She can't see him, but she knows that he is making that open-mouthed offended face he does when he shoots back a "What? What was that for?"

"You totally blew that girl off."

"Okay?" The confusion is evident in his voice and she can hear him rubbing his arm. Baby. She barely touched him.

"Haven't you been complaining that you miss having a girlfriend?"

"That's not exactly how I remember that conversation going."

Max drops an elbow on the lunch table and rests her head against her hand. "Whatever. My point is, why'd you say no? She was so out of your league too."

"You couldn't even see her!"

Max smirks. "Mike, every girl is out of your league."

It's always fun when a story idea just randomly plops into your mind and you feel compelled to write it. That happened with this little Byler fanfic yesterday. As today is the Fourth of July and that's a major theme of this story, I raced against time to write this one-shot and I'm excited to share it with you!

Hey guys! I started writing stories a long time ago, but only a few years ago I decided to start share my art with others.

This is my first fanfic here. It's about stranger things and include some of my thoughts about Mike and Will. It's actually a little messy but I realy like it.

The name of our story

Short description: Mike Wheeler writes stories at night when everyone is asleep. These are incomplete notes that will someday be collected into a book, at least that's what Mike suggests.

Would you guys like it written that way or would you like me to include s4?

I haven't finished the last few chapters yet, but You Are The Heart by TouchTheSky is incredible. Probably one of, if not the best byler fic I've ever read.

But yeah, if anyone else has any recommendations I'd love to see them 👀
