For the Pokemon ask game, I’m curious to see what you give my hubby, Roadhog!

These are very basic picks but look I ADORE Roadhog top tier character he is SO cute. I gotta give him the cute pigs. He deserves it.

Also the Mimikyu is because I imagine in the Pokemon World he'd have a fondness for Pikachu, like how he loves Pachimari in canon, and ended up stealing it from somewhere thinking it was a Pikachu Plush. Also it goes with the fact that we never see his face.

Cutie Reviews: Doki Doki Crate Feb 18

February’s theme:  ♥ MADE WITH LOVE ♥

I forgot to get the Suteki Crate picture for this month, it was themed around Sanrio characters and Pokemon. Including; a little twin star bento and bottle, Hello Kitty constellation light, a Hello Kitty sakura Kimono doll, Sylveon hooded poncho, Pokemon dessert tea set, a Pikachu Instax, and a Pikachu tail cushion.

First we have an adorable Pokemon themed Ecobag, available in four different styles. These are great bags for shopping, storing food or snacks, or other items you may need to protect or just bring with you. I like using these when I go to the market or grocery store- especially if its cool and rainy.

All of them are really cute, but I kinda wish I got Pikachu or Mimikyu. I’m not found of the colors for this one, but I do understand the inspiration and I really like the detail they put into it :3 If you love pokemon or these types of decorative bags, I’d suggest picking one up. You can use them for a lot of things.

Perfect for Valentines Day, giving to a Friend, or just if you like decorative chocolate- we have an adorable Hello Kitty Chocolate Mold :3 I’ve always wanted one of these. I really don���t know which is my favorite, it’s all very kawaii~

Of course I had to test out our mold. It came out really well (I mean check out that sexy house right there am I right??)- it’s just that everything else started to melt a bit and the chocolate was kind of... fudgy and burnt and I thought adding a little milk would help... it was still delicious though ♥

It was my fault it didn’t come out that great, not this mold. It works very well, and I didn’t need to grease it or anything. You only need chocolate to make these, and honestly I have made decorative chocolate before but it’s been a while....  who knows, I’ll probably get some stuff and try again. Even if you fail you end up with a yummy result~

An adorable Piggy Rice Bowl that can be used for food or collective purposes. As far as I know it came in two styles (the one I got, and a pink one with a different piggy pose), and on the side is the word Itadakimasu, a word used to express gratitude before eating :3 which I think is an adorable inclusion~

It’s very cute and I love the detail/designs on it. It is glass/porcelain, but that just adds to the charm if you ask me. Although it did also incline me to keep extra-caution with it.

Next is a simple but ultra-squishy and cute Mochi Plush! They came as Koro Koro Panda or Marupyon Bunny. “Koro Koro” is a sound effect for something cute and chubby rolling around, while Maru indicates roundness, and pyon is a play on the sound effect for Hopping.

Of course I saw the pink panda in the booklet, so I was a little disappointed, but look at that face! How could I possibly resist this? I could probably have some fun with this little cutie / ( ´•̥ו̥` )＼

This is our last item for the box, and a good one to have for this time of the year. This is a Little Twin Star Chocolate Box, perfect for the hello kitty chocolates or other sweets you might have made for someone. But you could also hang onto it for another day, or use it to store various small items if you’d like too.

It’s very sweet looking, and I love the concept behind it. But I couldn’t bring myself to part with it (especially at these prices I’m sorry). Right now I don’t have a use for it, but with how many small things I get in these boxes I’m pretty sure it won’t take me very long~

Content - 5 out of 5. Still no Hoppe-chan, I’m fearing she’s gone now and she was one of my favorite selling points in this box DX However, I did like this stuff a lot more than in the prior box.

Theme: 4 out of 5. Only two of the items screamed Valentines Day, but the descriptions really helped to sell the theme of celebrating the season with a loved one and just enjoying yourself even if you’re a single ;3

Total Rank: 12.5 out of 15 Cuties. I wasn’t too fond of the prior DokiDoki Crate but I definitely feel like this one brought the average back up again. It was so sweet and cute, I really felt the love behind it ♥ I do wish the booklets and Hopppe-chan were still the same as they had been before, but I’m not hating this one at all.

1. Piggy Rice Bowl - As simple as it is, I think it’s just the sweetest thing. I really do enjoy my food more when I put it in elegant or cutesy dishes. 

