well.... you know that I have read your OT3 fic with Ren- Hachi and Nana and fell in love with it. so if you have ANY um literally anything you want to share about their relationship? spare me some headcanons please? ANYONE WHO HASN'T READ IT MUST READ IT BTW also: what kind of gay am i? 😈 okay byee
:3c
Nothing in life more satisfying than dragging someone down into a rare pair. Ngl that series of one-shots in which I get to come up with a bunch of ridiculous ships has been really fun to write, but this one is chapter 6 for anyone wondering.
ANYWAY, headcanons. I can do headcanons. Especially since you returned the favor for the other great OT3 (Nana/Ren/Yasu) here... Cause ngl, our OT3 combined into the best OT4. (also rip sorry I am finally posting this like a month later flsjdfksdfjsldj)
- Hachi has the softest, smoothest skin ever and Ren and Nana both love touching it, always touching her cheeks, stomach, underarm, boobs, etc. When Hachi overhears them talking about it she thinks they are calling her fat (idk, maybe true) but really it’s thanks to her skin care routine and all her nice lotions.
- Ren and Hachi both have their own shampoos and bodywash, but Nana never bothers getting her own and just grabs one of theirs at random.
- Hachi buys Ren’s clothes for him, because a closet of 10 identical leather jackets and pants just isn’t necessary. It’s still his aesthetic, but he doesn’t look like a Sid Vicious cosplay everyday... but he’s still got to at least occasionally because that’s what Nana’s into him for.
- Both Ren and Nana are absolute hot for Hachi wearing either of their clothes. She doesn’t do it often, cause Hachi’s got a bigger wardrobe than her rock star combined so why would she need to??? But sometimes... she does it anyway. Nana pretends to be mad.
- Ren and Nana get Hachi her dream house - with a garden, fencing, veranda, walk-in closet, and a kitchen fit for a professional cook. They’d have been content living in a shitty apartment or any generic nice suite their agents set them up in and decorated for them but living in a cozy home is like... the stuff of their childhood dreams. At first Ren and Nana are content to let Hachi decorate it all to her heart’s desires but she keeps asking them their opinion and they all kinda get into it and Nana even builds some of their furniture at Hachi’s request. They make it into a real home and Ren and Nana make sure to never smoke inside the house because they love it too much.
- After they get that house, they host so many parties with their friends. Hachi is a perfect hostess and Ren gets really into it too. Meanwhile Nana is making half the mess as she gets too drunk.
- Hachi and Ren make most of their meals, but Nana almost always makes their miso soup at Ren’s request and Hachi’s dismay. Nana’s taste remain very salty and Nana tends to add more salt to Hachi’s food to an insulting degree.
- At first they have Hachi sleep in the middle of the bed but she’s like this is too fucking hot here (and also she’s 100% the type to pee a couple times in the middle of the night) so Ren takes the middle and he loves it, especially when both Hachi and Nana cuddle him on either side.
- idk if we’re in my AU or just general canon, but either way when Ren retires he becomes a stay-at-home dad to all 3 of their kids and he loves it. He teaches them all instruments and everything and they can make their own little band.
- Biologically the children are Hachi & Ren’s, and for Nana’s comfort they call her the kid’s aunt (even if she is as equally their partner) and Nana’s a better guardian to the kids than if she’d call herself their mom. She’s the best auntie, but she’s also the strictest.
- Shin still plays house with Hachi as his mommy and Ren as dad but Nana will end his life if he includes her in any of these games but that doesn’t stop Hachi and Ren from doing so anyway but only Hachi gets away with it.
- Ren and Nana alone aren’t very publicly affectionate with each other unless the situation demands it, but the moment it’s either of them with Hachi (or all 3 of them together) it’s PDA time. Nobu claims he’s in hell watching them all flirt constantly and be lovey dovey but he’s honestly just happy to see Ren and Nana so happy. Yasu’s kinda into watching the 3 of them... ot4 for the win
- Ren and Nana love being part of the Komatsu family. Sometimes the Komatsu’s threaten to disown Hachi and Nami and replace them for Ren and Nana cause they love them back it’s what Ren and Nana always dreamed of their like, dream family dynamic. It’s so wholesome.
all head canons that are even a little sexy below the cut
- Even tho Hachi makes her own money and has a successful career doing whatever she wants to be doing, Ren and Nana both give her credit cards in each of their names and she they give her no limits which might be a bad idea but Hachi is a spoiled little princess. Ren and Nana also compete to see who’s credit card Hachi uses more, sugar daddy kinks awoken.
- Hachi tapes dramas for Ren and Nana to watch. Nana mostly watches them casually and nap to but Ren’s like INTO them and makes references to them constantly and remembers all the character’s names and all the juicy drama. Sometimes Ren will remember a drama is on and stop in the middle of even sex to go watch. Hachi will go join him while Nana will be like wtf and finish herself off before also joining him to watch.
- We all know Ren and Nana's favorite way of spending time together is sex, and you'd think Hachi would dial that back a little cause she likes romance but of course she's also a sex kitten. Also she's hot in the sack, as established, and she's generally the one who’s like “3rd round?” and Nana and Ren are like passed out.
- Sometimes Nana and Ren call Hachi mommy in bed and that’s all that needs to be said.

When shopping for a mini digger
When shopping for a mini digger, you might want to look to buying a used one if you are not going to be using it in your day to day work. A used model may cost up to 25% less than a new model. Generally they are built to operate from 8000 to 10,000 hours, so a two or three year old model with a couple of thousand miles on it can be a very cost effective alternative to buying new.
Even older models with a little more wear can be a good buy with up to a 50% savings over purchasing new. When looking at used mini diggers you want to definitely take it for a test drive. Check for excessive wear on the tracks and make certain they run freely in forward and reverse. Do not let a fresh coat of paint and clean appearance fool you; this can sometimes mean the dealer is trying to hide some problem that the machine has.You definitely need to check the engine and running gear for signs of misuse or neglect.
