Good evening dearest 🧵🧶 Oldie! It's a pleasure to have you in my inbox again! HAZBIN HOTEL STARDEW VALLEY AU DHSHDH THERE'S SO MORE POTENTIAL HERE, (mild Stardew valley spoilers ahead!) (I haven't played the new update yet so no idea if there's new lore)

Vaggie being from Joja mart is hilarious, because that implies that Adam could be Morris, Sera and Emily in a Joja mart uniform is SO CURSED I LOVE IT, Lute's the secretary that doesn't get paid enough but is very supportive of her Boss, I'm gonna come back to this.

Charlie would be such a good mayor! Far better then Lewis {I have beef with him, MARNIE DESERVES BETTER even if she's never home} she's a newly elected Mayor after the old one, uh went missing,

she actively wants to rebuild the community center, like she'll rally up the town folk to clean up the town, they clean up the beaches in a musical number, she wants more folks to move to their lovely little town, Vaggie was originally sent to Stardew Valley {Hazbin valley? What would pelican town be? Hazbin town? Hell town??} To begin the Joja mart propaganda but Charlie being the friendly sweetheart she was managed to accidentally seduce her and that was history, she went back to headquarters and she quit, blue wasn't her color anyways

OR Lute came to check up on her and literally tore the Joja mart jacket off of her like she did her wings, like

Maybe she gets hit with a Joja cola can and that's how she loses her eye in this AU.

Husk is probably Gus, (Husk, Gus IT RHYMES IT'S FATE) and Shane, mixed together, The saloon sells beer and food, (I'm a huskerdust supporter so gonna play into that here) Angel and him run it together, there's a separate area that's more of the club vibe whilst the main bit of the saloon is the Bar, past the club there's a small casino.

Angel dust doesn't know how he went from being a big shot crime guy and unholy videos star in the city to hiding out in this small town, (he does, Molly and Niss are there too, they got moved for protection.) (I LOVE MOLLY SO MUCH, WE NEED TO SEE HER PLEA-)

He didn't like it much at first, but he got used to this little town and The old saloon owner, and well, after a couple'a years they got hitched!

Y'all know Kent? He's getting replaced with Cherri bomb because he sends bombs in the mail, I love the man and appreciate the bombs they help when I'm speedrunning the mines, Sir Pentious is Jodi and the Egg boys are their children, Sir Pentious also runs some type of hardware store or something to do with inventing.

Alastor lives on the cusp of town, not too far away like the wizard (Or in this case Zestial, because old people, Carmilla and her daughters live near by, they moved to get away from the big city but Carmilla makes the long commute to the city every other day, or maybe Lucifer is the wizard and Lilith the witch?? But I don't think they're divorced, maybe He's the governor of the valley,

Alastor runs something, no one exactly knows what, Husk made a deal with him in order to keep the Saloon after his original casino got taken away, and that's kept him afloat, he provides Alastor with free food and drink.

Niffty kinda showed up one day and works with him now, No one knows where she came from not even Alastor, she probably came from the Witch's swamp

Husk and Alastor are good friends in this AU (THE OLD FANART OF THEM BEING FRIENDS EHHSHS MY HEART, I LOVE FRIENDSHIP PLEASE)

They're drinkin' buddies, they still have that unhealthy dynamic, one has power over the other dynamic but less so, like souls aren't involved.

The Vee's are more in the city but Vox takes a trip evey other week to sit outside Alastor's house and plead.

He ends up drinking at Husk's but that's not important, Rosie manages the next town over and she visits Alastor often, Mimzy is a character that randomly appears and disappears at random, she probably gives you stuff if she likes you.

Building off the Alastor murking the new folks, I think He's picky on who he lets in, because that's HIS town, If one was to behave.... Foolish they're as good as dead, because they will be dead, but if one is a respectable fella then come on in!

If Adam takes the place of Morris he comes on in, Joja cola in hand, decked out in Joja merchandise, Vaggie failed so he was there now, Emily tags along because she wants to visit her cousin, Charlie.

Marriageable characters that I got so far are

Molly, Angel dust's twin, we don't know much about her but from the wiki she's very cheerful so I imagine she's in the middle of the wooing scale, not to hard but not too easy to woo, I feel like you can get up to five hearts with her quickly but after that it's harder, But once you give her a bouquet and interact with Angel afterwards you'll get a cut scene of him telling you Good luck, because he's not gonna do much threatening but his and Molly's brother will.