2. Pokemon Bag - It’s very cute, even if it wasn’t my first choice in the options (although my mom adored it because she loves owls). I love the patterned bag and cutesy little bag you can keep it in.

Peko and the Ultimate Performance!

[Flashback] [BGM: Po Town - Pokemon Sun/Moon OST] About five hours ago, a trainer named Aoi Tategami was participating in a Island Challenge with the Ghost-type Champion, Acerola. Though unlike Aoi's last challenge attempts where all she had was a Meowstic, this time around she only bought Alice the Mimikyu. Its a risky choice for her, but the trainer and her first Pokemon were still in uneven levels. Aceola was in charge on watching Estelle, to which she had fun pampering the Constraint Pokemon. However, when the challenge was done, the Abandoned Mart was raided with Team Skull Grunts who hid across the Poke-Mart and without making a noice or scaring themselves! (About a half of them are already traumatized by the Ghost Pokemon...) "Pesky trainer! You come with us this time, along with your precious Pokemon!" says one of the grunts. "N-NO WAY!!" said Aoi, but it was far to late when the over-leveled Grunts actually defeated Aoi and Alice, which the two were already exhausted from the Challenge! Acerola and Estelle took notice on the screams, but when they entered, the Grunts already took the trainer and her Pokemon! Acerola know where they are heading too... "Estelle! I think these silly heads got your trainer and friend at Po Town! Its a pretty dangerous turn overrun by Team Skull! But I wonder why they took a trainer this time..." Acerola returns back to the Aether House and made a phone call to her uncle and Kahuna, Nanu to "keep eyeballs" on Aoi and Alice. Acerola and Estelle bond up for now to set on a rescue mission to save them... [Present time] Its Day 2 after Team Skull made a daring move to kidnap a child as ransom, and so far there is no sign of a ghost trainer nor a (talking) cat Pokemon. But... Their morning ended up waking all Grunts abruptly! "BOOM!!!" It came a loud explosion kind of noise. Most of the grunts went outside to see what's going on, and all they can see from their tired eyes was smoke. The female grunt coughs. "H-Hey! T-Those are Adrenaline Orbs! Hundreds of them!" she shouts a noise, after the female grunt saw a piece of blue scrap from the bombs that were known to sold at PokeMarts! From the smoke of Adrenaline Orbs, a single female figure enters the town, with nothing but her Aether Foundation uniform. "Hello there! I thought I make a visit, you beautiful scums!" ^^ The last two words already made the entire Grunt population angered by her words! "W-WHAT DID YOU SAY?!" "YOU had a whole LOT of nerve to bomb our territory and use the money that we could have stolen from you for something MORE USEFUL than 100 Adrenaline Orbs!" And of course the rest of the complains were spoken in Team Skull Grunt quotes. The Aether Foundation employee, female in appearance and shape shook her head and shrugs in "disapproval". "Ahh... You idiots.... I'm surprised you goons have not FULLY disband Team Skull yet. Some reason "evil" really irritates me. And as evil scums you all for steeling and harming Pokemon, I'm afraid I can't let you all go until you get just deserts..." Half of the Team Skull members look at each other with confused looks. "W-What are you talking about?!" "We are PROUD of Team Skull! If only our boss wouldn't leave the efforts we have put through, then we wouldn't... A-Anyway there is no point little princess! Why won't you go home with your Aether Foundation parents and never come back!!" The female shook her head again in disapproval. "I don't think it will not gonna happen! I need a couple of punching bags like you guys to finally calm down and feel satisfied. Bring your Pokemon out if you must. The long lost Performer Peko is bringing back the center stage!" said Peko, ending her speech with a idol pose! [BGM: Party You Up - Kors K ((You don't have to listen to it, its just happy hardcore music))] The Grunts were lost in anger, seeing a Aether Foundation dancing and frolic around, and as they start to gang up for a fight, their efforts of punching that "smug face" of the Aether staff were wasted as she begun kicking and punching back! "O-Owww!!!" "C-Cheater!!! How can she even fly?!" This battle had done "crazy" to the point that words are difficult to describe this "performance"... .... .... .... At the mansion, several