Look for cracking hoses and worn belts as well as checking the hydraulic seals for signs of leaks. Inspect the undercarriage for excessive wear, rust, or evidence of shoddy repair work. It pays to be certain the mini digger is in good shape before you take delivery.Among mini diggers the brands you want to most look at are Volvo, Kubota, Komatsu, Hitachi and Yanmar. These are generally top of Wholesale Fully Hardened Screws Suppliers the line machines loaded with features that lesser makes don't offer.Volvo offers a worldwide network of dealers and parts suppliers, so the Volvo mini digger is a good buy whether you are going new or used.
Everything breaks down, so knowing there are parts readily available can save you headache further down the line. Both the Kubota mini digger and Komatsu mini digger are fine machines that stand up well. Though these are mainly sold in Japan, you can still get parts worldwide for them. These models generally are great for work in dense urban areas where turn radius and vehicle width are important factors. For such small machines they can do a lot of work and lift surprisingly heavy loads. The Hitachi line of mini diggers is known for their innovative design and using the highest technology available in their design. They stand up well to the rigors of the construction site.
Yanmar mini diggers are also one of the top of the line makes of excavator. They stand up well to the brutal punishment a job site can throw at a digger. Yanmar is sold worldwide, so getting parts is fairly simple.Among used mini diggers, the make can play a large role in how well the machine may work out for you. A top of the line used Volvo mini digger will be worth more than a used Bobcat. Of course if you shop only for the major brands of mini diggers available, then you are going to get your money's worth in the support and part availability you find with a reputable dealer.

Things to Consider While Choosing a Supplier of Wear Parts and Ground Engaging Tools
Wear parts and ground engaging tools are used for construction, earthmoving, mining, and quarrying industries. Choosing the right supplier of high quality wear parts and ground engaging tools in Australia involves much more than scanning a heap of price lists. This article briefly discusses some of the important factors to consider when choosing a supplier for wear parts and ground engaging tools in Australia.
Know your needs
It is essential to make sure you know what wear parts or ground engaging tools you need. You should draw up a list of your fundamental business requirements including the level of quality, immediate and future stock levels, delivery times and of course price. You should look for the companies that have a good track record of supplying the wear parts and ground engaging tools you need and then contact them to check whether they would be able to deliver high quality wear parts within your time frame.
For example, you may need ESCO Conical Abrasion Tip urgently to complete a construction/mining job. You should look for the right supplier in Australia who will be able to deliver this product within the promised time frame and without compromising quality.
Price versus quality
Price is important but you should not choose a lower price at the cost of quality products. Low standard quality wear parts can severely affect the performance and efficiency of your machine.
You should ensure that quality of the products is always maintained in accordance with the industry standards. You should choose a supplier that purchases wear parts and ground engaging tools from the reputed manufacturers who combine the finest special alloy steel with the high tech methods for manufacturing the best-in-class ground engaging tools and wear parts at reasonable cost.
Reliability
It will be impossible to finish your construction, mining or quarrying work on time frame if a supplier takes a long time to deliver CAT J200 abrasion tip or any other wear parts or ground engaging tools that you need.
Finding a reliable supplier of teeth, adapter, rippers, pins, retainers/locks, bolt on edges, weld on edge, plow bolts & nuts, pin removal tools, shims, and chocky bar & wear buttons, will ensure that you have consistent access to wear parts or ground engaging tools that you need and when you need them. You should look into the past history of the supplier with other clients and read their feedback before choosing a supplier.
The final thought
Choosing the right supplier is essential for timely completion of construction, earthmoving, quarrying and mining work. Don’t try to save time by buying wear products from the first supplier you find. You should choose a reliable and quality focused supplier to ensure a robust supply chain and healthy profit margins. If you are in need of wear parts and ground engaging tools, then get in touch with Wear Parts Australia. Backed with years of experience and knowledge of this domain, they will be able to provide you the top quality wear parts that you need.

Music-Themed Manga I Love
As someone who plays an instrument and sings (and was once part of a band), I tend to get really excited when I see manga’s or anime’s that have characters that can do those things as well. Seeing the characters deal not only with improving their skills with their instrument of choice but also deal with the music industry and their personal life, takes me back to the time of when I was dealing with the same thing. Granted, I was not in my band for very long (who knew finding a drummer was so difficult) but the time I was in it, I have learned things--about myself and others--that I wouldn’t have otherwise.
This week, I wanted to share with you all some of the music-related manga’s that I love, not only for beautifully drawn pages but for the story that is told. I hope that these manga will transport you into another world and give you a glimpse into the life of a musician.
xx, Sai
1. Beck: Mongolian Chop Squad by Harold Sakuishi
Yukio "Koyuki" Tanaka wasted away his middle school days listening to Japanese pop music and apathetically trudging through life—until a casual run-in with the enigmatic guitarist Ryuusuke "Ray" Minami. Through this encounter, Koyuki realizes what he has been missing all this time as Ray introduces him to western rock music and jumpstarts his desire to play guitar. Although various struggles plague his path to rock fame, Koyuki refuses to abandon the passion that gave his life purpose, balancing it together with school, work, and friends. Beck tells the story of the love and trial that accompanies pursuing a professional career in music as Koyuki and Ray work toward realizing the guitarist's dream of the ultimate band.
2. Nana by Ai Yazawa
Nana Komatsu is a young woman who's endured an unending string of boyfriend problems. Moving to Tokyo, she's hoping to take control of her life and put all those messy misadventures behind her. She's looking for love and she's hoping to find it in the big city. Nana Osaki, on the other hand, is cool, confident and focused. She swaggers into town and proceeds to kick down the doors to Tokyo's underground punk scene. She's got a dream and won't give up until she becomes Japan's No. 1 rock'n'roll superstar. This is the story of two 20-year-old women who share the same name. Even though they come from completely different backgrounds, they somehow meet and become best friends. The world of Nana is a world exploding with sex, music, fashion, gossip, and all-night parties.