Arackniss, I imagine he's like Shane, very closed off, you are going to have to WORK for his guy to like you, slow burn.

Lute, Good luck, I repeat good luck, No one here is gonna be easy to woo, she's gonna be guarded off she is NOT going to end up like Vaggie, stuck here in a small town that barely anyone knows!

Adam, Why, WHY, I'm assuming your doing the Joja route because that's the only way, It's a surefire way to keep him from leaving the valley after you shut down Joja.

Emily, She's the easiest to woo out of everyone, be a sweetheart to her and she'll return the favor, she will not tolerate you insulting anyone though so be careful in your dialogue choices with her.

Alastor, he's the type that'll take forever to woo, like good luck your gonna need the wikipedia pulled up and everything, not to mention with the his route reveals his murdery ways you're gonna have to be okay with that, If not you'll be joining the choir of dead folks, maybe if he really likes you, you'll get off lightly with a visit to the witch and get your memories wiped.

You don't know if Alastor is a marriage candidate until LATER LATER ON, like it takes hearts with multiple folks (Like Rosie) cut scenes etc etc.

No one replaces Krobus in this AU, he is perfect.

Susan is George, No idea who Evelyn is (I LOVE EVELYN) But Susan is George, she technically doesn't live in pelican town (???) but she visits because she's buddies with Angel dust.

You can build hearts with her and she'll send you letters and give you stuff while insulting you.

THAT'S ALL I GOT FOR NOW BUT I WANNA BUILD UPON THIS AU, MAYBE MAKE A SERIES??

So it's Solarpunk Aesthetic week and I'm trying to do homework while listening to lo-fi but my brain started thinking of Solarpunk game concepts so here are my rambles.

What if someone made a like. Not reverse Stardew Valley, per say but like. And this was inspired by some tags by @bleedingedgeavoidancetactics BUT

You inherit a great big booming agricultural business from your mysterious and distant uncle or whatever. And its run like you standard agricultural practice. But the goal of the game is to make it as sustainable as possible. You come in like right at the end of one season, so you're getting to see how its run already, while also talking to the community and specialists and such to discuss how to make changes in future growing seasons to like. Fix. Like. Do more permacultury things, still get yields needed to sustain the surrounding community but with less negative environmental impact and beginning to have good environmental impacts? (Could also have dating sim side elements if you wanted)

Or maybe a game where like. It's after a disaster of some sort, and a group of survivors/nomads find an abandoned city. And you can work to turn the materials from said abandoned city and the preexisting infrastructure into a solarpunk society? Like a city-builder game, and you're starting on the edge of this abandoned city creating like gardens and such (maybe the starting area is like a suburban neighborhood you find?), and you can send expeditions deeper into the city to find other supplies you can use to create new structures for the society you're building? And maybe this is a kind of game where you can individualize building placement and decorations to an extent, and maybe visit your friends' settlements? Or at least it'd be fun to show pictures online? (This one's inspired by a mobile game I play that I THOUGHT was gonna be like this but everything is already PRE SET)

Or a guerrilla gardening game, where you're like. A guerrilla gardener, and you're sneaking around at night sowing seeds and watering plants or planting plant starts and trying not to get caught by like. I dunno. Guards??? Police officers??? and then during the day you can take actions to protect the plants from... I dunno. And you can go to a store to buy more materials/seeds/stuff, and your home base is like a huge seed starting zone where you can craft a certain number of seed bombs/start a certain number of seeds depending on how many you have in your inventory. And each method has a few stats--efficiency, survival, and risk--so like, just sprinkling seeds would have low risk and high efficiency but low survival stats, seed bombs could have medium efficiency and low risk and low-medium survival depending on the recipe you use to make them (maybe you can learn/discover new ones as you go along), and different sizes of plant starts have lower efficiency but higher survival and higher risk. And the risk could factor into how long it takes to plant the thing but also how likely it is to be discovered by the guards or whatever during the day. And also in your daytime persona, you can make friends and organize a community that can start banding together to protect the plants from guard interference? Maybe the game starts out mostly in black and white except for your night character's green cloak and your day persona's yellow shirt, but people you can befriend also have colored shirts, and the more guerilla gardening you do the more things start to become colorful. (This one's inspired by a story idea I've had rattling in my brain and a separate animation I considered doing a few years back)

