they're usually very protective over their patients, very concerned about their lives outside the office and their well beings

so much so that, they don't see any issue in keeping a much closer eye on them than any usual doctor might. it's just a little precaution, isn't it?

those precautions can look different for different patients. for you...

it means you're microchipped. they just need to keep an eye on you, for your safety

it means they've gone to your house when you're not there. the state of your space might reflect your mind! and is there anything in your journal that they haven't heard about?

it means they take notes on which people in your life cause trouble, which people abuse you, which people they need to get rid of.

they allow you to call or message them as much as you need or want, everyday. they tell you they're on call 24/7 despite legally only working during the week..

they cannot stand when you don't talk to them about things they know are bugging you. they hate when you keep secrets.

it means the clock in their office is sometimes 20 minutes slow, so they can keep you for longer during appointments (especially if they don't like where you're going once you're finished).

it means they trick you into needing them just a little more than you actually do, so you'll always have something to go to them for

This is silly, but I was doing a gratitude journal last week, and you kept popping up in it because I think about keeping neo so much (I read the last chapter around 5 times since it came out. Haven’t gathered my thoughts enough to make a comment yet but clicks is genuinely concerned about spamton and he does not get it. They’re both so wrong about each other. it’s the communication breakdown babyyyy. but that’s neither here nor there). Point is I thought you may want to know you are making me feral and I’m loving all of it

they're both so wrong about each other you're right like they just don't get the other's position due to their own feelings/experiences on what happened. obviously spamton got the rougher outcome of what happened but clicks shutting everything down emotionally/ignoring spamton's existence for all these years doesn't make a very happy addison. to top it all off, to see the outcome of his absence is even worse when he's the first who chose to leave spam to his own devices :')