3. Sakamichi no Apollon (Kids on the Slope) by Yuki Kodama
Constantly transferring schools since childhood, Kaoru Nishimi has always been seen as a social outcast when he transfers due to his intellectual nature and wealthy background. But after moving to Kyushu for his first year of high school, things begin to change when Kaoru befriends the class president Ritsuko Mukae and, unexpectedly, the notorious school delinquent Sentarou Kawabuchi. While Kaoru is an honors student, Sentarou is constantly getting into fights and skipping class. However, these two opposites find common ground in one thing—music. One day, Kaoru is invited by Ritsuko to visit her family's record store, where he finds Sentarou in the basement showcasing his skill in jazz drumming. Kaoru, being a classical pianist, knows nothing about jazz. But inspired by the performance, he begins to open his mind to the genre alongside Sentarou. The duo begin to practice in after-school jazz sessions in the record store's basement. As he spends more time improving his skills in jazz, Kaoru finds a person whom he can truly call his friend, and comes to learn the joys of playing music. Sakamichi no Apollon follows their story of friendship and love brought together by jazz.
4. Your Lie in April by Naoshi Arakawa
At a very young age, Kousei Arima was strictly taught by his mother how to play the piano and meticulously follow the score, to the point where he dominated every competition he entered with ease. He earned the title of "Human Metronome" for performing almost perfectly. Every musician of his age looked up to him. However, after his mother suddenly dies, he became tone-deaf due to the shock and then disappeared, never to be seen onstage since. Two years later, Kousei lives a monotonous life with his childhood friends Tsubaki Sawabe and Ryouta Watari supporting him. He continues to cling to music, although performing is still an impossibility for him. This is until his unexpected encounter with Kaori Miyazono, a violinist who performs freely without the dictations of a score. A story of friendship, love, music, and a single lie, Kousei's life begins to change and gain color as Kaori helps him to take up music again.
5. Given by Kizu Natsuki
The played chord made the rusty air and both our eardrums vibrate smoothly. From that moment... our music was born.
6. Anonymous Noise by Ryoko Fukuyama
When they were young, Nino Arisugawa and Momo Sakaki had promised that if they were ever separated, they would use their song to find each other again. However, Momo moved away without notice, leaving Nino with a constant urge to scream. For this reason, she begins wearing a mask. During this time, while still missing her first love, Nino encounters Kanada "Yuzu" Yuzuriha, a boy her age who composes music and gives her the nickname "Alice." Nino falls in love with his music, while Yuzu falls in love with her. Every Wednesday they would meet at the beach—but one day, Yuzu also stops coming. Six years later, Nino and Yuzu reunite in high school—unbeknownst to her, Momo has also entered the same school. Holding on to the childhood promise she made with him, Nino sings Yuzu's songs, hoping that her voice can still reach Momo. However, while she tirelessly tries to reach him, Yuzu continues to long for her, escalating a love triangle that has been built across years of separation.
7. Fuuka by Koji Seo
The story follows the life of Yuu Haruna, who recently moved into Tokyo with his sisters after their father is forced to transfer overseas on work. On his way to buy dinner while looking at his Twitter account, a high school girl suddenly crashes into him. Thinking he was taking upskirt pictures of her, the girl takes Yuu's phone, breaks it, and slaps him before leaving Yuu lying on the ground. As it turns out, this girl—Fuuka Akitsuki—also goes to the school Yuu is transferring to. Unlike most people, Fuuka doesn't own a cellphone; she even listens to music using a CD player. Eventually, these two become closer and decide to form a band with their friends and enter the professional world of music. With Fuuka around, what will now become of Yuu's new life in Tokyo?

REPORT
Long story short: It was not worth the 12,000 yen I paid for an arena seat but it had some nice moments...
Let’s just get the crappy parts out of the way okay? BUT if you wanna skip it just CTRL F to ‘the few good parts’.
First, the massive mess up about the goods! If you didn’t hear, they announced about 3 days before the show starts that we would have to APPLY for a LOTTERY for a CHANCE to buy goods! And that the event venue and the goods venue were going to be at least 30 minutes apart (depending on your mode of transport). So we had people not hitting for the goods lottery meaning they couldn’t get any goods even though they might’ve been seeing it that day, so they were going without penlights, tshirts etc. So naturally people were pissed. It got worse when 8 minutes into the goods starting; penlights were sold out. And they were not going to get a new batch in until about 3 hours later. So again, people were losing their shit. There were people who could ONLY get goods at 10am because they were going to the afternoon show but within MINUTES one of the main wanted goods was sold out? Again, people lost their shit. It just got worse as the day went on... By the time the shows actually started, no one gave a shit about anything the official EnStage twitter had to say, everyone had lost their trust in the staff and company. Luckily, I had smooth sailing; I hit for goods, I got all my goods. But just imagining people who didn’t even HIT for the goods lottery but were going to the shows, just broke my heart. It made me just as angry as those who were being left out. OH and they did NOT prepare any trading area this time; why the fuck are you selling RANDOM and TRADING goods if you’re not going to provide a fucking trading area? Idiots...
The second mess up was, when the first show was about to begin, lots of tweets came out saying ‘there’s been a mistake in the seating plans, first row has NO seats, and they’re moving people’ well what a fuck up that is. How can you not have enough seats?! You know how big the room is, you know how many tickets you sold, you know how many people are coming; how did you fuck up the seating plan, not have enough seats and then have the audacity to MOVE a front row ticket holder to other parts of the room?! What the fuck. Again, I was lucky, I had a seat and there were no such problems at the night show I went to.
The next one is more to do with me personally. I am barely 159cm and I never wear heels to any events, even concerts, because I know how tiny some Japanese women can be and if one is behind me, I don’t want to be blocking them more than I should be. But because of this, I could not see the main stage AT ALL. The entire show I had to WATCH the screen even though I was to the left of the front stage. I could not see the main stage at all! So I was pissed! But also that meant that not only me, who paid 12,000 yen for an arena seat which should be one of the best seats, but others too weren’t able to see the stage. What’s the point paying 12,000 yen if I can’t see the whole fucking stage? GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! I seriously think those in the stands and second floor had the best view for any of these performances. It was easy for them to see the stage, sitting or standing.
