Coincidentally, I read an article today that David Bateson (the voice of Hitman and an essential part of the Crazy Christmas Cabaret) has had to take a part time job as a ticket controller in Tivoli to supplement his income because he's been losing voice acting jobs to companies more and more preferring to use text to speech software.

At the same time his voice in the form of AI generated speech is being used by various content creators outside of his control and without him being compensated for it.

So yeah...