I'm not a game designer or a coder or anything, I'm just an artist. But I'm sitting here chilling and I thought these could be cool ideas. If anyone wants to use them to inspire their stories and such by all means GO FOR IT this is an endorsement

I'm pretty upset right now

So, my birthday is this Friday and nobody asked me what I want to do for it. I have told people multiple times that I don't wanna go out for my birthday. I don't like going out for my birthday and I've made that perfectly clear. The issue is that my fiance is using my birthday as an excuse to do things she wants to do.

An example is that when I told her I wanted to stay in for my birthday she literally told me that we're either going to see a movie that she wants to see or go to the zoo. I don't wanna do either. She picked the zoo after my multiple protests and even bought the $80 tickets to force me into going.

I'm literally going to someplace I don't wanna go for a day I don't wanna celebrate because she wants to have fun. The thing is, she always gets to pick the thing we're doing. I wanna play some music, she gets mad and says we're gonna watch a movie that she picked out. If it's my turn to pick she turns down everything I wanna watch unless it interests her but if she's picking then it doesn't really matter too much unless it absolutely disgusts me (any gory films).

From the second I wake up to the second I leave for work it's always something she wants to do. She wants to go swimming, we go swimming. She wants to go to the mall, we go to the mall. She wants to visit her sister who's 30 miles away from us? Doesn't matter if I'm working that night and get zero rest. We're going to see her sister.

I don't mind going places if we plan to go, but it's always sprung on me last minute and it's rarely anything I would also enjoy. I enjoy talking to her family, when I'm rested and don't have to work the same night. I hate the mall and I don't like wandering around target for 3 hours.

Even when there's something that I enjoy planned it ends up getting shot down because my stuff always comes after and she always takes "longer than expected" despite me saying that I'd still like to do my thing too. I'd like to go to an arcade or a music store. I'd like to go to a basement show or restaurant concert. I'd like to stop over at an old used game store and just look over what they have.

Its gotten to the point where I stop asking because every time it's a no. It's so much worse because I asked for one day where I can just be at home and do something I'm interested in for a while but got turned down.

I'm off tonight and we're gonna be running around because she just quit her job and she needs to return everything so I don't get tonight off. I'm off Thursday but that's when she wants to go to the zoo. Friday I work but we're going to visit her father. Saturday i work but we're visiting her mother. Who knows what we're doing after that because it's always something and it's always a surprise.

Even the days we don't go out are only filled with her interests. It's not like I haven't tried to get her to join in my interests either. I've offered for her to play games with me and she always turns it down without trying. I got her to play Stardew Valley and that ended quickly. Same with Don't Starve. I tried CTR and it ended the same. She says she has a headache but then goes and watches a movie with the volume on 60 while playing Animal Crossing.

It goes beyond just activities, it's also whenever I try to talk about or show her something I'm interested in. I found some songs I absolutely adore and when I show her she immediately says I need to turn it off. When I talk about my interests she says I'm too loud. When I try to do anything it feels like I'm an annoyance.

I don't know. I just feel like things aren't working out very well. I'm frustrated and she won't listen.

B - Beerus (Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods / Dragon Ball Super)

(Because Bayonetta was way too obvious)

The perfect blend of intimidating and entertaining. Beerus is the God of Destruction of Universe 7, and he has the power to back such a lofty title. Strong and commanding respect when he first awakened from his decades-long nap, Beerus was not to be messed with, even able to bring down some of the biggest badasses the series has seen (Majin Buu and Vageta specifically) with absolute ease. Though, he was very easily swayed by food, much more interested in that and sleeping than doing his job. Sadly that has kind of become like a one-note trait for Beerus as the series has gone on, just being lazy and liking food too much.

O - Orisa (Overwatch)

Just look at that face! Orisa is an OR15 model defense Omnic, created to protect the citizens of Numbani and modified by child genius Efi Oladele. She’s a tank meant to be an anchor for the team, putting down protective barriers to defend them from enemies. I absolutely love playing her, really hitting that sweet spot between an offensive and defensive playstyle, and her kit really speaks to me. 400HP with 50% of it armor? Become immune to CC? Pull enemies out of cover or into pits? Yes PLS. And I lover her personality, a mix between the stringent protector and a pretty self-aware sense of humor, and just! Her eyes! She’s so expressive its fantastic!