The next part, which is apparently my fault again, but apparently (no matter who I talk to) it’s ‘COMMON KNOWLEDGE’ that every stage/musical concert/live that you go to is lipsynced. Well I’m sorry but I DID NOT KNOW and they didn’t tell us it would be And if I HAD KNOWN, I wouldn’t have bothered paying for a ticket at all, let alone a 12,000 YEN SEAT(!). But apparently ‘everyone else knew it was going to be lipsynced’. WTF?! I realised straight away (during TRICKSTAR’S first song) that they were lipsyncing, so it wasn’t even GOOD lipsyncing! It really rubbed me the wrong way. Like A LOT. What did I pay 12000yen for? What did EVERYONE pay 9000+ yen for?! If you’re not going to PERFORM?! I did not pay a ridiculous amount of money to watch people LIPSYNC for 2 and a half hours. I paid that much money to be entertained, to be able to see everything, to enjoy myself, to hear the beautiful voices that people like Ikkei, Kandai, Kazuma and Yuzuki possess(!). To hear the booming voices of RenRen and Shohei who are SO damn loud, there’s no point giving them a mic - but again, because their voices were strangely the same volume as the melody when they were ‘singing’ was also obvious proof that they were lipsyncing -, to hear bad singers like TakaChan and KitaMu sing badly (because I fucking love hearing people live REGARDLESS of how shitty they are!). That’s what I want! I want a LIVE concert performance, and they gave me..... Higuchi barely trying to lipsync in time, for example ---- seriously he BARELY moved his mouth!!!!!
OH and they didn’t even sing ALL the songs. WTF?! You just play the group songs and... why?! Judge of Knights was such a success and you’re not even going to put in any battle or Knight Killers songs?! Oh please fuck off. I’m sorry but that is NOT a performance! That is 30+ people barely putting in any effort and getting paid for it. Oh I was SO PISSED for the entirety of the show when I figured it out STRAIGHT away. No wonder I sat down for most of the concert; I couldn’t see the main stage whether I stood or not, they were lipsyncing so I don’t really need to watch them, I can just listen to them like I’d listen to a CD because that’s what they fucking were anyway! Again, why did I pay 12,000 yen to listen to a CD recording of them?! what the fuck....
Yeah, I’m still going! At this point I might as well let it ALL OUT. But the audience sucked as well. The cast was trying to get us to ‘oi!’ and yell chants at some of the songs but EVERY TIME, as soon as the boys stopped yelling it out, the audience went quiet again and I’m like ‘FUCKERS CONTINUE!’ it was obvious we could still keep cheering along, they wanted us to continue. The audience fucking sucked. OH god and every time KNIGHTS came out..... FYI I fucking HATE KNIGHTS at this point. I fucking hate Ritsu with a passion and ALWAYS have <<< feels so nice to finally admit how much I can’t stand and have never stood Ritsu. But the audience volume change and the squeal change when KNIGHTS came on compared to the REST of the groups is just so fucking bias and I am so fucking over it. OH and another part that really pissed me off, Rei and Ritsu did the ‘15 minutes before the show rules announcement’ and it started with Ritsu yawning but apparently everyone in that room was dumb as fuck because I knew that was Maki straight away, but it wasn’t until he spoke an actual line that everyone else realised it was Ritsu and then everyone started to lose their shit and scream -______________- . It was obvious it was him. -____________- idiots.... <<< like I said, I might as well let it all out.
Also, fucking hate UnDead. Hate their songs too. You’re welcome to like them and everyone was super yelling and into their songs (the audience actually yelled and cheered during their songs which was nice) but ugh... just no for me.
New Yuzuru was so robotic whenever he spoke his lines. He didn’t really get a good reaction from the audience the night I watched. But he has time to improve, I think he’s a newbie anyway and he wasn’t on stage long enough to give people an impression really.
No Encore... seriously? No Greetings/Curtain Call... seriously? Ugh....
*
Sigh.... I think I’m done ranting.. let’s get to the few good parts...
The actual ensemble cast were a dream! The actual ensemble cast were so good and they were all so good looking! I spent MORE time watching them than I did with the actual cast. They were so much fun! Their dances were great, I loved how they tried to encourage the audience (but were obviously being ignored by everyone else) with claps and cheers constantly, they were good looking, they were just a great ensemble cast! I really, really liked all of them!
There was about 50% live singing when it came to the new FINE, Akatsuki and All Cast song. Knights Escort was 50% live too. But everything else was not. The two new group songs were good. BUT they were obvious goodbye songs and their lines before their songs were obviously scripted ‘graduation’ lines which just made me sigh. If it’s scripted then it just ruins their actual graduation if I’m going to be honest. Making them do the same ‘goodbye / graduation’ lines every show just ruins it. Okay, I’ll stop complaining now.... maybe...
There were so few interactions between people (as in groups mixing and interacting), it was just group song, after group song, after group song. BUT I did enjoy the few interactions that did happen; Ritsu running away from Rei, Ritsu falling asleep on Mao, Ra*bits hugging each other during their songs. But, looking at twitter reports, it was ALL scripted so again, it just cheapens it. BORING.
EVERYONE LOVES KNEW MITSURU! EVERYONE! When he first came out for his group songs, everyone was yelling ‘kawaii / cute’ and cheering for him and when it was his ‘singing’ parts, everyone gave him so much support! It was absolutely adorable and so great to watch. I’m glad everyone was already so ready and welcoming for him!
Rei messed up his line just before their first UnDead song and everyone died laughing and Kaoru started making fun of him and pointed it out ‘you messed up’ and Rei tried so hard just to ignore it xD
I really liked when it got emotional with FINE and Akatsuki towards the end, there was great (scripted) timing from Reo when he finished writing his song on the floor and popped up like ‘I DID IT!’ and it helped break that tension and sadness and brought laugher back to everyone, which was a nice touch.
Kandai made SUCH an effort even during the lipsyncing parts. You could tell he was actually singing even though his voice wasn’t going to come through the mic. You could tell in his neck movements and his throat and his neck veins were popping out. He really gave it his all even though he wasn’t going to be heard. But I appreciate how much effort he put into it regardless! He’s a star seriously. He looked the most legit out of everyone ‘performing’.
