A lot of what people argue about on here is so totally divorced from the reality of being trans that it's like, kinda funny. Idk man I've had friends of a different flavor of transgender say kinda off-key things to me and like, sorry but there's always been so many much bigger obstacles in terms of being trans that those comments do not really register as serious issues. Like it does suck when ppl within your own community act like shitheads, but people seem to approach that with basically zero compassion and a scorched earth kind of mindset. Unproductive.

#Like it's one thing to take this kind of approach towards extremist hateful sorts of ideology #But do ppl really think that those within our own community r so far gone that kindness is pointless??#Like when you act as combative and dismissive as possible towards what someone is saying they will shrimply not listen #But everyone on here is obsessed with scoring Dunks and not like having useful dialogue so whatever #Everybody remember that we're all transgender for a minute maybe. And perhaps stop writing off my whole state as a lost cause lol