F - Fuze (Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six: Siege)

Shuhrat “Fuze” Kessikbayevis one of my favorite Attack operators for sure. In Siege, none of the character’s personalities are really seen during the regular gameplay, but they do have character bios, including psych reports and past experience. According to that, Fuze grew up in a military family that emigrated to Russia shortly before the fall of the Soviet Union. After a few years, he enrolled in the military and landed a spot on the Weapon Testing Brigade, something that fits his personality very well. Fuze is a born tinkerer and inventor, preferring to know the inner workings of machines than people. However, he does still have a very strong moral standing and sense of justice, the thing that led him to Team Rainbow to begin with. And man, I love playing as him, that LMG and shield are incredible, and his gadget - the Matryoshka Cluster Charge - is one of the most devastating things I have ever seen. That shit can wipe out entire teams in SECONDS if used well. Just uh… Be careful not to kill the hostage.

A - Abigail (Stardew Valley)

Abigail was the first character that really made me love Stardew Valley, and of course, she was my first spouse! She’s the daughter of Pierre (the guy that runs the General Store) and Caroline, and she loves the fall, the rain, the sort of spooky and abandoned aesthetic, the occult, and video games! I feel like Abigail (and Sebastion too) is one of the best examples of the central message of Stardew Valley, growing closer with nature and those around you and seeing them from whole different perspectives. She starts off a bit aloof and moody, like she’s a bit disappointed with you showing up, but over time she really opens up and you learn more about her and her adventurous personality. And she’s cute as shit, like cmon. There is no denying that.

D - Dunban (Xenoblade Chronicles)

The hero of Colony 9 and the original wielder of the Monado, Dunban is 100% pure unadulterated badass. And he’s a very interesting character at that, with a very mature and introspective personality. He’s also Fiora’s older brother, and the real father-figure of the group, and he’s one of my favorite party members to play as. He’s got some solidly offensive Arts, but really he’s best at pulling aggro and dodging everything the enemy throws at him. And of course, Blossom Dance is one of the coolest things in the entire game, just a couple of slices but Dunban delivers fucking poetry during it, it’s fantastic.

E - Eeyore (Winnie the Pooh)

I love Eeyore, I just want to give the little depressed donkey a hug. I identify with him on a spiritual level sometimes. That’s all.

S - Shulk (Xenoblade Chronicles)

Another favorite from Xenoblade, I’ve gone over Shulk before. A rather deep character that grows very much in many different ways over time, starting as a little homebody nerd that likes to research and build stuff into a worldly and rounded individual, transformed by his new friends, his journey (though it is fueled by revenge), and the power and responsibility bestowed upon him by the Monado. Playing as Shulk is probably my favorite. He’s an absolute glass cannon with a huge focus on tactical positioning to maximize his damage. It makes a bit of a passive combat system feel much more engaging and involved, especially with how versatile the Monado Arts can make him.

N - Naomi Hunter (Metal Gear Solid series)

Naomi Hunter is a notable geneticist and nanotechnology specialist, a bio-technician for the U.S. Department of Defense and FOXHOUND, and Solid Snake’s medical contact during the Shadow Moses Incident. There is a lot to say about Naomi, like that she was the original developer of the FOXDIE virus, the SOP generation of nanomachines, and saved Raiden’s life at one point, but anything more than that would really be entering spoiler territory. But she is voiced by Jennifer Hale, and I love the voice of Jennifer hale so

U - Undyne (Undertale)

Real talk, this is the only character that I know whose name starts with a U. But either way, she is a really cool and interesting character, but y’all already know that so I don’t even NEED to talk about her.

T - Tachanka (Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six: Siege)

Z - Zeno (Phantasy Star Online 2)

This motherfucker right here. He’s a cool guy. Zeno is basically your mentor figure through the first episode of Phantasy Star Online 2. He’s got a really chill personality, except for the way he treats is protege (and probably girlfriend idk) Echo, he can be kind of a jerk to her. But talking about his story is some big spoiler type stuff, just play the game. It’s fun (for a while) and its free (for the most part) and there’s translation stuff that’s super easy to apply.