During the final song, Keito was near my side of the blocks and gave everyone attention as he ‘sang’ the end of one of the Shooting Star chorus’, everyone around him sucked it all in.
TakaChan took his moment to congratulate Ritsu on his birthday and Maki replied ‘oh you say it HERE?!’ and we all yelled happy birthday to him.
*
And I think that’s all. Like I said, NOT worth the amount of money I paid but I’m glad most other people seemed to enjoy it.

Where is the Komatsu loader original parts sales center?
Familiarity with Komatsu loader parts
One of the widely used machines in road construction, construction and also road maintenance is loader. The wear of Komatsu loader parts occurs in a short period of time due to high pressure applied to the loader during a working period, and after that, the quality of the parts is completely lost.
Komatsu loaders are produced and sold in two types. One type is original and the other type is fake parts. It is interesting to know that fake parts are more common than original ones and are more available in the market.
Durability and long service life of Komatsu loader parts and accessories are guaranteed if you buy and use the original type of these parts. Due to some restrictions that our country has on the import of Komatsu loader parts, the original type of these parts is hard to find and you can only get them from some companies or stores such as Komatsu Truck Parts Store. This store specializes in this field and sells original parts. The advantage of original Komatsu loader parts is that they have a long life and also reduce the maintenance costs of the loader as much as possible. pin Without surgery and say goodbye to your back pain forever!!
All kinds of Komatsu loader parts Construction is very important and includes a wide range of activities. For this reason, the use cases of loaders have increased a lot and we are witnessing a significant growth in their use. Loaders are used in construction and for various applications.
In an overview, Komatsu loader parts include the following:moving parts Hydraulic components Chassis and control table Connections of the front part of the loader Diesel engine
The failure of the mentioned parts occurs for various reasons and as a result of many factors. For example, the passage of time is one of the most important factors of wear and tear and the end of the useful life of parts. Another important factor that strongly affects the useful life of parts is depreciation. In addition, various parts of the Komatsu loader may be damaged due to improper use of the machine.
When Komatsu loader parts are damaged and defective, you need to repair and replace them. In this regard, you should buy the relevant parts from a reputable and reliable store to be sure of the high quality of the parts and their reasonable price.
Be careful that when buying parts, you should buy parts based on the type of loader. Types of loaders include rubber wheel loaders, chain wheel loaders and backhoe loaders. When buying Komatsu loader parts, you should consider the type of loader and buy the right parts.
Some of the most important parts of the Komatsu loader include the following:Engine Tractor chassis Hydraulic components cup subdivision
The price of Komatsu loader parts One of the products that is very prominent in the world market today are various Komatsu loader parts. These parts play an important role in the performance of the Komatsu loader and guarantee you the safe and trouble-free operation of the loader for a long time. If you buy original and high-quality Komatsu loader spare parts, you can be sure of its long-term and perfect operation.
Komatsu loaders are widely used in fields such as mining, construction, earthmoving, etc.
When you buy these parts from various Komatsu loader parts stores, you should consider some important points such as product authenticity and quality, warranty, optimal price, etc. You will have a successful purchase like this.
It is obvious that the price of fake parts is much lower than the original parts. People who are not specialized in identifying fake and original products, consider the low price of counterfeit products as an affordable and economical rate. However, their low price is only because they are not original. Dealer of Komatsu loader parts
If you buy Komatsu loader parts from a Komatsu dealer, it will bring you many benefits. The sales agents of these parts provide customers with an easy purchase. Also, by purchasing from dealers, customers benefit from the warranty related to Komatsu products.
In addition to the above, it may take you a long time to find original Komatsu parts. But the sales agents also solve this problem and provide you with the possibility of using and easily buying Komatsu loader parts in the shortest possible time.
Product quality is another important issue that customers are very sensitive about. As we said before, the production of this product, like other products, is done in fake samples. For this reason, people who do not have enough experience in identifying loader parts are not able to distinguish fake products from original products. This makes them not very satisfied with the quality of the products after buying them. Fake products do not meet customers' expectations and lose their effectiveness after some time.
Regarding the disadvantages of fake products, it can be said that using them causes the customers to suffer a lot of damages and costs. Also, the fake equipment causes the machines to stop working and doubles the losses of the customers. To avoid the aforementioned damages, you need to purchase parts from sales agents. Skid steer loader – Different models for multiple applications
Skid steer loader is used for digging, the skid steer is a versatile machine that is light and easily maneuvered, with a range of attachments available for application. It’s commonly found in construction sites and its arms can utilize a range of tools for various landscaping functions. A skid loader can be described as a small, rigid-frame machine with lift arms used to attach a wide variety of labor-saving tools or attachments.
A skid-steer loader can sometimes be used in place of a large excavator by digging a hole from the inside. The skid loader first digs a ramp leading to the edge of the desired excavation. It then uses the ramp to carry material out of the hole. The skid loader reshapes the ramp making it steeper and longer as the excavation deepens. This method is particularly useful for digging under a structure where overhead clearance does not allow for the boom of a large excavator, such as digging a basement under an existing house.
Several companies make backhoe attachments for skid-steers. These are more effective for digging in a small area than the method above and can work in the same environments. Other applications may consist of transporting raw material around a job site, or assisting in the rough grading process.
Different models of skid steer loaders
Skid steer loader with Fuel Efficient Engine
A modern skid steer is designed to work efficiently. These models have the best in class fuel efficiency, lowest maintenance cost and very high productivity. Its unmatched structure & design helps the machine to perform in tougher applications and work in confined areas. All large platform machines are powered by an Ecomax engine, using up to 9% less fuel. These Ecomax engines achieve Tier 4 Final emissions standards without the need for a diesel particulate filter (DPF). An optional electric quick-hitch permits faster attachment and bucket changes, reducing downtime. The system also reduces the chance of hydraulic oil leakage during attachment change-over.
