being able to "take it" or do it on their own. Many live as though the body and its needs are repugnant (no smelly diapers for us; as though mind, spirit, and body can be separated into neat little compartments; as though the body were merely a machine; as though a life that denies or even punishes the body is superior to a fully embodied life. Nature, the body, and women become the "other,' objects of repressed desire and longing as well as fear-"a great swamp into which men slide when they forget to maintain control. »8
For men to feel inadequate because they can't feel in control around life's great mysteries is silly, but it also makes a lot of sense in a patriarchy that encourages men to think they're supposed to control everything worth anything and to feel connected to things through controlling them. The problem is that feeling a deep sense of connection and aliveness, that we belong and matter within the mystery of life, isn't about control. On the contrary, control poisons and contradicts the inherently unpredictable and messy nature of aliveness. When life is about status, control, and competition, then everything becomes an occasion to feel vindicated or challenged (even by a woman giving birth to a child the two of you have created), to feel superior or inferior, included or excluded, chosen or rejected, elevated or diminished, "magnificent" or "insignificant." Any limitation can make men feel vulnerable by exposing them to someone else's pursuit of competitive advantage or simply to the private worry that they don't measure up."