Grunts were called over by the injured ones to come out and stop a "mad dancing Aether Grunt". "Bruno! Brutus! Get your butts down and stop this mad child! Forget the captive!!!" said the grunt. Several got the word and begin to leave. In Guzma's abandoned throne, the trainer Aoi and her gothic lolita friend Alice was in the room. It turns out, during the trial, Alice was in her human form defeating the Totem Pokemon because "she felt like it". This made the Grunts think that Alice is also a trainer, so they did not think that Aoi had a shape shifting lolita for a Pokemon, which was OF COURSE her Mimikyu. When the Grunts were gone, Alice morphs back into her Pokemon form and attempt to find the keys for the door. "We will make haste... Don't worry... Aoi." said the talking Mimikyu, to which the Disguise Pokemon did not take more than five minutes to find the room key buried in a chest full of Bugarium-Zs, which Aoi took one as a complementary price. The two escaped their prison with no problem and on their sneaky way to the outside. Just from walking around the roof, she can see that a Aether F. staff member was fighting alone with a bunch of Grunts, but something was different with her hair... "H-Hey... Her hair turned a silver color...?" said Aoi. Alice remains silent. The Mimikyu went first, which Aoi quickly caught attention and follows it to the open areas of the mansion and follow their way down to the first floor exit. Back at the field, the "Performance" end up going "mad wild" with Grunts now summoning various Pokemon! The performer sees a Salandit, observing its moves and then start to transform into that Pokemon! "W-WAIT?! S-SHE TRANSFORMED?!" "WHAT THE HELL!!!" "NOO NOT MY FORMANTIS!! ANYTHING BUT MY FORMANTIS!!!" The girl who is now a Pokemon begin to breath Flamethrower onto the grunts in a spiral fashion! Many of them begin to flee, thinking its a ghost haunting down the grunts for their bad deeds! Others had to flee due to a battle disadvantage! "M-MONSTER!!!" "IT'S THE REVENGE OF THE DITTO WE SLAUGHTER TWO MONTHS AGO!!!" Trainer Aoi and Alice the Mimikyu were just about out from the mansion when the rain SLIPS her boot and slams her face onto the floor! "OOF!!!!" When Aoi slips, A small Pokeball slips from her belt, which was a new ball, and some reason, the transformed Salandit did not pay attention and somehow the ball was tapped on top of her head! "Eh-" In the right time, Acerola, Nanu and Estelle the Meowstic came in time to see the abandoned Po Town, and a Pokeball attempting to wiggle out for freedom. But fatigue really tire out the mysterious creature, and it finally accepts its defeat. Alice and Estelle quickly went to check the Pokeball. The two wanted to speak, but the Captain and Kahuna are right at their faces, so they remain quiet and speak in Pokemon. Aoi was not injured, but her boots got the best of the rain and the mud end up being the result of the slip-up. "Aoi, are you alright?" Acerola asks. Nanu quickly piggy backs the girl. "I-I'm alright... B-But I think I twisted my ankle a bit..." said Aoi. Alice quickly picks up the Pokeball and Estelle with Aoi's belongings. The group hurries to the Pokemon Center to have all three Pokemon recover, and Aoi on the ER. No seirous injuries on the trainer. Same goes for the Pokemon. But... ... ... ... [No BGM, maybe except for you preferred calm music.] Ding! Not to long, and Aoi was restless. She was settled in to a wheelchair for the night until her foot recovers. Acerola is having fun pushing her all over the places like a child, but its no smiling matter when Nurse Joy walks out with some news. "Hello Aoi! Glad you are well! There is some... Interesting discoveries I encountered while recovering your Pokemon. Estelle and Alice are alright, but the new addition... Is a unique case, I might call it? But it refuses to speak so... I think you had the right to talk to this.... Person." "H-Huh? Uhh okay?" said Aoi. She looks puzzled, but Acerola seems to be having fun playing clueless child for a moment. "Oooh! Exciting! Can I see your Pokemon too?" said the ghost trainer. "Y-Yea..." Aoi replies. The two enters the ER and saw both Estelle and Alice standing in-between from what looks like a boy, fully up and sitting on the bed stretcher. He... Looks very unhappy about something. Top of that, WHO is that boy anyway...?! [Clifhanger. End long-ass drabble! Do not reply, unless you want to guess on who Peko really is...?]