Manufacturers have come up with the cab-forward design which allows the operator to see the bucket edge or attachment without leaning forward and thereby resulting in safe and efficient operation. Visibility has been significantly increased in all directions. A lowered rear screen and cooling package improve rear visibility which is critical while reversing at high speed. Also, the side windows are made larger increasing the visibility to the tires and the sides when the loader arms are raised. The design, balance, and weight distribution deliver more usable horsepower, powerful breakout forces, and faster cycle times. The machines work quicker, lift more, and outperform to meet various job site requirements.Newer hybrid skid steer loaders boost productivity and increase operator comfort. The cabs feature increased headroom and lap-bar width, along with improved forward, side, rear, and overhead visibility. Ergonomically positioned controls, industry-first side lighting, and improved reliability and serviceability help you get more work done daily. The wide door repositioned grab handles and a lower threshold provide easy access to the cab. These kid steer loaders benefit from a cab with up to 25% more internal width, providing greatly improved operator comfort. The cylinder geometry optimizes the skid steer and compact track loader push and pulls power, while the bucket support bearing directly on the chassis of the machine further adds to its pushing power.
In newer models, the extended bucket is different in a way that it increases dump height by one meter(1m). An extended reach design allows the vertical movement to be more straight-up vertical, to keep the bucket forward of the operator’s cab and allows safe dumping into the heightened or tall containers. New models come with an extended bucket built with more power and torque which accelerates productivity and increases operator comfort. The Extended Bucket is beneficial for the task which requires high dumping height.
The new skid steer loader is the perfect machine when maneuverability and controllability become critical. The variable flow of the Closed-Load Sensing System (CLSS) ensures precision and smoothness to all movements and provides quick and reliable power for any required operation. The servo-controls included as standard, make the SK510-5 fast and easy to use. Natural movements and maximum precision guarantee unique efficiency and greatly contribute to reducing operator fatigue. The right joystick controls the movements of the arm and the bucket; the left one controls the translation. With easy access for periodic maintenance, this is an efficient and reliable skid steer loader.New age radial lift design helps in delivering excellent digging performance, superior mid-lift reach, and higher forward reach. Low profile boom provides optimal side-to-side visibility. High-power drive chains powered by heavy-duty drive trains coupled with powerful 60hp engines give the best performance with clean emissions. With only 63 inches in width, 1700R is capable of performing well in cramped and constrained spaces.
A skid steer loader, also called a skid steer or nicknamed a bobcat, is a small engine-powered construction machine used on a variety of job sites. Skid steers can move soil on a building site, dig holes, help with landscaping gardens, clean stalls on a farm, and more tasks. Some skid steers have tracks and are often called compact track loaders. Other skid-steer loaders have wheels.
The two different types of skid steers suit different jobs and job sites. With two different options available, you may be wondering which is better on a skid steer: tracks or wheels. We compare skid steers with tracks and wheels to help you make a choice.
Wheels Work Best on Even Ground
When you’re working on even, hard ground, skid steers with wheels are the superior choice. Wheels don’t like to be challenged too much. They thrive on paved ground, concrete areas, and landscaped sites. That’s why you’ll usually see skid steers with wheels on renovations and extensions instead of new building sites. On these developed surfaces, the extra traction of a skid steer with tracks gets wasted.
Skid steers with tracks are also slower to move on a developed ground than varieties with wheels, and faster-wheeled machines are more efficient on flat ground job sites. Wheels also wear less on hard surfaces than tracks will. Skid steers with tracks call for regular replacement of tracks, bogey wheels, sprockets, and other components. These parts will naturally wear out more quickly over hard surfaces, such as pavers or concrete, than softer surfaces.
The greater the distance your skid steer covers, the greater the wear. When you choose a skid steer with wheels for these job sites, you’re making an economical choice.
Tracks Suit Difficult Terrain
While wheels excel in ideal, flat conditions, tracks love a challenge. Skid steers with tracks make light work of difficult surfaces such as muddy, sandy, and snowy ground. They’ll also do well in wet and uneven ground that wheels alone can’t handle.
“While uneven terrain, slopes, and muddy or snowy ground conditions can be very challenging and tough on skid-steer loaders, compact track loaders are designed and built to handle these types of conditions,” confirmed Rick Harris, senior product manager of Terex Construction, in an interview with Forester Daily News.
Bob Beesley, a product manager for Komatsu, recalled driving one of the company’s skid steers with tracks into an area with soft ground. He got out of the machine and sank to his knees in the soil. However, the skid steer stayed afloat.
Skid steers with tracks do well where wheels can’t because they disperse their weight over a larger surface area. This weight distribution improves their stability.
Skid steers with tracks won’t simply move over a challenging terrain. They’re also easy to maneuver in less than perfect conditions. When you need to steer through narrow clearings between trees, for example, a skid steer with tracks has you covered.
A track skid steer loader that can handle difficult terrain helps boost productivity on your job site. When using a skid steer with tracks, you don’t need to wait for your site to dry out after rain or for winter snow to clear. These tough machines will happily take on the challenge.
You can buy snow tires for your skid steer with wheels. Snow tires won’t usually do as well as tracks will. However, they can make your skid steer with wheels more useful during winter.
Tracks Can Work Under Any Conditions
While tracks do their best work on difficult terrain, they can also work on the flat, even ground wheels like. In contrast, skid steers with wheels can’t work safely on challenging terrain. Having skid steers with wheels makes them a better investment for some builders.
Skid steers with tracks are a relatively new addition to the marketplace. However, their versatile nature has helped them claim 30 percent of the skid steer market, as Chris Giorgianni, vice president of product support government and defense for JCB, told Forester Daily News.
People who rent skid steers don’t have to worry about choosing a versatile machine. They can simply rent the right skid steer for any given project.
You can also buy tracks to put over the tires of skid steers with wheels. This add-on will help your skid steer with wheels tackle the type of tough terrain it’s not usually suited for. Slip-on tracks usually cost between $2,000 and $5,000, and you can install and remove them in 30 minutes. The price depends on variables including the following:
Machine model
Track width
Track length
Think carefully about the type of over-the-tire tracks you choose.
