DMT, or dimethyltryptamine, is a naturally occurring hallucinogenic substance that is known to many as "The Spirit Molecule". This title is derived from the writings of Dr. Rick Strassman, a psychiatrist whose seminal work sparked noteworthy societal interest in DMT.

DMT is released by the pineal gland, a structure at the center of the human brain. Centuries ago, the French philosopher Rene Descartes asserted that the pineal gland is the seat of the soul. This gland is located within a neural structure known as the epithalamus, which is located in the diencephalon.

DMT can be found in every ecosystem. It is found in plants and animals and can even be extracted from grass. The molecular formula for Dimethyltryptamine is C12H16N2. This means that for every molecule of DMT, there are twelve atoms of carbon, sixteen atoms of hydrogen, and two atoms of nitrogen.

Action Bronson - Only For Dolphins ALBUM REVIEW

Everyone’s idea of fun music is different. When it comes to fun hip hop music, it seems like a lot of people think of trap music and songs that would get played in clubs. I do enjoy some of that music but when I think of fun hip hop music that doesn’t take itself too seriously but is still really great, I think of Action Bronson. Action is a dope lyricist but he’s hilarious and makes some of the most fun Hip Hop music to listen to. Though he never strays too far from his signature style, there is enough variety in the music and it doesn’t all sound the same. I knew I would enjoy Only For Dolphins before I heard it in its entirety because I know Action will always deliver and he did. Capoeira might just be my favorite Action Bronson intro (next to Wolfpack and Action Silverado). One thing I noticed right away was the dolphin sound throughout the album similar to the neighing horse that was all over his last album, White Bronco. It makes it feel like a true follow-up album and ties it together nicely. This album just sounds like a really great vacation and that is evident on songs like Latin Grammys. It is slowly becoming one of my favorite Bronson songs. The instrumental is phenomenal and the hook is hilarious but also catchy. Songs like Golden Eye and Cliff Hanger are also instant standouts to me because I have loved it when he raps over reggae-inspired beats like Hot Pepper and Mr. 2 Face. When he isn’t goofing around on Splash, he’s spitting bars on Mongolia with Meyhem Lauren and Hologram, who may have delivered his best verse ever. The best and most memorable material on the album is mostly at the beginning but the songs at the end are also very good. The only thing missing from this album was some good old-fashioned shit talking from Big Body Bes. Only For Dolphins is another great album from Action Bronson, who does an amazing job at experimenting in his own lane without it getting old.

Only for Dolphins is basically like an extra towards his last album, White Bronco. Even though Bronson brings the same delivery, the production is still fantastic. I love this version of production with it’s smooth and mellow vibe. It does has it’s flaws, Bronson’s charisma is still amazing with his sense of humor and character.