Cutie Reviews: Gacha Gacha Crate Oct 19

It feels like it’s only been a week and I’m already doing a Gacha Gacha crate review again :P the last one came super late in the month though, while this one came really early. This is going to be another one of this “jist” reviews, kind of like the last one, but I don’t intend on rushing it like that because I felt like it was pretty lousy.

Meanwhile, the next stage of the Tokyo Catch has began! I’m very excited to check it out after this~

Surprise Gachapon

I didn’t intend on starting with this one, but I usually go in order of how the images save on my laptop. So first up is a surprise gachapon, which can either be completely random or come from a previous collection; which is the case of this one. The previous time this happened I got a completely new one that never appeared in the box before.

So anyway, this is a set of adorable little paintings (I forget the official name) that you can not only set on this little stand for display purposes, but the picture part works as magnet, so you can attach it to things like your fridge. You could even make your own re-ment art gallery if you wanted!

I like the creativity behind the piece, and the detail on both the stand and picture itself are nice. The idea of re-creating an actual painting on such a small canvas is really cool I think- but it’s not my most favorite gachapon. 

Mini Table Game

As I’ve said before, I like these little gacha where you can actually do things or play a game; they’re really fun and cute looking! I wish we got more of them!

This is a game I don’t believe I’ve played before, but I have seen it before. If the image didn’t already explain it for me (if you really look at the picture its probably obvious. It took me a few minutes to spot it <3<), two people basically nudge their pieces to see which one will fall over first. It reminds me a lot of that fighting robot game, but in reverse and not as violent.

Not only is it cute looking, but it’s small size makes it easy to carry around and because there’s no loose parts, this could be nice for younger children to play. It’s pretty flimsy though, so it’s kind of difficult trying to play on your own in comparison to some of the other games we could have got.

Sumikko Gurashi Flashlight

Cutesy gachapon like this are right up my alley! For Halloween and just general cuteness, I was in love with this nifty little cutie. The whole group is included, and they each come in an adorable monster-like costume. When you tilt their head downward they light up, like this:

It’s extremely bright in the dark and because of the ball chain, you can bring it with you anywhere. This is probably my most favorite gacha of the box, as well as one of my top favorites in the entire brand so far!

(It was at this point it occurred to me, I should make a top 10 Gacha post! I’ve been meaning to do more top 10 lists~ Those are so much fun!)

Cat Tank

Initially when I got this I didn’t think very much of it; but then I turned it over and I just happened to realize, this just isn’t any tank! It has a kitty in it!

I’m still not that into it, but the kitten ups the cuteness factor by at least five for its tiny size and adorableness. The tank is all one color essentially, but the detailing on it for something so small is pretty impressive, as are those on the kitty. It even has a tail beneath the tank (it’s not visible in the pic though, I couldn’t really figure out how it worked).

Oh uh, sorry if the thingy is in the wrong place, I didn’t know where/how to attach it.

Pokemon Halloween Figure

For Halloween last year we got these adorable little Disney sitting figures, and this year we have some cute, fun looking Pokemon! There was 6 in total, consisting of Rowlet, Pikachu, and Mimikyu, each in 2 alternate colors (I think, there was something different but I don’t know what). I’m not sure if I got the normal Mimikyu or the other one...

Anyway, it’s very cute! I definitely would have wanted this one or Pikachu, but Rowlet is cute too (my mom loves owls, so she likes them). The figure is well made, the painted detail/coloring is spot-on and not messy anywhere. This was my 2nd favorite of the box.

Animal Magnet Picture Frame

This is our final item of the box (I love the capsules coloring meanwhile!), an adorable ceramic(?) animal that is split in half and held together by a magnet. Basically it can hold papers as seen above, or you can use it to display pictures (and add a fun little touch of surprise to see a random animal leaping out of it). There was 8 animals in total, and I got this adorable little piggy!

There isn’t all that much detail to the animals, but from what I can see it’s very well made. It has a textured look to make it look like it has hair/fur on it, they look very realistic for little figures.

Okay, so basically that’s it. But unlike last time when I completely forgot to actually give a real final opinion, I plan to do it this time. In general I wasn’t in love with this box, but I did like it more than the previous one. I was so un-necessarily annoyed by it, I don’t even know why now, but this one -while I can’t say its my favorite- I didn’t hate it or regret getting it. However, I can’t say this one is the most “worth it” in times of the price we pay either. Everything had pretty good detailing and was nicely made, and some of it was practical too- but it was also very small... and I'm not saying it to be stingy or anything, but we pay about 30 dollars I think? This box feels like 5 dollars, but it was probably closer to 10 or 15 (and that’s a stretch).