“Over-the-tire steel tracks can add productivity to existing equipment, but they can also damage sidewalks and curbs,” Mike Fitzgerald, a loader product specialist for Bobcat, explained to Total Landscape Care magazine. “You want to use rubber tracks in areas under development, which have improved surfaces, and use steel tracks in areas that are primarily dirt or new construction.”
Tracks Suit Bulldozing and Dig Jobs
Track skid steer loader can tackle your bulldozing and dig jobs better than skid steers with wheels can. Tracks have more traction than wheels so that they can push into piles of soft or muddy soil more effectively. Tracks have more area in contact with the ground than wheels do.
Skid steers with wheels can do these jobs like skid steers with tracks, as both machines use the same attachments. Common skid steer attachments include the following:
Buckets
Bulldozer blades
Mulchers
Trenchers
Augers
Levelers
Snowblowers
Box rakes
Skid steers with wheels take more time to bulldoze or dig than skid steers with tracks do. When time is money, the efficiency of skid steers with tracks is worth considering.
Wheeled Skid Steer Loader Cost Less
Wheel skid steer loader cost less to buy and run than skid steers with tracks. The higher costs come because skid steers with tracks:
Have a higher purchase price
Have higher priced parts
Use more fuel
Need more frequent maintenance
Tires cost less to replace than tracks. However, they don’t last quite as long. A new set of skid steer wheels usually costs between $600 and $1,000, stated Total Landscaping Care magazine. Depending on their quality, skid steer tires usually last between 600 and 1,000 hours. Rubber tracks last longer, between 1,200 and 1,600 hours. But they are pricier, usually costing $3,000 to $4,500 per set.
Since tracks can work in a wider range of conditions, they can be more productive. This greater productivity can offset their higher purchase and running costs. However, for businesses operating on a shoestring budget, the upfront costs may be the most important. In fact, we’ve seen a swing back to cheaper skid steers with wheels after the global financial crisis, according to Jamie Wright, product manager for Terex Construction Americas.
The cost of purchasing and maintaining skid steers don’t need to concern you if you rent your construction equipment. When you rent your construction equipment, you can always get the skid steer that suits your conditions and jobs best.
Skid Steer Loader Tracks Make Minimal Mess
Skid steers with tracks make far less mess than wheeled skid steers. Wheels typically leave ruts as they travel across a job site. In contrast, skid steers with tracks seem to float on the top of the ground without sinking down and making an impact.
You can repair the ruts that skid steers with wheels leave behind. However, fixing the impact of wheeled skid steers takes more time and effort. Repair and cleanup can keep your crew on the job site for longer, which means they won’t be working as efficiently.
Wheeled Skid Steer Loader Require Less Maintenance
Skid steers with tracks need more maintenance than wheeled skid steers do. When you own a skid steer with tracks, you’ll spend much time cleaning the undercarriage and checking track tension.
While you also need to clean the undercarriage of skid steers with wheels, this task is much easier and faster than cleaning underneath a skid steer with tracks. Skid steers with wheels usually don’t get as dirty as skid steers with tracks because the machines with wheels typically work on clean, developed surfaces. The undercarriage is also more accessible on a skid steer with wheels. Wheels don’t cover as much of the undercarriage as tracks do, which makes cleaning easier.
Thorough maintenance is essential for lengthening a skid steer’s life. However, some equipment operators can find the level of maintenance needed for skid steers with tracks inconvenient. If you rent your skid steer, the rental company will take care of much of that maintenance for you.
Most construction equipment makers believe no type of skid steer is better than the other. Instead, skid steers with tracks and skid steers with wheels have their strengths and weaknesses. Understanding these strengths and weaknesses is important when you’re renting the best skid steer for your next project.
Whether you want a skid steer with tracks or wheels, BigRentz has you covered. For more about skid steers, visit the BigRentz website to read more about our skid steers and rent the one that best suits your needs.
Remote control skid steer and skid steers are not as sophisticated as Google’s driverless cars, but their seats are just as empty when the machines are operating. That is the whole point — getting compact equipment operators out of the cab so they can work more safely and accomplish some tasks more easily. These are the reasons why mining operations have relied on remote-controlled digging machines for years. More recently, some full-sized quarry equipment has been modified to run remotely to scoop up aggregate in precarious locations. It’s no wonder then that more and more compact and mini loaders are being operated by walking-around joystick jockeys.

K4 Company 1st Event Round-up
So after watching the most recent K4 Company video that was posted and seeing what went on during the event I thought I’d take the time to highlight some of the fun and more interesting parts that happened :D
Spoiler alert: This post is going to be on the long side just for you @yaoisex xD
First off are the characteristic charts that the members made for each other!
Masuyama Takeaki --> Komatsu Shohei:
- (Dark blue area): Cute smile = 25%
- (Red area): High physical ability = 25%
- (Green area): Hates losing = 20%
- (Purple area): Gentle mannered = 10%
- (Teal area): Un-expecting and overlooking = 10%
- (Orange area): Would want to give New Year’s money = 5%
- (Grey area): Would like to see having a perm = 5%
Had some slight difficulties with the last one since I couldn’t see if the Katakana was “ha” or “pa” :p Masuyama commented that with Hime he could give him New Year’s money without having to worry about it being used for something unnecessary xD Hime then refutes Masuyama’s observation of him and says he would use the money for travel expenses haha
Hama Kento --> Masumoto Takuya:
- (Blue area): Motivation towards glasses = 30%
- (Red area): Love for birds = 30%
- (Green area): Cooking = 25%
- (Purple area): Handstands = 15%
Masumoto has mentioned on the first episode that he likes to cook and is hoping one day they’ll get to do a cooking corner on the show xD He also owns 2 pet birds that he basically dotes on 24/7 when not working :P Masumoto also has a love for glasses which Hama asks if he buys them that often (in which he also asks if it’s expensive or not) since Masumoto switches between frames a lot.
Komatsu Shohei --> Hama Kento:
- (Blue area): Alcohol = 30%
- (Red area): Smile = 20%
- (Green area): Youth = 20%
- (Purple area): Loud voice = 20%
- (Teal area): Height = 10%
Hime notes that Hama REALLY loves to drink as well notes his trademark smile :) Hime also adds in youth for Hama’s chart because he is the youngest out of the 4 of them but Hime is their kouhai which Hime says himself it being a subtle feeling xD
Masumoto Takuya --> Masuyama Takeaki:
- (Blue area): Face depth = 40%
- (Red area): Fiery presentation = 20%
- (Green area): Body language = 20%
- (Purple area): Deresute = 20%
I’ll be quite honest with the purple area of Masuyama’s chart I have literally no idea what Masumoto is referring to o.O I tried googling it and it seems to be in reference to IdolMaster but I’m not too sure. (So if someone could correct me on it that would be great :D) Masuyama went full tsukomi mode here constantly saying to Masumoto that in the past 7 years they’ve known each other he could only come up with a few things about him LOL
Next up we have missions that the members must perform during the event! For each member they were given 2 missions each
Masuyama Takeaki Mission 1 = Kabedon each member
- To kick things off Masuyama decided to break the ice and perform his 1st mission on Masumoto while they were discussing about Masumoto’s chart. Honestly I found this super amusing to watch since Masuyama is fairly unskilled when it comes to things like this xD
- Alright now this part had me squealing like a little girl haha While Masumoto was getting his turn being kabedon on by Masuyama Hime decides to man up and offer himself up next (he admitted that during the time he thought to himself “might as well just get it over with” LOL) and HAMA ON THE SIDE HRGH!!!! TOO ADORABLE QQ
- *BLOOD EXPLODES EVERYWHERE* I don’t really have to explain what’s going on in this picture now do I???? LOL Though I have noticed for awhile now but Hime is pretty short for a dude xD I’m guessing he’s just barely hitting 170 in height compared to the others? Hama outta the 4 is the tallest one after all
- *AGAIN BLOOD EXPLODES EVERYWHERE* Thank god during the draft meeting the guys pulled out this mission but like @yaoisex said in her post I still wished it was Hama who got this mission instead LOL
Masumoto Takuya Mission 1 = Make a pun using “K4″
- TBH this mission had to be the weakest one outta the 8 that had to be done during this event but somehow since Masumoto ended up with this mission he still managed to find a way to make it adorably stupid :P
Komatsu Shohei Mission 1 & 2 = Use muscles for appeal | Get a “Ooo” response from the audience
- HOLY MOTHER OF........ I mentioned this before but it’s a given fact that outta the 4 Hime is the most physically fit but man his muscles are just..... *drools all over the floor* In terms of appearance he’s like the complete opposite of say the likes of agency senpai’s Kiyan or Takuchan but if your familiar with his background he does always mention in almost every other interview that he’s a very sporty person (though he did admit he’s bad at any ball related sport xD). In the 2nd shot Masumoto decides to check how hard Hime’s muscles are and confirms it for everyone :P
- Now these screenshots I took of Hama were just too adorable to pass up. K Gorilla-kun who is the mascot of the company and a creation by Hama himself during this event was the first time they got to meet each other in person :) K Gorilla-kun did make a appearance in the show but it was during episodes when Hama wasn’t the one hosting. So as sort of a gag since he’s based off a gorilla his business card is in the form of banana with his name on it that he hands out when introducing himself hahaha
Hama Kento Mission 1 = Eat a banana
- Okay now this mission was just outright silly when it ended up being drawn during the draft meeting xD But since it was drawn for Hama both Hime and Masuyama couldn’t have asked for anything better since it related well for Hama (K Gorilla-kun and all during the event).
- In this shot after Hama ends up eating the business card that K Gorilla-kun gave him Masumoto makes a comment that it was pretty rude of Hama to eat the banana that was a business card that he got from K Gorilla-kun xD But in Hama’s defense he didn’t have any other banana’s to eat at this point so gotta take what you got :P
Hama Kento Mission 2 = Steal then wear a pair of glasses (Masumoto’s)
- So after finishing up his banana at some point Hama ended up stealing Masumoto’s glasses and had to wear them himself for his 2nd mission :D I gotta admit Hama looks mighty fine in glasses but he has mentioned in a later episode of K4 Company that he has a difficult time figuring out fashion and that his fashion sense is rather.... questionable at times. Hama does also note that once he received a pair of fake circular lens glasses from a fan but when he tried wearing them in front of a mirror he said that he wanted to knock himself out for wearing them LOL (Don’t worry Hama not everyone can pull those glasses off :P)
- Alright now this next part is SUPER ADORABLE!!! So the discussion had reached the topic of each member choosing their individual colors so Hime asked the other 3 guys if any of them already had a color in mind. Hama was literally like a bullet train with his response and chose pink as his color to which the other 3 guys started to giggle along with the audience LOL Masuyama then comments about Hama how he’s like dumb child so he asks him again what he wants as his color to which Hama responds imitating a child that he wants to have pink as his color xD All the while that the conversation is going on Hime is just standing on the sidelines giggling away at the responses being thrown around by his senpais :P
Masumoto Takuya Mission 2 = Call the other members by their first names and add the “chan” honorific
- Now to wrap things up for Masumoto’s final mission he had to call the other members by their given names and add “chan” at the end. During the draft meeting Masuyama was actually hoping that Hime would pull this mission since it suited him quite nicely but since Masumoto got this mission instead he found it rather amusing. Between the 4 of them besides Masumoto and Masuyama knowing each other the longest they don’t really have any preferences when it comes to using either their given names or family names but for Masumoto he automatically defaults to using family names when calling people. So when Masumoto ended up saying Takeaki-chan Masuyama couldn’t take it seriously :P
- Also for Masuyama’s 2nd mission which was basically winking there’s not really a specific segment during the video where he ends up doing it (or rather in this case if he did it at all) LOL and with that brings an end to this round up post :) Now time to do one for the most recent SideM Nico Nico that Hime was apart of since there’s PLENTY of juicy info that he revealed during the last 2 legs of the 3rd live concerts :D
